Mr. Lecker, orientalische Spezialitäten in Hildesheim

I had the Tavook Shish plate, the meat was seasoned ok but dry and only warmed up briefly. The salad had no dressing or sauce, the fries were thick wedges that were also only lukewarm and barely seasoned. The "sauce" was a dollop of garlic cream that came from a bucket. The whole thing was in Styrofoam packaging with a plastic fork as an “in house” meal. For €14,-. I would go somewhere else next time, there is a lot of competition here. My colleague's shawarma was also just average and not very big either.

You ask for garlic cream and they give you mayonnaise: The food is very ordinary, but God bless him, he has customers

Today I went to Mr. Delicious, oriental specialties, and it was simply fantastic! As soon as you entered the restaurant, the atmosphere was incredibly inviting and charming. The staff was very friendly and accommodating - you immediately notice that hospitality is very important here. The “Shawarma Plate” was the absolute highlight! The shawarma was perfectly seasoned and juicy, and there were fresh side dishes that rounded off the dish wonderfully. For me as a lover of oriental cuisine it was a true taste experience. The relaxed atmosphere and great service rounded off the experience. I can only warmly recommend Mr. Lecker – everything is perfect here. If you are in Hildesheim nearby, you should definitely stop by. I'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was there on September 27, 2024 (and a few other days too). "[...] After the rain I went further and looked at the kebab shop “Mr. Leaky”, which is recommended by Hildesheim vegetarians. 😛 I got a falafel roll with chickpea balls and homemade bread for 5 euros. They have cool benches here that have a "glaze" on them - at first I thought the wood was wet [...] The falafel roll tastes great. I would like more vegan offers :))

I came there for the first time and wanted to eat kebab, the employee grinned and asked if it was my first time there and if he could recommend a shawarma. I tell you, I was happy that I accepted the recommendation and enjoyed it. As he said, it was a mega taste explosion and a great, delicious experience. Exactly how I wanted it strong, spicy and hot. Going back again this evening🤤keep it up guys and the taste was worth far more than €6🫵👍🫶

Mr.Lecker makes insane shawarma. Be it: - Shawarma bag - classic shawarma - Shawarma Lebanese style all absolute 10/10. It's no joke: the taste is unique and probably can't be topped. The only shop in Hildesheim whose dishes you can absolutely recommend. I wish there was more space to sit.

From our experience we can only say VERY DELICIOUS!!

Actually a great shop. Very tasty and reliable and friendly and hygienic. And so far always very fair. Before Corona, low prices and TOP quality, freshly layered meat every day. Prices remained unchanged even after Corona until 2022 and held out for their customers. After Ukraine at the beginning of 2022, it lasted until mid-2023 and nothing was raised and later forced a bit. I still enjoy eating here but since June the meat has changed in my opinion and takes the overall package down because it only tastes medium.

Best Sharwarma in the city, far beyond the border of Hildesheim. I've compared many and once you've eaten a Sharwarma there, you won't eat anything else. If you haven't been there yet, go. Prices are ok and super nice owners.

Probably the best thing you can stick to your chewing bar after drinking! A bit too greasy for my taste. The garlic sauce was tasty, but was more like an aioli. Not enough fresh, crunchy vegetables for me. However, the sharpness was convincing. Price/performance good. Only has chicken, no veal!

The first two times the roles were great. We took Lebanese style shawarma and falafel. Ordered the same thing the third time and was disappointed, it tasted completely different. The shawarma and the falafel don't taste like the first two times.... it's not worth the drive from Wolfenbüttel, I'm sorry

I ate here for the first time on the recommendation of a friend and I was completely impressed. I had falafel shawarma and fries and it was incredibly tasty. Unbeatable for the price. Falafel is super flavorful, crispy and not dry. Bread tasted great. The fries are good too. Shop was very busy. Staff was very friendly. I will definitely eat here more often and would recommend it without reservation.

Nice personnel, polite and hard-working. Order done pretty fast. They only speak German. The food is very good. The place tends to get really crowded and there are only 2 tables, one from which.. has only two seats, so there's little space for dinning in. The takeaway service is used more.

We went to see Mr. Delicious for the first time today. It was also our first attempt at shawarma. Simply delicious. The service was very nice and the place was clean and nicely decorated. We drive through Hildesheim more often, but today we got off in Hildesheim for the first time. This shop is definitely a reason to stop here often.

Ich fahre teilweise mehrfach die Woche von Hannover nach Hildesheim nur um hier eine Shawarma zu essen. Jedes Mal frage ich, ob und wann die ein Franchise in Hannover öffnen…das ist der mit Abstand leckerste Shawarma den ich jemals gegessen habe.

Heute einen Big Schawarma mit Schafskäse gegessen. Selten soetwas leckeres gegessen. Dieser Laden schafft einfach ein Geschmackerlebnis.

Sehr leckere Shawarma-Tasche…das Hähnchenfleisch ist sehr gut und auch super gewürzt…hat man großen Hunger sollte man evtl Big nehmen oder Pommes! Wird auf jeden Fall mal wieder besucht!
