Long wait times despite few customers. Trash was everywhere outside.

The working lady at the window is, unfortunately, one of the worst employees. She only went outside to tell me I couldn't stop there and threatened to call the police, even though I had the right to stop there and there was no traffic sign prohibiting me from stopping. She held the car door open for me and wouldn't close it again, even though I politely asked her not to. The lady ignored all my words and entered the store.

Doesn't seem hygienic, food doesn't taste particularly good, despite the fact that there was nothing going on in the shop, it took a long time until the food was ready... at least the staff wasn't unfriendly. I wouldn't go there again because the advertising for the burger differs greatly from the real thing.

It's terrible what's going on here. Staff very unfriendly, which is very sad. You don't feel comfortable and warmly welcomed at all. Been here last time. I even heard from Kochlöffel management that I should go somewhere else with my family. Unbelievable. Zero stars

Very very good little shop. Definitely worth it. Prices are great. Food tastes great. Extremely nice service and operator. A must if you want to eat on Norderney.

The shop was nothing, nothing could do with pizza, no taste, blinds were soggy, there had to be a great snack here

Stop a motorway gas station rest area

A pig's nest :-( Very dirty, tables greasy, in places "decorated" with leftovers from previous guests, tray carts overflowing, so we had to leave our leftovers on the table, fries very greasy, and the food was generally too cold. We stayed because of the kids, but this was our first and last time. It's a shame you can't give negative stars here.

I visited the restaurant with my family yesterday. A very nice restaurant and the terrace outside is really nice. The playground for the children is really great. We ate asparagus and it was very tasty. The prices are completely okay. We'll be back. Highly recommended!

If you love fast food, you'll get your money's worth here. Very clean toilets. Large branch with plenty of space and lots of parking spaces.

I think the large sandpit for the little guests is nice. Unfortunately there is no sun protection (umbrella). Staff is very friendly

The store was very, very dirty and there was a risk of falling in the entire store because the floor was extremely greasy and slippery. There were leftover food and dirt everywhere! The service was totally overwhelmed, the staff couldn't be understood properly and something was forgotten with every order (drink/fries/mayo). The Happy Meal had nuggets and 4 x sauce for 4,...why??? Unfortunately we will not visit this store again! Cleanliness is an absolute must!!!

It's great when you order a Veggie Mc Wrap and when you get home you realize that you got one with chicken honey mustard. Absolute no go!

We had to wait 45 minutes for our food ("fast food") and as an apology we received a 20% voucher that is only valid until March 2025. No words.
