Ich bin nicht bedient worden. Man kann nur über Stationen /Displays bestellen. Bargeld zählt nix. Keine Kasse. Auch keine alternative Lösung angeboten. Bedienerhilfe...? Man hat mich ohne Essen gehen lassen. War egal..., mir dann auch. Schlechte Performance. Sorry, geht gar nicht.

Hello, we were at your restaurant today after visiting the fair with our two children (7 & 9). The dishes were good - of course this is always a highlight, especially for the kids, as it's nothing everyday. Despite the heavy traffic, the waiting times were acceptable. Unfortunately, a young male employee was noticed by his verbally aggressive manner towards other employees, so our daughter said "Dad, I want to get out of here". We first noticed an argument involving this young man (slim, short dark blonde hair with a headset on his head) and a dark-haired, smaller employee right at the counter. You could tell she was unwell. She evaluates herself with words like “Man E***” (Probably his name). He seemed very condescending and derogatory to her. The much more destructive and explicit derailment - which made my partner and I feel strange and made our children feel unwell - took place some time later by the same young man: He clearly audibly and aggressively shouted "...shut up." A male name was mentioned, but we can no longer remember it. We then left the restaurant. Our children are not used to such a choice of words and it should stay that way. My gut feeling would be to give it a rating worse than 3 stars, but since we were happy with the food and the friendliness of the other employees - especially given the crowds - we'll leave it at 3.

Very poorly or barely trained staff. If you want to order with the app, it is not accepted in 1/3 of the cases, sometimes it "works" and sometimes it doesn't and you are asked to "just order normally", of course at the normal price. 'Sorry, but that's nonsense if the shift manager can do it without any problem, but the checkout staff is too polite to ask the person wearing the suit

Hamburger buns were stained and looked like mold. My son and I both had stomach problems. Everything just mashed together. Fries cold. Impossible

Once again we didn't receive our complete order. The burgers that were packed when we ordered were also poorly processed and the quality leaves a lot to be desired!!!

Something is always forgotten every second order. And if there are new sauces it would be nice if they were also available in Westerstede. When the ChrispyChicken was available with new sauces, the sauce was always sold out. And toys in Happymeal too. If everyone isn't there after 2 weeks, it's ok, but not anymore on the second day? I also find new furnishings modest, but that's a matter of taste. And why does everything have to be done at the machine now? Ideally, no more staff at all. Let's make the food ourselves.

The food itself was another disappointment. The fries were cold and limp, and the burger seemed like it had been ready for a while before it was served to me. The quality of the food left a lot to be desired and it was obvious that fresh ingredients were not used. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was also problematic. The tables were dingy and sticky, and it seemed like no member of staff had thought to clean them for hours. This contributed to an overall unpleasant ambience. Overall, my visit to McDonald's was disappointing and frustrating. The poor quality of the food, the unfriendly service and the lack of cleanliness of the restaurant have made me think twice about ever eating there again. There is definitely room for improvement in this restaurant to meet customer expectations.

Recently, I visited the McDonald's restaurant near me with the hope of enjoying a vegan meal. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by an unfortunate incident that highlighted the lack of accuracy in ordering. After specifically ordering a vegan menu, I was disappointed to see that my meal contained meat. This error was not only annoying, but also problematic for me as a vegan customer who consciously makes sure to avoid animal products. The lack of accuracy from the staff was obvious and frustrating. Even though I clearly placed my order, it seemed like it wasn't taken properly or was ignored. This mistake could have been avoided if the staff had paid closer attention to customers' orders. Furthermore, the handling of this situation was disappointing. When I raised the issue, the staff showed little understanding and seemed more annoyed than eager to resolve the matter. It was disappointing to see that my concerns were not taken seriously and that no appropriate apology or solution was offered. Overall, my visit to McDonald's was disappointing and frustrating due to this incident. The lack of accuracy in ordering and the inadequate response from the staff resulted in me finding my experience extremely negative. As a customer, I expect a certain level of reliability and professionalism, which unfortunately was not met during this visit.

This McDonald's is no good, employees don't do a good job, cucumbers are missing, meat is not cooked through, and employees stink (McDonald's employees are also allowed to shower beforehand!)

So. If you already work there, then do your job sensibly and correctly. This is the umpteenth time that our order was not complete. Waiting value of 15 euros is missing and this is not the first time..

Staff is incapable of making even ONE shake properly... A vanilla milkshake was ordered, so far everything was good. But WITHOUT ingredients etc, and what is in the shake? EXACTLY!! Chocolate sauce... Unfortunately I only noticed it when I drove from the farm, then they can't do anything anymore... CHECK your order CAREFULLY and tell them to make it again if even one ingredient is wrong. It doesn't matter if it doesn't taste good. Such reckless behavior must be punished If you can't read, you shouldn't even work in this area... It wasn't the first time that there were problems here...

McDonald's works here. Everything was right. Fast execution even though it was quite busy. I'm not used to that anymore in Leer. Top!

Service? Yes, the ordering computer worked. The staff were nice and attentive as usual, the food was of a good standard. It's all ok.

Just been there around 3:50 a.m. and the employees are absolute men of honor, rarely have I experienced such good service at a McDonald's... The employees on this shift should get a raise! Greetings go out to this wonderful team

Dear McDonald's team, I would like to complain about a recent order from your restaurant. On March 13, 2024 I ordered plant-based nuggets. However, when I received my order, I realized that I received chicken nuggets instead. This is extremely disappointing as I haven't eaten meat for five years and specifically chose the plant-based option. It's disappointing that my order was prepared incorrectly, especially since I made sure to choose a vegetarian option. I request that you ensure that such mistakes are avoided in the future and that orders are prepared correctly and according to customers' wishes. I have rarely seen such incredibly nice employees at a McDonald's. Everyone was friendly and personable. Even if it wasn't tasty (and it was delicious) I would still go there again. Simply because the employees are great! All the stars go to her! :)

Unfortunately the Royal TS only consisted of a lot of mayonnaise, meat and cheese. That was really disgusting. It is the second incorrect issue in a month at this branch. I'll avoid them for now.

Modern, fast, nothing to complain about

We were here today to eat a small snack. Normally I prefer home-cooked food, but today I had to do it quickly. A very friendly employee helped us with the order. We were able to sit at the table and receive our food a short time later. Here children can try out an interesting slide outside There is enough parking space in front of the house. Despite the crowds, the staff were friendly.

The products are relatively expensive. Recommendation: Use the app with coupons, then it works. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly and on the ball. When eating out, you should check your order for completeness before leaving, as mistakes often happen here.

Now very expensive and the food is very varied. Not worth it anymore. It's better to go to a restaurant there.

Clean and very friendly. Especially the nice lady who brings the food to the table and also explains the terminal in a friendly manner to customers. She does her work with calm and friendliness.

The last meals were almost cold...The burgers weren't well fried...almost raw inside. Unfortunately, some employees are very unfriendly. Things are getting worse and worse when it comes to food and, in some cases, employees. When making a vanilla milk shake, the machine is often broken.

We were there on vacation because we were in the climate house, I say never again!!!!

Super Nette Mitarbeiter das Essen war schnell da und sehr frisch zubereitet. Die Toiletten und das gesamte Resturant ist sehr sauber.

Diese Joel sagen nix richtig. Ich waren da diese Paul machen burger ohne sose. Nix schmecken ich haben 20 Chicken nuget bestellt nur 17 bekommen.

als ich 20 Chicken Nuggets bestellt habe im mc Drive habe ich die 20 Chicken Nuggets bekommen UND die Bestellung von dem hinter mir er hatte einen double Big Mac , Big Tasty Bacon , und Pommes und noch vieles mehr im wert von 30€ eine Sache muss ich sagen sein essen hat leckerer geschmeckt als das was ich bestellt habe

Netter Mc Donalds mit freundlicher Bedienung und typischem Essen. Leider waren wie fast überall die Tische nicht so sauber. Dazu ist der Laden recht klein. Daher einen Stern Abzug.

Bitte entzieht die die Dame von der Kasse, die keine deutsche Muttersprachlerin ist. Bei ihr hat die Bestellung 5 min gedauert als ich mit Geschen-Coupons bezahlen wollte.

Eigentlich ganz gut für eine McDonald's Filiale. Im McDrive sollte man allerdings seine Bestellung prüfen, da häufig etwas fehlt

Leider ist die Pommes immer wieder kalt....ärgerlich. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch nach, bei den Tischen sowie auf den Boden. Der Service ist sehr freundlich.

Eine der besten Filialen des Goldenen M, meist bestens gelaunte Mitarbeiter die auch Mal gute Sprüche auf Lager haben, essen ist wie wie man es von MCD gewohnt ist.

Leider nur noch 3 Sterne Das Eis nach wie vor prima. Die Nuggets schmeckten nach altem Fett und es wurde ohne Soße geliefert, trotz Bestellung . Schade

Dieses McDonalds Restaurant ist mit Abstand das sauberste und schönste Restaurant! Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und helfen einem weiter, falls man beim Bestell-Terminal Hilfe brauch. Es gibt genügend Parkplatz Möglichkeiten und im Restaurant selbst, hat man viel Platz. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und sehr heiß. Hat sehr gut geschmeckt. 5/5 Sterne 🌟

Leider waren bei unserem Besuch die Tische & der Boden dreckig gewesen. Keiner von den Angestellten hatte da große lust sauber zu machen. Schade hätten uns gerne hingesetzt und dort gegessen. So haben wir das Essen mit nach Hause genommen.

Es hat alles gestimmt. Bestellung war vollständig und heiß. Ausreichend Servietten dabei.

Waren sonst eigentlich soweit zufrieden, aber seit paar Wochen kann man den Laden leider komplett knicken. Auf die kostenpflichtigen Extras wird nicht mehr geachtet, Burger komplett vergessen und von der App möchte ich gar nicht erst anfangen! Nett sind die Mitarbeiter, dass muss ich dem Mecces hier lassen! Aber dafür kommt man am Ende nicht her. Für die heutigen Preise möchte ich dennoch das was ich bestelle. Schade!

Außergewöhnlich dieser Mc Donalds. Waren grad da und wir sind mehr als begeistert. Essen war noch Warm, Zubereitung wurde ohne Fehler gemacht. Und es war für ein Fastfood Restaurant wirklich sehr sauber. Daumen hoch

Heerlijk om ‘s avonds even een mcflurry te eten. Lekker ijsje met caramel en ook nog heel aantrekkelijk geprijsd!

Fastfoodessen wie bei jedem MCD, eine Wartezeit von 25 Minuten ist für „fast“Food aber einfach zu lange! Das Personal war allerdings sehr freundlich!

Wenn es nicht voll ist, ist es durchaus angenehm. Es ist dann sauber und das Essen ist schnell fertig. Das Personal ist nett und freundlich. Die Toiletten sauber.
