Worst kebab for €8 I've ever eaten. First, the employee took the bread from the dirty counter, where it was next to 20 other kebab breads, and started filling it with kebab meat without warming it up. The bread was flaky and tasted like untoasted toast. Next we come to the meat. The pieces of meat he cut off were as long as a Krakow bratwurst and almost as thick as a 250g rump steak from a steakhouse and it also tasted bad. There's not much you can say about the sauce except that it came from a ketchup tube, didn't taste good and was poorly distributed in the kebab. This brings us to the last point, the distribution in the kebab. He only filled the cold, sticky bread with kebab meat and at the end he put a small tong of salad on it, which fell straight from the kebab onto the plate, so it was actually just a flabby bread with bad kebab meat without any side dishes. Not recommended

Third time in a row where you place an order to be delivered and it is forgotten again. Quite embarrassing in my opinion.

I was threatened with the police because I said I couldn't eat the food because it was wrong. The man on the phone apologized but still an absolute no go and lack of respect for me because I was nice the whole time. I was promised that I would get my money back, and I did. Food tastes really delicious!

Food tastes really good! It arrived relatively quickly and was still hot, even though it was breaking the fast. Unfortunately it's a bit expensive for the portions you get, but the taste is brutal 🤙

We have ordered online twice so far. Including changes and extras. Everything has worked out great so far. The service is very nice, the prices are ok and the food has always been good.

The food is incredibly delicious, and the cleanliness is exemplary. The service is always top-notch. I've tried other kebab shops, but Dogan's remains the best. I'd be happy to go back anytime!

There have been new owners since June, none of the previous ones!!! The sauces are fresh and homemade, as is the dough. It really just tastes so good. We are happy to have a great kebab again in hellwinkel. A definite recommendation 👍👍

Unfriendly staff, we waited 35 minutes for 2 doner plates. And the meat didn't taste good at all, once and never again.

The food (doner kebab pideli) was very good, and the service was attentive throughout. Even though the place was fully booked, it was still easy to have a good conversation.

So, I can't understand the bad reviews. It's not a 4 star restaurant, but the service is always very friendly and the food is really tasty. And if I can point out the spelling errors in the reviews, nothing surprises me.

Yesterday we ordered a kebab plate and wanted extra meat for an extra charge. I got a children's kebab plate that was overpriced and then a kebab plus fries. The kebab was a disaster, nothing in it was flat and the fries weren't crispy, unpleasant, it used to be much better.
