I would give more than five stars if that were possible. The food was very, very tasty, the service was super friendly and accommodating and it was very cozy there. I can highly recommend!

We are vacationers. We ordered for delivery. Pizza with ham/salami and a salad with kebab meat. The pizza was okay, the salad was well filled but unfortunately only a small blob of sauce and the kebab meat was inedible, it tasted like it had been thawed twice and warmed up. And we paid €29 for the 2 parts + delivery costs. The lady on the phone was very nice and so was the driver. Therefore only 3 stars.

We were there from December 29th to January 4th. The food there is super delicious. The service is super nice. All in all a great restaurant. And the price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. We were able to celebrate New Year's Eve with the owners and family, which was not planned Hospitable and loving everyone.

Highly recommended Turkish restaurant in Hooksiel. The food is good and plentiful. The service is very nice and accommodating. Normal price level.

We were very disappointed, service, ambience and food was poor. We were all served lukewarm food. The waitress didn't know which number belonged to which dish. More of a snack bar than a restaurant. The prices were also unreasonable for this quality!

We ate there today. Top food. There was schnitzel, kebab plate and lentil soup. Everything is great! We only missed a little bit of sauce on the kebab plate. Unfortunately there was nothing there. I would change that. It was very nice there. The heating was on, which is not a given in all restaurants. Everything was very clean and well maintained, including the toilet. The ambience was great. Our dog was also welcome. We'll definitely be back!!

We had 3 kebab plates, twice the number 80 and once the number 51. We have been regular customers for many years but it is no longer the same as it used to be. The service wasn't attentive, the kebab meat was very dry and had probably already been around a lot. Salad loveless, portion for 14.50 euros for No. 81 too expensive, the food is more like a snack bar ambience. It has worn off a lot and is no longer worth it for us. We tried again and had three We took a kebab plate 51 to take away and were very positively surprised. We were recognized as regular customers and things were completely different this time, very good 👍

We've been going to Hooksiel for years and always eaten at Alanja. Until now I never thought of giving a review because it's just great there. The food is simply great, very good and rich. The service is always nice and friendly, every wish is fulfilled. The next time we visit Hooksiel we are looking forward to a nice evening and very good food in Alanya 👍😊

We went there today with our two children and didn't regret it. The selection is large and there is sure to be something for everyone. The food was not only very tasty but also plentiful. We all got very full. The prices are fair and the price-performance ratio is therefore very good. The great and very cozy atmosphere and the friendly and good service round off the excellent overall package. Anyone vacationing here should definitely come and eat here 👌

I expected more food and the meat was only lukewarm. The green salad from the Salat Baar had probably been lying around for a long time and was brown. When it came to employees, they would have liked more friendliness and more service when it came to empty drinks.

Not recommended. We had a burger and a kebab plate. The meat in the burger was black and hard! The salad was already rotten! The meat on the kebab plate was far too fatty and the sauce was like water! Fries were limp. It's a shame for so much money.

The store was at most half full when we ordered our food and drinks from the wait staff who were at most moderately motivated. We were able to help ourselves at the salad bar and the drinks were on the table in no time. So we were able to bridge the waiting time for the kebab and köfte plate that we ordered, but somehow they didn't want to show up. After about 40 minutes we were told that the colleague had forgotten to write down what we wanted to eat... So - the whole thing was announced again. But even then it took another 20 minutes until the food was on the table. Even if I hadn't eaten Apostles' tzatziki from the supermarket three days ago, I wouldn't have thought it was homemade. The kofta, which looked more like cevapchichi (okay, the menu said "kofte plate" and then cevapchichi in the small print), also looked suspiciously uniform - and tasted like that too. And the kebab was somehow more industrial than freshly shot and cut. At least the fries were of stable snack quality. All in all a total failure - but maybe we're just spoiled by our "regular Turk" at home...

Unfortunately I have to change my rating a lot because the quality, price and service have also changed a lot... and not in a positive way. Prices have risen disproportionately, quality has fallen and quantities have become significantly smaller. In addition, our food came at different times, so that the first ones had to start so that the food didn't get cold, while the others sat next to them and could watch. The service seemed overwhelmed. Nevertheless, one of the waiters apparently had peace with a guest/friend? to stand at the table and smoke. It's a shame that things have deteriorated so much. We probably won't come back again...

The food was very tasty and the portions were also sufficient. There was the garlic bomb as a starter and the Ali Baba platter as the main course (I just thought it was a shame that there was only 1 Cevapcici on it) The staff is very friendly, especially towards children. The restaurant itself is stylishly decorated and has a large outdoor area.

During this holiday we finally managed to eat out at Alanya. We had planned to do this for many years, but for various reasons it hasn't worked out yet. You enter a living room-style restaurant with a distinctive German-style bar landscape. The premises are clean and well lit. We were warmly greeted by the waitress and looked after completely correctly during our visit. The menu reveals some surprises that you wouldn't expect in a Turkish restaurant. There is pizza and even gyros with pork. I saw this at the next table and although it looked very good, I preferred to order the lamb Osmanli. The salad is delicious and the fries are crispy. Quality and taste are excellent and prices are affordable. Unfortunately, you have to bring cash with you because the restaurant does not accept any debit or credit cards. Next time we've just gotten cash from the bank, we'll definitely come back again. Update November 17, 2023: The Ottoman plate has been removed from the menu. This time there was the Mangal plate. I really liked it too. The service is still very nice and accommodating. You can now also pay with a credit card. I was very happy again.

Really delicious food, but a little more expensive in terms of price... I would definitely do it again, although perhaps not as often due to the price.

We cannot recommend this store. The food is at best chip shop quality and too expensive for that. The staff is nice, but that's probably how it should be. We waited 1.5 hours for our food, after which the chef happened to pass by our table and when we pointed out the circumstances to him, he apologized and offered us a liqueur, but we were also charged for it afterwards, as well another drink that we didn't even have. Once and never again..

If I had such a good Turkish restaurant in the Ruhr area, I would be a regular there!!! Keep it up and see you soon!!!

After 4 years, a total of 2 points deducted for food. Sorry despite price pressure. Doner here is minced meat on a skewer... I expect better for around €14.

My two daughters and I really enjoyed the food. Everything freshly prepared. Salad crunchy and very aromatic. The pizza was nice, juicy and perfectly balanced (tomato sauce-cheese-spice ratio). The breaded turkey schnitzels are crispy and juicy on the inside. Exactly how we want it. When we arrived there was a lot going on and some menus had to be prepared at the same time. The kitchen and wait staff (she was alone!!) had a lot to do as take-away food also had to be prepared. Despite this stress, the waitress always had a friendly facial expression and seemed practiced, experienced and level-headed. My respect for this!

Wir haben abends draußen auf der Terrasse gesessen, diese könnte etwas gemütlicher gestaltet werden. Das Essen war lecker, der Service freundlich aber leider etwas überfordert. Unsere Hunde waren willkommen.

Wir waren im Urlaub mehrfach in diesem Restaurant. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und extrem freundlich. Das Ambiente ist nett, die Terrasse gemütlich. Das Essen kann als preisgünstig bezeichnet werden, da nahezu immer ein Salat vom (leider oft ziemlich leergeräumten) Buffet mit dabei ist. Die Speisenauswahl ist nicht sehr reichhaltig, sehr viele Speisen stellen eine Kombination mit Dönerfleisch dar. Die Pizzen sind niedrigpreisig und gut. Die Portionen sind überschaubar, bei manchen Speisen (Paniertes Schnitzel, Putensteak mit Käse etc.) ists einfach zu wenig und wäre ohne den Salat nicht ausreichend.Kein Gourmet-Restaurant, grundsätzlich aber ist es ok, es lebt von der Herzlichkeit der Bedienungen.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Angemessene Preise und Portionen zum Satt werden. Das Lokal macht den Preishype einer Urlaubsregion nicht mit und liefert solide ab. Besser als der Schmand aus Si..is um die Ecke !!

Man sitz sehr gut in dem nett gestalteten Vorgarten. Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichhaltig.

Wir kommen immer Mal wieder her, wenn wir in der Gegend sind. Das Essen ist sehr schmackhaft, die Portionen meiner Meinung nach jedoch etwas klein. Der Service ist nett und zuvorkommend, kommt jedoch nicht häufig. So sollte man anfangs alles bestellen was man braucht. Alles in allem jedoch sehr zu empfehlen.

Unsere Erfahrung im Alanya Restaurant war außergewöhnlich. Wir haben das Restaurant für unsere Gruppe von 35 Personen gebucht, um das Leben unseres Vaters zu feiern, der in Hooksiel auf See bestattet wurde. Die Restaurantbesitzer und das Personal waren äußerst hilfreich bei der Organisation des Tages, und der Service war sehr professionell, höflich und zuvorkommend. Alles lief reibungslos ab, und wir hatten eine großartige Zeit. Vielen Dank, dass Sie unseren Tag so besonders gemacht haben.

Wir hatten eine Schinkenpozza und eine Pizza mit Meeresfrüchten. Beides war sparsam belegt, beim nächsten Mal würde ich auch doppelt Käse bestellen. Geschmacklich war die Pizza aber sonst top und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Wunderbares Restaurant, sehr schmackhaftes Essen, sehr nette und freundliche Bedienung, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Restaurant bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für sein Geld bekommt man ein ganz ordentliches Essen. Die Portionen sind nicht allzu groß, beispielsweise gibt es bei der Alibaba-Platte nur ein sehr kleines Civapcici. Die Herren in unserer Runde sind nicht ganz satt geworden. Die Salatbar bietet klassische Dönerzutaten als Salat, wobei uns der Krautsalat gar nicht zusagte, da er eher süßlich war. Aber durch die Karte, auf der sich auch deutsche und italienische Gerichte befanden, hatte ich keine besonderen Ansprüche, die alle erfüllt und teilweise sogar übertroffen worden. Das Essen hat alles geschmeckt und lag nicht schwer im Magen, war also nicht übermäßig fertig. Der Bulgur war ebenfalls lecker.

Tolles Essen. Der Preis ist einfach unschlagbar. Nette Bedienung Absolut empfehlenswert. Werden wieder dort Essen.

2x Lamm, mega! 1x Überbackenes Dönerfleisch..Ein Traum. Mit Abstand eins der besten Restaurants in Hooksiel. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren am 03.Juli abends da. Das Restaurant ist einfach aber alles tip top, das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber deutlich überfordert. Es war einigermaßen chaotisch. Bestellungen wurden vertauscht oder auch vergessen. Die Speisekarte ist deutlich zu lang. Sie bietet alles vom Schnitzel über jede Menge Pizzavariationen bis zu Dönervariationen und vieles mehr. Zum Restaurantbetrieb fand noch sehr viel ausser Hausverkauf statt. Mein Mann hatte ein Gericht mit dreierlei Fleisch, Pommes und Tzaziki. Die Fleischstücke waren sehr klein, eher Happen. Ich hatte einen Hähnchenspieß, mit Käse gefüllt, Pommes und Tzaziki. Letzteres fehlte. Geschmacklich war alles okay. Wir werden nicht mehr hingehen. Die Idee vom italienisch /türkischen Restaurant ist gut, die Umsetzung eher nicht...

Die Bedienung war wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben zu 3.gegessen.Ich bestellte ein typisch türkisches Essen.. Aubergine, Tomaten u Paprika in Joghurtsauce, dazu Hirtenkäse mit Zaziki. Leider war es so schwach gewürzt, Knoblauch fehlte völlig, dass man nicht mehr von türkischem Essen sprechen konnte. Das Dönerfleisch meines Mannes schmeckte laff, war kalt und absolut nicht gut gewürzt geschweige denn knusprig. Das Salatbuffet war traurig und das Kindermenü recht fades Imbissessen. Kleine Kinder müssen hier sogar MNS tragen, obwohl erst ab 6 Jahren Gesetz 😬.

Wir sind zu Beginn unseres Urlaubes auf Empfehlung zu Alanya gegangen. Diese Empfehlung hat sich auf jeden Fall bestätigt. Die Preis-Leistung ist einfach Top und nicht zu schlagen. Das Essen war so lecker, dass wir definitiv noch einmal hier hin kommen werden.

Wir sind, während jedem unserer Hooksiel- (und/oder naher Umgebung-) Urlaube, mindestens (!) 2x in diesem Lokal zu Gast. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und bei unseren Besuchen erlebten wir bisher auch immer einen sehr aufmerksamen und flotten Service. Das Essen war, trotz des häufig großen Andranges, immer recht zügig fertig. Die Speisen kamen stets frisch und heiß auf den Tisch, der Salat kann sich entsprechend an einer Salatbar nach Belieben zusammengestellt werden. Tolle Idee, so kann jeder nur das auswählen, was er auch mag! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist definitiv super! Also zu diesen fairen Preisen bekommt man woanders nur selten so große Portionen, die auch gleichzeitig noch verdammt gut schmecken. Die Speisekarte bietet eine große Vielfalt für Jedermann. Von einer Riesen-Currywurst, über Pizza, Pasta & diversen Gerichten vom Grill, bis hin zu verschiedenen Variationen von „Kebab“ usw., es ist hier wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas zu finden. Meine persönliche Empfehlung ist die Nr.55: Döner überbacken( siehe Foto), dazu Pommes und ein Salat. Absolut fantastisch.

Das Fleisch war leider dieses mal nur mittelmäßig. Dazu kam, dass die Raki Platte ohne besagtes und im Menü genanntes Getränk serviert wurde. Auch nach kurzem Hinweis leider keine Reaktion. Als ich dann beim Begleichen der Rechnung (ohne Kürzung) darauf hinwies, entschied man sich, sowohl auf die Entschuldigung, als auch auf den sonst immer angebotenen Digestif zu verzichten. Gut, dass es in Hooksiel nicht an guten Alternativen mit ordentlichem Service mangelt...
