Everything's great as always... the fries are always nice and hot here 👍😅😎

It took forever; anyone wanting fresh and hot food had to make special requests at the terminal.

It's getting worse and worse there. The fact that you always get cold fries and then have to exchange them for fresh ones is standard practice. Now they're starting to make the burgers colder too, and if you get something from the drive-thru, you have to check everything immediately, otherwise half of it will be missing. You can't even sit properly in the restaurant anymore because it's constantly cold and drafty. They need a new government to get this place back on track.

It's getting worse... Been there again after ages, a cucumber on every cheeseburger... Wow! Buns and patties feel smaller than ever before... new recipe and stuff? And expensive, I'd rather get pizza or a small gyro plate...I used to be a real fan!

I'll be completely honest: Today was just too much. I picked up my food from McDonald's in Bestestede, and I'm starting to seriously wonder what's going on there. It's getting a little worse each time – but today topped it all. I live literally just a minute away, and yet the food was completely cold, the burgers were as dry as paper, and the chicken burger had this weird, damp aftertaste that makes you wonder how old it actually was. That was definitely not normal. And the items from the Monopoly promotion? Almost gone. Like they think, "It's free, so it'll be fine." Nope, it's not fine at all. I'm not writing this to complain, but because someone really needs to take a serious look at what's going on. Something's not right in the kitchen – and it hasn't been for a while.

The interior design isn't very nice.

When I came to McDonald's every day and bought a cheeseburger, they brought it to me perfectly warm, and when I couldn't buy another burger, they brought me a cheeseburger for FREE. Respect to the staff.

Good morning, so when we come to eat at your place and your employees don't know what hygiene protection is and there's hair in the burger, and we normally complain. And your Polish or Russian employee yells at us. It's normal for it to happen. That hair gets in the food sometimes. Even the other guests were watching. Either they take action against their employee, and I didn't mean a cheap warning!!!! which you, as the boss, can tell who the shift supervisor was. Because we mentioned the hair in the burger, she also banned us from the premises. They should probably go eat somewhere else. I, as the hygiene officer, will completely tear your place apart with the health department and the trade supervisory authority. And I will also publicly denounce your place everywhere. What kind of staff you employ. She even got a complaint for insult last night. I am happy to answer any further questions or discuss things with you. (But only when the person who also damaged their business is GONE!!!!) 1x hair in the burger 1x milkshake was just a runny soup, not as it should be. 3x fries were only lukewarm and soggy! Not even the minimum temperature! Cheeseburgers were also only lukewarm, but actually okay! But not as they should be!

Everything was great, except that the Big Mac had very little sauce, which I think is a shame. Please give it a little more sauce and a few more crumbs of lettuce.

All the sauces were forgotten; we had ordered takeout...

We were there on Friday 29 August at 0:30 am and we were served by an employee with a beard and we have never experienced such friendly and nice service, big praise

The food is served cold. An employee goes outside to smoke and then returns to the kitchen to make burgers without washing his hands. Wears his own street jacket while preparing the food. I think the health department should stop by here more often..!! Simply disgusting. This is absolutely unacceptable in a "restaurant."

Another employee suggested that we might have already eaten the fries. After several minutes of discussion, the fries were finally prepared. No apology or anything like that. Thanks, never again.

Hygiene is a foreign concept! The floor inside is greasy. The toilet seats (women's) are full of urine! The tables outside are sticky! Perhaps the hygiene policy needs to be revised!

I'm really annoyed because almost every one of my orders is incomplete. There's always something missing from the bag, even though I ordered exactly what I wanted. I expect my orders to be issued completely and correctly from now on. Please make sure this finally works reliably.

I ordered two meals from the McDrive and took them with me. The food was ice cold! Since we had to keep driving, a return wasn't possible. Absolutely unacceptable – this shouldn't happen!

It was probably the manager?! He yelled at an employee and insulted him in front of everyone, which really shocked me because that's completely unacceptable in Germany. In my opinion, this manager should be fired or the staff should be treated more humanely—they're not robots.

Great service at the McDrive today!

We were just there, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Our little daughter dropped her pacifier, and the server immediately picked it up and asked if they should wash it. They even asked at the table if everything was okay and if we needed anything else, something we've never experienced at McDonald's before! On top of that, they gave the little one a toy, since she can't manage a Happy Meal yet, and he thought it was unfair that only her brothers got a toy. So, the service was fantastic!

Is a nice place to eat with friends

Went back after a long time and immediately realized why we hadn't been there for so long: Order over €32 Drinks and ice cream were already ready before the burgers were even prepared! With the outside temperature at 30 degrees, that was great, of course 🙄 The fries had been sitting around for a while and were soggy and cold! The burgers were at least okay, although two out of six hamburgers were missing pickles. The staff were nice, but that didn't make the food any better! The response to an email complaint was also half-hearted!

They forgot something in my order three times and once I ordered Coke, it looked like Coke but tasted like water and today they put regular nuggets in instead of McPlant nuggets.

Philipp was on the night shift today. The man deserves a promotion. I've rarely seen such a fast, yet friendly and helpful service employee. The food was also fresh and hot.

Worst McDonald's!! We live in Westerstede and we laugh ourselves silly whenever they're out of something or something's missing. On Mondays, the ice cream machine is broken, on Tuesdays, there's no coffee, on Wednesdays, no salad for the wrap, on Thursdays, two burgers are missing from our order, and on Fridays, you wait an hour for your food. Horrible!!! Save your money, go shopping, or eat somewhere else!

I've eaten exclusively from McDonald's for the past two months, and the food always arrived quickly and always tasted good. However, my diet started to show, and I vomited and had diarrhea the whole night (Wednesday to Thursday). When I vomited for the first time, pressure built up on my backside and I unfortunately shat my underwear. Unfortunately, it completely ruined them, so I threw them straight in the trash. I even built a sleeping mat in front of the toilet and slept in front of the thunder beam because I had to equalize my stomach pressure every 15 minutes. It wasn't too bad, though, since I easily lost 8 kg. Highly recommended!

We ordered a strawberry shake and it came vanilla and this happened for the second time in a row. We ordered a toy and something completely different came. The people there are very rude, a disgrace.

Today everything was clean. It had just been mopped. However, I wish there had been a sign at the entrance warning me, "Caution: Wet!" The sign only appeared near the restrooms. They were clean, top-notch. The staff at the counter were friendly. Unfortunately, the new mozzarella wrap was sold out. Bad luck for me.

First, you get the wrong orders at your table, and then they're swapped from table to table, even though the wrong customer already had their hand on it. Great hygiene regulations aren't being followed. Then the ice cream is only served with drops of chocolate sauce, and when you point this out, the answer is normal. It's always like that. Yes, apparently here and not anywhere else!!! At one Happy Meal they say the game is no longer available, but the next person at the Happy Meal does have it. It's all weird.

Contrary to all publications on the web, the Burger Station here in WST worked without gloves and grabbed all the hamburgers with their hands. The service is relaxed and you can't be bothered. Only the meat of the hamburger was warm and the outside of the bun was cold. This bread roll didn't see the toaster even though the store wasn't very busy. Nothing going on in the store and then so many service breakdowns.

This was the cutest drive in we have ever been to. The employees were very nice and there were waiting parking spaces and not just those stupid waiting bays. I can't judge inside and the food is just the usual McDonalds food.

Worst McFlurry I've eaten in a long time. Without being able to measure it, it looked like there was only half the ice in it. The sauce was also clearly saved.

Juice shop... Half of it is missing every time you drive through McDrive. The toys for the kids are also often forgotten. Free rewards through points are generally “forgotten”. Update: Still too stupid to pack a simple menu.

Nice friendly staff which had an oversupply of staff today, in my opinion. What I didn't like when ordering was that you couldn't order the menu twice in the app with coupons. Therefore only 3*.

The food is very tasty and the burgers are great, but when I ordered with the app for the first time I didn't know exactly what I had to do and I said that too. The cashier seemed slightly unfriendly instead of saying: Yes, I can understand that.

I find ordering via screen to be very bad. I found the ambience in the evenings very disturbing. It had more of a village disco distance from the restaurant. The toilets were very dirty.

I only charged my car at this point, but even that was good. One of the countless EWE charging stations that are everywhere at McDonald’s. I can't say anything about the food, but I suspect like at every McDonald's.

By far the cleanest and coziest McDonald's I know. I travel a lot for work and have already experienced a few others. It must be emphasized here that the staff has always been and is friendly for years. Service is coordinated. And somehow the coffee tastes best here. When I'm back in Westerstede, I'll be happy to come back.

Everything is great. Good M Burger and the chicken nuggets were really hot

It's really a shame but it really isn't what it used to be. Today was really the highlight... None of the sauces ordered for fries and nuggets in the bag…. But the best part about this order was, even the patty was missing from the burger! Bit into it but somehow something was missing….

The worst store I know. Loud, the furnishings feel like wooden class. Totally uncomfortable and it drags. Never again for me, I'd rather drive a little further to other locations

Delicious as usual. Super nice staff. It actually always happens very quickly. However, I find the new ambience that has been in place there for a few years now to be cold and uncomfortable. The outdoor area is very cozy, especially in summer.

For a visit to McDonald's today, everything was flawless and exemplary

Ordered today on August 7th, 2022 at 9:22 p.m. via app. Waited at the drive for 15 minutes without any information. Then got my order. After a rough check and at home 8.3km away, we noticed that the fries were missing from every menu. Called and reported fries missing, I can pick them up. Now it's 10:06 p.m. and I have my fries! But also just the fries that were handed to me in annoyance despite my own mistakes. Apparently no one was interested in the fact that my burger had to cool down for over half an hour, because I mentioned that. Esseb with the family, completed. I now eat my cold hamburger alone and the hot fries go in the trash because everyone is full after eating for 20 minutes. Thanks for nothing! Update: So far there have been no more problems with missing food. Accordingly, I change my stars to 4.

Ordering at the terminal was not possible because an employee was constantly clicking around to show me food suggestions, even though I didn't want any help. During the menu the suggestion came that if two hamburgers were too many, I could throw one away. Throw away food? It doesn't work at all

Just placed an order + gave a code, paid at the 1st counter, took the receipt with me, drove to the next counter, looked at the receipt and the order was missing the code, I then said that at the 2nd counter, the young man picked it up the colleague. She was really rude, that wouldn't work anymore, I should do another round or come to the restaurant, I said I wouldn't do that because otherwise the other food would get cold. She said she was sorry, she didn't have the cash register, have a nice evening and goodbye. I said I would still like my complete order. That wouldn't work, she wouldn't have time, there would be a lot going on. I asked if she could go there and I got it too. No! The code is now invalid anyway. If she hadn't discussed it so much, it would still have been valid. Naughty, stroppy woman!!!
