The best MCS I have visited so far (I also travel internationally a lot). Everything was perfect here. Cleanliness, staff and of course the food. Perfect . Thank you

Fries are cold and the whole place is dirty. No matter whether tables and benches, children's chairs or shelves/partitions.

Nice McDonalds with very accommodating employees. The cappuccino is good. It was very crowded for a Sunday afternoon, but we didn't have to wait long.

Chic restaurant with staff! But worst breakfast ever! On the other hand, you shouldn't complain if you order breakfast at McDonald's! By the way, the picture doesn't show rabbit droppings, but pancakes, with no taste!

The restaurant was clean. The food is tasteless no matter what you order here. Clapped together very carelessly. If you can make the caramel sauce even without any taste, that deserves kudos. At least we had one more pancake that didn't taste good! The breakfast is not recommended, with 5 options it's really difficult to find something tasty. Friendliness leaves a lot to be desired. All in all, the restaurant has a toilet and windows, hence 2 stars. Keep it up!

CRUSH PARADISE Went in as a group for a midnight snack. Was well attended. 95%, however, are fresh and less fresh new residents. Accordingly, screaming toddlers ran from table to table. Unfortunately, as is so often the case, goods ordered here were missing. You already have a large order file, the problem is well known. It would be helpful if people looked at it too. We were missing an apple turnover and children's water. Otherwise the food was hot and OK.

Unfortunately not recommended Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store at all. The employees barely understand you, even when you speak clearly, and you have to repeat yourself constantly. I can't say why, but it's extremely frustrating. In addition, the employees don't seem particularly friendly - they often look at you strangely, no matter what you want. The coffee is absolutely undrinkable and the food is served cold every time. With this service and the quality, all that can be said is: Not recommended. I definitely won't go here again.

I was there today at 11:10 p.m. on November 19th, 2024, we wanted to order something to eat and eat there and go to the toilet, for the second time in a row the toilets were closed due to cleaning 2 hours before closing and almost all the seats were blocked off, We didn't have room to sit down so we went straight back out. A regular McDonald's but at higher prices

I really have to say this is by far the best McDonald's I've been to in years, it's clean, the staff is super accommodating and there are even fresh flowers on the tables. I'm really excited and that just has to be praised!

Saturday evening, October 26th, 2024, it's packed. Inside the restaurant at the counter there is an extremely friendly, fast and very focused gentleman, short hair, glasses, around 50 years old. I really have to say that I have never experienced such a great employee in a McDonald's. In the absolute wedding on a Saturday he kept his nerve and showed himself in an exemplary manner. How great that you can still meet people like that these days. 👍👍👍

Seldom seen such dirty, broken toilets. However, the guest room is reasonably well maintained.

Went there for breakfast today. No bagel, like in the advertisement. The service employee doesn't know. Ordered chocolate milkshake. Shake received without taste, just the frothed milk. No thanks. So we got up early and drove there from Groß Lafferde. Never again.

Food came very quickly, it was warm, complete and tasty. The restaurant was clean, there were even dry towels in the toilets and the staff was very friendly and seemed well organized. And all of this on a holiday where it is already very busy. Big praise! It was also the first Mcces with real flowers as table decorations!

It's a great fast food place, the service is nice and the food tastes good. I was there yesterday, January 11, 23, and ate something. Then at some point later I noticed that I had left my debit card in one of the 3 terminals, so I googled it and... Then I called and it seemed to me that the nice lady didn't really feel like answering the phone and was completely annoyed. NO THERE'S NO EC CARD HERE!! I then politely ask if she could maybe take another look at the counter to see if there's anything there. NO, THERE'S NOTHING HERE! GOOD LUCK SEARCHING! And then hung up. Maybe someone who wanted to do it and was competent should do the telephone service. Then I had to go there again and got the debit card from a friendly employee who put it back the telephone service

Today I ate again at McDonald's in the direction of Einum and was very satisfied! The service was nice and despite there being a lot of guests, the staff was quick and well organized. McDonald's is not always the same as McDonald's. The McDonald is my favorite McDonalds in Hildesheim. The food arrived in a few minutes and was hot and fresh - just right for a quick snack. The burger was well made, the meat was juicy, and the fries were crispy and tasty. The restaurant was clean and the self-service area was also neat. I liked the modern atmosphere and comfortable seating. McDonald's towards Einum is the best because the cappuccino is always served in cups and there are always fresh flowers on the tables. This makes eating there even nicer and more comfortable! I'll definitely be back – great fast food and cappuccino! PS: Very clean toilets with toilet disinfectant wipes. Top

Dirty toilets, no cleaning schedule in place. Shift manager advised of condition. He only had limited insight; he didn't think the situation was that bad

We went there to have a cappuccino, which is always delicious. I wanted to order some water, when I saw the price (€4.14 plus deposit) I decided not to order mineral water. That's clearly too much for a self-service snack bar 🤨

I come here regularly, this McD is usually not as crowded as others. The second McD in Hildesheim is currently closed and I thought - help, what's going on here? But the meal was still ready quickly and complete! Hats off! Otherwise, you can always feel the attention to detail here: fresh flowers on the tables, gummy bears for the children, cleaning is happening all the time. Definitely a flagship restaurant of the American chain.

It's like a McDonald's like any other, so nothing spectacular and, as is usual at McDonald's, people tend to forget to pack something from their order... which they then receive without any discussion...

I'm very disappointed, I pre-ordered my food using the app, this time I just checked to see if the burgers were fully filled, unfortunately I missed the fact that one burger was completely missing, I only noticed when I got home, it can't be that you ordered Didn't notice the goods, but paid for them. There's always something missing, until now it was mostly just that the paddy was missing, or the fish was so old, but the whole citizen is missing Awesome.😡What I got was good except for one fish that was cold. Everything went well until I filled out the questionnaire on the McDonald's website giving my feedback on this establishment with the purchase code. In the end, I would get a discount on Sunday ice cream or 1 coffee, I would only pay €0.50. When I accepted the feedback I received the code and I went to the machine to enter the code, I accepted and registered it and the computer immediately restarted and I was no longer able to register the same code again. For me, this promotion was just a show off and they get good feedback.
