McDonald's in Hildesheim

It was very busy, and I had to wait a long time for the food. Even so, the burger was very cold.

It's been remodeled again, and I think the result is quite successful! The food and service were fine, just a classic McDonald's. The only criticism: I found the ice cream very, very watery, but I don't know if that's always the case.

Absolute garbage. Something's always wrong, every time. How can you pack two of three burgers incorrectly? Never again. The Coke lid was open and everything spilled in the car. It's sick that they even charge for this. Never again.

A very nice and quiet McDonald's. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. There were even fresh flowers on every table.

One of the best McDonald's we've visited. The staff is incredibly friendly, even coming to your table to ask if everything's okay. Great atmosphere, never seen flowers on a table before. Absolutely top-notch restaurant! 😁👍🏼

Everything was great, everything was clean with great decor.

"Coffee or Liquid Sun?" Ordered a coffee, got a mug of hellfire. Took one sip and now I speak in steam. Great for cauterizing wounds, not so much for drinking. Still can't feel my tongue.

Where has the former service team gone? When I placed my order, I was confronted with the staff's complete lack of knowledge. The finished tray sat on the counter for several minutes. When it finally made its way to me, everything was unfortunately only lukewarm. Unfortunately, the same was true of the drink. At 37 degrees Celsius, there wasn't even any ice. So, don't forget to put it in your drink... There simply wasn't any. Eating with joy is a different story. Sorry, but sometimes you should just leave things as they were. Everyone deserves a second chance, of course. Maybe things will get better, but my patience is limited.

Newly designed store... really great

It's just McDonald's, what can you expect? The prices are rising, the burgers are getting smaller, and the fries weren't salted enough. The only positive thing was the nice man at the cash register, who did a great job. All in all, if you want a quick burger to go, yes, otherwise, there are much better burgers in Hildesheim for less/the same price.

Well, I have to say, I always like going here because I've never had cold food here... it's always been nice and hot and freshly prepared... like here, it should be standard... simply because it's become very expensive these days (fast food in general).

It was simply rude there. I wanted to pay in cash (a valid payment method), and on my way to the checkout, a very rude person pulled McTeam by my arm without even speaking to me. Just push the customer through the store. It was much nicer before the renovations, and the staff were much more respectable. That was probably the last time I was there. Nope.

I had to wait 20 minutes for my food. At a fast food restaurant, hello. Greetings, the food was good.

No, an absolute NO! Even if no one is talking about coronavirus anymore, I still expect a minimum of hygiene. There wasn't a single wiped-down table outside. They were cleared, and I thought they would be wiped down, but the good man didn't even have a rag with him. I'm clearly no longer part of the target audience, otherwise the benches would have backrests, which I would have liked to use after a strenuous party. I won't even start on the ordering machines; I've been cursing them for years! The numbers for table service had already been removed, and they're no longer available - okay, still the same price! Honestly, any restaurant would be bankrupt in eight weeks, but MD's obviously wasn't. I think that was my last visit there.

At midnight, it was quiet but dirty. No clean tables. Burgers were sloppily put together. It didn't taste fresh. The atmosphere was nicer before the renovations.

Why is there no cooked cheese in the juice shop

I was there again yesterday. After the renovation, the entire design that was so good there was destroyed. The food was cold and the fries weren't cooked properly. This McDonald's has lost all its qualities due to the renovation, which is a shame.

Since the renovations, you can forget about this McD. If you have to wait 30 minutes for your food, it's not fast food.

I have no idea what they've done here, but the renovation is awful. Not only does it now look completely uncomfortable (for a McDonald's) and make you think you've landed in some hipster bar with stools instead of proper seating, but you now have to wait FOREVER for your food. Could be the new "double McDonald's." They might not have been able to process their orders properly before. Absolutely terrible.

I ate here at McDonald's with my family on Sunday evening. Unfortunately, I waited almost an hour for my food! When I mentioned it to the manager, he became even more rude. He wasn't just with me; several people complained, and he was very rude. I've never experienced anything like this at McDonald's before! If I could, I would give the restaurant 0 stars.

Completely overwhelmed staff and a dysfunctional ordering system. We waited over 30 minutes for our order until we inquired and found out that our order had been "lost." Half of it was missing, too. The restaurant was completely filthy and chaotically organized.

Very often cold ingredients thrown on top are sold. And the last few times only burnt bread for breakfast - that's probably the new McDonald's standard. And a complaint resulted in no success, just a 0815 standard statement and zero insight or redress. A sad outcome for the founder of McDonald's and its reputation. Simply incompetent employees and disinterest in how the guests get their food served, as long as they don't have to eat it themselves.

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN PICKING UP. During the last 6 collections, exactly 1 product was missing... this goes beyond errors and forms a clear pattern. Therefore 1 star more is not possible. What's noticeable is that they always correct the order immediately, without asking... always as if they know that this happens very often. Even if the food is what you would expect from McDonald's and the service is friendly, more than 1 star is not possible.

Warm water, real flowers on the table and a “bon appetit” wish. That's almost Michelin level!

Completely disappointed! ☹️ I specifically ordered a double pack menu because of the free socks and they were simply forgotten. Unfortunately seen too late. In addition, the burgers were cold and NEVER, really never, are the burgers halfway on top of each other. I always have to assemble my burgers myself because everything is wrong. The meat on the right, the tomatoes on the left and the rest somewhere in the package. I was really looking forward to a burger today after a hard day at work. ☹️

Quite unusual: clean, friendly - with flowers on the tables. A young lady asked me while I was eating if everything was OK and if it was tasty, then the tray was accepted and put away for me. I didn't expect that; exemplary!!! This is how it should be in every McDonalds! Thank you very much and keep it up!

A McDonald's like any other. However, what is also annoying here is the limited selection of vegetarian dishes. Burger King is already further along.

A McDo with flowers on the table? Quite unique, there was also an employee in the restaurant during my visit who was constantly checking, tidying up and sweeping. After a while I was even asked if everything was okay.

This is by far the most well-kept and beautiful McDonald's I have visited so far. There are fresh flowers on every table, including at the cash register and at the McCafé. You are greeted with a handwritten sign saying “It’s nice that you’re here.” Someone even came by the table and asked if everything was ok or if we had anything else to ask. Respect, they really got the best out of the franchise system. The food is just as usual at McD.

August 1, 2024. [...] After the cross-country drive, we stopped by McDonald’s. My driving instructor bought me a vegan burger and a coke. It was delicious because I was hungry.

The restaurant was clean. The food is tasteless no matter what you order here. Clapped together very carelessly. If you can make the caramel sauce even without any taste, that deserves kudos. At least we had one more pancake that didn't taste good! The breakfast is not recommended, with 5 options it's really difficult to find something tasty. Friendliness leaves a lot to be desired. All in all, the restaurant has a toilet and windows, hence 2 stars. Keep it up!

CRUSH PARADISE Went in as a group for a midnight snack. Was well attended. 95%, however, are fresh and less fresh new residents. Accordingly, screaming toddlers ran from table to table. Tables sticky, floor extensive buffet also sticky. There are 2 stars because the food was ok and the employees were active and friendly.

I was there today at 11:10 p.m. on November 19th, 2024, we wanted to order something to eat and eat there and go to the toilet, for the second time in a row the toilets were closed due to cleaning 2 hours before closing and almost all the seats were blocked off, We didn't have room to sit down so we went straight back out. It's hugely disappointing, if every McDonald's were like that I would never leave my money there again, but in the future I won't leave my money at the McDonald's in Hildesheim anymore. I really have to say this is by far the best McDonald's I've been to in years, it's clean, the staff is super accommodating and there are even fresh flowers on the tables. I'm really excited and that just has to be praised!

Saturday evening, October 26th, 2024, it's packed. Inside the restaurant at the counter there is an extremely friendly, fast and very focused gentleman, short hair, glasses, around 50 years old. I really have to say that I have never experienced such a great employee in a McDonald's. In the absolute wedding on a Saturday he kept his nerve and showed himself in an exemplary manner. How great that you can still meet people like that these days. 👍👍👍

Went there for breakfast today. No bagel, like in the advertisement. The service employee doesn't know. Ordered chocolate milkshake. Shake received without taste, just the frothed milk. No thanks. So we got up early and drove there from Groß Lafferde. Never again.

Food came very quickly, it was warm, complete and tasty. The restaurant was clean, there were even dry towels in the toilets and the staff was very friendly and seemed well organized. And all of this on a holiday where it is already very busy. Big praise! It was also the first Mcces with real flowers as table decorations!

Ordered takeaway, burger was not packaged. It's best to unpack and check everything at the counter.

It's a great fast food place, the service is nice and the food tastes good. I was there yesterday, January 11, 23, and ate something. Then at some point later I noticed that I had left my debit card in one of the 3 terminals, so I googled it and... Then I called and it seemed to me that the nice lady didn't really feel like answering the phone and was completely annoyed. NO THERE'S NO EC CARD HERE!! I then politely ask if she could maybe take another look at the counter to see if there's anything there. NO, THERE'S NOTHING HERE! GOOD LUCK SEARCHING! And then hung up. Maybe someone who wanted to do it and was competent should do the telephone service. Then I had to go there again and got the debit card from a friendly employee who put it back the telephone service
