The positive thing is that the portions are quite large. You can pay by card and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the taste of the food didn't appeal to me. I was really annoyed by the very high prices

They just gave cold food 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. In particular, I ordered something warm but completely cold and old. 🤦‍♀️. They hardly speak any German, how can you work like that...

I ordered a chicken baguette and got a doner baguette, Complained, then received a very cold and not crunchy chicken baguette. Sad 😢 Sad 😢 actually order there often. Let's see what happens next. Sad 😢 ☹️

We had just ordered, as always the staff was very, very unfriendly, some of the orders were wrong as we have unfortunately experienced very often. Unfortunately it's no longer as it used to be, which is a shame!

The food is very good as it should be.

I ate a kebab there today with chicken, herb sauce, curry and cocktail sauce and it was great. The bread was nice and fluffy, still warm and slightly crispy. The herb sauce was very tasty and you could taste the yogurt well. Vegetables tasted very fresh and the meat was solid. Actually really cool, it was a very fresh taste experience.

Sehr leckeres Essen (insbesondere die Pizzabrötchen) und sehr netter Service- man wird immer freundlich empfangen und muss nicht lange auf das Essen warten.

After the kebab I didn't feel good at all and I just threw up. The food can be way too late then how much ingredients there are

There have been new owners since June, none of the previous ones!!! The sauces are fresh and homemade, as is the dough. It really just tastes so good. We are happy to have a great kebab again in hellwinkel. A definite recommendation 👍👍

The service at the kebab counter isn't exactly friendly - there's no smile or a nice greeting. You should have certain basic knowledge in the catering industry. But the reason for these recessions is the disgusting kebab. Rarely have I eaten such a bad one / after at most half of the kebab I couldn't stand the taste and had to throw it away. The taste of the chicken 🐔 was simply underground, hard to describe. There was almost no sauce on it. Not again 🤮

I ordered a chicken kebab with tomatoes, cucumbers and cocktail sauce. Had to wait. Just before my order was made, another came in. So I only got the leftovers from the chicken meat that had been cut off. I didn't get any cucumbers even though I ordered them. In terms of hygiene, they don't take it too seriously. Fries are touched with bare hands. The guy who cashed in on me had gloves. But he did everything with them. Even my kebab. He probably only has them on for his own protection. Hey, but at least the chicken was tasty.
