Öz Urfa, Helal Restaurant Hannover in Hannover

Das gegrillte Fleisch war einfach köstlich 😀, und der Reis dazu war genauso fantastisch. Es war das erste Mal, dass ich türkisches Essen von einem Türken serviert bekommen habe. Wenn ich jemals wieder nach Hannover komme, werde ich dieses Restaurant und andere Gerichte auf jeden Fall ausprobieren 🥰

Die Suppe, die ich trank, war sehr fettig und enthielt viel Tomatenmark. Obwohl die Arbeit bereits begonnen hatte, waren die Tische noch nicht sauber.

Alles war in Ordnung, nur das Brot, das zu meinem Essen serviert wurde, war hart und schwer zu essen.

Wir hatten Lahmacun und Pide. Das Lahmacun war lecker, aber das Pide war sehr schwer. Es war total überfüllt, als wir dort waren.

Essen und Personal super. Ambiente einfach. Zweckmäßig und sauber

Allgemein ist es sauber und leckeres Essen keine 10/10 aber so nh 8/10 Preise sind auch okey.ABER DIE SIND SO UNDFREUNDLICH DAS ES NUR JEMADEN ANEKELT

Das Restaurant ähnelte eher einem Schnellimbiss. Der Service war gut, aber das Essen hatte eher Fast-Food-Qualität als die eines richtigen Restaurants. Alles war lieblos zubereitet. Die Preise waren wie in einem guten türkischen Restaurant – für die gebotene Qualität zu hoch. Das Essen war teuer wie in einem richtigen Restaurant, nicht wie in einem Schnellimbiss. Im Grunde genommen teures Fast Food.

Ich hab für eine Suppe eine Lammsuppe neun Euro bezahlt für ein Dönerteller 16 €! Eine Cola, 3,50!! Es ist eine Unverschämtheit, die Preise einfach so aus Lust zu erhöhen! Wie lange Kunden abziehen!! Wo ist das bitte gerechtfertigt?! Sollen wir deine neue Stühle jetzt bezahlen?! Unverschämtheit! Aber Unverschämtheit wird bestraft. Wir gehen da nicht mehr hin und meine ganze Familie auch nicht. Da hast du schon mal 20 Leute verloren. Und weitere werden folgen, so Verliert man die Kunden!

Top Essen, schnell fertig und alles frisch

Alles ist wunderbar, aber dieses Brot ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Man merkt, dass der Koch seine Arbeit sehr ernst nimmt. Ein einfaches „gut gemacht“ reicht da meiner Meinung nach nicht aus. Es verdient ein besonderes Lob. Ich kenne den Namen des Kochs nicht, aber dieses Restaurant, das wir zufällig zum ersten Mal besucht haben, ist eindeutig zu einem unserer Stammgäste geworden. Der Service ist zudem unglaublich zuvorkommend. Es ist ein Restaurant, das sein Handwerk wirklich meisterhaft beherrscht und die türkische Küche auf wunderbare Weise repräsentiert; ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr krass! Wirklich sehr leckeres Essen und eine große Auswahl. Dönergerichte schmecken Top und sind preis Leistungstechnisch sehr gut. Grillgerichte sind etwas teurer aber schmecken wirklich extrem lecker, da kann man sich nicht beschweren. Klare Empfehlung!

Ich habe in Hannover in einigen Lokalen gegessen, aber nur hier bekommt man wirklich authentische Urfa-Küche. Mein besonderer Dank gilt dem Bäcker, der dafür gesorgt hat, dass ich mich wie in Urfa gefühlt habe.

Das Essen schmeckt wirklich gut Döner Hähnchen und Lamm Lahmacun alles

Ich habe hier schon mehrmals sehr lecker gegessen. Beyti und der selbstgemachte Ayran sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Hervorragendes Essen, große Portionen und sehr freundlicher Service. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Adana Durum ist eine sehr gute Wahl, wenn man schnell ein Sandwich möchte und keinen freien Tisch hat. Man merkt, dass Fleisch und Fett gut miteinander vermengt sind und die türkischen Gewürze perfekt harmonieren. Das Sandwich sieht zunächst klein aus, macht aber satt. Leider ist der Preis etwas hoch: 20,50 € für ein Adana Durum und einen Ayran.

Super leckere Zucchinipuffer Tasche und super sympathisches Personal. Auch die kleine Terrasse draußen ist gemütlich.

Der Geschmack ist unterdurchschnittlich. Das Personal ist nicht sehr aufmerksam. Die Lage ist zentral und gut erreichbar. Die Antwort auf die Frage „Würden Sie wiederkommen?“ lautet „Nein“.

Das Restaurant hat rund um die Uhr geöffnet und bietet eine große Auswahl an türkischen Gerichten. Die Preise sind nicht günstig, aber das Essen ist gut, der Service schnell und die Angestellten freundlich.

Wir bestellten Hähnchenspieße und Hähnchenschnitzel. Die Beilagen waren köstlich (besonders der scharfe Aufstrich). Die Bedienung war freundlich. Die Hähnchenspieße waren überraschenderweise viel kleiner als die Schnitzel. Aber alles andere war sehr lecker. Es gibt nur wenige Restaurants, die so köstliches Holzkohlegrillessen zubereiten. Es gab keinen separaten Salat zum Essen und auch keinen Tee zum Abschluss. Aber ich denke, das ist nicht überall üblich.

Habe dort Lachmacun geholt, dachte erst 5€ ist echt viel pro Stück aber die waren einfach riesig, also doppelt so groß wie ich sie kenne und auch so unglaublich lecker! Ey jetzt wo ich gerade die Bewertung schreib würde ich am liebsten schon wieder welche holen 🤤

Ich habe dieses Restaurant nach einigen Jahren wieder besucht. Das Essen war, wie in meiner Erinnerung, sehr gut. Es war angenehm und gut besucht. Ich kann es für ein Mittag- oder Abendessen mit Familie oder Freunden wärmstens empfehlen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Als der Mitarbeiter an unseren Tisch kam, schaute ich extra auf den Teller mit Vorspeisen und Brot am Nachbartisch, um zu sehen, ob es ihm auffallen würde; er zeigte jedoch weiterhin kein Interesse. Wenn dieser Service vom bestellten Gericht abhängt, sollte dies klar kommuniziert werden. Andernfalls hinterlässt dies einen negativen Eindruck bei den Gästen.

Ich war heute bei Öz Urfa in Hannover essen und bin wirklich begeistert! Das Essen war unglaublich lecker und voller Geschmack man merkt sofort die Qualität und Frische. Alles war sehr sauber und hygienisch, und die Atmosphäre total warm und einladend. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl, fast wie bei Freund:innen zuhause. Der Service war super freundlich und aufmerksam, und jeder Bissen war einfach ein Genuss. Für mich definitiv eines der besten türkischen Restaurants in Hannover. Wir waren bei Öz Urfa und sind absolut begeistert! Die Qualität des Fleisches ist hervorragend – super saftig, perfekt gewürzt und einfach top. We were there today with my family and absolutely cannot recommend it. The staff were very poor, playing on their phones. The restaurant was unkempt. We know Öz Urfa to be different, hence the poor rating.

A grill platter so large the table was practically bending, the intense smoky aroma from the charcoal grill was accompanied by fresh bread. The sheer volume of food they obviously process also contributed to its freshness. The interior is showing its age, and the service wasn't exactly enthusiastic during our visit. Nevertheless, it was a lovely evening and definitely recommended.

It takes a thousand witnesses to call it tripe soup, unfortunately I was not satisfied at all.

The meat was overcooked, almost burnt, and the mixed salad consisted of plain onions.

It was always our favorite kebab dish, usually veal. It was simply delicious! That seems to be over now. We had the impression that the meat supplier or the spices had changed. The flavor was far too overpowering, far from delicious. We all left without eating, and the food went straight into the trash. What a waste... After over 20 years at ÖZ URFA, we'll be changing. The owner has changed, the food is not as good as it used to be, unfortunately it was the only place to go in Hanover, but now I do not recommend it, and the portions are too expensive.

This was the worst experience ever! We sat in the restaurant for over 20 minutes and no one even came to us or acknowledged us. Zero service, zero respect for the guests. In the end, we left without eating. A chaotic and unprofessional restaurant – absolutely not recommended and definitely never again!

Ordered a platter for 4 people for €100. The table was dirty, and the meat was completely raw, the chicken still pink inside. I cannot really comments bcs I haven’t been served yet. I walk in the restaurant and choose a seat then wait for 10min for nothing. The waiter seems too busy to notice me. I pick up the menu myself, still no one there. Then I decide to leave just bcs I’m too hungry. I’m a fan of öz Urfa Hamburg and ordered many time there, but the Hannover one, is very disappointed.

The service is incredibly rude and, above all, lazy. You really get the feeling the waiters don't enjoy working here. When we asked for toothpicks, we were told to find them at the cash register instead of having them brought to our table. We also paid €1.50 per glass for the usual complimentary tea. And there's a lot more I haven't mentioned. So, all in all, a really bad experience.

As soon as you took your order you could tell the man was stressed and annoyed, and when you wanted to add something he had already turned away and the man just carried on with his poor job with an annoyed gesture. We ordered a doner kebab plate with mixed meat and extra fries. The meat wasn't mixed and the fries never arrived, and the plate was slammed down on the table and the cutlery thrown at us. We spoke to the man straight away and he just said, what more can I do, you've had your food. Unfortunately the place has gone downhill a lot. This kind of service cannot be tolerated, we will never come back and will spend our money somewhere else where the customer is still welcome.

I'm upgrading my previous 5-star review to 1 star. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience today, both with the Adana Kebab and with the behavior of the young staff. The meat was grilled on the outside, but still raw on the inside. Even the first bite caused severe nausea. I complained and asked for a refund. Instead of apologizing, they preferred to argue with me. What was particularly irritating was that they even showed me other dishes that were also undercooked, as if this were perfectly normal. I found the statement "I won't talk to you anymore" rude and completely unprofessional, simply because I didn't want to listen to any more explanations. The meat wasn't cooked. Period. I was a regular customer for years, but after this experience, I will avoid the place indefinitely. Conclusion: Unfriendly to customers, disrespectful, and unprofessional. It's a shame for Urfa, but I just don't want to deal with gastrointestinal problems. (PS: Clearly visible in the picture: the inside is still too white, too raw, too mushy. Not completely even!)
