I ordered 2 pizzas today at 8:45 p.m. through Lieferando, paid online with klarna, the food was supposed to be there between 9:55 p.m./10:05 p.m., but it hasn't arrived until now (11 p.m.). The money is gone, the food isn't there, you can't even reach anyone because they're open at 10. I won't order here again.

I'll probably avoid this branch in the future. You stand in line for 20 minutes at the McColl's drive-thru. If you point this out, they laugh at you and tell you that the store is full. However, it's completely incomprehensible that two employees are idling around in the parking lot and apparently can take a break when everything's full. And then they don't even offer a small apology if you have to wait another five minutes after ordering.

The food is very tasty and the delivery didn't take long. The food is prepared with love and was super delicious.

Ordered food with sauce five times in a row and never received it once. Any excuses every time I don't understand. Please call the boss. I am very dissatisfied
