Very disappointing. The burger was cold, the drink was missing ice cubes, and the second portion of fries, which should have been part of the meal, was not provided. Furthermore, there was only one napkin for two people. The restroom was also appalling – no toilet paper and absolutely filthy. Apparently, you can only pick up your order at the counter; no one is available to help if you want to report a problem. Overall, a truly terrible experience – I will definitely never return.

At 9:15 AM, it's still closed. I went there for nothing.

I regularly order from the Burger King drive-thru, but every time something is missing – sometimes burgers, sometimes fries, sometimes sauces. The employees always seem annoyed and not at all customer-oriented. Instead of being friendly or properly checking the order, they just rush you through. With only three burgers and one fries, it really shouldn't be that difficult to fulfill a complete order. That was definitely my last visit there. I strongly advise everyone against ordering from them with such poor service and overwhelmed staff.

On the way home, I stopped briefly at Burger King on Mastbergstraße in Hildesheim... I don't expect tablecloths and flowers in a fast-food restaurant, but here, checkered patterns were the order of the day. The air was thick with stale air. It felt like the ventilation wasn't working. There were no free slots left on the order tray. The ordering machine didn't give me the receipt I needed (presumably they'd run out of paper). I finally placed my order at 7:03 PM. There was a strange atmosphere among the people waiting in line. After asking, I finally received my food after 45 minutes. This wasn't an isolated incident. Everyone else had been waiting for at least 30 minutes. And why should that have been the end of it? They'd simply changed my Double Cheeseburger to a regular one. Keep an eye on the display board, as the order number wasn't clearly announced. Never again!!!

I would simply prefer to go somewhere else if I had the choice.

This Burger King is a complete disaster, and has been for years. There's a woman there who, whenever she serves me, it's bound to be a complete disaster. You can recognize her by her overly made-up face. Codename Super Mario Well, where do I even begin? I've received the wrong burgers three times already; instead of chicken, they always entered cheeseburger. Then I ordered a 9-piece onion ring burger and got a 6-piece. They put ice cream on top of my hot brownie without my consent. Then, with one burger, they told me it was the same one because I was confused because the order window showed a different total and a different burger name. But recently, they really took the cake: I ordered, so far so good, then I went to the checkout window, and the woman at the window told me to keep going, for whatever reason, that they were about to send someone out with the food. Now you can guess who had to pick up their food after 15 minutes because Super Mario is suffering from Alzheimer's or the others just couldn't be bothered, I don't know. I think I need to ask Burger King directly why this place is doing so terribly.

The food was okay. Actually, the whole place gives off the vibe that they don't want diners sitting down, only takeout customers. Sure, there are seats, but they're not very comfortable. There's very little staff, and the wait is extremely long. They don't even bring the food to your table. Wow, I was extremely disappointed. It's just one problem after another. I find it very sad. It seems like they're just trying to make a quick buck. Whoever's in charge. I don't feel like a valued, paying customer, but rather like a means to an end.

I waited 20 minutes for my food today, and the place was packed. The trash collection area had been extended to the next table, and the staff didn't seem capable of managing it. To me, there's a lack of proper planning if the staff on duty aren't sufficient to keep the place tidy. The food was okay, but the garlic burger wasn't.

The food took forever. Ordering from the drive-thru was useless. You have to go inside because they don't understand anything. Then you order something extra, and there are three slices of it on it. The meat tasted like it wasn't cooked all the way through and the fries were cold, so it's better to go somewhere else!

You order through the drive-thru again after almost a year, and the employee doesn't even ask what sauce you want on a menu, let alone which drink. Then you wait for your food, which seems to take forever, and then you realize that half of it is missing. This is a great way to cheat your customers out of their money.

This was my second time at Burger King, and I was disappointed again. The €11 meals are way too expensive for a single burger, fries, and a drink. At McKinsey, I could almost buy two meals for that.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake and a strawberry milkshake and had to wait 30 minutes, only to get vanilla instead of chocolate. I then went to the cashier and said it was vanilla, and she even looked again and said it was chocolate, even though it was vanilla. What a disgrace.

Off-peak: Everything was super fast, clean, and a large BK. The quality of the citizens is typically declining throughout the BK.

There are no menus just like fries and onion rings, a complete waste of money

We were so tired after work, thought we'd have something tasty there quickly, we ordered two King menus and we got small fries, we asked and yes, they are large fries, was the answer and that was it, they were small fries and are they large fries? Are you rude, but what do you think, that people are so stupid that small and big can't see? I'll never eat here again, a complete waste of money, I pay for large fries but I get small ones 👌🏼 no thanks!

Really bad, three mistakes in one burger. I ordered a crispy chicken with cheese and no garlic sauce, and I got a double crispy chicken with garlic sauce and no cheese... The burger was cold and the service was unfriendly...

We were here around 2 p.m., off-peak. The restrooms were very clean. The burgers were warm and fresh, and seemingly topped with more sauce than usual.

We waited over half an hour for our food, and the place smelled so bad I felt sick. The fries tasted like they were two days old and cold. A burger was forgotten, and they denied that it had been ordered. They said it was for takeout, but to get it in, we had to pack the food ourselves. They asked us what we were doing wrong and whether we were too stupid to order it. Hardly anyone could speak properly in full German. After this information, I don't think it needs to be mentioned that they were unfriendly.

The burger had a rotten taste and the fries where stiff and dry, not suited for human consumption! Stay away from this burger king, its really bad and the staff looked totally confused all the time. Hope that burger king management will take a serious talk with this place, because it is not living up to its name and has nothing with Burger King to do. It was simply just disgusting + we had to wait a long time to get our food even though there wasnt many orders at that time..

The service at this branch is truly abysmal. The employees are unfriendly, and it seems like no one wants to work. Half of our orders were wrong—out of four menu items, three had to be corrected. Even after the correction, the extras on the burgers were still missing. Absolutely disappointing and not recommended.

I'm very surprised by the store. It's very clean, and the employees are very nice and polite. The food tastes great and is always fresh and hot. All in all, I highly recommend a visit to Burger King.

Ordered three mozzarella beef burgers and got a different burger three times. Drinks were empty even though I ordered regular ones. Small fries were included in the menu even though a large one was supposed to be included. Absolute disaster. Once and never again. Service was also completely out of touch. The Burger King in Hildesheim isn't a fast-food restaurant—it's a temple of kindness. The employees there are so incredibly welcoming that I felt like a king reclaiming his lost throne. I had tears in my eyes as I was ordering—I've never experienced so much love, so much warmth, so much enthusiasm for fries. The Bacon King was really delicious, fresh, and the Hot Wings were just as good. The amazing service even came to our table because she had accidentally given us nuggets instead of a mozzarella snack. Super nice.

Truly one of the best Burger King branches I've ever been to. Super-polite staff, truly fresh and delicious food, and everything is always clean. Requests are always fulfilled, and even minor issues are always dealt with professionally. I highly recommend it.

By far the worst store there is. Service is awful. Food is cold, and not a single toy is available, even though they advertise it, and it's been that way for over a week. I've been here for the third time, and the toy isn't available, as advertised online. The staff are very unfriendly and can barely express themselves.

From 4:00 PM! A fast-food chain where "fast" is a real no-brainer. Burgers are sometimes lukewarm to cold. Fries...so salt would be great. Employees walk...sorry, sneak through the store. Some of the employees' clothing is defective (holes in their shirts). It's more of a disgrace. Speaking isn't really possible either, and if so, it's only quietly. Are you all afraid of the customers??? Housekeeping could and should be significantly improved, such as regularly wiping all tables, etc.

Disappointing visit – never again! Our visit to Burger King was unfortunately a complete disappointment. As soon as we entered, we noticed the so-called "Kids Club" area – an absolute disaster! Instead of a child-friendly play area, there were just a few tables and chairs. It had absolutely nothing to do with a real kids' area. I'm writing this review because I've given this place far too many second chances – and today I finally lost my patience. I was really looking forward to finally trying a King Fusion Baklava – and was once again immensely disappointed. When I checked at home (I should have done it in the store), I realized: There was simply no sauce in the ice cream. I paid €4.69 for a lame vanilla ice cream with crumbs. I could understand if the place was busy and someone messed up an order in a rush – but I was the ONLY person in the place... I don't even need to start on the quality of the burgers. Most of the time, the patties are drier than a lecture on tax-related accounting valuation methods in the European single market – without coffee. An unsalted rice cake has more character. I'm actually a big Burger King fan, but what's going on at this branch is simply disappointing and completely unacceptable. It's a shame it's the only one near me.

We arrived at the restaurant, which was pretty empty—only 1-2 guests. The tables were dirty. We then ordered at the kiosk, and everything was fine. The order was ready pretty quickly. I was surprised... unfortunately, the curly fries were rock-hard and the nuggets were rock-hard and old. I couldn't eat either. Three things were missing from my order, and when I asked about them, the blonde lady was pretty annoyed. Well, the other lady with dark hair was very nice. Thank you very much for that. I still don't need that again.

If I were a housefly, I'd feel really comfortable here. But I'm not, hence only one star. I ate here the day before yesterday and had to fight the swarm of insects for my food. Around 10 to 15 flies were greedily chomping at our burgers and fries, making it almost impossible to enjoy them. On top of that, the burgers weren't particularly good and tasted unkindly dry. The fries were okay. I ended up eating the churros at home because I couldn't stand it here any longer. The flies kindly opened the door for me. It's a mystery to me that the place hasn't closed yet. Especially when I see that reviews from a month ago (!) already pointed out the insect plague. I'd rather go to my favorite kebab shop and don't recommend this place.

This evening, we were still hungry for a burger and wanted to go to Burger King. You don't expect much from fast food chains, but we were still disappointed. The order was given incorrectly. Discussion about it was hampered by a language barrier and barely possible. Three employees were needed to correct it. The food itself was okay for a Burger King. However, the interior was not only dirty and stained, but also full of flies and other flying creatures. During our meal, there were over 12 flies at our table, even though there were other customers present. Fast food restaurants already have a bad reputation. However, they are no longer living up to it and are undercutting it. Not recommended, as expected.

I just bought by far the worst fast food of my life there and unfortunately ate it at home. There was no syrup in my drink, all the burgers weren't freshly made but really sticky, and the salad smelled like foot... I didn't believe it, but I'm cured of BK for now... what a shame.

I ordered a long chicken with roasted onions and I got jalapenos or normal onions. In my opinion, this is not good service. If there are no roasted onions, they just leave it and do not put anything in it that the customer did not order.

Ordered something at the drive-thru again. This is the second time my order wasn't complete. Employees are yelling at each other in front of customers. It's completely unacceptable; this will definitely be the last time I go there. I would recommend rethinking the concept, but that won't happen until the store closes.

The food was, as always, within reason. Perhaps something should be done about the flies; there were more of them than in a cow pasture. They were very disruptive during meals and very aggressive.

The card reader at the drive-thru is almost always broken. The employees don't know the menu items – I've often ordered something and received something completely different, or I was told the item wasn't available (I could then easily order it at the self-service kiosk). Besides that, it usually takes forever at the drive-thru, and the employees are more stressed than friendly. Although I have to say, the food is always fresh and hot...if it's the right kind.

Dirty, very dirty, every piece of cake dirty, spilled drinks on the floor, return trays full. Staff understaffed and unmotivated. Order numbers aren't displayed, staff don't call out. The ordering terminal is slow, like at McDonald's, and the interface is completely off. Whatever happened to BK? It used to be great, but now it's a no-go.

I complained and then they just placed a cold slice of cheese across the burger. I don't think a store manager or anything similar has inspected the store in the last two years.

Somehow it's nothing. The food has deteriorated over time and you are hungry again after 10 minutes. The Hot Brownie used to be really good back then (around 5 years ago). At the moment you can forget about it. No taste, no liquid filling. The burgers tasted like burnt fat.

Regular Burger King. In the entrance, four of the order terminals are placed next to each other directly opposite the entrance. Not a very clever solution! Everyone sees my pin and there is immediate pack formation, if there are more than two per terminal and no one can get in and out, although the rest of the country is beautiful. Food would be prepared quickly, but unfortunately there is no table service like the competitor. Too bad.

The fact that the store still exists...disgusting. Overwhelmed employees, dirty tables and benches, garbage everywhere because the tray trolley was more than full... Were there with the children. Ordered ice cream from the kids menu, but got squeezes. No information, apology or compensation received. Conversation with management leads to nothing. Water not available in the kids menu. There are no gaming options in the store. Whatever is there happens to be a toy. Children can't choose anything, the box is carelessly designed. Onion rings cold. Fries not crispy (like before) but limp. Nuggets taste fried several times and only like breading. Chili cheese nuggets carelessly showered with a large amount of cheese. Apple spritzer tastes strange. First two vouchers from the newspaper were not available. There was nothing going on, the tray return was still full. Overall, a disappointing experience and probably my last visit here.

Very rude employees give the wrong order and you have to pay otherwise they say call the police. If someone doesn't understand German very well, they really take advantage of you and are very disrespectful.

Without words, no sugar for the tea. A single napkin with the menu. Burger cold. We literally had to beg for sugar and another napkin with the ice cream. These were handed out timidly behind the counter, as dealers did. Citizens cold. Cheese nuggets so small that you could literally just paste the hollow tooth because the consistency was just like that. Never ever. Language barrier when ordering on top

The store is reasonably clean, the staff hardly understands any German. The employee snorts in front of the customers. Ordering takes ages. Burger cold, meat old and dry, bun too dark. We are more than disappointed, simply disgusting... We will never eat there again. The only thing you could eat were the fries. So actually 0 stars

Hello, I would like to point out what a bad experience I had here. I'll put it this way: either they can't do it or they don't want to. Even after complaining about a burger there was no improvement. The dirtiest Burger King I've ever seen.. almost no customers (3) and it takes FOREVER for the food to be ready.. the ordering machines also seem to have some kind of flaw.. vegan burger? Haha! Maybe vegetarian.. Tables are only wiped down upon request.. Food was lukewarm and the order wasn't complete at first.. All types of lattice fries were included..

Waiting times of sometimes up to 30 minutes for 2 burgers. Sometimes there are 10 orders in the queue at the same time and not a single one is issued. Every 2 minutes, THREE employees look at the monitor for 15 seconds - and then do NOTHING again. It really couldn't be more disorganized. This has been the case very often and not an isolated case or rush hour... not at all. Just disorganized and listless. The toilets are correspondingly dirty and smelly.

Last night I ordered a Long Chilli Cheeseburger Menu with Chilli Fries. The jalapeños were totally soft and definitely not good anymore - just disgusting. The chili sauce also had an unpleasant smell. Please check your ingredients better in the future. That was really annoying and I'm distancing myself for now
