There's only one restroom for everyone = a damn long wait, especially since a child was being changed there (it was also a changing room at the same time)... Where are the men's and women's restrooms and the corresponding changing room? Probably a cost factor. Having to throw away the fries straight away because they only serve fries instead of mayo (mayo has been discontinued) #vegan and profit is more important 😉😉

Typical Burgerking with an extensive menu and a good number of self-terminals. Good parking situation and with terraces on the ground floor and first floor also suitable on warm days. On the first floor there are the toilets and the play area for children as well as quieter seating areas.

Coupon 2 x Long Chicken + fries and Cola. Went there 15 minutes before the train left, ordered and waited at the terminal. After 10 minutes I pointed out several times that my train was about to leave. The only offer was whether I wanted to forego the fries that were still in the deep fryer. Underground restaurant. I waited almost 30 minutes for breakfast even though there were only 3 people in the store. Coffee undrinkable! The machine should be cleaned. Staff speak broken German, which has now apparently become standard in all branches.

Ordered 12 small pancakes with TWO pistachio sauches. I got one sauce, less then 12 pancakes. And even my latte with double shot espresso was with single espresso. I had ask for a straw because they gave nothing. Since when they give less in Mcdonalds than what we paid for?!

The employees have absolutely no idea about the work. You order a menu, firstly you get the things individually, secondly they are not exactly as ordered because the machine at the front doesn't give you a bill With the menu hamburger, fries and cola you only get hamburger and cola without fries, with the desert you get it without caramel, choco sauce and when you talk to people they say no, they didn't order and they laugh at you, you can't prove it because you don't get a bill.
