Fast food became slow food, had to wait 50 minutes and was also luke warm!

Very long waiting time. More than 30 minutes. It would have been better to continue driving.

It's a typical McDonald's with lots of seating inside and outside. When we were there on a Saturday morning, orders took a little longer to be ready and another customer had two errors with their order. However, my meal was fine. If you fancy a McDonald's breakfast, you're welcome to stop by here, but you should plan a little more time.

Long wait for a coffee, too few staff in the serving area. If the guests didn't explain the ordering process, they would still be standing at the counter in 2 hours with the money in their hand.

Very unpleasant service. :-( Better come elsewhere.

Very poor cell phone reception You're not allowed to ride your bike through the mc drive and then you're yelled at that you shouldn't do that even though the customer is king

Everything as you would expect, food, service and quality. Unfortunately there was little choice for the Happy Meal (Smurfs) and the table wasn't wiped.

Classic McDonald’s close to the highway. Here you are prepared for a lot of visitors. The staff was friendly and on the ball. There is a fenced area for dogs.

A very nice McDonald's, with a cozy atmosphere because there is a nice large outdoor area. Everything was clean and tidy and state of the art. We found it very nice that the children were given a small Trolli Burger as a gift when they ordered forks and straws again. And there was a dog park! We saw it for the first time - very nice!! There were also large parking spaces in front of the McDonald's, which made it easy to park a caravan.

A really nice Mc for one right on the highway. Mc Drive is also available! The outside area is very nice with a few small stone fountains and fairly clean sofas. There is also a notice in the restaurant asking guests to make suggestions for the location! They are also happy to be there for you if you have any complaints etc. It's rare to see that this is explicitly pointed out with contact details 🙏🏻

Unfortunately, McDonald's has deteriorated significantly in recent years. The burgers are smaller and sticky, the fries are soft. Toilets very dirty. But the main thing is that an employee removes cobwebs in the sales area...

Actually a nice place to take a break during a longer journey. But the unfortunately very obviously placed jammer for internet reception makes it impossible to use coupons or the like. It's a shame, otherwise it could be very nice...

Basically a McDonalds like any other, but with a significantly higher number of visitors than elsewhere. The taste is just like any other McDonald's, but you can tell from the burgers that they are slapped together quickly, quickly. I had to stack my McCrispy together before I could eat it.

Very nice branch. I always order via app, it doesn't take very long to prepare. Employees always friendly. You can stand outside in the parking lot and eat. All clean. Several electric charging stations. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast muffin. Otherwise highly recommended, directly on the A31 towards Emden.

The fries were extremely greasy, the Big Mac Bacon wasn't prepared properly, there was only one slice of bacon in the packaging next to the burger. The second pane was completely missing. The staff didn't think it was necessary to exchange a single word with me, even after I greeted them. The toilets were not clean and the dining room had a canteen feeling. Some of the ordering terminals were down.

It was busy at lunchtime, the burgers and fries were hot and fine. The Cola Zero I ordered tasted like everything but no Cola Zero. I have no idea what was in there, but I didn't dare drink it anymore. It's very unappetizing to eat in the store. Many tables were dirty but the biggest drawback was the amount of flies. There were so many of them, you couldn't sit without constantly having to chase away at least 5-10 flies from your food. Even after we have implemented ourselves once. I've never experienced that before and unfortunately it really ruins the desire to eat.

Modern, clean, beautiful outside terrace

This is the worst experience we ever had at a McDonald’s. When we ordered we already saw the staff being rude to people that ordered. When our bag was placed on the counter, nobody said something to us. We didn’t really think anything of it. When we got our drink, we didn’t get a straw. We asked the lady behind the counter if there were any straws, she told us in an aggressive way: “No we are out of them.” And see didn’t even give us a look. She just continued what she was doing. We never got treated this way at a McDonald’s. They won’t see us again..

Great service and is right on the highway

There is a dog playground here 🥰. We were able to eat and our dog played with other dogs whose people didn't mind the fact that a dog was there. Truly a dream.

Food was good and staff was pleasant for a 1:00 a.m. visit. However, the restaurant has a really bad fly problem. Otherwise this would be a good location.

The penultimate time. We have had a good meal here every year. But after we spent more in Imst for 1 person than here for 3 people, we also ignore this one.

The tables and chairs were all very sticky. You don't have to say anything about food if you know McDonald's. I won't be taking any breaks indoors here in the future.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Ice melted, extras couldn't be carried out, nobody speaks German and therefore you can't express any wishes. The only nice one was the man who wanted to give us a balloon in Mc Drive (all adults).

Fast service, great area for dogs to run around on long car journeys

We could drink a coffee and go to a little place and then there was a dog meadow for our dog to run around in, which was really great.

In MC-Drive, foreign employees often don't understand and special requests are often ignored.

Rarely have I had such bad McDonald's cheeseburgers. They were “standard” with no special requests. A disaster in terms of taste. Onions were probably out and cucumbers were in short supply 🤷‍♂️

If you want to know what hell feels like, go eat there! I couldn't finish my meal because it's so hot there, this restaurant has no air conditioning at all, poor workers have difficulty breathing, they work in inhumane conditions, sweat drips from their faces while they serve the food. Never again!

Quite good in itself - Eckstein - but there's too much going on here. My case: Ordered Cola Zero without an “ingredient” and received a Cola-colored drink that was inedible. The finish also had bubble gum aromas. Emsbüren - not anymore for now

Today I was there and it was totally disgusting because firstly the restaurant was too hot and secondly the staff were really sweet and there was definitely no climate and I also changed my mind about taking some food with me because it was too horrible after I have seen these things. I feel sorry for these employees who work there, in a word disaster it is not human

Das Essen war kalt, nachdem ich es zurück gegeben habe und reklamiert habe, bekam ich ein neues, aber auch wieder kalt. Es ging hierbei um einen sweet Chili Wrap. Die pommes waren versalzen bei mir und meinem Partner!!! Keine Servietten!!!! 😕😕 Wir kommen nicht mehr hierher !!!!

The food at Maces is only limited to my taste, but the espresso there is great! We often stop at MC to charge the electric car and drink an espresso in the meantime, just great

Noch nie so ein Laden gesehen, Tische und Boden bis zum abwinken verschmutzt. Kann ich keinen empfehlen. Verkäufer laufen einfach vorbei und ignorieren den ganzen Dreck.

Full house, but the service was still good. Empty tablets were quickly picked up from drop-off points. The toilets were continuously cleaned. The chicken nuggets were crispy.

Off the highway and a visit to McDonald's. This one is redesigned and looks great. Lots of parking options. Ordered and waited at the terminal. I saw how guests needed help at the ordering terminal, then asked the employees and they shook their heads and said they had no idea!! Service is zero. Even the employees at the counters are so unfriendly and barely understand the local language!! We were shocked 😳

What can be criticized is the cleanliness within the restaurant. The tables are dirty and are probably only cleaned every now and then. The biggest disaster, however, is the toilets. No matter whether for women or men. I don't want to go into detail, but why doesn't the shift manager pay attention to this? I didn't know whether I should sit down or just stand and let everything take its course. Wouldn't have made any difference to the existing picture. But you have respect for the people who have to clean it. If it were to be cleaned... When I see the brush, etc., I wonder what the preparation of the food looks like. There it would be a case for the public order office. And this is the case all the time, as this isn't the first time we've stopped there. Mr Eckstein, it's great that you have over 40 restaurants, but you also have to pay attention to details.

There was a failure in the ordering system so that for some of the orders at the terminals the printout didn't come out at all or came out late (so that you didn't have it because you had already gone to the counter to find out whether the order had arrived). Despite the missing printout, you received your order. Some still had their plastic display with the order number, other groups/families received their order as a goodwill gesture so as not to cause dissatisfaction among the customers. Despite the system failure, the problem was solved simply and easily, sometimes perhaps to the detriment of the office but to the advantage of the customer. Well done 👍

Nice McDonald's on the highway and sooo big. Play space for kids and the huge terrace. Food takes a long time and is unfortunately no longer quite warm. But all the offers from mcci are not available like here in Emden. We will be back

The highlight was the dog run with a course.

This restaurant is located in a truck stop in Emsbühren directly on the A 31 and is an absolute must for us heading north. Easy to reach with a very large outdoor area. Recommended. There is also a dog run area where our four-legged friends can let off steam on the long journey.

Top McDonalds unfortunately no table service.

Incredibly unfriendly. Even though table service was announced, I was simply left with the things at the front and told that I should get them myself. No one in the store and that's unbelievable at 7:00 a.m. And I think even the shift manager will never come back here.

The hard workers cannot handle the crowds. This is the first location where you can eat/drink from the highway so it's terribly busy. We went inside, wanted to order but left again. Rows thick in front of the column. >25 people waiting for order.

We went there for breakfast on our way through. The order came quickly, it was only 7:45 a.m. the croissants were ok. The latte was so hot that you had to drink the glass couldn't touch. The toilets were so dirty, it just makes you feel so unbelievably filthy... no go!! A word needs to be spoken

You can spend some time here. But breakfast is only served until 10:30 a.m. on Sundays. And was cold or burnt... The employees are unfriendly and not nice to children. So you would have to replace all the employees to make things better here!!!

Ordered a new product via the MC drive. Ice coffee caramel.....well tastes differ. I didn't like it.

The grandchildren always tempt us. We use the app to order directly to the table. I think it's much better than before.

Mc Donalds Emsbüren is highly recommended.. Everything is good and it is very clean there!

We often use this Mac on the road, it is easy to reach and in a good location and it is also large and neat.

The food would certainly have been OK if there had been an order at all. In this MC it is only possible to order via machine.

Typical MCDONALD'S snack bar. My wife and I were there at lunchtime, where of course a large crowd of visitors is usual (a whole school class was there too). My wife wasn't exactly impressed with the cleanliness of the toilet facilities, which is something you're not used to at McDonald's (hence the slightly worse rating for the service). Despite the crowds, the food was prepared quickly and, as usual, tasted good.

Chic Modern McDonald's. Many operating terminals, fast service and the table service is also on point. Excellent!

Hello, on the way back on the first Sunday in June 2024 we were there and wanted to eat something. We didn't know this branch. You couldn't help but feel sorry for the employees in this crowd; it was like an Oktoberfest. The toilet facilities were the worst; we had never seen anything so disgraceful in a McDonald's branch. I would like to spare photos, you should actually report this to the authorities. The exit from the parking lot was also bad, the traffic lights were totally overloaded and the law of the stronger prevails in the parking lot.

Food ok as always, service very fast and friendly, toilet and floors in poor condition, of course there are a lot of guests but then you just have to position yourself correctly.

Very nice service. It was really busy here and yet the service was A1. We enjoyed coffee and cake here and were very satisfied. There is enough parking space, as far as I can tell.

By far the dirtiest and partially broken toilet I've ever seen at a McDonald's. The men's toilet and sink were clogged. 2 squat toilets leaking. The women's trash can fell off the wall. Toilet seat loose and everything completely dirty. Unfortunately you can't give 0 points!

Nice dog playground! Our dog was able to sniff and run freely while we ate. The order wasn't completely complete and we had to ask again. But it could be clarified easily.

Great for an Autohof MCD. Clean, nice seating lounge, comfortable chairs. I thought it was great, having seen it once at MCD, automatic sliding doors, a great idea. Service very attentive and helpful. Danger! Despite stress. Eating, getting really, really hot burgers for the first time. It tasted really good.

Extremely unfriendly staff. There are no more curly fries and fries are simply made as a matter of course! What if you don't like these? There is no compensation either and you will be treated like a fool! Not possible at all!!!!

Toilets broken, toilet seat not attached, soap dispenser broken, falling off the wall. I need to put pictures in because there are already pictures in there. It looks like nothing is being done. Because the pictures that are available look the same as today on May 21st, 2024.

I think waiting 25 minutes for food at Mecces is crazy, but the quality of the food was SO bad - crazy. Fries were raw and the wrap just wasn't even wrapped together. Unfortunately, things have changed a lot since then...

Worst McDonald's we've ever been to. Tables dirty, cleaned upon request by the only friendly employee. Waiting time of over 30 minutes, still cold fries. Apparently our number was called several times, which was interesting since I was sitting right next to the counter. Other customers were also treated very unfriendly when they had questions. Toilets were a horror and won't be described in more detail here.

What makes a McRib a McRib? The sauce and onions... but here we try to save as much as possible and simply leave both out as much as possible. What remains is a dry bun with a cold patty. There is one good thing...you no longer need wet wipes. McD in Emsbüren will be avoided from today!
