I didn't like the cleanliness. When you come in and see how smeared the glass display case is and the chef is rolling a dürüm without gloves and has previously cashed in from another customer... you really feel like gagging. NO THANKS

You can also eat great there late in the evening/night. The service was very good.

Unfortunately my last review was deleted just because I told the truth. I'll summarize again: -Service and conditions were terrible, we were literally beaten up when ordering just because it took a little longer. We weren't even asked how we wanted the kebabs, the guy said I'd do it the way I wanted. - Salad didn't taste good, yoghurt was disgusting, kebab was very "empty", Ezme was forgotten and wasn't tasty when it was brought over. Tasted stale. My Tavuk sis was over salted and it doesn't even look like it came from the grill, more like it came from an electric grill. Maybe it was grilled, but it just tastes better with the competition. We came as a large family and paid over 200 euros, we were just finished off and there wasn't even an ikram at the end. Here you are treated badly and only get mediocre food. Please buy better yogurt and don't forget the salt in the salad. I was expecting Coban salatasi too, but it wasn't there. You still have to practice with the meat, neither Adana nor Tavuk was really good. Except for the bread, nothing was tasty.

The ambience under the large parasols conveys a true holiday feeling like no other place in Hanover. There is always something to look at. The food selection is great and also reasonably priced.

My brothers and I wanted to eat there together on Thursday, August 29th, 2024. It was very warm that day and we decided to sit outside. After waiting for over 10 minutes, no one served us, even though it wasn't busy at lunchtime. No problem at all. My brother then went in to say that we would like to order. After a short while the service came. A slightly older gentleman with gray-white hair. The waitress came to our table. No greeting. And he didn't hand us the menus, but instead threw them separately onto the table. And without saying a word, he left again. So honestly. You should treat your guests well and not like your enemies. We then immediately got up and chose another restaurant. Where we were warmly welcomed.

Always something going on and fast service. Salad and lamb were very tasty. It has its price but it is expensive everywhere 😉

Were there yesterday with 3 people. I went in first and found 2 employees standing politely and clearly greet. Answer = nothing, not even a blink. We sat outside and weren't noticed. I then went in and politely said that we would sit outside. 2 minutes later the waiter came without saying a word And threw the cards on the table and then we left. We then left immediately. Sad

We were here today and had soup and pide. It was very tasty.

The food was very good. At 32 degrees it had to be something light and it fit perfectly! Unfortunately, the order wasn't taken correctly, but due to language barriers with the gentleman who initially served us, there would be no way to follow up again... on the other hand, the gentleman we paid from spoke German and was super friendly! Last but not least: Even if an outdoor area is always difficult to keep clean, you can simply wipe down the tables as you pass by and pick up any trash left on the floor. That makes a big difference!

Just had dinner there. Service very bad. They take their time and prefer to play on their cell phones and count their tips instead of doing their work. After asking, the so-called waiters become rude and unfriendly. But the worst thing was, the food was inedible and raw. Prices have risen endlessly, which is bad in itself. But then also offer appropriate service and food. Never eat there again!!!

Looking forward to a cold beer after a hard day and received a lukewarm beer. Sad

There is nothing wrong with the food. But I keep noticing that hospitality is missing especially from a particular member of staff. Head waiter? I don't feel welcome here. Service was slow and happened casually during another conversation with Turkish guests, so the order was almost taken incorrectly because the attention of the other guests was of Turkish origin.

Very unsympathetic waiter, very rude and hardly wanted to do anything, no respect and no knowledge of the customer, I'll never go to the shop again!!

The atmosphere was nice, the services etc., but I couldn't find taste and warmth in the food.

My recommendation is to first replace the waiters or train them further in the topics of politeness, approach, service, respect and looking at the guest. Tables and the tables around are just rubbish. The list is not enough to mention everything here. Sorry but you don't deserve a rating. Definitely not recommended!!!

Super friendly staff, great atmosphere and above all, real Turkish food.

Even though we talked to them on the phone 2 times before and they said you could come, we didn't reserve a place. When 5 of our friends came for iftar, we barely got beaten. I will never even pass through the same street again.

My girlfriend and I went to dinner with our children. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The drinks came in glass bottles for the children too. Straws and glasses were not available upon request. The courts did not come at the same time. That was too bad. The correct orders were not brought even though the store was relatively empty. What I found really disgusting was the very dirty and sticky children's chair (unfortunately all 3 looked like that). But the worst thing was the space for the children. Dirty and everything broken. The slide cars no longer had wheels and the rest were only there in pieces. Then it's better to leave this room alone. Unfortunately you could only pay in cash. I don't think it's contemporary. So we had to go to an ATM around the corner with a fee of almost €6 each. And that with the already very expensive dishes. The bill was also wrong. All in all, not what it used to be.

Service catastrophe, we drove an extra 100 km and had even made a reservation beforehand as agreed. However, when we arrived no one knew about our reservation and we had to leave the store.

If you are looking for authentic kebab skewers and other Turkish/Kurdish specialties, this is one of the best addresses in Hanover! With a charcoal grill and clay oven, original taste is guaranteed. Very good price/performance ratio. I eat kebab here very regularly.

My visit to Yakamoz Restaurant left a bitter taste in my mouth and unfortunately I cannot share a positive experience. At first it was disappointing to see that our requests for changes to the dishes were not taken into account. It seemed as if the staff were not willing to respond to individual requests, which was a negative sign at the beginning. The service also left a lot to be desired. The food was served inadequately and uncoordinated, with some guests at the table already having their meals while others were still waiting. This created an unpleasant situation and an uneven experience for guests. The quality of the food was also disappointing. Some dishes were cold and seemed to have been ready for a while before they were served. This significantly affected the enjoyment of the food and added to our frustration. Overall, the visit to Yakamoz Restaurant was a disappointment. The poor quality of service, the ignorance of customer requests and the inadequate presentation of the food make it difficult to give a positive recommendation. There is clearly room for improvement before I would visit this restaurant again.

Das neue Ambiente suggeriert Ambitionen, die Essen und Service nicht erfüllen können. Dönerrolle und Pide waren geschmacklich durchschnittlich, tendenziell eher ungewürzt. Der Service kann nicht wirklich als solcher bezeichnet werden: unaufmerksam, unfreundlich, wenig Interesse am Kunden. Die Preise sind für das Gebotene zu hoch. Kartenzahlung nicht möglich. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Delicious food and the price was very reasonable!

We went there for the first time as a family. Nice atmosphere and relatively quiet despite the size. We were served quickly and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Good portions and super tasty. Very friendly service. The toilet could be a little cleaner but otherwise everything is good and we will definitely be back.

Für mich bisher leider der schlechteste Döner, den ich je gegessen habe.

Gehe dort nie wieder essen. Wir mussten über 1h warten bis wir bedient wurden. Zudem wurde indirekt gegenüber uns deutschen feindliche/abwertende Anspielungen gemacht. Essen war dennoch ganz gut.

Unfreundlich, ich hatte höflich gefragt ob wir mit unserem Hund rein kommen könnten zum Essen , ich wurde sofort in einem sehr unfreundlichen Ton gefragt in welchen Restaurant man mit Hund rein darf. Ich war so geschockt das ich sofort wieder raus bin Wir nie wieder .....

I ordered here with my family, my sister is very young and ordered chicken nuggets with fries, they completely forgot her order and told us it would take 2 minutes. Her food wasn’t there after 10 more minutes of waiting. The manager came and started screaming at us and said they don’t have fries. BAD SERVICE. Wouldn’t recommend

Essen ist super lecker, das Ambiente ist auch absolut in Ordnung, lediglich die Deckenlampen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber für die Sanitäranlagen gibt's 2 Punkte Abzug in der B-Note.

Ich kann bei Gott die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Wie aus Stuttgart zu Besuch hier und haben nachts um 12 vom Grill gegessen und 2x Pide in die Mitte bestellt. Das Essen, die Bedienung und der Preis war top. Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu meckern. Vielen Dank 👍

War mal gut, nun ist es nur noch unhygienisch im Laden selbst aussen verrichten Tauben überall ihr Geschäft.Kellner sind sehr unfreundlich begrüßen einen nicht, lange Wartezeiten 25 min für eine Dönertasche.

Der Laden ist das allerletzte. Bedienung absolut unhöflich, die zig Köche hinter dem Tresen arbeiten zum Teil ohne Handschuhe und wischen diese an den Shirt's ab und wenn man sie darauf anspricht ob sie keine Handschuhe hätten, antworten sie trotzig mit nein. Die Kellner laufen hinter den Tresen rum, was ich persönlich nicht ok finde weil Kontakt zu Kunden haben und sich immer wieder draußen aufhalten. Der Chef (dieser Clown) sitzt nur da und zählt das Geld aber kümmert sich nicht was die hygienischen zustande betrifft m. Die Toilette ist in einem desolaten Zustand, es stinkt bestialisch. Ich kann jedem der ein wenig von seiner Gesundheit was hält, nur nahe legen wo anders essen zu gehen.

Essen geschmacklich gut, Service könnte noch ein Tick besser sein. Gibt keine Kartenzahlung und die Belege sind ein Witz, also keine ordnungsgemäße Rechnung wird ausgestellt. Die Tauben sind auch nervig.

Yakamoz ist mein Stamm Lokal, meiner Meinung nach das beste Lokal aus Hannover ! Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen ist Hammer und preislich nicht zu toppen !

Πήραμε αδανα παραδοσιακό κεμπάπ, γύρο μοσχαρισιο , μελιτζάνες με γιαούρτι και σουβλάκι κοτόπουλο. Όλα ήταν νόστιμα, ξεχώρισε το κεμπάπ και οι μελιτζάνες.

Das Essen hat nicht geschmeckt, und die Kellner können keine Bestellung aufnehmen. Würde den Laden nicht weiter empfehlen!

Hallo, ich empfehle dieses Dönerladen nicht. Ich habe heute dort gegessen und das DönerFleisch hat gestunken. Von mir wurde 8€ für ein Döner mit einer Kleine Sprite verlangt. Ich nenne sowas “Betrug” und nie wieder.

Bei yakamoz bekommt man immer essen die Öffnungszeiten sind der Wahnsinn von 08:00-04:00 morgens Suppen und vieles mehr

I buy a mixed - donner turleri - plate, each time when I'm visiting Hannover. It has rice (not fries). I like more than Istanbul donner.

Durch unsere Kollegen welche schon öfter in Hannover waren, sind wir in dieses Lokal gekommen. Die Portionen sind groß und sehr gut. Das Personal und das Ambiente nicht. Aber wer gerne türkisches Essen mag, ist hier richtig!

Das Essen ist recht gut aber das wird mich nicht nochmal in das Lokal bringen wenn die Bedienung so unfreundlich und unverschämt war wie heute. Ich bin so unzufrieden da raus gegen wie aus keinem anderen Lokal.

Schnelle, freundliche Bedienung (auch für Extrawünsche), super leckeres Essen und gigantische Portionen. Salat und Tee ging auf's Haus! Top!

Frisches und leckeres Essen mit netter Bedienung. Wir waren nun schon einige Male hier und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren Silvester Abends hier essen. Es war schon 21.30 Uhr und wir haben von außen schon gesehen das es richtig voll war. Wir wurden nett und stressfrei begrüßt und haben den letzten freien Tisch bekommen. Die Kellner waren sehr nett und fix. Das Essen war durchweg super lecker und die Portionen auch groß genug. Toll finde ich das man dort auch Bier und einen leckeren Rotwein bekommt, was in einem türkischen Restaurant selten der Fall ist. Preisleistung bei Essen und Getränken mehr als angemessen. Wir waren überrascht, zufrieden und kommen gern noch mal wieder wenn wir mal wieder in Hannover sind 😀👍

Auch wenn die untere Etage den Imbiss -Charme nicht verleugnen kann, ist es trotzdem gemütlich und nicht unangenehm. Die Bedienung ist sehr schnell und freundlich, das Essen richtig lecker. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können diese Location nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir sind hier nach einer Veranstaltung mit Bärenhunger eingekehrt. Die Auswahl auf der Karte ist genau richtig, es gibt Pizza, Dönerfleischgerichte, Pide, Salate, Suppe und Grillgerichte. Frühstück gibt es auch!! Wir haben uns für drei Grillgerichte entschieden. Die Bedienung war nett und aufmerksam aber nicht all zu oft bei uns. War aber für uns total okay. Es war gut besucht. Uns wurde als Vorspeise Salat gereicht sowie Brot mit drei verschiedenen Dips. Sehr lecker. Das preis Leistungsverhältnis ist hier unschlagbar. Nach dem Essen wurde uns ein Tee aufs Haus angeboten. Die Atmosphäre ist hier sehr angenehm. Das Aquarium könnte vielleicht mal abgeschafft oder erneuert werden. Hier befinden sich nämlich nur noch zwei Fische und eine Menge Algen drin :D... Ich kann dieses Restaurant definitiv empfehlen.
