Much better than a McDonald's right on the highway

Unfortunately it has gotten worse. Management reacted unfriendly to my complaint about the iced tea, which was exactly at the calibration mark with ice cubes. Apparently they couldn't change that. In addition, the fries were so cold.

It takes quite a long time from ordering to taking away the food, sometimes up to half an hour. . Sometimes something is forgotten... what you ordered. .

New: double switch when ordering. Friendly as always. Otherwise you get McD as usual.

I waited in line at Mac Drive for 10 minutes after ordering two cheeseburgers and two chicken burgers. No problem, however, when it was my turn. After 10 minutes of waiting, my four citizens were not ready and I had to wait another 5 minutes at the distribution point. 15 minutes waiting time for four burgers is just too long. The employee at the McDonald's serving window became cheeky and asked why I was complaining about the 15 minute wait. There are other people who also want to eat in the restaurant, no problem, but then I would like to offer a different service and not make people wait for 15 minutes for four citizens and then be cheekily approached by an employee. As a customer you simply don’t need that. Therefore, McDonald's and its employees should get used to service again more slowly in Germany.

Really nice after the renovation

It says 24/7 but I’ve gone there plenty of time after midnight and they’re closed. Always saying “air filter” reasons for not being open. Just declare this location 6am-12pm!

The quality is okay, but in my last orders at least one thing was always served incorrectly or forgotten. Employees almost always seem demotivated. Unfortunately often dirty. The new renovation looks relatively appealing.

I ordered 6 nuggets but only received 5. But the 5 were delicious

I can only agree with the negative experiences of some others. If you take it with you, it's best to check it on site, something is always missing.

I really get too much, you trust that everything is there when you take the order and the gentleman looks at the note carefully and then you get home and see that the juice wasn't packed and the fruit nonsense as well - that can't be true. If it's not there, you can say so and add something else, but you pay for it and you don't get the chance to carry out the order correctly. To be honest, that's not possible, well at least the sauce was included with the four nuggets

When you see how you, as a corpulent person, are looked at by employees and how people talk about me to colleagues, I find it really cheeky. One more reason to stay away from there. I regret that I wanted to give it another chance

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. I had a large order but was ripped off - something was missing and when I tried to complain about it I wasn't believed. Instead of a solution, it was assumed that I was just making it up. Very bad customer service! The many parking options are positive, but that's about it. The way we deal with customers needs to be urgently improved!

Absolute juice shop! We were there with the children and ordered several Happy Meals especially for them because they wanted so much to have the Pokémon cards from the Happy Meal - according to the ordering terminal, these were still available, but when the food came, the “rude awakening” occurred and there was another toy inside that had not been ordered. When we complained, we were only told that we didn't have any left, even though it was shown at the terminal, and that we couldn't or didn't want to take them back (= we were basically unlucky). The food from and adults was also very poor, the quality absolutely did not correspond to the price - I definitely advise against a visit! Absolutely dissatisfied and all at an absolutely exorbitant price. I will not be visiting this store again in the foreseeable future and I recommend the same to others!

The listlessness of the apparently incompetent counter employee, who first couldn't operate his cash register and then tried to collect bonus points by being silent when paying, cannot be dismissed. We continue with the order, which was neither complete nor correct, let alone had anything to do with warm food, the sweet chili warp was missing, the sweet chili sauce from the McChicken Classic was topped with lettuce and mayonnaise and there was no trace of the chicken! This visit was simply underground!

Since there are Pokémon cards available at Mc Donald's happy meal, we went there with the children. We ordered 2 happy meals at Mc Drive and then went home. On a Thursday evening there isn't much going on and there isn't much work to do. When we got home we were very sad. There were no Pokémon cards in both happy meals. I think it's a shame that the children's meal in particular is not complete, even though that is the most important thing for the children. It's a shame that someone would do something like that on purpose and without motivation.

My wife was in the branch today, Wednesday February 22nd, 2025 at 9:29 p.m. and placed an order to take away. There was only 1 guest in the building apart from her and yet she had to wait almost 15 minutes (for a small order - 1 cheeseburger, 1 MC Smart Menu double cheeseburger, 1 Filet'o'Fish, 1 apple turnover). Ok, it's supposedly freshly prepared, but for so long? And then when we got home, 3 minutes by car, we immediately unpacked it to eat and the cheeseburgers were cold!?!? How can that be? And it's not the first time! The last few times something was either forgotten or the burgers were far dry! Sorry, but this is the very last McDonald's I know. Employees there are also completely overwhelmed, annoyed and completely oblivious! Yes, you have to work in Germany. If you don't like it, stay at home and collect citizen's money! If this branch is in competition with the branch in Rethen, then I can say you have won! Rethen is already underground, but you surpass everything! Even 0 stars are still too much!

Unfortunately, something is often missing when we order from the drive. Otherwise a great branch.

November 18, 2024. [...] I sat down at McDonald's on Bavenstedter Str., drank a coffee and ate a vegan burger while waiting for the license plates. The burger was OK. But there is definitely room for improvement.

Everything was great and centrally located

They don't even deserve one star for the way they work there. EVERY TIME something is forgotten! Sometimes it's the fries, sometimes the sauces, sometimes it's a completely different burger. When you speak to them you are told straight away that you ordered it that way or you get other excuses. Slow service, unsympathetic and customer-oriented work, no idea, very, very poor performance, sorry..

I was just getting food and got 2 mc ribs, only today they were so dry because there wasn't a drop of sauce on them from the time they were ordered to the time they were picked up...

Still just as unclean a branch as before, staff is unfriendly and addresses customers personally when they have problems. No go! As before, this branch is no longer served. Visually it has become more beautiful. But that was it.

Coffee is good but the burger is getting smaller and smaller

Online it says open 24 hours a day. When we arrived at 1:30am due to our transit we were told that it would be closed until 6am tomorrow for cleaning reasons. Very annoying because it was planned and there seems to be no possibility for another 100km.

It has something of a waiting hall. It's not comfortable anymore 🤷. The food was hot and the employee who brought the food to the table was very friendly 😊

The food is fresh and everything is clean. BUT unfortunately it is still standard practice that the truth is forgotten, that boxes are not filled correctly (there is always a nugget too few in the box, that slowly becomes noticeable). Therefore not recommended. ADDENDUM 2024 after several visits and orders: Items missing, but paid for. Nobody cares locally. On site the branch is just unappetizing and dirty. Unfortunately, after years there has been no improvement. Unfortunately the only branch that has a delivery service. Current status, I was just too stupid to believe that something would improve at this branch.

I haven't eaten McDonalds in years. I find it very unhealthy and recommend eating fresh instead of deep-frying frozen food like at McDonalds etc

An impudence. Placed 4 small breakfast orders and waited a total of 45 minutes for the order. An order was completely forgotten (we were the only customers at the time)

Team is unable to accept an order and redeem points from the app! Super unfriendly and overwhelmed. You'll be insulted unnecessarily and asked if you're angry without saying anything.

So remodeling is all well and good... Big BUT the tables are dirty with grease stains and crumbs... The women's toilet is the final boss! Total fuck! 2 out of three cabins! No toilet paper.

My food wasn't delivered. They said I couldn't be reached, but the doorbell wasn't rung and there wasn't a car at my front door (which I would have seen from the balcony). The food was supposedly left on my doorstep, but that wasn't the case. Despite paying, I won't get a refund.

For me it has nothing to do with McDonald's. (Table layout is zero) it's too narrow and the cash register is much too small for the rush. Sorry, I expected better 😔

Some of the employees are absolutely unfriendly, they snatch things out of your hands, they probably haven't learned how to say hello and goodbye, and unfortunately general respect for customers is nowhere to be found!

Cleanliness in the toilet is really not easy to maintain. You have to do something about it.

The food was as expected. But I've never had to wait half an hour for it in any other McDonald's before. 😔Drive-in and delivery services were permanently given priority, at the expense of customers in the store. That was really bad. Yes, it was a Saturday evening, but other providers handle that better.

Open through the drive-in despite renovations in the customer area. You could even order there as a pedestrian. When we asked how coupon redemption worked, we were asked to go to the first window and they helped us.

Staff overwhelmed and unfriendly. The ice cream was prepared, then stood in front of the counter for 15 minutes until the rest (two burgers!) were ready - unfortunately the ice cream was more of a shake...

Unfortunately there is currently a construction site, so parking is very chaotic. The staff is sometimes overwhelmed and unfocused. Orders are only processed half-heartedly. Nevertheless, the staff is mostly friendly

The floor sticks excessively. Toilets dirty, paper everywhere. Staff overwhelmed. Sometimes 2-3 people prepare an order at the same time, and we waited 10 minutes for two simple coffees. 4 people who came after us received their orders before us, even though the numbers were supposed to go in order. An employee was constantly wandering around and seemed lost.

The food was ok for McDonald’s. The toilets are reasonably clean and the service is super nice. The food arrived correctly and quickly. Nevertheless, the tables were sticky. Prices could be lower for food.

It's just McDonald's. So the food is okay but not great. Problems like forgetting ketchup or something similar naturally occur. However, you can still eat here and it's not too expensive with offers from the app.

I think it's a shame that there are no changing tables at most McDonald's, then the service would complain to you, even though you didn't do anything wrong, of course something can always go wrong, but you don't have to use your tone wrong and then you were so condescended to looked at...for me it was the bottom drawer

Food was ok. The store overall was very hot and not air conditioned. It could also be renovated in one place or another.

Was there on June 22nd, 2024 at 10:37 a.m. unfortunately missed breakfast so decided to order chicken nuggts - very big mistake... the whole evening and once again goes over and on the toilet bowl! Absolutely dangerous to health... I would like to call the public order office.

At the MC Drive I just ordered an ice coffee sake caramel and received it with chocolate. Ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes and got 1 ice coffee. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home.

Although McDonald's is often very busy in the evenings, you can get your food super quickly. That's how it has to be.

What's incredibly stressful is when the children scream and scream so loudly without supervision that you can't even have a normal conversation. We have children ourselves and understand that they rage, but parents should point out that they are not alone here!!

Salad was missing from the McMenu. The payment counter at McDrive was permanently unmanned.

I eat there maybe 6 times a year. You have to check every order yourself because 90% of the time something is forgotten. The big thing today was when the employee dug the Coke glass out of the bag again, saying there was already one in it. Checked again, of course there was no glass in it... plus there were fake toys with the Happy Meal and no dressing with the salad!

It's a quick snack. Burgers taste good, but aren't as filling.

Everything was great!! The best McDonald's I've ever been to. The orders were completed incredibly quickly, nothing was missing and the food was fresh and warm. I can only recommend everyone to eat at this branch! I haven't had such great service in other branches in Hildesheim and Hanover. 💯

It always depends on who is running the show. At first my McD app was totally messed up, but the very nice staff was so helpful that they immediately helped me in any way they could to solve my problem. I was even offered another smartphone to order the coupons because nothing was working for me. What particularly stood out today was the obvious leadership. There was a lot to do, but he was as quick as if he had eight hands😁 He also took care of one of my concerns and was very friendly and accommodating. I actually wanted to be brief, but such an honorable professional needs a few more words to be rewarded, just like his proper employees! Keep it up! I was there twice today, April 21st, and was really very satisfied both times...
