Grillstation in Hildesheim

Sorry aber erst wahr nur ein Mitarbeiter da nach 10 min kam ein zweiter,beide unfreundlich man hat gesehen das sie kein Bock hatten. Nach 25 min haben wir gefragt ob wir eventuell schonmal die Becher für trinken haben können. Nach 35 min kam dann das Essen Hamburger wahr kälter als kalt und Pommes wahren auch sehr kalt…..

I'm not a fast food person...but Burger King is a bit better than MD.

Update.... 4 stars for open communication and very good second attempt! Unfortunately I can only give one star because our visit to Ahoi Hildesheim was a big disappointment. We traveled all the way from Bremen, including a detour, only to find ourselves in front of a locked door. Reason: a closed company - without any notice on the website or other internet platforms. Such information is important and should be communicated clearly and early to save guests unnecessary journeys and frustration. Very annoying and completely avoidable! It's a shame because we were really looking forward to the visit.

We're here for lunch and I have to say, I rarely leave a restaurant feeling like it's a waste of money. But here it is. Buffet is small, not much choice and most of it is fried. And in terms of taste, it's not possible for me to be on the lower limit. Service is friendly and attentive. Ambiance is fine.

Unfortunately, the children's boxes were forgotten when ordering and only the pizzas were delivered. EDIT: The boxes were surprisingly delivered about 1/2 hour later! The children were happy. Thank you.
