McDonald's in Westerstede

Delicious as usual. Super nice staff. It actually always happens very quickly. However, I find the new ambience that has been in place there for a few years now to be cold and uncomfortable. The outdoor area is very cozy, especially in summer.

Often very busy, but you always get your food quite quickly! 👍

Ordered today on August 7th, 2022 at 9:22 p.m. via app. Waited at the drive for 15 minutes without any information. Then got my order. After a rough check and at home 8.3km away, we noticed that the fries were missing from every menu. Called and reported fries missing, I can pick them up. Now it's 10:06 p.m. and I have my fries! But also just the fries that were handed to me in annoyance despite my own mistakes. Apparently no one was interested in the fact that my burger had to cool down for over half an hour, because I mentioned that. Esseb with the family, completed. I now eat my cold hamburger alone and the hot fries go in the trash because everyone is full after eating for 20 minutes. Thanks for nothing! Update: So far there have been no more problems with missing food. Accordingly, I change my stars to 4.

We got the wrong food several times. The DriveIn terminal no longer shows what is included in the order. Since the order wasn't very large, we didn't realize until we got home that something was wrong. Next time to Remels.

Met on the way to Horumersiel. I'm not a fan of ordering at the terminal, but they help you with it. Nice and friendly staff, outside area well designed.

Ordering at the terminal was not possible because an employee was constantly clicking around to show me food suggestions, even though I didn't want any help. During the menu the suggestion came that if two hamburgers were too many, I could throw one away. Throw away food? It doesn't work at all

Just placed an order + gave a code, paid at the 1st counter, took the receipt with me, drove to the next counter, looked at the receipt and the order was missing the code, I then said that at the 2nd counter, the young man picked it up the colleague. She was really rude, that wouldn't work anymore, I should do another round or come to the restaurant, I said I wouldn't do that because otherwise the other food would get cold. She said she was sorry, she didn't have the cash register, have a nice evening and goodbye. I said I would still like my complete order. Here you can only order at the terminal. When I asked if it could also be done at the checkout, they cheekily looked at it. But after ordering, you can pay in cash at the checkout. Weird. I won't do that anymore

The waitresses are SUPER FRIENDLY (!) - Otherwise the store is clean but MC-D has also raised its prices well in the last few months, which is why I'm cutting back on my visits there (I've recently been able to get something in the restaurant for the same money - Of course that has NOTHING TO DO with THIS LOCATION!!

Just got some food at Mc Drive. Complete menu and drinks were missing. Unfortunately the man picked up the food and of course forgot to check it. Now someone is sitting there without food and has given away €15. Always the same in the store. People check your order even if it's annoying.

This McDonald's restaurant has been modernized and tastefully redecorated. We were served friendly.

Unfortunately, it seems to be very team-dependent now. Sometimes waiting times are far too long, even when the drive is empty and there are few people waiting in the sales area. Also very uncoordinated. For example, ice cream is delivered when ordered Takeaway prepared far too early and is already standing around until the rest of the food is ready. Friendliness of the employees varies greatly.

Today for the 4th time the order was handed over incomplete at the drive in. 20-count chicken nuggets were not included in the packaging. Unfortunately, you only notice this when you get home. As some other reviewers have already described, it seems to have a system now. In any case, we will no longer visit the branch in Westerstede.

For two MC flurries it took 17 minutes to finish the order at the terminal, really not nice! until the egg is received. Spontaneously eating ice cream is no longer so easy 😕

Food quality like most MC restaurants. Service (drive in) unfortunately very bad. Something was always missing from the last three orders. And it wasn't just a packet of ketchup or something, but a complete burger. First the vegan burger, then a Big Mac and today a crispy chicken. Something like this cannot be excused at a drive-in counter. From now on I have to check everything at the counter and slow down the successors... Sad but true.

Hello, we were at your restaurant today after visiting the fair with our two children (7 & 9). The dishes were good - of course this is always a highlight, especially for the kids, as it's nothing everyday. Despite the heavy traffic, the waiting times were acceptable. Unfortunately, a young male employee was noticed by his verbally aggressive manner towards other employees, so our daughter said "Dad, I want to get out of here". We first noticed an argument between this young man (slim, short dark blonde hair with a headset on his head) and a dark-haired, smaller employee right at the counter. You could tell she was unwell. She evaluates herself with words like “Man E***” (Probably his name). He seemed very condescending and derogatory to her. The much more destructive and explicit derailment - which made my partner and I feel strange and made our children feel unwell - took place some time later by the same young man: He shouted "... shut up" in a clearly audible and aggressive manner. A male name was mentioned, but we can no longer remember it. We then left the restaurant. Our children are not used to such a choice of words and it should stay that way. My gut feeling would be to give it a rating worse than 3 stars, but since we were happy with the food and the friendliness of the other employees - especially given the crowds - we'll leave it at 3.

Unfortunately, it's too rare that you receive your order in full. I think of the last 20 orders only 2 were correct or complete

Very poorly or barely trained staff. If you want to order with the app, it is not accepted in 1/3 of the cases, sometimes it "works" and sometimes it doesn't and you are asked to "just order normally", of course at the normal price. 'Sorry, but that's nonsense if the shift manager can do it without any problem, but the checkout staff is too polite to ask the person wearing the suit

The food itself was another disappointment. The fries were cold and limp, and the burger seemed like it had been ready for a while before it was served to me. The quality of the food left a lot to be desired and it was obvious that fresh ingredients were not used. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was also problematic. The tables were dingy and sticky, and it seemed like no member of staff had thought to clean them for hours. This contributed to an overall unpleasant ambience. Overall, my visit to McDonald's was disappointing and frustrating. The poor quality of the food, the unfriendly service and the lack of cleanliness of the restaurant have made me think twice about ever eating there again. There is definitely room for improvement in this restaurant to meet customer expectations.

Something is always forgotten every second order. And if there are new sauces it would be nice if they were also available in Westerstede. When the ChrispyChicken was available with new sauces, the sauce was always sold out. And toys in Happymeal too. If everyone isn't there after 2 weeks, it's ok, but not anymore on the second day? I also find new furnishings modest, but that's a matter of taste. And why does everything have to be done at the machine now? Ideally, no more staff at all. Let's make the food ourselves.

Staff is incapable of making even ONE shake properly... A vanilla milkshake was ordered, so far everything was good. But WITHOUT ingredients etc, and what is in the shake? EXACTLY!! Chocolate sauce... Unfortunately I only noticed it when I drove from the farm, then they can't do anything anymore... CHECK your order CAREFULLY and tell them to make it again if even one ingredient is wrong. It doesn't matter if it doesn't taste good. Such reckless behavior must be punished If you can't read, you shouldn't even work in this area... It wasn't the first time that there were problems here...

However, when I received my order, I realized that I received chicken nuggets instead. This is extremely disappointing as I haven't eaten meat for five years and specifically chose the plant-based option. It's disappointing that my order was prepared incorrectly, especially since I made sure to choose a vegetarian option. I request that you ensure that such mistakes are avoided in the future and that orders are prepared correctly and according to customers' wishes. I have rarely seen such incredibly nice employees at a McDonald's. Everyone was friendly and personable. Even if it wasn't tasty (and it was delicious) I would still go there again. Simply because the employees are great! All the stars go to her! :)

Unfortunately the Royal TS only consisted of a lot of mayonnaise, meat and cheese. That was really disgusting. It is the second incorrect issue in a month at this branch. I'll avoid them for now.

Modern, fast, nothing to complain about

We were here today to eat a small snack. Normally I prefer home-cooked food, but today I had to do it quickly. A very friendly employee helped us with the order. We were able to sit at the table and receive our food a short time later. Here children can try out an interesting slide outside There is enough parking space in front of the house. als ich 20 Chicken Nuggets bestellt habe im mc Drive habe ich die 20 Chicken Nuggets bekommen UND die Bestellung von dem hinter mir er hatte einen double Big Mac , Big Tasty Bacon , und Pommes und noch vieles mehr im wert von 30€ eine Sache muss ich sagen sein essen hat leckerer geschmeckt als das was ich bestellt habe

Netter Mc Donalds mit freundlicher Bedienung und typischem Essen. Leider waren wie fast überall die Tische nicht so sauber. Dazu ist der Laden recht klein. Daher einen Stern Abzug.

Bitte entzieht die die Dame von der Kasse, die keine deutsche Muttersprachlerin ist. Bei ihr hat die Bestellung 5 min gedauert als ich mit Geschen-Coupons bezahlen wollte.

Leider ist die Pommes immer wieder kalt....ärgerlich. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch nach, bei den Tischen sowie auf den Boden. Der Service ist sehr freundlich.

Eine der besten Filialen des Goldenen M, meist bestens gelaunte Mitarbeiter die auch Mal gute Sprüche auf Lager haben, essen ist wie wie man es von MCD gewohnt ist.

Leider nur noch 3 Sterne Das Eis nach wie vor prima. Die Nuggets schmeckten nach altem Fett und es wurde ohne Soße geliefert, trotz Bestellung . Schade
