Horrible is not an expression, foreman just snaps, burgers, fries and even the milkshake you had to look for the taste. Oh and not to mention the cola, e...... great what you get for your money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Water not available in the kids menu. There are no gaming options in the store. Whatever is there happens to be a toy. Children can't choose anything, the box is carelessly designed. Onion rings cold. Fries not crispy (like before) but limp. Nuggets taste fried several times and only like breading. Chili cheese nuggets carelessly showered with a large amount of cheese. Apple spritzer tastes strange. First two vouchers from the newspaper were not available. There was nothing going on, the tray return was still full. Overall, a disappointing experience and probably my last visit here.

Hello, I would like to point out what a bad experience I had here. I'll put it this way: either they can't do it or they don't want to. Even after complaining about a burger there was no improvement. The bun was dark, there wasn't enough sauce and the patty was more than dry. In addition, the employees loudly insult each other. The dirtiest Burger King I've ever seen.. almost no customers (3) and it takes FOREVER for the food to be ready.. the ordering machines also seem to have some kind of flaw.. vegan burger? Haha! Maybe vegetarian.. Tables are only wiped down upon request.. Food was lukewarm and the order wasn't complete at first.. All types of lattice fries were included..

Waiting times of sometimes up to 30 minutes for 2 burgers. Sometimes there are 10 orders in the queue at the same time and not a single one is issued. Every 2 minutes, THREE employees look at the monitor for 15 seconds - and then do NOTHING again. It really couldn't be more disorganized. This has been the case very often and not an isolated case or rush hour... not at all. Just disorganized and listless. The toilets are correspondingly dirty and smelly.

Last night I ordered a Long Chilli Cheeseburger Menu with Chilli Fries. The jalapeños were totally soft and definitely not good anymore - just disgusting. The chili sauce also had an unpleasant smell. Please check your ingredients better in the future. That was really annoying and I'm distancing myself for now

We had two larger orders, both of which were missing something or were placed incorrectly on the tray. I've actually never experienced anything like this at Burger King. The burgers are delicious as always, but the price is now almost outrageous. But definitely not going to this branch again.

Today we were once again at BK Mastbergstraße 3 in Hildesheim and grabbed something to eat. Ate here once and it was great, but NEVER has an order been 100% correct when I used the DriveIn. Starts with the order, which is not possible through the hands-free system, only directly at the window. (Technology outdated / broken for years) Sprite and Fanta syrup are apparently never checked, so far only water has been given. At least with the Fanta it should be noticeable because of the color? Sauces for fries and nuggets? Apparently there isn't either. Burgers carelessly slapped together. Unfortunately, you usually only check it more closely at home. I know it differently and much better from other BK branches. The branch in Hildesheim should be avoided.

Order half wrong after asking where the right one was, the lady doesn't understand a bit, then with change she couldn't even count correctly that someone had to come, then at 1 o'clock at night children in the store ▪︎WITHOUT▪︎ parents, mind you. First time at Burger King, app downloaded for free, no mobile ordering possible. The staff are friendly, but they barely understand German. I had no idea what was vegan and what was vegetarian, so I had to quickly research it myself in the app, so you might think that downloading it was worth it. The plant nuggets and fries tasted like nothing and were just soggy and completely disgusting. In the future I would rather go to McDonalds if I ever need something unhealthy.

I placed an order at the local restaurant on Saturday evening. I ordered at the terminal and wanted to pay at the checkout. I gave him the money and the gentleman at the checkout threw me the money and the receipt. He was relatively unfriendly and didn't really speak German and barely understood me, so I don't understand why the employees at the checkout did stand, well. The atmosphere is quite nice for fast food and the parking lot is also nice and big. There is nothing more positive to report. Unfortunately, the employees often seem very bored or disinterested, don't know the burgers or forget half of the order. The tone in the Drive Inn is sometimes cheeky. I don't demand any training in rhetoric, but the simplest forms of politeness would be nice. Somehow I always have the feeling that nobody enjoys their job here and that doesn't make the visit particularly pleasant.

Desolate ambience despite a fast food restaurant. The service, well I took more sleeping pills than the horses could tolerate. Essen hat viel zu lange gedauert.

Kurz was zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Burger, Pommes und Whopper. Essen war okay. Leider ist das elektronische Bestellterminal ausgefallen. Ich musste due ganze Bestellung nicht mal neu der Bedienung ansagen. Bargeldlos zahlen ging auch nicht.

Leider ist mir nur etwas negatives aufgefallen. Also ich finde, dass man nicht unbedingt Kaugummi kauen muss in einem „Restaurant“. Wenn man es dann jedoch mit dem kauen übertreibt, dass man da hingucken muss obwohl man gar nicht will, ist dies etwas extrem. Wenn man dann auch noch Hustet, vor der Ablage der Burger, sich nicht weg dreht oder zumindest die Hand vor den Mund nimmt, ist dies schon echt frech ! Traurig !

Sauberkeit ist echt ein Fremdwort in dieser Filiale. Egal zu welcher Tageszeit immer dreckige Tische .Und wenn man fragt ob man doch mal die Tische abwischen könnte gucken die Mitarbeiter einen an als ob man eine nicht verständliche Sprache spricht . Da fragt man sich manchmal echt wie es denn erst in der Küche aussieht.

An die etwas Adipöse Mitarbeiterin mit Gefärbtem Haar, wenn man schon im Küchen Bereich isst (was meines Wissens eigtl nicht erlaubt ist), dann wäscht man sich die Hände und wischt sich nicht noch 10 mal durchs Gesicht und baut dann weiter Burger!

Совершенно нормальная еда и это удивительно! Честно - я был тут первый раз в жизни и как будто гамбургер сам сделал на кухне и скушал, так сказать, это по ощущениям на вкус еды. То есть, обычные продукты, без посторонних привкусов и запахов. Ещё заметил, что используют приправы, которые лично я бы не применял. Но сочетание вкусов достаточно любопытное. Вердикт - мне понравилось!
