Gediegenes Restaurant mit gutem Service, empfehlenswert. Das Essen ist überdurchschnittlich gut. Hummersuppe, Hummer auf Ravioli und Spinat, Buttermilcheis mit Minze, es war zum Niederknien! Und das alles auf der schönen Außenterasse mit Blick auf den Höhenflug des Deisters bei Abendlicht, romantisch! Service ist perfekt.

Sehr freundlicher Service, kompetente Beratung. Essen war ausgezeichnet.

Erinnern Sie sich? Weihnachten? Als Kind? Satt, reich beschenkt und durch die Mischung aus Aufregung und zu viel Zucker so richtig nervig (weswegen sie ein Einzelkind blieben). Es war herrlich. Die Jahre ziehen ins Land und jedes Jahr zur Weihnachtszeit kehren sie ins Elternhaus, schlagen sich den Ranzen voll und düsen dann erneut unbeschwert satt und reich beschenkt wieder ab. Und weitere Jahre ziehen ins Land und plötzlich entscheiden Ihre Eltern, das das verwöhnte und geliebte Einzelkind sesshaft geworden ist und seine eigene Familie hat und somit das Weihnachtsfest ausrichten kann. Mit offenem Munde hören Sie ihre Gattin, sonst eigentlich eine vernünftige Person, die diese furchtbare Idee begrüßt und ihre Familie auch noch einlädt. Später, als die Vernunft, gefolgt von einer latenten Panik, gefolgt vom namenlosen Grauen einsetzte, stellen sie fest – das ihre Küche nicht für die Bewirtung von 13 Personen gemacht ist. Ihre Nerven ebenfalls nicht. Was tun? Was tun? Gasthaus Müller! Sourcen Sie das Leid aus! Schreiben Sie eine Email, bestellen Sie, was sie brauchen und holen Sie es einfach ab. Es ist alles bereits fertig vorbereitet und Sie müssen es nur warm machen. Frau Müller gibt Ihnen noch einen Beipackzettel zu dem abzuholenden Essen – die enthaltende Anleitung ist in Arbeitsschritten formuliert und theoretisch können Sie es nicht versauen. Ok, dass unser Herd die Grillfunktion verweigert hat, liegt wohl daran, dass der Glaube an Animismus der Jäger-Sammler-Kulturen völlig richtig ist und unser Herd eine sehr nachtragende, zickige Seele hat. Aber das Allerbeste: Es war richtig, richtig lecker! Ich würde nun natürlich schreiben: 5 Sterne und gerne wieder – allerdings sind die Erinnerungen heute noch zu frisch, die Ohren klingeln noch von der familiären Lautstärke und wir denken aktiv an eine Flucht ins Ausland Weihnachten 2023. Aber sollten wir erneut einknicken, dann nur Gasthaus Müller. Ich kann nicht mit Bildern aufwarten – hätte aber eine Tonaufnahme meiner Frau, wie sie den Herd anschreit. Aber das wäre nichts für Kinder. Es sah allerdings grandios aus.

Das Ambiente passt perfekt zum kulinarischen Konzept und zum gesamten Auftritt des Hauses. Stilvoll, stimmig und mit einer Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Der Service, 1A. Aufmerksam, professionell und gleichzeitig herzlich. Jeder Wunsch wird selbstverständlich erfüllt, jede Frage kompetent beantwortet. Man spürt, dass hier echtes Fachwissen und Leidenschaft für Gastronomie zusammenkommen. Rundum ein super perfektes Erlebnis, genau so stellt man sich Gastronomie vor. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Abend im Gasthaus Müller. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Qualität der Speisen: Das Essen ist handwerklich auf einem extrem hohen Niveau und geschmacklich hervorragend. Abgerundet wurde das Ganze durch einen erstklassigen Service, der sehr herzlich und kompetent war. Absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der richtig gut essen möchte!

Wir hatten ein ganz tolles 4 Gang Menü, vegetarisch, mit Weinbegleitung. Einfach top. Plus super nette und aufmerksames Personal. Wir waren rundum glücklich und zufrieden.

Gasthaus Müller is still our favorite restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is exceptionally warm and efficient. There were four of us, and no one had a single complaint.

As always, excellent in every respect. We had the goose menu for lunch today – simply superb! We've already booked our next reservation. I can't give you the exact price today, as we were guests.

We booked a coffee reception there for a funeral. Everything was very elegant and the staff was very attentive. The cake was absolutely delicious.

We arrived without a reservation. The lobby was busy, and we were escorted to a back room where the table was already set. So, I recommend it even without a reservation. The food was very tasty. There were two menu suggestions on the menu (one vegan and one meat-based), but you could also choose individual items. There was also a daily special and a few à la carte dishes.

The best address for a culinary evening! The Gasthaus Müller in Göxe is always worth a visit. You'll be welcomed and served by incredibly friendly and attentive staff in a stylish, yet unpretentious ambiance. The food, both a la carte and as a set menu, is delicious, imaginatively selected, and lovingly prepared. I really like that the kitchen crew occasionally comes to the table to serve. The wines are excellent – ​​and yes, everything has its price. But you'll leave this restaurant happy and satisfied.

We celebrated our wedding with 64 guests at Gasthaus Müller and couldn't be happier! 🎉 The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always there for us. The room was beautifully decorated well in advance, so we could arrive completely relaxed. They were also very flexible and helpful during setup and takedown, which made things a lot easier for us. The helpful tips on the schedule were particularly valuable and helped us plan a smooth and relaxing day. The food was truly delicious and received high praise from all our guests. I was at this restaurant for the first time today, and I must honestly say I'm totally satisfied and delighted. I went for the daily special and I'm still amazed; it was absolutely perfect and perfectly presented. I felt at ease with the service and not rushed.

This was our first kitchen battle! What can I say! Sensational! What a huge selection of food and drinks. Everything was included in the price – unbeatable value for money! The service was absolutely on point and very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen did a fantastic job, and the entire process was seamless and simply a place to feel good! I personally don't eat "octopus" – but HERE I do 😉 It's wonderful that you get the opportunity to try so many different dishes and what wonderful ideas the kitchen team has in their creations! A particularly nice highlight was the petit fours buffet from Bäckerei Sprengel. Beautiful and equally delicious! We've ordered many birthday cakes from Bäckerei Sprengel; there are no better cakes and tortes! It's wonderful that Gasthaus Müller works with regional suppliers here!

We ate asparagus here with a large group. The food was very tasty, with interesting starters and aperitifs. The menu was well-organized. The prices were a bit high, but the quality was perfectly acceptable. The service was excellent, everything.

The “Gasthaus Müller” Known far beyond the borders of Hanover, it's crying out to be tested. The somewhat rustic but at the same time elegant interior. Makes a good first impression. The toilet is very clean and everything has been thought of with the hygiene products provided. The service was also very attentive, friendly but not intrusive. Does a very good job throughout the evening. Every now and then a little more attention when refilling. What I imagine in the category of restaurant. The selection of dishes is small, a blessing, because this is the only way quality can be guaranteed and this is evident in our 4-course menu, which is also a feast for the eyes in the first course, very beautifully presented and tasty, wow. It can very well continue like this. Unfortunately, the asparagus dashi was neither in my eyes nor in those of my companion. It looked good, but neither the structure, taste nor composition could convince us. I would even describe it as a failure. The HG, on the other hand, had everything it needed, there was power in the jus and the mushroom ketchup, the quality of the lamb was fantastic, as was the gray level. The Maultaschen was a bit too dry. The pre-dessert and dessert tasted good, but I have to highlight the dessert here. That felt like it was 3 shades better. However, I lacked creativity when preparing it. The cheeses chosen here were convincing and very fine. However, I would also like a little more creativity with the supplements/additions. I can say here that I would love to come back. The Gasthaus Müller is one of the restaurants where you know your craft. Thanks!

2024 November Today we had the duck menu...2 courses...breast and leg...nicely crispy and tender...tasty...and at the end, on recommendation...creme brulee...tasty... FRIENDLY service fits .... GOOD 1 year later, June 2021. THIS TIME Menu Tastes of the World and a.with tuna, short rip, sea bass, veal fillet...again very tasty...very satisfied...great. NICE service, UNCHANGEDLY RECOMMENDED. There would actually have been a kitchen fight at Pentecost 2020, but unfortunately it was canceled due to corona. But the inn was open. We had the 5 course menu with Iberico pork cutlet as the main course... and everything was great. Also the intermediate dishes, plaice and saddle of venison...simply great, high standard, friendly service, priced higher, but always a pleasure

We ordered 2 x goose to go for Christmas Day with an additional 10 baked apples. 1. Unfortunately, the goose was relatively tough, which can certainly happen, but shouldn't happen in a higher price category. However, this has never happened to us with the Müllers in recent years. 2. It was claimed that we had ordered 10 additional dumplings, although we confirmed in writing by email that 10 baked apples were ordered. Unsovereign attitude, as they insisted on accepting the supposedly additional dumplings that had been ordered. I didn't receive the 10 baked apples I regularly ordered. 3. Calling a goose to go (1x leg and 1x breast for 2 people 90 euros) a goose and not a 1/2 goose leads to confusion. In addition, when you visit a restaurant and order half a goose as a dish a la carte, you also get 1x leg and 1x breast for half the price. Personally, I think a 100 percent markup is ambitious. Since our family has been consistently satisfied with our restaurant visits to the Landgasthaus Müller (we have already rated it positively on Google), I am unfortunately only giving it 3 stars this time, taking into account the previous pleasant restaurant visits.

We have been here several times and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, the Christmas menu disappointed us. The duck in particular was unfortunately very poorly prepared, tough and sometimes uneatable. Incidentally, it was the same with the duck at the next table. We have the impression that the quality has unfortunately declined since the last very good rating in the HAZ. We will definitely try again, but at the moment we are unfortunately very disappointed.

Yesterday we had dinner with friends at the Gasthaus Müller and we were really impressed! Honest cuisine with a special twist, really delicious and beautifully presented. The service was at least as good, friendly, courteous and humorously relaxed. The atmosphere is very well maintained and good middle class. All in all: really recommended, we will definitely come back!!!

Well presented, top quality! The only thing missing is something suitable for children - only fries are a little poor. But they are very tasty.

Amazing service, beautiful place. The Rehrücken was very good! Kalbstartar was flavourful, though a tad salty. Broccoli sauce of the Saibling dish was yummy, not so much the saibling. Delicious alcohol free apple secco. Creme Brulee was SO good, a must try. Fantastic evening, we thoroughly enjoyed it. They were very mindful about taking good care of Gluten free customers.

Hummerschaum Süppchen, Kalbstartar oder Pilzconsomme als Vorspeisen, gefolgt von Cordon bleu mit Bergkäse, Spagetti mit Hummer und Pfifferlingspagetti ein Hochgenuss. Begleitet von einem gekühlten Silvaner Juliusspital 2022. Es ist das Zusammenspiel aller Beteiligten die den Besuch zu etwas außergewöhnlichen machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon.

We celebrated our wedding in this restaurant on a Friday lunchtime. The welcome from Ms. Müller was extremely warm and the drinks served were very tasty. The 3-course menu left nothing to be desired, was rich and very tasty. The wine recommendations harmonized with the food. The service was very friendly and attentive all around. Since the weather was very sunny and warm that day, we were able to spend the afternoon on the beautiful terrace with a wonderful view of the Deister. We have here on February 3rd. Want to celebrate my grandma's 85th birthday with 10 people and prior reservation. The service person who was responsible for our table completely failed in her job. Unfriendly and minor requests were not implemented. After we were rudely told that we should be quieter, we changed the location. With a bill of €700 you have to go down to the basement to laugh!!!!

We celebrated my aunt's 85th birthday there. The food was good. Unfortunately we weren't that happy with the service. She was brash and bad-tempered. That's why we weren't so happy with the price-performance ratio.

Es fing an mit einem sehr herzlichen und freundlichen Empfang und man hatte das Gefühl sich irgendwie schon länger zu kennen. Genauso war der komplette Service rundherum und auch die Verabschiedung. Aber dazwischen, Gaumenschmaus vom Feinsten. Ich glaube für alle von uns schreiben zu können/ zu dürfen, das war die perfekte Ente sowie Vorspeise und Dessert 🍨. Einfach genial. Auch wenn Platzen ein schöner Tod sein soll, habe ich gestern gelernt - vielen Dank Grit, ich habe es versucht. Zum Glück hat es nicht geklappt. Ist auch gut so, denn so kann ich/ können wir wieder kommen und es erneut versuchen. Empfehlung an alle die noch nicht da waren, Leute lasst euch das nicht entgehen. Top Restaurant - einziger Nachteil - etwas weit draußen. Dafür lohnt sich der Weg aber umso mehr. Sehr gutes Essen - fast Sternelevel und eine sehr freundliche Bedienung.

Die Müller‘s machen den besten Job ever…

Die Besitzer und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Das Essen ist tadellos und sehr schmackhaft. Meine Frau und ich gehen gerne zu Müller und wenn wir Gäste mitnehmen loben alle das Lokal und das Essen.

Es gab wieder eine Küchenschlacht und wir waren wie immer total begeistert.
