Antalya Kebab in Hannover

Well, I don't understand the bad reviews. It's not a 4-star restaurant, but the service is always very friendly and the food is truly delicious. And if I may comment on the spelling mistakes in the reviews, nothing surprises me.

We haven't been to Antalya Kebab in a long time. Surprisingly, we were the only customers on a Friday evening around 9 p.m. The doner meat had already been cut from the skewer and was coming from a container. As a result, the doner kebab wasn't filled with warm chicken. The doner bread was warmed up. Nevertheless, the doner tasted delicious. What wasn't delicious, unfortunately, was that time seems to have stood still in the place. Nothing has been renovated here in over 10 years. The chairs and tables are old. Not a welcoming place to feel comfortable. It's better to just grab the doner and leave. It's a shame they're not investing in it anymore!

I got it through the TG TG app. The service was very unfriendly. My wife is vegetarian and that's what they said in the photo. They said there were only potatoes, rice or noodles. There were lots of other great things but the chef obviously didn't approve them. They probably get thrown away or messed up themselves. Very selfish of the restaurant considering this dish is supposed to cost nine euros. The taste is rubbish. The chicken looks like it isn't fully grown and it tastes weird too. We didn't even try the rice. It looks disgusting and old and the potatoes are tasteless. We could have cooked this meal ourselves. That's not why we came here.

This used to be one of the best kebabs in town. Unfortunately, the quality has declined drastically. The bread was old today. The meat was dry because it had been sitting there for a while. The spicy sauce isn't spicy. They can't roll the dürüm tightly enough. Unfortunately, overall, I can't recommend it anymore.

The kebab used to be better and unfortunately the shop has also become more expensive.

This used to be one of the best kebab shops in town. I was there again today for the first time in a few years and it has deteriorated considerably in all areas.

Small shop but with a wide selection. I recommend the eggplant dish and various other Turkish dishes from the display, including various soups.

It's been a long time since I've been there again and I noticed that the prices were increased, which wouldn't have been a problem if the quality of the food hadn't declined. We ordered a lahmacun and it wasn't good at all.

Update: Prices increased - new workers who have nothing to do with catering were hired and meat is served cold. It's a shame because my opinion of this store at the time was very positive. Unfortunately not recommended 7 months ago: Antalya Kebab is ideal when you need to go quickly and for little money. But it tastes quite good (a little tip: just don't always use all the sauces - a maximum of 2) I come by regularly because a kebab costs €4 - there is even a mini kebab for €3 - you can tell the workers are a well-rehearsed team

Unfortunately, in the evening there is no more fresh meat after 8/9 p.m., it is then packaged and stored in containers. Often I couldn't even order a kebab at that time because the meat was empty. Unfortunately not the yellow of the egg. Otherwise OK.

Unfortunately, Dürum kebab is more bad than good. Too little seasoning and too much sauce.

Pizza and kebabs, you can eat inexpensively

We've been coming to the store for years. Unfortunately, it has become more and more expensive and the quality has continued to decline. Doner kebab now only tastes like something because of the sauce. The halloumi roll would previously be well filled with all the ingredients. In the meantime just add some lettuce and that's it. Way too expensive for 7 euros. Unfortunately it is no longer recommended. A pity.

I used to always like to eat the cheeseburger there, as a kebab was never an option there, because you have to say that their meat just doesn't taste good. The cheeseburger tasted really good there. It was a simple burger but a delicious burger. But today I ate the worst burger there in my life. I'm not exaggerating, it was really disgusting. They changed their burger buns, their sauce and their burger patty. So the meat tastes really disgusting and the sauce 🤮 what kind of sauce was that? It definitely wasn't burger sauce. I will definitely avoid this shop because the kebab there was never tasty and now the burger is disgusting 🤦🏻 but raise the prices to €5 and use cheaper ingredients. It's also funny that all the employees who used to work there in the kitchen are no longer there but work together in Limmer. Well that's my feedback on it

It was still bearable for €4. Now for 6€ (price increases over 30%) absolutely too expensive for the inferior quality. Unfortunately no more support from me.

Very bad kebab, the meat goes down like a wire, the portion is getting smaller and smaller, just not too much (economical mode) after you've been there you'll regret being there, given too many chances and it's a failure every time. Everything from hair to burnt rubber meat was already there. Yes Kardas In the future you have to eat yourself, I won't go there anymore. The business has slowed down considerably. As clean as his toilet is, so is the quality of his menu.

Doner kebab was okay, but compared to other shops the meat wasn't as tasty and some of the salads were quite bitter. For 4€ one of the cheaper kebabs in Hanover.

I was there spontaneously about 2 weeks ago and ordered a kebab bag. The bag was neatly filled, exactly how I wanted it. The meat was hot and tasty. Even after I had already eaten half of it, there was still enough meat in it and not just salad and sauce. The young man who served was a little slow and not quite as quick as the guys behind the counter, but I liked it and the price was more than fair. I'll be going there again soon. I've read the last reviews and I really hope the quality of the meat hasn't deteriorated.

Das Restaurant ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und nur deswegen gibt es ein Stern Abzug, ändert aber nichts an der gleichbleibender hohen Qualität der Speisen. Echt super lecker hochwertiger Döner mit frischen Zutaten und sehr netten Personal. Ich komme immer wieder gerne zu euch.

Eindeutig der beste Donner in Hannover. Wenn ich vile Hunger habe und gar nicht weiss was zu essen, hohle ich mir da den Donner. Es kostet 4 Euro. Nach dem Essen fühlt man sich pudel wohl. Ich habe da immer nur toll gegessen. Würde jedem empfehlen der da im Umgebung wohnt und diejenigen die sehr viel Hunger haben und der Magen muss was gescheides essen. Ich ess immer den Donner mit Hänchen da. Es ist immer frisch und gefühlt mit perfekten Zutaten. Vielen Dank and Atalya!!!!! Immer wenn ich da esse, meine Welt ist nach dem Essen in Ordnung! Klasse!!!!

Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter! Mir ist nach dem bestellen aufgefallen, dass ich mein Portemonaie gar nicht dabei hatte. Ich hab dann angeboten, kurz mit dem Fahrrad nach Hause zu fahren und das Geld zu holen. Die Mitarbeiter meinten dann, das wäre schon ok. Ich solle einfach das nächste Mal nachzahlen... Für mich als Deutschen ein Kulturschock sondergleichen! TOP SERVICE! Der Döner war übrigens auch super lecker!

Für 8 Euro ist so ein Dönerteller aber echt dürftig belegt...wer soll davon satt werden? Die Curry soße ist dafür richtig gut. Das Hähnchenfleisch leider hartgegrillt schade...

Ich hole mir seit Jahren hier mein Lahmacun-mit Currysoße. Salate immer frisch, Fleisch bislang immer lecker! Man kann sich immer aussuchen was drauf soll. Auch wenn ich nach Hause fahre-kurz in den Ofen -immer noch lecker. Beim Personal, na ja…die „alten“ Mitarbeiter super nett-bei den anderen muss man sich es eben denken

ANTALYA KEBAP is an excellent Turkish restaurant (Döner, Pizza, Lahmacun, Falafel, vegetarian dishes, soups, BBQ dishes) in the heart of trendy Hanover-Linden, only a couple of meters away from a Tram line 9 stop. They do home and office deliveries, too. Open daily until midnight
