McDonald's in Alfeld (Leine)

At certain hours it gets very crowded which leads to long waiting times. They do also sometimes forget some of your orders.

It's not fun anymore. Sometimes there are really long waiting times in the restaurant. High error rate. Terrible error rate when picking up, extremely annoying to find out at home that something is missing. Then products are constantly sold out - why doesn't the app know this and let you pay?

Waiting times are very, very long. Toilets stink, the food is never complete and some of it is already cold. Employees prefer to have private conversations instead of worrying about food. Very very unfortunate…

We wanted to quickly buy 2 milkshakes to take away. After waiting 15 minutes, we were then informed that the machine needed another 15 minutes until it was uploaded and unfortunately it was up. We then wanted our money back! Unfortunately that's not possible at McDonald's, I discussed with the guy that it wasn't my fault that you would have to give the customer his money back! I have now received vouchers with the same value, but I can only redeem them there in Alfeld, not even at another mc.

Waited 8 minutes in the drive in, that's not possible. I etch people kicked out.

Waited a long time for food, then the food came when we asked. Unfortunately the burgers were already cold and the fries weren't there - they said they would be brought to us. Unfortunately, this was forgotten only when we were almost finished, my wife went to ask again and she got the fries we ordered. We will go somewhere else next time. The music is also a bit disturbing because it is set too loud.

There was no place to sit, the tables were full of used trays because the clearing carts were also full. There was work going on behind the counter, but at times a few employees just stood around and had private conversations. When a problem arose, one employee was exposed by another in front of the customer. It was noticeable that there was obviously no manager on site to instruct the employees organizationally.

Before I go there again, I prefer to drive 30 minutes to the Mc Donalds in Rühden on the A7. Despite the crowded store, the food is ready in about 20 minutes at the latest. Yesterday we had two Mc menus, a Happymeal and an extra citizen. Both the parking lot and the store were very educational and there was only one other order in front of us. We waited a whole 43 minutes for the order while three of the employees didn't do anything or even ate in the checkout area. When the order was finally ready, we checked whether everything was there and two fries were missing for the two Mc menus.

Always check your order straight away when driving, there is usually something missing, even if it's just what was served.

Clean which is very rare. Everything's great so far.

McDonald's is almost the same everywhere...you like it or not. I think it's pretty good every now and then. The food in Alfeld was good, hot, and as a special highlight we won great prizes, including a menu voucher, from the wheel of fortune campaign in front of the door. Unfortunately, there have to be deductions for a completely incompetent employee (unfortunately an increasing phenomenon, and not just at McD!). The seller spoke and understood the German language poorly. This is not acceptable in customer traffic. After all, since he turned a McRib menu order into an order of potato wedges and a cola (for 8.50) after apparently a lack of communication, the McRib was VERY accommodatingly given immediately and free of charge after the complaint. Lack of skilled workers with all due respect, I want to understand and be understood when ordering. Otherwise everything juicy, my kebabs.

The fact that there are better branches than the one in Alfeld is nothing new. But the waiting times at the McDrive - even when ordering - are now really so long compared to other branches that I'm finally avoiding the store. The reason for my visit is a lack of time - certainly not the "cheap" price or the "premium food". If it's also slow, I don't need it.

The worst and dirtiest McDonald we have ever visited. The floor was completely filthy, there was food leftovers everywhere, rubbish no longer fit in the serving trolleys, the dirty trays had already been put on the dining tables, no one here was interested. Absolutely long waiting time for the food even though there were hardly any visitors...unbelievable. Never ever again

Everything was dirty, empty menus on the tables everywhere. The collectors are packed and no one is responsible. Disgusting.

25 minutes for 4 McFlurries and then 3 completely wrong. Without words.....

Unfortunately, fast food does not mean that the food is ready quickly. Here they say that you have to eat the food quickly, otherwise it will be ice cold! The seating was very dirty and was only cleaned upon request! This worked well. All the trash cans in front of the door were overflowing and the trash was already lying there because it had fallen out. One of two women's toilets was beyond disgusting! Not to be used!

There is trash everywhere on the tables. The garbage trucks for the trays were completely overfilled.

Very bad service and the burgers are mostly cold and sticky. Are there much better McDonald's branches?

Just wanted a burger and a coke after trying to order on the app to no avail. Then I have it on Terminal tried!! Nothing either !!constant problems at the checkout. No idea!! I wanted to order at the counter, they sent me back to the terminal....! Then I left without anything! The store was almost empty, but you still can't get anything without it .. Computer. I'm done with Mc Dumb. Then I'd rather have a kebab, I can get it without a stupid app!

McDonald's! It's a nice shop in itself, unfortunately nothing is really taken care of. The lights in the ceiling have been flickering for years and that really bothers me personally The ordering machines often don't work properly.

A full-blown McDonald's, plenty of seating, plenty of parking and it's clean too. From a culinary point of view, you shouldn't expect any surprises, it's still McDonald's, but it's always enough for a little hunger in between.

It's unbelievable that we buy our food there very often but today we received a catastrophic order. A portion of fries was missing and we paid for bacon 3 times and not one was on the burgers and as if that wasn't enough, the cheese was missing on the Royal Cheese hamburgers I'm really pissed off with both burgers

Very unfriendly staff. Card payment is not possible in the MC Drive (this is only available at the order terminal) so the app order had to be canceled and placed again (it took about 2 minutes). They immediately became unfriendly. I then pointed out that they could write it down further ahead and that I thought it would be cheeky to push like that. We were then told that we wouldn't get any more food.

It's sad how bad this place is. Food tastes incredibly bad and there was hair in my food

I find it shocking how service has deteriorated here. Long wait at the drive-thru. Burger cold. Fries limp. And often something is missing. They won't see me again

The toilet was very clean. But I've had extremely bad experiences with this company in the past, which is why I no longer consume anything made in their kitchen.

Second review On May 11th, 2024 at around 8:15 p.m. Fries were lukewarm, as were the plant burgers. Plant nuggets were confused with chicken nuggets. In the future, we will save the receipt until the end and check everything again carefully. A real deterioration. 1 star. That was my first review Drive-Inn everything was great. Super unfriendly. You don't get everything you paid for either. Hygiene isn't particularly important here either. If possible, zero stars. You can really go to the competition there.

Unfortunately, my better half bought something here again. The last meal wasn't tasty or even good looking. This time McDreck gave it his all. Personally, I don't like the food anyway, but once it comes to the table... what should you do. :-( The burgers I had, sorry I don't know the names of the parts, were definitely on the floor at one point. Unfortunately not the first time, so far you have only been cheated on in the “normal” way with food that was missing or completely different from what was ordered. But that doesn't work anymore.

Katastrophe!!! Die Mitarbeiter schreien sich vor den Kunden an. Der Ton lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig! Für mich ein No Go!!! Unter so einer.Chefin möchte ich nicht Arbeiten wollen...!!

Zuerst das essen: Die Werbebilder versprechen einen großen, gut belegten Hamburger, der in der Realität sehr klein und lieblos belegt ist. Dabei ist es völlig egal, welchen Hamburger man bestellt. Es gibt nahezu alles in Kindergrösse für einen happigen Preis. Service: früher konnte man am Schalter bestellen und man wurde fix abgefertigt - bei Wartezeit konnte man sich setzen und das essen wird zum Platz gebracht. Heute wird man zum terminal verwiesen, muss dort die Bestellung machen und sich dann einen Sitzplatz suchen. Sobald die Nummer dran ist, kann man sich sein zeugs abholen. Den Abfall kann man dann nicht in den sammelbehälter stellen, weil dieser proppe voll ist. Ambiente: ist halt moderner geworden - ich fand es früher schöner...

Die Tische waren schmutzig und auf der Damentoilette war kein Papier.

20 min warten auf ,,1 Bürger"! Der schlechteste McDonalds in der Umgebung! Selbst auf ansprechen, kam keine Reaktion. Als Trost kam nur zum Schluss, eine Entschuldigung, und das auch nur kurz und knapp.

Sehr lange Wartezeit, dass hat rein gar nichts mehr mit einem Schnellrestaurant zu tun. Essen kalt, Burger zermatscht im der Tüte.

Kaffee Latte lauwarm, zum Kaffee keine Milch, ein Suppenlöffel zum Umrühren, etc. Mc Donals in Alfeld NIE wieder. Gott sei Dank gibt es eine Filiale in Hildesheim. Die ist erstklassig.

0,4l Coke bestellt, Cola deutlich unter dem Eichstrich des Bechers. Bei den absurden Getränkepreisen von McDonalds eine Frechheit!

Cheeseburger ohne Gurken bestellt und habe Cheeseburger ohne Ketchup bekommen. An einem anderen Tag stand ich 20 Minuten beim mcdrive bis es mir zu blöd wurde und ich weg gefahren bin. Ständig bekommt man Cola ohne Kohlensäure. Milchshakes gibt es gefühlt nur einmal im Jahr weil die Maschine kaputt ist. Dieser McDonalds ist wirklich einer der schlechtesten die ich kenne!

Wir haben den Kinder Geburtstag dort ausklingen lassen😋. Es war ein sehr guter Service. Haben sich sehr bemüht und den Raum schön vorbereitet. Essen kam schnell und warm.

Hmm. Der Laden ist im Moment eher ein Griff ins Klo. Nur mässig engagiertes Personal, alles scheint ewig zu dauern und ich will auch nicht von jedem Hansel geduzt werden. Schon gar nicht, wenn der Kumpel nicht mal halb so alt ist, wie ich. Egal. Langsam und desinteressiert. Mehr kann ich dazu nicht sagen. Vielleicht habe ich auch schlechte Tage erwischt, aber von Kunde ist König ist das hier meilenweit entfernt. Und dann ist der Frass auch noch kalt. Dafür zu teuer. Schade. In Schulnoten war das heute höchstens ne 5. 🤬

Oft fehlt etwas, was sich auch bei vielen anderen Bewertungen hier widerspiegelt. Management scheint den Laden nicht im Griff zu haben.

Also tut mir leid aber wie kann man denn jedes mal wenn jemand etwas bestellt was vergessen. Ich war da schon öfters und jedes mal haben die mindestens eine sache meiner bestellung vergessen.

Ich fande den Besuch eigentlich ganz gut, bis zu dem Zeitpunkt als drei Gestalten in das Restaurant der Goldenen Möwe kamen in Begleitung eines Hundes, was meiner Meinung in einem Restaurant nicht gestattet ist, aber dass das Personal dann noch die Eingetretenen mit Küsschen begrüßt, war einer zu viel. Hätte gerne besser bewertet aber unter dieses Umständen kann ich das nicht mit meinem Gewissen vereinbaren.

Per App bestellt und danach im MC Drive abgeholt 😉. Ist entspannter 😀

Wir waren am Sonntag die ersten Kunden, der Kundenbereich war vom Vortag noch ungereinigt- Fußboden dreckig, an der Wand Ketchup Spritzer, Tische mit Krümel etc. Ich kenne MC Donalds eigentlich nur sauber und gepflegt-waren total erschrocken

wenn sich das personal nicht laut in der küche unterhalten hätte, und zwar privat und über unsren ganzen aufenthalt, wärs schöner gewesen

Ich bin sowas von erschrocken, da bestellt man Kaffee der wird gebracht, OHNE MILCH OHNE ZUCKER OHNE LÖFFEL, Pommes total übersalzen, meine Tochter (7j) sagte hier fahren wir nie wieder her. Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht.

Ekelhaft! Die vollen dreckigen Tabletts haben sich gestapelt! Auf Nachfrage wurde nichts gemacht ich hab mein Tablet dann auf die Ausgabe gestellt. Ach und wir haben 12 Minuten auf drei Menüs gewartet....

haben unsere bestellung aufgeben so weit noch alles gut. Wollten unsere erste bestellung abholen da fehlte erstmal die Sonnenbrille später haben wir dann noch festgestellt das die bestellte Normale Cola eine Zero Cola war. Wir hatten dann auch noch ein happy Meal bestellt wo wir zuhause waren fehlte im happy meal sogar das spielzeug in dem fall die Pokemonkarten. Es ist schon echt traurig das wenn man was zum mitnehem bestellt fast immer die hälfte fehlt oder falsche sachen zubereitet wurden.

Tut mir leid, aber die Mitarbeiter im Mc's in Alfeld (Leine) sind einfach absolut daneben. Nicht mal in der Lage das richtige Essen raus zu geben. Von 5 Besuchen 4 mal das falsche Essen. Null Motivation seinen Job vernünftig zu machen. Nie wieder Mc's Alfeld. Tut euch einen Gefallen und entlasst diese Mitarbeiter. Nie wieder!!!

Zum wiederholten Mal einen Burger vergessen,trotz Wartezeit am Rand,leider Tüte erst Zuhause geöffnet komplett geöffnet,grob drüber geflogen schon vor Ort,da mir die Tüte aber ziemlich voll erschien und ich nicht die Pommes im Auto verteilen wollte,dachte ich,stimmt schon,das war ein Fehler, beim Anruf war die Mitarbeiterin aber freundlich und hat meinen Namen aufgeschrieben,sodass ich mir den burger beim nächsten Mal abholen kann, sie hatte sich allerdings gewundert,warum kein burger über geblieben ist, wahrscheinlich wurde er nichtmal gemacht,oder ein anderer freut sich drüber. Milchshake und MC sundae waren wieder mal ausverkauft. In der Zero Cola kaum Kohlensäure.

Sehr nettes Personal,Cappuccino war lecker im Schatten auf Terrasse!
