The burger was stacked so crookedly that I got my hands completely covered in it when I tried to eat it.

Cold latte, same with the fries... The toilet looks like... shit... I told the cashier, but nobody cared... nobody reacted...

There is nothing for vegetarians/vegans here in the mornings.

The burgers were cold, as usual. It seems they don't serve food anymore, one burger was missing, the Happy Meal gift was also missing, the tables were dirty, and the staff behind the counter were constantly snapping at each other because everything was going wrong. And you have to wear a jacket inside because it's cold.

We called McDonald's to place an order, but the McDonald's employee was unfriendly.

We had total app chaos at the drive-thru; nothing went as planned. 🫠 Despite that, the employee remained incredibly friendly, took it all in stride, and even gave us an extra burger. Later, it turned out there was a mistake with the nuggets, but that was handled just as nicely. I've rarely encountered such a friendly employee. Top-notch service, thanks Stefan! 🙌

I've been to many McDonald's restaurants both at home and abroad. But I've never been as impressed as I was with this one! Everything was just perfect! Very clean (even the restrooms), a beautiful ambiance (even with real flowers on the tables), very friendly, helpful, and fast employees. The food was hot and tasted exceptionally delicious, which I haven't experienced at other restaurants. Even the lettuce on the burgers was still crisp and fresh. I'm already looking forward to eating there again the next time I'm passing through.

We ordered two simple menus and waited 20 minutes. The food we got was lukewarm and tasted like it was cooked last year. Dry, chewy fries, dry nuggets and extremely slow service.....

I'm expecting meat nuggets here, even though I ordered plant-based nuggets, and that's what happened this time, too. However, the audacity is beyond compare: both McPlant burgers in McPlant packaging had meat patties on them.

Really delicious, fresh, and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. It's modern and cozy inside, and there are plenty of outdoor seating areas with umbrellas, and smoking is permitted.

The McDonald's at Bavenstedter Straße 48 in Hildesheim is easily accessible and offers plenty of parking space. The order went through the terminals quickly and the food was as expected. The restaurant was clean and the toilets were also in good condition. Perfect for a short break on the go.

Years ago I pointed out that something was missing and was unkindly (by the flower) portrayed as a fraud. This was the last time we were here after something was missing again today (2 items).

I waited at the first position in McDrive for a full 20 minutes, only to realize when I got home that my order wasn't complete (just like my last 2 orders). I can understand that it's stressful when there's a lot going on, but when there's almost no one inside and there's only one car in the McDrive, then I wonder where the waiting time and the error rate come from... I waited in line at Mac Drive for 10 minutes after ordering two cheeseburgers and two chicken burgers. No problem, however, when it was my turn. After 10 minutes of waiting, my four citizens were not ready and I had to wait another 5 minutes at the distribution point. 15 minutes waiting time for four burgers is just too long. The employee at the McDonald's serving window became cheeky and asked why I was complaining about the 15 minute wait. There are other people who also want to eat in the restaurant, no problem, but then I would like to offer a different service and not make people wait for 15 minutes for four citizens and then be cheekily approached by an employee. As a customer you simply don’t need that. Therefore, McDonald's and its employees should get used to service again more slowly in Germany.

It says 24/7 but I’ve gone there plenty of time after midnight and they’re closed. Always saying “air filter” reasons for not being open. Just declare this location 6am-12pm!

The quality is okay, but in my last orders at least one thing was always served incorrectly or forgotten. Employees almost always seem demotivated. Unfortunately often dirty. The new renovation looks relatively appealing.

I really get too much, you trust that everything is there when you take the order and the gentleman looks at the note carefully and then you get home and see that the juice wasn't packed and the fruit nonsense as well - that can't be true. If it's not there, you can say so and add something else, but you pay for it and you don't get the chance to carry out the order correctly. Absolute juice shop! We were there with the children and ordered several Happy Meals especially for them because they wanted so much to have the Pokémon cards from the Happy Meal - according to the ordering terminal, these were still available, but when the food came, the “rude awakening” occurred and there was another toy inside that had not been ordered. When we complained, we were only told that we didn't have any left, even though it was shown at the terminal, and that we couldn't or didn't want to take them back (= we were basically unlucky). The food from and adults was also very poor, the quality absolutely did not correspond to the price - I definitely advise against a visit! Absolutely dissatisfied and all at an absolutely exorbitant price. I will not be visiting this store again in the foreseeable future and I recommend the same to others!
