There was a traffic jam on the highway and I actually didn't want to. When I arrived here I was taught better. Super neat, clean, fast and accommodating. If only every Meckes were like that again!!!

A regular McDonald's but at higher prices

I really have to say this is by far the best McDonald's I've been to in years, it's clean, the staff is super accommodating and there are even fresh flowers on the tables. I'm really excited and that just has to be praised!

Saturday evening, October 26th, 2024, it's packed. Inside the restaurant at the counter there is an extremely friendly, fast and very focused gentleman, short hair, glasses, around 50 years old. I really have to say that I have never experienced such a great employee in a McDonald's. In the absolute wedding on a Saturday he kept his nerve and showed himself in an exemplary manner. How great that you can still meet people like that these days. 👍👍👍

Went there for breakfast today. No bagel, like in the advertisement. The service employee doesn't know. Ordered chocolate milkshake. Shake received without taste, just the frothed milk. No thanks. So we got up early and drove there from Groß Lafferde. Never again.

Toilet is very dirty and stinks in every McDonalds. There are no good hygienic conditions. Where there is no hygiene, there is no health

Food came very quickly, it was warm, complete and tasty. The restaurant was clean, there were even dry towels in the toilets and the staff was very friendly and seemed well organized. And all of this on a holiday where it is already very busy. Big praise! It was also the first Mcces with real flowers as table decorations!

Ordered takeaway, burger was not packaged. It's best to unpack and check everything at the counter.

It's a great fast food place, the service is nice and the food tastes good. I was there yesterday, January 11, 23, and ate something. Then at some point later I noticed that I had left my debit card in one of the 3 terminals, so I googled it and... Then I called and it seemed to me that the nice lady didn't really feel like answering the phone and was completely annoyed. NO THERE'S NO EC CARD HERE!! I then politely ask if she could maybe take another look at the counter to see if there's anything there. NO, THERE'S NOTHING HERE! GOOD LUCK SEARCHING! And then hung up. Maybe someone who wanted to do it and was competent should do the telephone service. Then I had to go there again and got the debit card from a friendly employee who put it back the telephone service

Today I ate again at McDonald's in the direction of Einum and was very satisfied! The service was nice and despite there being a lot of guests, the staff was quick and well organized. McDonald's is not always the same as McDonald's. The McDonald is my favorite McDonalds in Hildesheim. The food arrived in a few minutes and was hot and fresh - just right for a quick snack. The burger was well made, the meat was juicy, and the fries were crispy and tasty. The restaurant was clean and the self-service area was also neat. I liked the modern atmosphere and comfortable seating. McDonald's towards Einum is the best because the cappuccino is always served in cups and there are always fresh flowers on the tables. This makes eating there even nicer and more comfortable! I'll definitely be back – great fast food and cappuccino! PS: Very clean toilets with toilet disinfectant wipes. Top

Dirty toilets, no cleaning schedule in place. Shift manager advised of condition. He only had limited insight; he didn't think the situation was that bad

We went there to have a cappuccino, which is always delicious. I wanted to order some water, when I saw the price (€4.14 plus deposit) I decided not to order mineral water. That's clearly too much for a self-service snack bar 🤨

Been there 5 times and something was missing 5 times in a row. It seems to be too difficult to carry out the simplest tasks.

The absolute freshest McDonalds we have ever visited. Clean and tidy, got the food served at the table. Many people should make a study visit here. 10 ++.

I come here regularly, this McD is usually not as crowded as others. The second McD in Hildesheim is currently closed and I thought - help, what's going on here? But the meal was still ready quickly and complete! Hats off! Otherwise, you can always feel the attention to detail here: fresh flowers on the tables, gummy bears for the children, cleaning is happening all the time. Definitely a flagship restaurant of the American chain.

It's like a McDonald's like any other, so nothing spectacular and, as is usual at McDonald's, people tend to forget to pack something from their order... which they then receive without any discussion...

Received gummy bears as a gift, super fast service, even apologized that it took longer even though we didn't feel that way at all. Food was good too. A real effort has been made to offer the customer top service

McDonald’s but in good. 5 stars in all areas. I didn't think I would experience this again at McDonald's but everything was right here. Apparently you can still get warm and fresh food at McDonalds. We are thrilled with this McDonald's branch. I have never seen fresh flowers in store at any other branch. Very clean location and everyone is very friendly. There are also many charging options for our electric car. We recommend.

I'm very disappointed, I pre-ordered my food using the app, this time I just checked to see if the burgers were fully filled, unfortunately I missed the fact that one burger was completely missing, I only noticed when I got home, it can't be that you ordered Didn't notice the goods, but paid for them. There's always something missing, until now it was mostly just that the paddy was missing, or the fish was so old, but the whole citizen is missing Awesome.😡What I got was good except for one fish that was cold. I'm really angry.

Everything went well until I filled out the questionnaire on the McDonald's website giving my feedback on this establishment with the purchase code. In the end, I would get a discount on Sunday ice cream or 1 coffee, I would only pay €0.50. When I accepted the feedback I received the code and I went to the machine to enter the code, I accepted and registered it and the computer immediately restarted and I was no longer able to register the same code again. For me, this promotion was just a show off and they get good feedback.

One time you don't check your order when you drive through the MC Drive and they confuse your order with someone else's... it would have been at least the same price, OK, but that was a good €10 difference between what I ordered and what I ordered what was in the bag 🤦‍♂️

This McDonalds is really different. Different in a positive sense. Clean, fast and modern. There were also real flowers on the tables to make you feel good. Simply great!

I thought the McDonalds was really nice. There were fresh flowers on all the tables, the staff was extremely friendly, the service was quick and there was a nice outdoor area for children. Unfortunately, a lot of things inside were broken and no longer so nice for the children.

I've been to the drive-in several times and ordered something to eat, but unfortunately I've often had the experience that some burger was always forgotten. If you rely on the service here and don't check right there in the parking lot to make sure your order is complete, you'll unfortunately be left out. Therefore unfortunately Fail and as a warning to others, always check for completeness.

Diese McDonalds Filiale hat ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente, der Service hier ist nett, freundlich und echt schnell. Das Essen schmeckt wie in jeder anderen Mecces Filiale, also delikat. Für den schnellen Happen als auch einen langen Besuch super geeignet! Daumen hoch

Wirklich heiße Burger und Pommes! War sehr gut . Goslar Baßgeige kann sich daran mal ein Beispiel nehmen… MCD Goslar ist mit Abstand der schlechteste… Burger kalt u Nuggets zweimal Frittiert und kalt ….

Das ist das sauberste McDonald’s-Restaurant, das ich auf meinen Reisen bisher hatte. Was so ein paar Blümchen auf dem Tisch ausmachen. Essen kam schnell, die Burger waren auch heiß. Der Latte Macchiato schmeckt. Alle sind entspannt hier. Gerne wieder.
