The food was terrific 👌The lamb skewers were juicy and the side dishes went well with them. First there was Turkish flatbread with a very tasty spicy vegetable paste (ezme) and tzatziki. The service is very courteous and nice. The restaurant is now getting a little old. Overall a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars. I'll be back 😁👍

I visited many restaurants in Hanover and was not satisfied with any of them Öz Urfa has not lost any of its quality or taste. Öz Urfa remains number 1 in Hanover

For a while you always got a free sauce and bread before the main course, now it is noted as an extra €6 on the bill...

It was the worst lahmacun I have ever eaten in my life, it had no flavor, there was no proper meat, the dough was not cooked, rotten vegetables were chopped in the salad, the service was very sloppy. I don't know what else to say, I don't recommend it.

Was there with a friend, the waiter was quite friendly, but the rest of us weren't. Food was okayish, but the presentation was rather meh, there are better shops that don't do that fancy.

This used to be a really good kebab. Nowadays there is hardly any left in it, sauce belongs in the bread and not just slapped on the meat. The bread is simply more than soft. I will definitely avoid this store.

Top food and top service for years

I am really disappointed with my visit to Öz Urfa in Hanover. The chicken soup was obviously reheated in the microwave and tasted like canned soup rather than homemade. That was the first big negative point. For my second dish I ordered the "Öz Urfa" for €25 and was expecting something better. Instead of a delicious, flavorful selection of meat, I only got a small amount of meat, mostly covered with onions and a few pieces of vegetables. There was so little meat it was almost laughable. I was looking forward to an authentic Turkish meal, but what I got was simply disappointing and not worth the money. Charging a total of €32 for chicken soup and the Öz Urfa is absolutely overpriced and the taste of the food wasn't convincing either. To make matters worse, the waiter was also unfriendly. I definitely won't be coming back.

I am really disappointed with my visit to Öz Urfa in Hanover. The Lahmacun was a failure! Instead of the delicious, flavorful filling I was expecting, I just got a thin dough barely smeared with tomato sauce and a few pieces of vegetables. There was so little minced meat in it that I almost thought I had ordered a vegetarian version! I was looking forward to an authentic experience, but it was just frustrating. I definitely won't eat here again!

I mean, this place is such a bad establishment that it doesn't even deserve a single star... I had the worst meal I've had here, not only in Germany but also in my life. I saw meatless, stuffed lahmacun and pita here. They also added an account so that it is truly haram...

Overall, the food was very tasty and the meat was particularly fresh. Unfortunately, enjoying the food in the restaurant was impaired due to the numerous flies in summer. Since the doors and windows were fully open, it would have been desirable to install fly screens. In this way, the pleasant ambience could have been preserved and the delicious food could have been enjoyed better. Too bad!

Öz urfa was once number 1 in Hanover, but unfortunately no longer. The doner meat was extremely fatty and tasted old, there were small black spiders in the salad and 3 pirzolas cost 27 euros. The prices have also risen extremely...not again!!!

The older man at the checkout doesn't say thank you when he gets the ten euros from you. But please say loudly if he gives you back the 50 cents :-) If you like the cheeky tone, this is the place for you. The food is very greasy and the hygienic conditions are poor. Otherwise, it's better to choose a decent restaurant.

Visited ÖZ URFA today during our Hanover day trip. 1x chicken adana for €18, 2x lahmacun with salad on a plate for €5 each. 2x 0.5L homemade Ayran. Finally, Künefe with 3x Turkish tea. Tried chicken Adana for the first time and it tastes really delicious, very seasoned. The homemade ayran also tasted good. The Künefe came quickly, but wasn't as hot and sweet as I expected. I also noticed that Turkish tea is not served in small traditional tea glasses but in large, boring glasses.

Not like it used to be. Taste is no longer the best.

The kebab was as expensive as kebab is now. He was good, not outstanding, but not bad either, just good! The service staff seemed rather bored. Overall conclusion: You can do it, you get a good kebab. But you don't have to do it too often.

My husband ate there and he said the food didn't taste fresh at all and he also got severe food poisoning two days ago he ate there and a few hours later the symptoms started: dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, etc... and no, he had it He hasn't eaten anything else in the meantime and he's not feeling well at all. Turkish snack. Service and waiting time ok. The kebab, which was priced in the upper midrange, wasn't that great (but that's just my subjective opinion). On the way out we had a piece of baklava - it was very tasty. Thumbs up as a snack on the way home.

8€ for a kebab. At the beginning you eat some salad, and then only meat and bread with fat. This has nothing to do with kebab.

I didn't understand much about the meals and the tables and chairs were very old and not well cleaned. Tea was not allowed at all. Yes, the food was plentiful and cheap, but only one star.

Price performance does not match at all. … two small rolls were served on a coffee plate (paid €15 for them). I also ordered a coke and instead received an Ayran, which was charged to me for €5. So a total of €20 paid for underground food. Rip off.

If you want to try a Dürüm with the diameter of a dried Bockwurst and are willing to pay €17 for it, you've come to the right place. After I got an Ayran instead of a cola, I didn't think anything bad about it. After I got an espresso plate with the Dürüm that was as big as Jim Knopf's pants, I was almost no longer hungry. There are at least 2 stars for the ambience because the oriental music videos are in there TV had more content than the Dürüm role

For some reason, the appetizer bread, which was brought to every table around us, did not come to our table. When the employee came to our table, I deliberately looked at the appetizer and bread plate on the next table, thinking that maybe he would understand, but no attention was paid. If the service is based on the food you ordered, it's even worse.

I ordered this delicious Adana plate and I have to honestly say that it was too much for me as a 100kg tall man and that it was served quickly within 15 minutes. Very well served. I will definitely come again and recommend it to others. (Thank you)

You have to wait a long time. The food is tasty and warm, but unfortunately not clean. I found 2 strands of hair on my plate. I don't recommend at all. The tables were not clean. The ladies room looked very dirty. So 2/5 from me.

Me and my girlfriend went there for lunch. It was very, very tasty and the staff are also very nice and friendly. And we like it very much. We always enjoy coming back. Tesekkurler :)

Very tasty for those hungry after 12

I came to this shop based on many recommendations and then drove to this ambience very hungry. When I got there, the shop made a good impression, nice service and a clean environment, but now about the kebab, I was disappointed, very much so. There was far too little sauce and the distribution of meat, salad and red cabbage was bad. I only ate red cabbage for the first 5/6 bites, so I was reluctant to eat any more. If I hadn't been so hungry it would probably have been thrown away for €8

The food there is just great and great...🫶👍
