In five visits, a burger that was ordered was missing twice and the wrong one on another occasion. After an initial complaint, clarification was promised immediately, and that was it again... For me the visit was the last.

When you order takeaway there is always something missing when you order from McDrive. Of 6 cheeseburgers, only 4 were available. I would rather recommend Burger King in Northeim. Staff is friendly, but can't keep up with cleaning the restaurant. The trays couldn't be taken away, so customers simply left their stuff lying around. A system like in other countries (the customer separates their own waste) would have been helpful here.

Only three of four order terminals worked. The paper on ours was also empty. There wasn't much going on but the staff were completely overwhelmed and one lady was also very grumpy. Just ordered a few burgers and a milkshake. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we continued our journey that we realized that the strawberry milkshake we ordered was a vanilla milkshake. You should definitely check everything.

There are fries and all sorts of things on the floor in the kitchen, ice cream is spilled onto the floor, the restaurant is almost empty and there are no table numbers on the machines. Hygiene is a foreign word here in the store, the employees sit outside, come in, don't wash their hands and prepare the food in their private clothes. This is just disgusting!

McDonald's is almost the same everywhere...you like it or not. I think it's pretty good every now and then. The food in Alfeld was good, hot, and as a special highlight we won great prizes, including a menu voucher, from the wheel of fortune campaign in front of the door. Unfortunately, there have to be deductions for a completely incompetent employee (unfortunately an increasing phenomenon, and not just at McD!). The seller spoke and understood the German language poorly. This is not acceptable in customer traffic. Very unfriendly staff. Card payment is not possible in the MC Drive (this is only available at the order terminal) so the app order had to be canceled and placed again (it took about 2 minutes). They immediately became unfriendly. I then pointed out that they could write it down further ahead and that I thought it would be cheeky to push like that. Zuerst das essen: Die Werbebilder versprechen einen großen, gut belegten Hamburger, der in der Realität sehr klein und lieblos belegt ist. Dabei ist es völlig egal, welchen Hamburger man bestellt. Es gibt nahezu alles in Kindergrösse für einen happigen Preis. Service: früher konnte man am Schalter bestellen und man wurde fix abgefertigt - bei Wartezeit konnte man sich setzen und das essen wird zum Platz gebracht. Heute wird man zum terminal verwiesen, muss dort die Bestellung machen und sich dann einen Sitzplatz suchen. Sobald die Nummer dran ist, kann man sich sein zeugs abholen. Den Abfall kann man dann nicht in den sammelbehälter stellen, weil dieser proppe voll ist. Ambiente: ist halt moderner geworden - ich fand es früher schöner...
