McDonald's in Hildesheim

It has something of a waiting hall. It's not comfortable anymore 🤷. The food was hot and the employee who brought the food to the table was very friendly 😊

The food is fresh and everything is clean. BUT unfortunately it is still standard practice that the truth is forgotten, that boxes are not filled correctly (there is always a nugget too few in the box, that slowly becomes noticeable). Therefore not recommended. ADDENDUM 2024 after several visits and orders: Items missing, but paid for. Nobody cares locally. On site the branch is just unappetizing and dirty. Unfortunately, after years there has been no improvement. Unfortunately the only branch that has a delivery service. Current status, I was just too stupid to believe that something would improve at this branch.

I haven't eaten McDonalds in years. I find it very unhealthy and recommend eating fresh instead of deep-frying frozen food like at McDonalds etc

An impudence. Placed 4 small breakfast orders and waited a total of 45 minutes for the order. An order was completely forgotten (we were the only customers at the time)

Team is unable to accept an order and redeem points from the app! Super unfriendly and overwhelmed. You'll be insulted unnecessarily and asked if you're angry without saying anything.

So remodeling is all well and good... Big BUT the tables are dirty with grease stains and crumbs... The women's toilet is the final boss! Total fuck! 2 out of three cabins! No toilet paper.

Everything fresh, super fast. Toilets were freshly cleaned. Parking is a bit tight.

Very clean, super friendly to customers and to each other. Highlight: fresh flowers on every table, never seen before at McDonald's. Very pleasant dining atmosphere.

Staff stressed. With table service trays slammed unfriendly on the table. All 3 portions of fries were cold. Complained and then got a hot one. Ordered 2x crispy chicken burgers and 2 cheeseburgers came in paper from the chicken burger - complained again...

Never again in Bavenstedt, waited almost an hour for the food. Employees very unfriendly and slow. And then packed the wrong sauces.

My food wasn't delivered. They said I couldn't be reached, but the doorbell wasn't rung and there wasn't a car at my front door (which I would have seen from the balcony). The food was supposedly left on my doorstep, but that wasn't the case. Despite paying, I won't get a refund.

For me it has nothing to do with McDonald's. (Table layout is zero) it's too narrow and the cash register is much too small for the rush. Sorry, I expected better 😔

Some of the employees are absolutely unfriendly, they snatch things out of your hands, they probably haven't learned how to say hello and goodbye, and unfortunately general respect for customers is nowhere to be found!

Really nice after the renovation

Cleanliness in the toilet is really not easy to maintain. You have to do something about it.

The food was as expected. But I've never had to wait half an hour for it in any other McDonald's before. 😔Drive-in and delivery services were permanently given priority, at the expense of customers in the store. That was really bad. Yes, it was a Saturday evening, but other providers handle that better.

Open through the drive-in despite renovations in the customer area. You could even order there as a pedestrian. When we asked how coupon redemption worked, we were asked to go to the first window and they helped us.

Staff overwhelmed and unfriendly. The ice cream was prepared, then stood in front of the counter for 15 minutes until the rest (two burgers!) were ready - unfortunately the ice cream was more of a shake...

Not recommended for orders! They didn't deliver my order, I got there after 2 hours and had to wait another half hour!

The 2nd M wasn't in the bag...that shouldn't actually happen

Unfortunately there is currently a construction site, so parking is very chaotic. The staff is sometimes overwhelmed and unfocused. Orders are only processed half-heartedly. Nevertheless, the staff is mostly friendly

The castle for children is run down and my child almost got injured because many parts were already loose or broken

The floor sticks excessively. Toilets dirty, paper everywhere. Staff overwhelmed. Sometimes 2-3 people prepare an order at the same time, and we waited 10 minutes for two simple coffees. 4 people who came after us received their orders before us, even though the numbers were supposed to go in order. An employee was constantly wandering around and seemed lost.

The food was ok for McDonald’s. The toilets are reasonably clean and the service is super nice. The food arrived correctly and quickly. Nevertheless, the tables were sticky. Prices could be lower for food.

It's just McDonald's. So the food is okay but not great. Problems like forgetting ketchup or something similar naturally occur. However, you can still eat here and it's not too expensive with offers from the app.

I think it's a shame that there are no changing tables at most McDonald's, then the service would complain to you, even though you didn't do anything wrong, of course something can always go wrong, but you don't have to use your tone wrong and then you were so condescended to looked at...for me it was the bottom drawer

Food was ok. The store overall was very hot and not air conditioned. It could also be renovated in one place or another.

Big tasty was good with plenty of salad and sauce 👍. Good connection with the authobanh. Was a bit slow serving time though.

The biggest dirty shop of all!! Starting with the online order, which is simply canceled after 55 minutes of waiting. - An ambulance on emergency duty is turned away from the parking lot by the store manager because it is supposedly causing damage to the store. How hostile can you be to people...

Preferably zero stars! Ate there for the second time and got food poisoning again thanks! Now I'm sure these come from here! Was there on June 22nd, 2024 at 10:37 a.m. unfortunately missed breakfast so decided to order chicken nuggts - very big mistake... the whole evening and once again goes over and on the toilet bowl! Absolutely dangerous to health... I would like to call the public order office.

The worst McDonald's I've ever visited, they are constantly trying to cheat, or they won't give you change, or they'll miss something extra on the check. Just terrible, I don't recommend it

Worst McDonald's I know. Staff very unfriendly and snotty, tables are dirty and it's not fast food if you have to wait 30 minutes for a menu.

At the MC Drive I just ordered an ice coffee sake caramel and received it with chocolate. Ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes and got 1 ice coffee. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home.

Although McDonald's is often very busy in the evenings, you can get your food super quickly. That's how it has to be.

What's incredibly stressful is when the children scream and scream so loudly without supervision that you can't even have a normal conversation. We have children ourselves and understand that they rage, but parents should point out that they are not alone here!!

Salad was missing from the McMenu. The payment counter at McDrive was permanently unmanned.

I eat there maybe 6 times a year. You have to check every order yourself because 90% of the time something is forgotten. The big thing today was when the employee dug the Coke glass out of the bag again, saying there was already one in it. Checked again, of course there was no glass in it... plus there were fake toys with the Happy Meal and no dressing with the salad!

It's a quick snack. Burgers taste good, but aren't as filling.

Everything was great!! The best McDonald's I've ever been to. The orders were completed incredibly quickly, nothing was missing and the food was fresh and warm. I can only recommend everyone to eat at this branch! I haven't had such great service in other branches in Hildesheim and Hanover. 💯

It always depends on who is running the show. At first my McD app was totally messed up, but the very nice staff was so helpful that they immediately helped me in any way they could to solve my problem. I was even offered another smartphone to order the coupons because nothing was working for me. What particularly stood out today was the obvious leadership. There was a lot to do, but he was as quick as if he had eight hands😁 He also took care of one of my concerns and was very friendly and accommodating. I actually wanted to be brief, but such an honorable professional needs a few more words to be rewarded, just like his proper employees! Keep it up! I was there twice today, April 21st, and was really very satisfied both times...

My ice cream was only a quarter full.

At night, 3 cars stand in front of you for about 10 minutes in the drive just to order. I can't rate the food because I left.

Solid but not the best in terms of cleanliness, table sticky and crumbly. The food was otherwise hot and you could sit in peace even though it was relatively full. I'll go there again when I'm nearby.

3km from the A7 motorway. Not a long wait, nice staff. Food could be a little hotter. Otherwise everything is good.

Every time you want to order, they simply turn on Lieferando! Since I'm a chef myself and have been watching this for 5 days now, I just have to say that it doesn't work at all!

I wouldn't recommend the burgers other than the mcchicken Classic because they look VERY different than the picture. The maximum I order here is ice cream, nuggets or fries.

14 minutes of waiting for the chai latte I ordered once. Several orders after mine were processed beforehand. Is a no-go.

Your prices are extremely overpriced! Especially via delivery, that's quite bold - we're out now and unfortunately we won't be ordering from you anymore or eating it on site! For a simple 08/15 hamburger (example), we are already at 2.19 euros, 🙈 sry, but really.... By the way, I liked Cucumber...

A very rude employee at the drive-in counter, with short red hair. I would have preferred not to order anything, but I didn't feel like looking for the nearest McDonald's.

Walked there for 20 minutes only to find yourself standing in front of a locked door because there was supposedly a technical problem and only the McDrive was open. Bottomless

Ordered 2x Royal TS today in McDrive, each with fries, mayo and 1x Fanta, 1x Cola. Exceptionally not directly controlled. Received: 1x royal TS as ordered and 1x royal cheese. Wrong burger. The packaging of the two burgers even has different colors. So Why? The fries are all cold. Cola only tasted like water. Is the syrup machine possibly defective? Burger otherwise delicious. A pity!

If the best time to visit with small children is in the morning, mid-morning or just before lunchtime, then the week isn't too crowded?! 😜

Hello. Today we had an experience that we didn't expect from MC Donelds. The food was, as usual here, ok. The service was also good (there was only a small language barrier). The ambience was very lacking in terms of cleanliness, especially in the toilets.

The burger was carelessly "put together" and only lukewarm.

When you go out with a tray to put away, it's pretty tight at the operating machine.

A McDonald's like most others. Nothing special. But the coffee specialties are good. The smell of fat was already dominant in the air. Perhaps the ventilation system can still be optimized. Parking spaces are relatively tight.

Essen, Trinken und Service so wie das Ambiente alles Super. Herrentoilette sehr dreckig überall vor jedem Pissoir Urin. Da sollte häufiger gereinigt werden. Dann ist es eine Schande das es nicht einen Schwerbehinderten Parkplatz gibt. Ein durchkommen zwischen den geparkten Autos als Schwerbehinderter mit Rollator oder Rollstuhl ist unmöglich. In unserem Fall ist es am 16.1.2024 ausnahmsweise mal der Rollator gewesen was bei meiner Frau Tagesform abhängig ist. Also mussten wir auf dem Fahrstreifen bis zum Eingang gehen und uns von ungeduldigen Kunden mit Autos anhupen lassen. Warum müssen 3 Mc Donalds Lieferfahrzeuge direkt 3 Parkplätze vor dem Eingang blockieren wo so schön Platz für einen Schwerbehinderten Parkplatz wäre. Hier ist ein Nachbessern dringend erforderlich!

Wirklich sehr erlesene Speisen.

Die Pommes waren nicht salzig genug. Der Bigtasty war trocken Ansonsten eben wie es bei mc donalds so ist.

McDonald's ist durchschnittlich und etwas teuer. Das Essen schmeckt okay, und das Personal ist meist freundlich. Die Atmosphäre ist typisch für Fast Food. Insgesamt eine solide Wahl für schnelle Mahlzeiten.

Man kann sehr gut vor Ort bestellen und es dauert nicht lange. Gutes Personal

Wir haben nur 2 Kaffee getrunken. Leider wurden diese, trotz der bejahten Frage ob wir sie im Restaurant verzehren möchten, in Pappbecher mit Deckel übergeben. Was hier an Verpackungsmüll anfällt. Kleiner Test am Rand: 15 Klicks für einen Kaffee braucht man, sobald man an einem Bildschirm bestellt. Wir haben Bar bezahlt.... 5 Sterne für die E-Ladesäulen, 1 Stern für den Kaffee - ergibt 3 Sterne.

Fehlt immer was und zu 90 % kalt

Nur 4 Stein, Das Essen ist nicht mehr so lecker wie früher. Das Spielzeug ist abgenutzt und man muss immer überprüfen, ob wir alles von der Bestellung bekommen haben.

Mc Donald schmeckt immer gut. Dennoch die Preise haben sich derartig erhöht ,da können wir (4 köpfige Familie)auch für dasselbe Geld gehobener essen gehen. Schade .

Bei einem Burger 🍔 mit Chili, soll auch gut Chili drauf sein und nicht nur ein Fingerstrich.

Alles bestens, leider keine Klimaanlage und etwas " abgerockt" gegenüber andern McDonalds
