McDonald's in Rinteln

Nicht fähig um Burger zusammen zu legen. Die Kackdinger sind beim anheben auseinander gefallen und die Saucen sind überall aus den Burgern geflossen, also hat man sich zwangsläufig eingesaut. Laterne ganz unten

Als wir reingekommen sind morgens um neun war der Laden leer. Wir haben trotzdem 25 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung gewartet. Die Mitarbeiter haben alles möglich gemacht aber keine Bestellungen bearbeitet. Da bekommt man in jedem normalen Restaurant schneller was.

Leider hat sich dieser McDonald's über die Jahre sehr zum negativen entwickelt! Egal ob es Sauberkeit ist, die Qualität und frische der Produkte oder das ewig lange Warten auf seine Bestellung... Wenn das Personal überfordert ist, sollte es vielleicht mal besser geschult werden oder ausgetauscht! Es ist wirklich sehr schade... Update 02.06.2026 Die Lage hat sich immer noch nicht geändert und sogar verschlimmert! Kunden warten teils über 30 Minuten auf ihre Bestellung und kommt dann kalt an. Es wird nicht mehr auf Tablets das Essen übergeben, da ausnahmslos ALLE verdreckt und gestapelt auf den Vorrichtung zu finden sind. Überall liegt Müll und nix wird mehr abgewischt und geputzt ... Das Zeug kostet schon unverhältnismäßig viel und man bekommt dafür immer weniger! Das Personal ist höchst überfordert und kommt mit den simpelsten Dingen nicht klar. Meidet dieses "Restaurant"

Hab eine Spezi bestellt hab Cola bekommen die geschmeckt hat wie Chlor Insgesamt hat geschmeckt wie ein Schlag in die fresse. Danke für Nix!

Der einzig gute Mitarbeiter im Laden ist ohne zu überlegen Alex. Der arbeitet mit Herzblut im Mcdrive für diesen Laden und gibt einfach alles. Das beste ist sein gelbes T-Shirt und wir er den Laden am Beben hält. Absolute Maschine. Er hat immer alles im Blick und seine Augen überall. #AlexÜbernimmEndlichDenLaden

Ich hatte vor einiger Zeit eine negative Erfahrung, aber ich muss sagen, dass sich der McDonald’s in Rinteln deutlich verbessert hat. Das Restaurant ist sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und gepflegt. Auch das Essen hat besser geschmeckt als zuvor. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Veränderung.

Ich verstehe die positiven Bewertungen nicht. Dieser Laden ist wirklich eine Zumutung! Jedes verdammte mal entspricht das was ich bekomme nicht dem was ich bestellt habe! Jedes mal!! Es fehlt was, falsches Getränk, ohne Sauce.. You name it. Meine Frau hat ihren Chickenburger echt mal ohne Patty bekommen. Ich rede nicht von einem, neeiin, es waren 3! 3 Burger auf einmal ohne das Herzstück des Burgers! Da sind 3 Zutaten im Brötchen: Salat, Sauce und das "Fleisch"! Wie geht das? Beschwert man sich, oder weißt sie drauf hin, dass da was nicht stimmt, wird man dumm angemacht. Sofern man überhaupt verstanden wird. Jetzt habe ich auf meinem Big Tasty Bacon eine Meerrettichsauce! Ist auch nicht das erste mal dass sowas passiert.. Das letzte mal war es BBQ Sauce. Leute, Ihr habt einen verdammten Job! Das ist keine Raketenwissenschaft. Von der Sauberkeit will ich gar nicht erst anfangen.. dreckig ohne Ende. Überall essen auf dem Boden. Die Toiletten, naja sind eben Toiletten bei Mc Donalds. Die Dinger stinken immer. Immerhin ein Punkt in dem sie sind wie wie anderen..

So ein schmutzigen McDonald's habe ich noch nie gesehen. Tischservice bringt diskret nicht gemacht vor den Toilette wird einfach ein Servicewagen gestellt wo in schlechten Deutsch "ausser Betrieb " steht. Unglaublich!!!

Hier habe ich das Gefühl, als wenn die Speisen immer frisch zubereitet werden. Vielen leckeren Dank.

Auf eine heiße Schokolade 25 Minuten gewartet. Kein großer Andrang, jedoch eine schlechte Koordination.

Schlechtester Mekkes in ganz Deutschland. Personal sinnlos wie Bodenfrost, Laden dreckig und halbe Std aufs Essen gewartet. Glückwunsch...

Personal war grauenvoll. Lustlos und die Bestellung hat fast 20min gedauert, trotz vorbestellen. Und das schlimmste war, das die Burger kalt waren. Dafür die Pommes aber heiß.

Typisch McDonald's halt, nicht mehr und nicht weniger 😁. Sauberkeit ist okay, neben bei lernt man noch ein paar Bettler kennen die einen nach Essen fragen im Restaurant. Also normaler Wahnsinn.

Kontrolliert im MC Drive eure Bestellung. JEDES mal fehlt etwas. Ärgerlich. Man soll sich telefonisch melden, keiner geht ran. Dann auch noch unfreundlich reagieren. Sehr schade. Es scheint schwierig zu sein, Personal zu finden, was bis 3 zählen kann auch wenn nur 2 Auto s dort stehen und im Laden kein großer Andrang ist. Pommes lasch , Essen lauwarm bis kalt. Ich werde den MC in Rinteln zukünftig meiden. Mir reicht es nun endgültig. Wie gesagt, schade. Da nehme ich lieber einen weiteren Weg in Kauf, oder lasse Fastfood ganz sein. Ich bin echt enttäuscht, da ich in Rinteln arbeite und oftmals für die Familie Essen dort geholt und mitgenommen habe. Nun gehe ich lieber zum Döner Mann oder Kuddel. Einmalig ok, kann passieren. Dort aber leider die Regel, nicht die Ausnahme. Beschwerden werden dann noch frech quittiert.

Halbe Bestellung nicht da gewesen nach Bescheid sagen als Lügner da gestellt frech gewesen und trotzdem nicht alles bekommen ( schichtleichtung schwarze Haare und Brille)

....ich habe mir einen Latte Macciato gekauft und wollte in diesen 3Espresso. Die Dame welche mich bediente war sichtlich beeindruckt und hat mir nach nachfragen ob wirklich 3 , mein Getränk zubereitet. Top freundlich, humorvoll und charmant. So ist das eine Freude als Kundin

Im McDrive einen McWrap und einen McVeggie bestellt und beides über die App bezahlt. In der Tüte befand sich nur die Hälfte der Bestellung - der McVeggie fehlte. Sehr enttäuschend.

Ich bin ab und zu spontan bei McDonald's, aber leider ist hier fast immer extrem viel los. Der Drive-In ist sehr eng, es staut sich schnell und wenn man einmal drin ist, kommt man kaum wieder raus. Parkplätze sind meist belegt oder sehr knapp, sodass ein kurzer Besuch oft länger dauert als geplant. Essen wie gewohnt okay, aber die Situation vor Ort ist oft stressig.

Ist schon ein Knaller wenn man sich vom Schichtleiter als "Die Assis da vorne" betiteln lassen muss, nur weil man binnen 20 Minuten 2 mal nachfragt, wo 2 Cheeseburger Menüs bleiben, deren Nummer bereits vom Bildschirm verschwunden ist und Kunden die nach uns bestellt haben bereits abgefertigt wurden. Das war das letzte mal Mc Donalds Rinteln für mich.

Leider war auch dieser Besuch erneut sehr enttäuschend. Es ist mittlerweile schon mehrfach vorgekommen, dass Bestellungen unvollständig oder falsch zubereitet wurden. Trotz der ausdrücklichen Bitte, den Burger ohne Zwiebeln zuzubereiten, waren erneut Zwiebeln darauf. Gerade bei Sonderwünschen erwartet man, dass diese beachtet werden. Die wiederholten Fehler hinterlassen insgesamt einen sehr negativen Eindruck und lassen Zweifel an der Sorgfalt und Organisation aufkommen. Aus diesem Grund war dies für uns leider der letzte Besuch.

Wir waren schon lange nicht mehr bei McDonald's in Rinteln vor Ort. Aber ich glaube, heute war unser letzter Besuch dort! Ich habe noch nie so einen dreckigen Laden gesehen, der ganze Boden ist von Schmierfett überzogen. Wir mussten auf unsere Bestellung warten und ich drehe mich um und gucke zum McCafe, so etwas habe ich noch nicht gesehen, soooo dreckig, die Maschinen an der Front dran lang, der Boden, die reinste Vollkatastrophe, ich würde da nichts essen... wie kann ein Mitarbeiter seinen Arbeitsplatz so verlassen! Für mich einfach unbegreiflich! Der gute Mann, der verpackt hat, hat die Sachen so in die Tüte reingeschmissen auch die Servietten mit Schwung rein gestopft, als ob man Dreck in die Tonne schmeißt. Als der Laden in Rinteln aufgemacht hat, war ich wirklich begeistert, aber jetzt nicht mehr zu empfehlen was die Sauberkeit betrifft. Das Essen ist auch kalt ! Wie gesagt, sind wir nicht oft dort, heute war die Bestellung mal fast komplett, diesmal wurde nur eine Soße vergessen. Dort muss sich an Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und Lebensmittelzubereitung/ Verpackung echt was ändern!!!! Es ist eine Schmierstube geworden!

Very long wait, and very dirty in the hall

The portions of fries are getting smaller and smaller... 😑 The large one isn't even full, more like a medium, and the small one isn't full either... Disgusting.

Everything was OK. Clean, friendly staff.

The McFlurry was only 1/3 full, and the iced coffee was 80% ice. When asked if this was normal (since the McFlurry is usually filled more and the iced coffee contains more coffee), the only response was that it HAS to be this way and it's not the employees' problem if other employees do it differently. OUTRAGEOUS! For the amount of money you pay these days, you expect to receive a decent product, not just pure ice!

Something's always forgotten. This is a rip-off! It can't be right that you pay for something and don't get it, and this happens repeatedly! Stay by the window with your car and watch closely what you're getting! It's ridiculous! This is the last time for me; I won't spend another cent on this crap.

Nuggets were forgotten, this is not the first time something was forgotten

The restaurant and restrooms were in poor condition. Everything was very dirty. Used tablets were piled up, and the tables hadn't been cleaned in a while. Unfortunately, it wasn't very appetizing.

Ordered via the app, including a Happy Meal. Our daughter was looking forward to the surprise, but unfortunately, the staff didn't include a surprise in the Happy Meal. So, unfortunately, it was a disappointment...

So, first impression: Bad. The people who work there only work there because any decent shop would have fired them. With every order, something is always missing. Sometimes the sauces. Sometimes the sides. Today, after being told that everything was included, they just forgot about the burger. Unfortunately, that's standard in this shop.

The remaining food was okay, but cold. A burger was forgotten. The drive-through took forever.

I am super at peace with everything

Very friendly and helpful service when ordering, but that was it. The place is dirty, the burgers were cold, the cheeseburger was missing cheese, and I've never had fries so soggy! I'm definitely not going here again!

Pretty much the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Long wait. Strange "service." Nothing here fits. Neither fast food nor food.

The store is dirty, the food is cold, and they forget something every time. I'm sick of it. This is truly the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at in over 10 years. The drive-thru is extremely unreliable. Just recently, over €20 worth of food was forgotten at our place. And that's not an isolated incident; at least one thing is missing every time – and it's been that way since the store opened. It's not getting any better. I've had enough. Even if I have to drive to Rehren, Hameln, or Minden. As a matter of principle, I won't spend another cent at this store. I would recommend everyone to get sandwiches from the gas station next door instead – they're cold too, and at least you get what you paid for. It can't really be that difficult.

By far the slowest McDonald's ever. It's truly degrading how inefficiently this store is run, and it's been consistently so for years.

There is always something missing that is deadly annoying

The best example of one of the worst MC Ds. What is going on here? So dirty, the rubbish is piled so high that you can't put your own down. Rude staff, I can't put it any other way. We ate there, and almost all of it was cold. (We accepted it because we didn't feel like arguing and it's not a gourmet restaurant.) On the way out, we dared to buy some ice cream. We noticed that there was only a tiny drop of sauce in the ice cream; we had already seen that the chocolate sauce was empty when the employee pumped the pump and nothing came out. When I pointed out that the chocolate sauce was missing from all three ice creams, he said he had pressed it, whether I was blind or the sauce would have run under the ice cream. He looked at us disparagingly, shook his head, and told us to leave. Rude, dirty, incompetent. We have truly NEVER experienced anything like this before. 20 minute wait, and the staff were completely overwhelmed. I'm really surprised that this branch can exist in Germany, given all the hygiene controls.

At this McDonald's, whether at the drive-thru or in the restaurant itself, you have to be patient. I don't know of any comparable branch that's this slow.

Always friendly staff and fresh produce. Watch out for hot fries 😉. Everything's always perfect here, other branches could learn from that.

You have to wait a long time for the food, otherwise like everywhere else

At some point you've had enough. You go there to pay for your order and they look at you and act as if you have something to do. You go to the colleague and start gossiping, then someone comes up to you and says I'll be right back. You get a derogatory look and go away to say something to the other colleague and leave the customer standing there. Instead of taking the order, "customer service" says no, you walk away quite leisurely and then you're gone. It's getting worse and worse there, it makes you less and less want to go there. Firstly, it's gotten really expensive and secondly, the customer service, if you can call it that, is a complete disaster, not to mention the cleanliness where you'd break your neck without non-slip shoes.

The food tastes the same in every branch. The drive-thru is disastrous. This is a fast food restaurant.

The service is a complete disaster! You do table service and you wait 17 minutes and nothing happens. After 20 minutes, the store calls your number and you have to pick it up yourself!! Even though it's hardly busy! This place is getting worse and worse. Not recommended.

Very dirty..🤮 Usually there isn't even a single German in the building... So it's impossible to understand, food (extras) are sometimes completely forgotten... The food is okay, there are worse things. Don't even need to talk about the toilets. Always full of vaping teenagers and always extremely dirty. 🤬 Everyone thinks the toilet is now a photo room and you can harass other people there if you just need to go to the bathroom. That's absolutely NOT OK!!! The prices are really expensive, barely affordable for cheap food. €20 for four things, never... With a lot of luck, it's hot. Staff who understand and speak German, a clean atmosphere, and getting your whole order! Would be great!!😒

Unfortunately, it's often very dirty; I even had to wipe it down with a cloth. My orders have often been forgotten, and the staff are often unpleasant. The food is obviously overpriced, but everyone is the same, so you know what to expect. The new iced matcha for €4 was truly disgusting, and the Grimace Shake tasted like chemicals. I'll be staying away from those drinks from now on!!! Otherwise, the food is acceptable 👍🏻.

Incompetent and rude staff, dirty shop and extremely slow

The hamburgers at McDonald's for €2.20!!! I'd skip the bun altogether...the company can make even more profit that way...I haven't had such a bad bun in a long time. Thin as a pancake. McDonald's products around the world are a mess of artificial flavors and over-seasoning. It's not my thing at all...and the prices for the products are completely inflated.

No. The women's restroom is broken. You can't get out once you've locked it. After informing the staff, the only response was that they were aware of it. No action has been taken. Restaurant Rinteln at 7:00 p.m. today. That's completely unacceptable.

I made an order where I only have to pay on site. The order was not made and the topic of attention was not even mentioned. It took 10 minutes for a cash register to stand there and then the missing order didn't work at all and the team was totally lost. It's a shame.

Check your food! I had a Big Tasty Bacon without bacon and a burger where I paid 50 cents for extra cheese and there was no cheese on it. Thanks for nothing.

It's still pathetic that McDonald's, unlike Burger King, can't manage to offer a wider selection of vegetarian and, above all, vegan products. We went to McDonald's because we didn't have any alternatives, and afterwards we realized why we've been avoiding the store for years. Soggy fries and a single vegan burger in the menu... anything but contemporary. Update June 13, 2025, 4:55 PM: The server in the drive-thru (brown hair, braid) didn't understand one of my questions and asked with a "HUH???"... Substandard behavior. P.S. This is also the slowest branch ever, ever, ever.

Four years ago, my review had more stars. Definitely not anymore. It's a fast food restaurant, and now you wait 20 minutes for your food. The tables are always dirty, the floor sticky. The service is terrible, no greeting, nothing at all. You wait forever at the checkout without even being looked at. Plus, something's always missing. This used to be much better. I'm so disappointed!

The staff is really confused. They take your number from the order board early, but you don't get your order until 15 minutes later, after your number has already been taken and you've already waited 15 minutes for five cheeseburgers. McDonalds should find decent staff. This is a fast food place, not waiting until your temper explodes.

It's not what it used to be. The place is always dirty. The fries are always soggy or cold. Some of the staff don't speak German.

We were just at the McDrive. The employee was extremely rude. After our order was taken, there was no indication that we could pull up, so we waited to see if we could follow up. After a while, we received an unfriendly response saying that our order had been taken and that we should continue driving. Likewise, when the food was handed out, there was no comment as to whether anything else was coming. So we left after a while, as despite eye contact, there was no further comment. When we got home, we noticed that a portion of fries was missing. We're not used to such poor service and are very disappointed.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to – twice! I've been to this branch twice now – and that was definitely two too many. As soon as you walk in, you notice how dirty it is. Trash everywhere, sticky tables, dirty floors, and awful restrooms. You get the feeling they don't clean here anymore. But the employees are even worse: zero friendliness, no "hello," no "goodbye," no eye contact – just completely disinterested. And the best part: I didn't even get my change! The employee just kept it without a word; that's never happened to me before. When I asked, I was just given a strange look, as if I were being annoying. Customer service? Hygiene? Respect? – None of that exists here. This was by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. And I won't be doing it again. Absolutely not recommended!

Even one star is too much. I ordered two McFlurrys, but the employee didn't seem to begrudge us any. There was only a small blob of Smarties in the McFlurrys, and you could even see the bottom of the cup. I've been eating there less and less lately anyway, but this surpassed everything and I'll never set foot in that place again. Better go to Burger King in Minden if you want something decent like that.

Was here after 9 p.m. to order Mc Nuggets and a Bic Mac. Ordering took a long time because all the employees were busy and helped with packing. Sehr unsauber. Vor allem das Spielgerät draußen. Man müsste einfach mal öfter nach dem rechten schauen . Auf den Tischen liegt auch alles voll. Ich weiß das liegt dann an den vorigen Gästen . To order at the drive in you have to know Japanese, so I can communicate better in the nail studio than with the Asian woman who runs the drive

Unfortunately, this place was a mess during my last visit on March 22, 2025. Whether it was the restrooms, the dining area, or the tables: everything was dirty, smelly, sticky, with dirt and food scraps everywhere. This is an urgent need for action.

I've never seen a place as disgusting as this McDonald's. Frankfurt HBF is there compared to a 5 star restaurant. It was completely filled with rubbish and the staff didn't even begin to ensure cleanliness. Completely 0 stars.
