Kochlöffel in Hildesheim

Not really good, far too little currywurst, barely fried, half raw!! The sauce was ok but everything was just not enough for the price!!

Staff is very friendly but the whole floor is stuck.

We are often in Hildesheim and a detour to Kochlöffel is a must, so far everything has been great, thank you

The staff was friendly but unfortunately uninterested. The double cheeseburger was warmed up in the microwave. Bread sticky on the bottom, cheese dried out on the outside and the burger patty cold on the inside.

Ordered today for the first and last time from Kochlöffel in Hildesheim. The delivery took a very long time and the food was super bad. As you can see in one of the photos, the iceberg lettuce was old and limp, in the other photo you can see that there wasn't even cinnamon or sugar on the "churros", it just tasted like frying fat. Absolutely not recommended!

Were in the restaurant yesterday shortly after 11 a.m., shortly after opening. All the tables were not clean, there was leftover food on the floor and the floor was soaking wet. The food didn't take long, but it was inedible and completely cold. Loud private conversations among employees made the visit unpleasant. Also today you could hear a loud roar from an employee as she walked past. Unfortunately no longer worth a visit.

The last German kitchen bastion in Hildesheim, good fast food

Eating goes like this. The hamburgers are not fresh! They are already packed and are just kept warm. The price is way too expensive. A hamburger, a cheeseburger, a few fries and 4 nuggets cost around €10. And that too without drinks

Update October 2, 2024 There are now also terminals for ordering... whether this will make the food better is questionable 🤔 It's totally uncomfortable, but fries and curry are fine. I'm always surprised that people here are "citizens" and eat? Cannibals? 🤔 Update February 17, 2024 Ordered veggie burgers today, unfortunately they weren't that great. The bun completely crumbled when touched and bitten into, too much ketchup that didn't taste particularly good. The whole burger fell apart while eating it and it was just a big mess. This has never happened to us at other branches. By the way, the napkins don't deserve this name, absolutely unsuitable.

Tables were totally dirty. The service staff was kindly informed that they were dirty and asked that the table be wiped down. The colleague came, but only cleaned one (free) table; he left out all the others, including the one we were sitting at. After we pointed out again at the counter that our table also needed to be wiped, the lady behind the counter shouted through the restaurant that this could be communicated in a more friendly manner. We were friendly. However, the staff should make sure that the restaurant is clean and if someone leaves, we can expect the table we are sitting at to be cleaned. The worst thing, however, is that afterwards the lady loudly gossiped about us in the presence of other customers. In addition, customers are not served at the counter but are forced to use the terminal.

Has now been sent away the last 3 times, with the words "it will now take at least 45 minutes." I've been to other branches, but this one is a bad joke. Not in the mood for customers, then say so

Hi all! Recently this establishment underwent an upgrade - they installed two ordering machines, like in Mac Donald's. Everything is simple, tasty, as clear as two pennies. Placed an order, you're waiting. By the way, not for long even if there are a lot of people. Wash your hands, go to the toilet - everything is nearby, clean, neat. My children always ask: "Let's go to Kochlöffel!"

Kids menu without toys, the apple spritzer was at a temperature like it came from the microwave, fries drowned in ketup, our children didn't touch the burger after two bites, the shop was worn out and dirty... what can I say, the one star is still there a compliment, definitely won't come back

I wished 2 children a good appetite and was then portrayed as a strange guy and was banned from the house. Although I'm only 18 years old myself 😂🤦‍♂️

The restaurant only gets 1 star. The employees talk loudly about private topics from the service counter to the kitchen, the food is too greasy so that the rolls are already soaked as soon as they are on the table and the employees attach little importance to hygiene. When I got my burgers there today, the fat male employee collected the money with his already used glove, which was full of small bits of food and fat. He also 100% doesn't change his gloves after cashing. The wooden spoon is simply not recommended at all.

I was there today wanting to order some fries for my 2 year old, and when I was supposed to order next, a group of 4 teenagers just took my spot and practically shoved me out. Absolut no good service, will never return.

When I ate there, I really had to go to McDonald's to compare, McDonald's tasted 10 times better, it wasn't as good but 10 times better than in this store where you just waste time and money, I even had bones there so many times Since I was slowly no longer hungry, I don't recommend this at all.

I have never had such a disappointing burger. Patty and Bun both tasted like cardboard. The burger sauce was disappointing in terms of taste and therefore fit with the overall package. An experience for anyone who wants to try the nastiest burger in Germany

The burger wasn't tasty at all and it was in a warming device. It had so little filling, worse than a McDonald's cheeseburger. I'm really disappointed. I paid €3.80 for two hamburgers, which were completely disappointing. Not recommendable.

The lady who worked there was very unfriendly and rude, I've never seen that in my life... never again..

Service was great...the chicken too

I don't think it's advisable if you eat on site and you can hear the tone of the employees, including the employee's medical report (being unwell and thinking about everything after an hour after eating). The speed of preparation also doesn't fit the theme of fast food in any way. I found the food there to be more than cruel. I can happily forego another visit.

3 idiots working behind the counter without any organization, one person alone would probably be more effective. Eternal waiting times for a portion of fries or burgers that are already ready in the display. My food is left on the counter for almost 20 minutes, I have to go and ask because higher numbers are already being called. When I ask to make me a new portion because the food has gotten cold, I get the answer that it can't have been 20 minutes because I only ordered 17 minutes ago and I still get the cold food pressed into my hand without making eye contact . I'm talking about a simple portion of fries! Exemplary example from today, which can be transferred to past visits. Sometimes you stand in front of the counter waving both arms in order to be recognized as a customer. For me today is the last time, there is no quality or sustainability that could somehow compensate for such service demands. Decor still like it was in the 90s. Sad what has become of wooden spoons :/

The worst thing I've ever eaten and overly expensive. You couldn't choose drinks for the menu because the drinks machine was broken, there was only Pepsi, warm! There were no ice cubes either. Sweet potato fries for a 1 euro surcharge were absolutely ridiculous and had zero taste.

This store is really not recommended The staff are rude especially the lady and treat the customers disrespectfully as if you eat it for free. I once even didn't get my food just because I had a tenner and wanted a cheeseburger. I can't recommend it.

This place is a complete disaster, both the food and the service. I ordered half a chicken menu, but said in advance that they would please not give me a dry one that had been cut there for a long time and had become cold. I got one exactly like that. When I complained about it I got another one, this time a torn one so that the leg wasn't there, I felt like I was being kidded. When I said they couldn't sell me one of those, the lady cheekily told me, that's just the way it is, there's no other way. As if I had never eaten half a chicken in my life or didn't know what something like that was supposed to look like. It's a shame I couldn't take a photo of it to put it here. The woman discussed with me for a long time and wanted to give me the food. They wouldn't have been able to sell it to anyone anyway, so I showed her that almost half of the chicken was missing. When she clearly touched the meat, she complained that I had touched it now and that someone else couldn't buy it. If she had actually sold the piece to someone else 😲. Nothing so absurd has ever happened to me. I definitely won't eat at this store because the customers are not treated well here. If you pay, you want to get something reasonable. No customer friendly service or food.

Die Krossie Cheese Box war super lecker und preislich auch absolut okay.Der Service war zudem sehr nett.

Heute war ich mit meiner Freundin dort essen. Ich hatte Currywurst mit Pommes bestellt. Das war soweit geschmacklich in Ordnung. Die Pommes waren jedoch sehr salzlastig. Gewartet haben wir länger als in anderen Fastfoodketten. Das Personal hat sich - was ich nicht als kundenorientiert sehe - mehr lautstark privat unterhalten-auch über manche ihrer Kunden. Dementsprechend wurden unnötige Wartezeiten füt die Kundschaft in Kauf genommen. Die Privatgespräche standen im Fokus und nicht der zügige Service für die Kunden. Mitarbeiter waren es 4. Sie waren jedoch eher halbherzig am Arbeiten. Die Privatgespräche waren augenscheinlich wichtiger. Ich hatte als Getränke Cola Zero bestellt und für meine Freundin eine normale Cola. Wir bekamen dann aber 2 Mal Cola Zero. Ich hatte für meine Freundin gleich mit auch die Pommes mit Mayo bestellt und für mich ohne Mayo. Doch beide Portionen waren mit Mayo versehen. Durch die Privatgespräche waren die Mitarbeiter nicht konzentriert sondern die Arbeit lief so in langsamen Tempo nebenher. Der Geräuschpegel war dementsprechend laut. Im Laufe unseres Aufenthaltes hat die Mitarbeiterin, welche die Burger zubereitet hat, 3 Kiste Gefrorenes aus dem Lager geholt und volle Kanne auf den Boden geworfen. Wir haben uns echt erschrocken, so laut war das. Eine Entschuldigung kam keine. Im Gegenteil, sie hat sich noch nicht mal zu ihren Kunden umgedreht und statt dessen die Privatgespräche weitergeführt. Als ob die Befindlichkeit der Kunden durch den Aufprall am Boden egal wäre. Die Geräuschkulisse - von den Privatgesprächen der Mitarbeiter, war schon grenzwertig. Aus Kundensicht würde ich fast vermuten, dass die Mitarbeiter wenig arbeitsmotiviert waren. Der zügige Service war so Nebensache. Die Privatgespräche zwischen den Kollegen, standen im Fokus. Als wir gingen, haben wir beschlossen, dass wir das Lokal nicht mehr besuchen werden. Ein wenig kundenorientierte Verhalten der Mitarbeiter kann erwartet werden. Gemüdlich und in aller Ruhe essen war so nicht möglich.

Die Burger schmecken lecker . Pommes sind auch exzellent. Gute Alternative zu McD und BK.

Ich mag Kochlöffel und wenn ich in einer Stadt bin, in der es einen solchen gibt, führt mich der Weg meistens dahin. Die schöne Auswahl an traditionellen Imbiss-Speisen und der günstige Preis locken mich. Dieser Hildesheimer Kochlöffel ist sehr sauber und hat ausgesprochen nette Mitarbeiterinnen.

Super freundlich und passende Atmosphäre, für Fast Food super

Heute das erste mal enttäuscht gewesen. Sonst hol ich mir immer nur ein halbes Brathähnchen und die sind immer sensationell! heute gab es die Krossie-Cheese-Box. Kaum Pommes drin (die heute auch nicht so gut waren) und die Panade der 4. Krossies war irgendwie zäh. 6.50€ sind dafür viel zu viel Geld.

Gutes schnelles Fastfood Restaurant. Freundliches Personal,

Kochlöffel gehört einfach zu Hildesheim. Die Burger sind völlig ok.. die Chickenburger sind echt lecker. Pommes Tatsache wirklich richtig gut. Es muss nicht immer Meckes oder BK sein. Die Preise sind ok. Der Laden ist sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Gerne wieder.

Hab da für meine kleine ne Tüte pommes mit Nuggets geholt. Preis Leistung war völlig in Ordnung. Und meiner Tochter hat es geschmeckt

Eine fastfood Kette wie jede andere auch. Was man aber sagen muss das die Pommes hier einfach legendär gut schmecken. Man kann hier gerne mal EINE Portion Pommes essen und dazu EINEN Hamburger. Gesund ist das aber natürlich auf keinen Fall, vor allem nicht für Kinder.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, Essen kam schnell, die Burger haben uns aber nicht umgehauen. Lautstärke im Laden war laut, obwohl nicht es fast leer war, Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, aber wir haben das Essen zum Mitnehmen genommen, deshalb hat das uns nicht gestört.

War diesmal nicht so schön, Bestellung lief auch nicht so glatt. Essen na ja 😏

Bratwurst im Brötchen war ok. Gab sogar extra Senf dazu.

Essen war wie erwartet, geschmacklich etwas anders als bei den anderen beiden Konkurrenten, aber dennoch lecker. Ein Burger war leider lauwarm. Ambiente darf ruhig etwas gepflegter wirken. Tische waren nirgends abgewischt, Stühle wurden nicht wieder rangestellt.

Leckeres, günstiges Essen, aber die Miranda hat mehr nach Wasser geschmeckt, als nach Miranda.

An sich voll in Ordnung, Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und es herrscht ein angenehmes Arbeitsklima zwischen dem Personal. Dennoch ist es eine Dreistigkeit verschnupftes und absolut krankes Personal das essen zubereiten zu lassen. Ist es so schwer Rücksicht auf die Gesundheit des Personals und somit auch der Kundschaft zu nehmen?

Für ein Schnellimbiss wirklich gut, nette Angestellte, gutes und preiswertes Essen. Könnte sich die eine oder andere amerikanische Kette was von abschneiden!

Wir waren vor ein paar Tagen hier und sind im allgemeinen erst zum zweiten Mal bei einem Kochlöffel gewesen. Beim Bestellen waren wir etwas überfordert, wo uns aber sofort von der freundlichen Kassiererin geholfen wurde. Das Essen war innerhalb von 5 Minuten fertig. Es hat genauso lecker geschmeckt wie ich es vom ersten Mal in Erinnerung behalten habe. Die Mitarbeiter waren allesamt freundlich und das Lokal ist sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un Lugar donde sirven Comida Rápida y. variedad de refrescos como agua, colas,etc Su especialidad Hamburguesas, Pollo al horno, etc. Muchos jóvenes acuden porque hay precios muy reducidos de las Hamburguesas, Pero también hay especiales a precios normales. Es un sitio para descansar en su terraza o si te gusta dentro del Restaurante. La atención prestada fue rápida y con amabilidad.
