Food ok, people very nice, were satisfied!

Worst McDonald's ever. Waiting 40 minutes for the order (café and 1 cappuccino) is not possible. Some people have complained, especially tradesmen who spend their breaks there. Never again this McDonald's, I can only advise everyone to keep driving.

This is sensational - "everywhere" - laminate on the wall. Even the toilet has laminate on the wall - it's like being in an inexpensive workers' hotel. Even the worn hand dryer was framed in the wall area with laminate. The employees were probably so excited that they completely forgot to wipe down the tables. The interior designer probably previously worked in the hardware store in the floor coverings department for walls. Fries lukewarm - MC-Rip was OK.

Extremely unfriendly employee, anything but foresighted - dislike of children? That sums it up quite well. I just got fries and a burger for my two boys. Mc Drive was completely empty - no one there except me. So I stopped briefly to hand the fries to the children in the back. Then I spoke in an extremely unfriendly and loud manner An employee tells me to leave immediately. I told him it was already finished and all I would do was give the fries to the children. He just said no, immediately move to another parking space. So really - some people have zero understanding and empathy. There were no cars there - I didn't hinder anyone... The milk was completely forgotten in my coffee, btw. We will never visit this MCD again!!

Coffee is inedible, unfortunately you can't drink it even with lots of milk and sugar. The service is super rude and the food is cold, the order wasn't right either!

I huck grod in Mäcci Schüttdorf. Then I picked up Huan's milkshake and the Mäcci guy brought me the milkshake like it was a grenade and jerked it on the table in front of me and then there again without saying anything. Milkshake is good

The McDonalds restaurant in Emsbüren is right next to the motorway and therefore about halfway to our holiday destination in the north. We like to stop here... and have something to eat and drink. Everything is the way you want it to be.

Clean McDonald's conveniently located on the A31 motorway. Nice attentive staff. The food, as always, is of proven quality.

Unfortunately it deteriorated significantly after the renovation. Before I always found it pleasant and very comfortable. One of the best McDonald's restaurants. Now after the renovation it's just chaos. Everything is very restless, the guests sometimes eat while standing because there is not enough space. Sorry, I would rather have the old restaurant back. The new one is just terrible

Completely overwhelmed employee in Mc Café. More than 25 minutes waiting time for 2 coffees. Only after I asked for my money back did I get the two coffees.

I was there today and I absolutely can't understand the previous bad reviews. It's possible that these also had an effect, as I haven't seen a "nicer" McDonald's yet. At the beginning we were surprised by the flowers on the tables! The women's toilet was very clean, there was bird song and there were even flowers and a few Christmas decorations at the sink. I was greeted with a friendly smile from the staff as I walked past. I was pleasantly surprised by everything!

Great, everything is freshly prepared and a highlight is the dog playground.

One of the best McDonald's branches I know. Unfortunately it's usually very crowded there.

We only went to Mac Caffee - because the coffee is to die for and affordable

Toilets dirty, water didn't work, and got the smallest McSunday in the world. I pointed out this funny ice cream to the employee straight away, she said it only had to be 90 grams. Weighed it in the car, it was 76 grams.

Unfortunately, the food was soggy and cold. Drinks to go were wrong, unfortunately this has happened several times.

Very good McDonald's at a truck stop. You can even have your order delivered directly to your car.

After the renovation it's now really cold and uncomfortable. The terrace is no longer fenced in with glass. With small children you can no longer sit outside or it is difficult.

A really great McDonald's that we always visit when we are nearby. The branch is very clean and there is enough space. The outdoor terrace is large and invites you to eat together. The food is prepared very quickly, even if something was missing, the response was friendly. The staff is super friendly and we were helped with the trays. Great service in terms of speed and staff.

Ordered breakfast through the drive. Both the first and second employee were extremely impatient and unkind. Then we got into an argument about mini pancakes that we didn't order and received. In the end it was accepted and 10 of the 12 were rock solid and could be used to smash a window. The eggmcmuffin rolls were burnt and fell out of the packaging in the bag. Nasty place.

One of the best McDonald's branches I've been to recently. Very nicely modern furnished. Beautiful outdoor furniture. Clean toilets! Service staff was quick and polite. (Orders via app with pickup at the counter and with table service) Breakfast products were OK. No complaints.

With the new renovation, very confusing and less space than before.

I ordered and paid with the McDonalds app, then an error message, no order arrived!! Ordered and paid again manually, then received order and payment confirmation from the app. Apparently there is no second order, a great cappuccino for €9, great service!! Now I have to do what McDonalds can't do. And perhaps important, it wasn't the service, which was very nice.

Once and never again, dirty, unfriendly food was cold, the fries were very hard and dark. One gentleman stood around and watched the people, during that time he could have wiped the tables. The toilets were very unclean, clogged. The door The kitchen was open, so dirty. So many employees there, but somehow nobody did anything.

This is probably the cleanest McDonald's I've seen... it's also beautifully decorated...

Nowadays, no matter which McDonald's I think is really shit, the quality of the food is now miserable, let alone the prices for the lousy food. It's better to eat in a high-quality restaurant where you don't pay much more but you get much better food

selten ein so schmutziges und unaufgeräumtes McD Restaurant gesehen, sicher 15 a 20 Tische unbenutzbar wegen Essensresten auf Tischen und Stühlen, sowie unaufgeräumten Tablets, WC sieht aus wie 1 Woche nicht gereinigt, Papierspender leer, Eingangsbereich mit Abfällen und Papierresten. Während des Aufenthaltes (45 Min) keine Aktionen des Personals. Rest. mittelmäßig besucht.

During renovations to the building, the entire McDonald's was moved to a tent in front, including restroom trailers and parking lot marshals. Logistical masterpiece. Cheers! ...and thank you very much for never leaving us travelers hanging!

Closed due to renovation... Mobile toilets there. How many take me to the emergency restaurant and order at the terminal. Almost as we were paying, a lady came running towards us. No no no, we are closed for renovations.... All visitors leave and complain. Why not a message at the departure that this location is closed due to renovations. A complete waste of time! Next time I'll head to Burger King

On Friday we drove through MC Drive on our way to East Frisia. I ordered a double cheeseburger without a pickle and a Smart Menu Mc Chicken. I got a double cheeseburger where the cucumber was simply removed. Therefore it still tasted strongly of it. In addition, the burger was only lukewarm. Unfortunately, the fries from the Smart Menu were also only lukewarm. What a disgrace. If we hadn't been on the highway again, I would have liked to complain personally!

This store doesn't work at all. It took forever at the checkout because the cashier doesn't speak German. The burger wasn't really hot. The tables were not wiped down. There were leftover food from the previous people lying around everywhere. Overall the store was very dirty. Apparently the wall tiles in the toilet rooms haven't been cleaned for months. What does the kitchen look like? We don't go here anymore.

Unfortunately, people would gossip about us in Spanish in the drive.

Ambiance: It's 8:30 in the morning and the restaurant hasn't been cleaned. Leftover food on tables and benches. Urine stains on the toilet rim, the soap dispenser falls off, the toilet door handle is held in your hand and the toilet rims are no longer attached. Food: Loveless, crooked and cold, “battered together”.

Mr. Dejan was very nice and accommodating. I would visit this store again and again. The service was great. Definitely worth recommending.

We went there last Saturday after our vacation because our son was craving chicken nuggets. The food only gets 1 point because he has been struggling with diarrhea ever since. The service only gets 2 points because the staff preferred to chatter and the service staff who were supposed to clean up stood around smelling strongly of sweat. The ambience just doesn't get a point because it was just dirty. You don't expect much at McDonalds, but the toilets smelled awful. And there was dirt everywhere. Old crap. The corners and tiles were soaked from top to bottom. I was really shocked and wanted to cancel the meal. If the toilets look like that, you don't want to know what the kitchens look like. You should actually get the veterinary office involved. The chattering staff should clean instead.

Well, just eat quickly, no more, no less. A quick bite is of course never quality. But it's not really bad either.

This McDonald's is located as a kind of 'car stop' next to the A31 in an industrial area. Since we only used this McDonald's for our needs, we can only rate the toilets, and they were very clean.

Nice Mäcces on the motorway...the dog playground is really good!

**Update October 20th** Despite the holiday season and the full shop, the crew had everything well under control. Here the franchisee obviously recognized the need and took action. Super **old** What is there to say about McDonalds? Nowadays there is actually the same quality everywhere. However, the hygiene concept is problematic. The store was hopelessly overcrowded today and due to the overload due to full seats and full drive-ins, takeaway customers were also concentrated in the store. I received my food after about 25 minutes. Quality was top - but in times of Corona it's better to keep driving.

Tastes like any other MD. Here, near the A31, “all hell” broke loose. Our order came quickly and the restaurant and sanitary rooms were clean.

When we want to take the menu with us, sauce is ALWAYS missing. The fries tasted different and there was a hair in my cola.

Rarely have I seen a Mac Donalds as dirty as this one. It doesn't matter when you come, the toilets are absolutely crazy and dirty. It feels like you get all the diseases you can get here!! Disgusting greetings!!!!

It was very crowded that evening, which wouldn't have been a problem. After waiting for over 35 minutes, I asked how long it would take until the food came. Apparently the order got lost. It wasn't nice, but it can happen. But it would have been nice if there had been an “excuse me” or “sorry”.

It's always enough for a short stopover with a café. The food is of standard McDonalds quality. Unfortunately, the toilet rooms are hardly checked and smell extremely unpleasant.

McDonald's is McDonald's. So how do I rate it compared to many other branches? Firstly: The burgers ordered at the terminal were freshly prepared and did not come from the "heap". Secondly, the branch was extremely clean overall, which is not always the case elsewhere. Third: The staff was extremely friendly.

Had to wait 1 hour for 1 normal hamburger, 1 Royal TS, 1 Fanta and 1 ice cream. After complaining, things suddenly went quickly. Something like that is impossible

It's a good idea to take a break here on the way to/from your North Sea vacation. Shortly behind the motorway exit are the large car park and the restaurant. Lots of seating options also outside. I don't have to say anything about the general quality of the food ;-) We ordered at the terminal and had the food delivered to our table: unfortunately the fries were already cold. Since the toilet is used by many people here, the cleanliness is unfortunately very poor.

Unfassbar unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Patzig und sehr wenig hilfsbereit. Immerhin der Milchkaffee war heiß und schmeckte.

I ordered a McCrispy chicken and it wasn't quite cooked through. Some of the meat was mushy. Inedible, not recommended and will never come back.

Apparently, when there is a big rush, no one is responsible for the toilets, the finest urine oasis. Toilet lid is missing and the floor is wet.

This store is unbelievable, I ordered a menu, a mc rip and a medium fries.. the menu was supposed to come with a large fries.. the only big thing about it was the box.. But you could get everything in the women's toilet, free mushrooms, use hygiene products and toilet paper in all varieties... ugh this shop..

Were on Sunday September 22nd. 24 there. The toilets were very dirty. Unfortunately I had to use the toilet. Didn't feel very comfortable 😢 And you should wipe the tables outside every now and then.

As always, food lukewarm... The floor is cleaned by machine in the restaurant where other people eat..Not so appetizing..

This McDonald's is part of a truck stop. It was pleasantly clean when we visited. In the men's toilets, for example, there was very little stickiness on the floor. This is significantly better than most Serways locations. The parking lot is spacious and there are a few charging stations. Big plus point: a McDonalds with parking spaces where you can easily take a break with a car with a trailer. Class 👍 There are a few benches next to the parking lot, right by the artificial canal/pond of the neighboring garden center. There are outdoor spaces here as an alternative to those directly at the restaurant. The food offering appears to be similar to that of other McDonald's branches.

Unfortunately, such unfriendly staff, especially a certain lady who is preparing coffee. The cappuccino we ordered was far too hot and absolutely undrinkable, and also had no milk foam. I kindly pointed this out to her and asked her to make a new one. She then became abusive and insulted us in another language. If you don't feel like coming into contact with customers, please look for another job or stop hiring people like that.

They can't make milkshakes here in this branch either...the shake was way too cold, there were ice crystals in it, and here too the shake was way too thin...at Burgerking you get better shakes and 100ml more!!

Just impersonal. Everything is done via computer. I'd rather go to the truck stop. The coffee tastes good. And there's a smile too.🙂

The lady at the checkout could hardly make German fries taste like old fat

Rarely seen such a clean fast food restaurant. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Too little vegetarian selection and the ones that are available don't taste good. I actually avoid these fast food chains and will continue to avoid them, plus it's dirty everywhere and the toilet is a horror

The service and food weren't that good. There were three things wrong with my order. The shop was also rather dirty even though there wasn't much going on and you had the feeling that the staff were overwhelmed.

Food was incorrect, took >25 minutes to get the order, didn’t have most items. Awful service, food and atmosphere. Manager was angry we were asking about our food after 23 minutes.

I have no idea what's going on with you, but today there was someone at the McDrive who apparently had a bad day, no idea, but is really bottom drawer, putting someone there who has zero self-control. I wanted to place my order in the normal way and he speaks German so badly that it seems to annoy him that he is simply shouted at, how many times I had to repeat myself just because he doesn't understand me. He doesn't like it anymore... Never had any problems otherwise, I was there for the last time today. It was around 12:00 p.m.... Gives the guy some training where he learns how to deal with customers.

7:00 a.m. in the morning. Tables all dirty. Nothing cleared. The staff is more or less just hanging around. Toilets also leave a lot to be desired. Worst MC I've ever been to. Next time the truck stop opposite.

Super delicious Iced Coffee Shake Caramel in a very clean McDonald's branch. Courteous employees and very clean branch.

Sunday morning 7:10 a.m., all tables dirty and many tables not cleared. Toilets are also very unclean. Bad mood staff, people can hardly say good morning and ignore the customers. It's not possible to order there either, and you'll only be told after asking several times. And there is no nice interaction here. This Mac is really bad.

Long wait for a coffee, too few staff in the serving area. If the guests didn't explain the ordering process, they would still be standing at the counter in 2 hours with the money in their hand.

It's a typical McDonald's with lots of seating inside and outside. When we were there on a Saturday morning, orders took a little longer to be ready and another customer had two errors with their order. However, my meal was fine. If you fancy a McDonald's breakfast, you're welcome to stop by here, but you should plan a little more time.
