20 minutes waiting time. Completely overwhelmed staff. Dirty toilets.

Unsalted fries..... Update 15.03.2025 remains bad....

Unfortunately, the store has slacked off quite a bit. If you actually get what you ordered, the burgers seem more like they were "slapped together" than made. The bags are on the drive in front of the serving window so that the food gets nice and cold. But the crowning glory was the missing toy in the Happy Metal. You don't buy that because of the pretty packaging. That gave you big crocodile tears at home. Thank you for that... we won't be coming back.

So I've been a customer at McDonald's since I was a student in 1990. But you shouldn't get lost in this branch. This is better. Management is incompetent and verbally incontinent. As a customer I had to watch the behavior of three 15 year olds Youngsters, at the next table, watch and listen to it for half an hour. The young guys acted like they were in a 🐒 monkey stable. Loudly shouting, disrespectful, aloof and without respect for other guests. No consideration. Finally, we threw fries at each other and poured cola on the floor. Very cultured gentleman. I took the liberty of asking if they would NOT be ashamed to leave such a mess behind. Answer: "NO". In the following, primitive discussion, which was forced upon me, it turned out that it was about three main students. Then the manager came with headphones and surrounded my table with two of his men. I said, "Good evening. My name is Bernart. And who are you"? ANSWER: “You do NOT need to know that”!!! I told him that among civilized people it is customary to greet & introduce yourself. Unfortunately without success. I then described the facts and behavior of the three 15-year-old bullies. The manager did NOT care.

Didn't deserve a star, the floor was dirty, where we left there was a neighboring table with three young people 👦 People were already waiting for over 40 minutes. Toilets were blocked by garbage carts, you could only use the disabled toilet. The tables occasionally had trays with rubbish on them...the trolleys for the trays were also overflowing. Waiters behind the counter arguing or something else...
