Burger King in Hildesheim

Sorry aber erst wahr nur ein Mitarbeiter da nach 10 min kam ein zweiter,beide unfreundlich man hat gesehen das sie kein Bock hatten. Nach 25 min haben wir gefragt ob wir eventuell schonmal die Becher für trinken haben können. Nach 35 min kam dann das Essen Hamburger wahr kälter als kalt und Pommes wahren auch sehr kalt…..

One star is still too much. Dirty, unkempt, and run-down. Unfriendly staff who get stressed when you disturb them while they're doing nothing.

Very slow work. I waited about 20 minutes for my food, which I couldn't even eat because my train was about to leave. Then I asked how long it would take and I was answered calmly. You should have said earlier that there were 4 people working.

Incredibly slow and unprofessional. They also sold me a small portion of fries as a large one, and they didn't want to change it. 4 euros for 20 (counted) fries—wow.

We ordered two King Fusion ice creams. After 15 minutes, we asked for them, but they forgot about us! Absolutely unacceptable, after all, it's just ice cream!

1. The workers don't know what they're doing and are overwhelmed. 2. They don't understand hygiene either. They touch their hair and then they touch the fries. Their hands are in their pockets and then they touch the fries again. 3. The floor is just dirty and sticky. NEVER AGAIN, the store is simply DISGUSTING.

0 stars is more accurate, first they touch each other's hair and then they touch the food, there is no trace of hygiene and then the nuggets are rock hard and on top of that we had to wait a very long time for the food even though there was hardly anything going on

Larger garbage store something like that shouldn't be called fast food. I mean 20 minutes for 2 small burgers. Every time I was there I had the feeling that the kitchen was dead or something. I've never managed to get my food there in under 15 minutes..

Unfortunately really disgustingly old tasting fries. Not recommended. Never experienced this at any other BK branch.

Food and service OK, but the toilets have been there for years! the most disgusting thing you can find in toilets. An unbearable smell, there's always a lack of soap or it's just dirty.

Employee very friendly. Best burger from Burgerking. It was fresh and looked delicious. NEGATIVE You pour your drink yourself. Previously, I knew from other Burger King branches that you were allowed to refill yourself. This was not the case here. You should tell the customer this in advance or display a notice clearly visible. Very annoying if you only fill the cup halfway. That's why I only give 3 stars for service.

When paying in cash, the people couldn't find our orders; we ordered over €50 so we didn't get anything. They said it wasn't possible and that we should be considerate of our colleagues, but our time and the fun for the kids was wasted because they were sad like that That we go to MC DONALDS where all orders go through without any problems, that's why 1 star

One of the worst restaurants I've ever seen. I wanted to go to the toilet, but unfortunately it wasn't possible because they were so dirty that you would probably have some kind of illness afterwards. I spoke to the staff and the answer was, what should we do about the smell? I don't even want to talk about it, you wait forever for your food, the floor in the dining room was so loud that you could get stuck on it. When I asked if you could just wipe it over, the shift manager replied, what else should we do, so who should we do? want to be sure If you're still healthy after the visit, it's better to go to McDonald's

What was more disturbing than the waiting time was that young people from the nearby Arab train station district used the dining area as a second living room (without consuming anything), taking up a lot of space and making the bare room even louder.

I've never had hot food there. Not bad with the Coke, but I just measured my cheeseburger. 36°C .... incubators are heated to 37°C. The optimal environment for microbes. Who knows if it's from today?! But I'll defuse it a bit. Because if you eat kebab, it shouldn't bother you. The inside of the skewer is at such a temperature for many hours that they have massive baby parties =) the microbes. It's a shame that animals die and then you make such a mess of it.

All in all, the food seems to be quite okay - but the toilet is perverse - both the women's and men's toilets. There is a maximum of one sheet of kitchen roll to dry your hands - there is only highly diluted soap residue! The sanitary facilities are dirty and sticky - the excrement from the previous user can be found in the toilet bowl as well as on the edge and on the toilet paper holder! It always stinks there - the smell is indefinable! Remains of feminine hygiene products stick to the interior door of the toilet cubicle and also to the waste container. If you value hygiene and health, you should avoid these toilets (for both men and women!). There is a risk of infection!

Waiting times too long. Eat partly dry. Cheese is often forgotten.

the worst Burger King I have ever seen. We had ordered food before catching our train so we were in a rush and when we got to the train some orders were missing. In addition, there is little to no hygiene. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Perhaps the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Nothing works at all. The food was okay according to standards when I received it after 45 minutes. But until it came to that. I've never experienced anything like that before, 6-7 people who were there, working would be too much to say, stood around receipts and tried to sort it out. At least 7 people who placed similar orders after me got their food before me. Nobody could answer that

I ordered an extra plant based and the burger came in pb packaging, but it was meat (I only realized after 2 bites) I returned it and didn't even get an apology. Plus, NO ONE in the kitchen wore a hairnet

I'm not usually one to write reviews and only criticize when necessary but that was definitely the last time BK! At first, communication was hardly possible due to a lack of language. Showing it with the app also had little success. At home, pack open and cold things like that smiled at me with a strange smell. I have no idea whether the burgers from the day before yesterday were warmed up, but unfortunately I had to throw them away after the first bite. I've never experienced anything like that! PLEASE if you want to eat in Hildesheim - go to Sterni at the main station or to Metin in Kaufland - or to McD in Drispenstedt. You don't want to experience THAT! BUT look at it positively, I saved a lot of calories and my customers will save them in the future :) WIN WIN for both sides!

Bored staff Paid almost €9.00 for a handful of fries and a measly standard burger... It's better to go around the corner and have a decent kebab etc. for less money and you'll be full too :) Or to “competition”

So, things are a bit better here than last time. One of the two Coca-Cola Freestyle machines works here, although with a very limited offering. You're not allowed to pour taps because the management is afraid that refilling the cups will force the place into bankruptcy... It feels like it takes 15 minutes for the order to be taken, and another quarter of an hour for the order to even be ready. The Gouda Lover Chicken is definitely not worth €11.49 in the menu, it's just smaller than normal long chicken, and the cheese isn't worth the difference...

The employees are very friendly (especially Leon). Everything went very quickly and the order was complete. Even if there was a lot going on.

Cola kommt ohne Eis; welche nach unverständlichem gestammel in einen Milchshake getauscht wird. Hätte ich einen Milchshake gewollt, hätte ich einen bestellt. Sie tut mir fast leid, ist sie doch vollkommen überfordert. Cola + sorry-"meinetwegen Milchshake" = zufriedener Kunde. Doch wird einem seine Bestellung umgestellt, wird kein Kunde zufrieden sein. Aber das scheint hier Usus. Fleisch statt plant-based 🙄 Ein Drecksladen! Dann lieber eine überteuerte Brezel nebenan. ..müsst ihr wissen

Personal stark unterbesetzt. Zu zweit den Laden schmeißen, wovon einer noch angelernt wird, nahezu unmöglich. Schlechte Ausschilderung der Karte. Lange anstehen. Fastfood konnte man das nicht mehr nennen. Falsche Pommesgröße. Saucen vergessen auf Burger. Kloman legt sich mit einem Kunden an, der zu wenig Geld dabei hat. Noch halbvolle Tabletts in den übervollen Rückgabewagen. Entweder hat es nicht geschmeckt oder man hatte keine Zeit mehr. Hoffentlich kein Normalzustand in dem Laden.

Warem am 29.07.23 kurz nach 22 Uhr da, voll kaputt, nachdem wir bei einem Umzug geholfen haben und hatten einfach mal die netteste Bedienung, die mir jemals in einem Fast Food Restaurant untergekommen ist. Super höflich, super lieb, hat uns die Getränke sogar noch an den Platz gebracht. Absolut genial, der Mann verdient eine Gehaltserhöhung.

Richtig ranziger vergeilter Laden, der bre der sich um die WCs kümmert pennt irgendwie immer, lol. Aber sonst, ist das Essen ranzig vonzüglich. Herz 5!
