Ed just always forgets something...a fat one with heavily painted eyeglasses and glasses on her nose is super unfriendly and is gossiping, when I asked her about it I was simply ignored...she's really out of place there.. .

The tables were terribly dirty, we waited 24 minutes to order even though there were almost no visitors.

The floor leaves a lot to be desired. In front of the checkout area you can often see a lot of footprints that apparently come from grease from the kitchen and it is therefore slippery.

Waited 40 minutes for two milkshakes, even though it felt like 10 people were working at the front. This branch is so dirty and dirty. Starts outside at the tables and goes into the kitchen. Look at the picture, fries on the floor, cups, etc. everywhere.

One of the worst McDonald's I know. Little to do, long waiting times and cold food are the norm here, but "Hello", "Thank you very much" and "Goodbye" are missing. It's fitting that you don't want a "bon appetit" - you'll lose it until the food arrives anyway.

This branch is one of the very bad examples. The shop was sparsely busy, but it still took an eternity for the food to be brought out. The quality of the food was poor, the fries were cold and tough, the nuggets lukewarm, and the crispy chicken was almost like a briquette and bone dry. The cola was only slightly carbonated and came without ice. The cleanliness of the restaurant was subpar, there were still leftover food under many of the tables. The toilets looked as if no one from the staff had looked in there for days. The two stars are given for the functioning air conditioning and the friendly service.

The food has always been good, but things were often missing. That's more than annoying when you pay for all the things and a lot of things are missing... That's why you should always make sure that everything is really there

Team arguing, sticky floor, trash cans overflowing, dispensers for serving and straws not filled, wrong delivery, cold food, unclean toilets with very few customers. Unfortunately not a great experience

Hardly any waiting time, nice staff on site

Ordered ice cream from the employee, doesn't speak German and doesn't understand what I want. Then speaks in foreign language to her colleague, who was then very rude and simply didn't listen properly. It wasn't the first time like this. Was the last time we were there.

Super unfriendly staff, no one spoke German at the moment, so we won't be coming back.

15min for two cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets

Probably the worst mcces around Rinteln! No matter when and how much you order, every damn time half of the order is missing or wrong. We order lattice fries, well bad luck, they're missing, plus 3 times of sauce plus mayo that no one ordered and the ones we ordered, oh RIGHT, they were missing. In addition, none of the employees can manage a straight sentence in German. Absolutely no recommendation!

I don't know how you pack the chicken wraps but hopefully not with glue, you just want to eat something small, that's all 🤣. When you open it, the dough comes off along with the packaging. What's in it? Please think about it. 22:52 on 08/06/24

Really bad service I ordered table service, when asked I was told I could pick it up from the front. When I asked again it still wasn't available and it wasn't a "rush hour". Floor was really finished a veil of grease everywhere. I've experienced this before.

Something was wrong or forgotten on almost everyone's order menu. 1. Sprite instead of Fanta. 2. Forgot fries from the menu. Ketchup was missing. The floor was very sticky.

We waited over 30 minutes for our food and after asking it was discovered that they had "overlooked" our order, which meant we had to wait another few minutes.

The McDonalds in Rinteln is a very good one. Everything you want to eat and drink is also there/available, and yes, even ice cream. Cleanliness and service are good and so is the ambience. I would recommend the Big Tasty Bacon menu as I really enjoy eating these. Tastes great

Yeah...mostly normal Mcces. But you're often unlucky here. Last time our order was forgotten (table service), we waited 30 minutes, when we were informed we had to wait another 20 minutes. Our friends had long since finished by then. In addition, the wrong ice cream came first and was made again. Then the sauces for the nuggets were forgotten. Today, as always, I had an iced caramel latte, which tasted extremely like alcohol/disinfectant... but luckily I got my money back. Conclusion: Even if it doesn't work out, the employees make an effort to compensate.

An acquaintance and I just wanted to have a coffee on Sunday, June 30, 2024, around 3 p.m. The coffee was hot, but absolutely undrinkable! I haven't had such bad, weak coffee in a very long time! The entire length of the stirring stick could be seen in the cup, the “coffee” was so thin! In addition, the entire store was filthy, the clearance carts were overflowing, as were the trash cans in the parking lot! There were also no more paper towels in the toilet. The staff doesn't seem to care about any of this. Avoid at all costs!

What's going on here... So dirty, the garbage piles up so high that you can't put your own down. Snotty employees, unfortunately I can't put it any other way. Had dinner on site, almost everything was cold. (We accepted that because we didn't feel like arguing and it's not a gourmet restaurant.) On the way out we dared to take some ice cream with us. We noticed that there was only a tiny drop of sauce in the ice cream and had already seen that the chocolate sauce was empty when the employee pumped and nothing came out... When I pointed out that the chocolate sauce was missing from all three ice creams, he said ; He would have pressed it if I were blind, the sauce would have run under the ice cream. He looked at us disparagingly, shook his head and directed us outside. Naughty, dirty, incompetent. We have truly NEVER experienced anything like this.

Unbelievable here, we waited at least 25 minutes for a coffee, even though the parking lot was almost empty and there were 2 cars in front. Coffee was finally ready and the regular was only half full Service really leaves nothing to be desired!!!!

I hope the store closes soon. Should be avoided if you are in a hurry! Or add salt to the fries

Unfortunately, the McDonald's visit to this branch was one of the worst ever. We waited 20 minutes for the food, the fries were cold and unsalted. The nuggets were already cold too. The Cola Zero tasted strange and there were no more towels to dry in the toilet.

I realize it's not a star restaurant, but it's getting worse. Guests are treated badly, the staff are spoken to by management in front of the customers and are rightly told off. Orders take forever, the order is deleted at the terminal even though it's not ready yet. Of course you only have a certain amount of time for the customer, then the food has to come out. I wouldn't care if they brighten up the times, but if the kitchen no longer takes the order because it's deleted, that's annoying Please just be a little friendlier and don't make the employees a mess in front of customers.

Today it was really tasty and hot too 🔥 No waiting time in Rinteln and very friendly. This was a really cheap menu Gladly again.

I was there yesterday and ordered 4 cheeseburgers with a car. We had to wait 20 minutes until we finally got the money, and when we got the money we got the food straight away. My 4 cheeseburgers were ice cold and I wanted new ones. But the employee refused. He did not respond to the request to speak to the boss. Short explanation why we had to wait 20 minutes because they were discussing who could go on break. I really hate how you're treated. You pay a lot of money and all you get is rubbish

45min. Waiting time in the drive for a BigMac menu. Employees were completely overwhelmed and no longer had an overview of what was ordered.

Somehow my Mc Chicken was indefinable. And my Coke Zero tasted like other soda. Terrible. It was better. But the coffee from Mc Cafe is great!

This "Fast Food" restaurant is missing the "fast" It took us 40 minutes to get our food in an almost empty restaurant. This used to be a really nice location, but since a couple weeks ago it has been declining. First it was only at night, there would be items missing from the orders, then the waiting times became longer. We tried giving Breakfast time an oportunity, but again, we were disappointed. After waiting for about 25 minutes we asked for our order to be packed to-go instead of dine-in... it still took an extra 15 minutes until we could have our food. Just sad.

Hello everyone, unfortunately I have to say that things have really slowed down recently. There are not enough staff available, the probability that the order will be packed correctly is around 50% (although it is more likely just side dishes, but it is still annoying), the coupons are often not available, and unfortunately the food is often out of date and actually doesn't comply with the regulations.... and today the highlight was that everything came together and there was a waiting time at the McDrive of just over 50 minutes for a simple menu and an outdated Cheesbueger. McD should renovate the Rinteln location as quickly as possible!!!

It takes ages every time and you sometimes wait 30 minutes on the drive or even inside. Once my order was simply forgotten. In addition, something is often missing from the order.

What a dirty shop, in the truest sense. And absolutely disgusting, stupid and unfriendly staff. Received an order decorated with chocolate sprinkles from a shake that we hadn't even ordered. And then you can let an employee yell at you. Digga, if you don't feel like doing your job, then do something else!

I don't know what happened there, but the last few visits have always been a disaster. The staff is so unmotivated and incompetent that I'd rather go to Minden from now on. Change will be kept without comment and if you have any questions you will be told that the change is empty. When ordering ice cream I had to tell the employees where to find the toppings, the floor is so dirty and greasy that you have to be careful not to slip. And the return points are not emptied either, so you hope that the tower doesn't collapse on you.

We were there today and had a quick coffee and then picked up something to eat. First we had to wait, then the order was no longer in the system and in the end we discovered that a Royal TS was missing. We weren't the only customers this happened to.

Contactless payments worked exceptionally. If you want to be disgusted with yourself, just order here and be annoyed about the price. The food is standard McDonalds food. I'm giving it 3 stars now because the last 2 times there was the wrong takeaway food in it or food was missing.

How can McDonald’s in Rinteln not manage to pack sauces every time?

Went there last weekend with some friends to try out breakfast. Unfortunately we had to wait 45 minutes until our food finally came. However, it tasted quite good. The staff was friendly too.

The three of us had breakfast there today. The new offers are not available and there is no information about it, just get your money back from the tray without comment. It took them over half an hour to make two musty eggs and we were cold too, so it had been quite a while, and that in an almost empty shop. Unfriendly staff when asked whether the food was still coming received an unfriendly answer. You should really think about it there. There was also ketchup stuck to the walls and we'd rather not talk about the floor. It's a real shame, I recommend switching to Bückeburg or the Auetal instead!

Overwhelmed and unmotivated employees, the food was thrown together with total lack of enthusiasm and a very long wait in the drive at 00:05, where there wasn't much going on. Rarely have I experienced such a bad MCD. Better cut yourself a slice of Minden, because the burger made with love still tastes good even at 00:05

Good food and easily accessible

Waited 10 minutes before being charged, after another 20 minutes I dared to ask if the food was already in progress. I would rather not repeat what was said here. The store wasn't even half full and the employees were completely overwhelmed. Once and never again!

Extremely long waiting times at the drive in

Sometimes listless and unfriendly employees. Wrong or missing food is a daily occurrence here. For a McFlurry you can also order a McSunday, because the McFlurry is always only half full. Thanks to the 2-3 employees who always do their best and try hard.

Why has McDonald's become so bad? After I was simply forgotten after ordering at McDonalds (in Porta Westfalica) around 6 p.m. until I wanted my money back after 25 minutes and then got the order instead of money, we were still at McDonalds in Rinteln around midnight at night. The mayonnaise was missing from the order (with coupon) with 20 nuggets, large fries and cola. Instead of the 2 plain cheeseburgers there were normal cheeseburgers. Instead of 3 chicken burgers there were 2 cheeseburgers and the chicken burger was completely missing. Since we were at McDrive, we didn't notice the errors until 20 kilometers away. I then called them and wanted to complain, but of course no one answered the phone. Mistakes can happen, we are all human, but the frequency of mistakes at McDonalds is nerve-wracking. In the last 10 days I've been to McDonald's 5 times and 4 times something was missing or I was just completely forgotten after ordering.

Can't complain! Had a couple of bad experiences over the years but where do you not have them these days? Most of the time the employees are annoyed but you don't have to go out for coffee and that's why it's only 3 stars

As always, coffee regular black and from a portafilter machine. The staff is always friendly. Conclusion: everything is fine

Absolute juice shop.... Not only do you have to wait forever for your order, and when you ask, you get hit up, then you get home and then you only have half a burger. The employees would rather have private conversations than do proper work. If I worked like that, I would lose my job! You already know that you have to check whether you have your entire order, but the fact that you now have to check the burgers is just sad. We won't be coming back!

Sauber und freundliches Personal

The staff are very friendly and take care of any problems that might arise quickly, the food is always fresh and the coffee is always hot. It was the very capable and attractive employee with glasses who was mostly on the drive at the front that helped me complete this assessment because he was very friendly.

Food is ok visually and tastes like every branch. The branch itself is by far the dirtiest branch ever. I was just there and like the last few times it was a complete disaster in the whole store, I decided and took my food with me because I definitely didn't want to eat anything in the store. Dirt everywhere, leftover food and the floor in front of the counter totally slippery and greasy. There are two open garbage bags behind the Mc Café and, like everywhere else, it's just dirty. Last time I ate there, I'll go to Rheren or Hameln next time. I'm really disgusted.

Poor organization, long waiting time, after paying, pull over to the right and wait for the staff to take your order. Such behavior towards the customer is unacceptable.

Ich habe mitbekommen, das Einsätzkräfte der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr etc. bei dem langen Hochwassereinsatz kostenlos mit Burgern versorgt wurden. Eine tolle Aktion 👌

Trotz Onlinebestellung muss man ewig auf sein Essen warten. Sehr langsames Fastfood Restaurant aber ansonsten alles gut.

Immer noch armselig, dass es McDonalds im Gegensatz zu Burger King nicht fertig bringt mehr Auswahl an vegetarischen und vor allem VEGANEN Produkten anzubieten. Wir waren mangels Alternativen bei McDonalds und wussten anschließend auch, warum wir den Laden seit Jahren meiden. Labbrige Pommes und einen einzigen veganen Burger im Sortiment. ..... alles andere als zeitgemäß. P.S. Es handelt sich auch noch um die lahmarschigste Filiale ever ever ever

Wartezeit auf den Kaffee war viel zu langen obwohl es nicht übermäßig voll war. Die neue artist vorher bezahlen es ist echt mies wenn die Geräte defekt sind oder nicht richtig funktionieren. Das ist relativ unübersichtlich und macht keine Freude.

Leider lässt McDonalds Rinteln viel Potenzial liegen. Mitarbeiter sehen überlastet/gereizt aus. Zu stoßzeiten sollte man mehr Personal planen.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Mc Café hat es uns besonders angetan. Es läd zum verweilen ein, was eigentlich nicht einem Fast-Food-Restaurant entspricht ;)

Leider wird dieser Mcdonalds immer schlechter. Die neuen Mitarbeiter kriegen nicht einmal eine einfache Bestellung ohne Fehler hin. Ich fahre immer zum Mcdrive und bestelle über die App vor. Also muss man doch nur die Bestellung ablesen und kann nichts am Schalter akustisch falsch verstehen. Trotzdem sind von 10 Bestellungen 8 Bestellungen komplett falsch. Beispielbestellung: Einen Cheeseburger OHNE Gurken erhalte ich mit Gurken, wollte BBQsauce und erhalte Currysauce, wollte Eistee und erhalte Fanta. Anderes Beispiel: Bestelle einen Coupon und möchte noch zusätzlich meine Punkte durch eine Apfeltasche einlösen. Fahre nach Hause und sehe, dass meine Apfeltasche fehlt und meine Punkte abgezogen wurden. Andere Bestellung: Bestelle zu meinem Menü Pommes mit süß sauer und erhalte Gitterkartoffeln mit Ranchdip. Also jetzt mal ernsthaft. Natürlich sind wir alle Menschen und machen mal Fehler. Und natürlich kann es mal stressig sein, aber das ist es in jedem Job. Es kann aber nicht sein, dass jede Bestellung falsch ist. Die Filialleitung sollte sich mal Gescheites Personal suchen. Wir reden hier schließlich von McDonalds, da braucht man keine Diplomarbeit um dort zu arbeiten.

Burger war komplett Durcheinander gewürfelt.Der Mitarbeiter war total überfordert und unhöflich. Ich schätze bei Stoßzeiten sollte man hier nicht viel erwarten. Dann lieber woanders hin.

Filet o fish schmeckt wie überall, Latte Macchiato ist sehr gut.

Personal könnte mal etwas freundlicher sein

Ganz Okay! Ein McDonalds wie überall in Deutschland.

Diese Bewertung ist viel eher an den in meinen Augen fähigsten Mitarbeiter, Fabian, gerichtet, als an den Laden selber. Super freundlich, locker, auf Augenhöhe und als ihm ein kleiner Fehler unterlaufen ist, hat er diesen mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit wieder gutgemacht. Klasse Typ! So muss ein Kunde behandelt werden. Ich fahre nun extra immer nach Rinteln, obwohl Minden und Lerbeck viel näher wären.

Seit einigen Monaten sind die Burger furztrocken, die Pommes übersalzen und die Tische scheinen nur auf Wunsch geputzt zu werden. Tut mir leid Team Rinteln aber mein Geld ist mir zu kostbar um es wegzuschmeißen, denn das habe ich mit dem Essen leider gemacht.

Essen schmeckt mega genau wie von einem Mc Donalds Erwartet.
