If you value good food and haven't been here yet, you're definitely missing out. A magical ambience, staff dressed like in the fairy tale 1001 Nights, they take you on an Ottoman journey. Yes, we didn't know it either, but there really is something for everyone here. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. If you like photos, you can dress up in the robes that are hanging ready for you and have your photo taken in the Golden Throne. In summer the terrace invites you to eat. Prices in the middle range which are already close to the upper range. Nevertheless, the price performance for the quality, ambience and service is fully justified. We've been there several times and always go back.

If I could I would give you 10 stars too. The food was amazing, great service, lovely atmosphere. You rounded off our Valentine's Day perfectly.

The food was very tasty, especially the meat dishes (very tender meat). The furnishings are very authentic and of high quality. Unfortunately, with this quality and price range, the service was not good. Cutlery was pressed into the hand and not put down. New glasses were brought with each new water bottle, but the old glasses were not cleared away for over an hour. At some point there were 4 of us with over 9 glasses on the table, even though the waiter often walked past us. Otherwise I can recommend the restaurant.

Sultan Palace – A perfect experience! I went to Sultan Palace yesterday and it was just amazing! The restaurant not only impresses with excellent food, but also with a wonderful atmosphere. The meat was incredibly tender and perfectly cooked – simply a delight! The portions were just right, definitely not too small, so you go home full and satisfied. The side dishes were also fresh and tasty, everything prepared with great attention to detail. A special highlight was the service staff in traditional clothes, which gave the whole thing a special authenticity. The service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. People regularly asked if everything was OK without seeming intrusive. The atmosphere was beautiful – stylish decoration, a pleasant volume and a very harmonious mood. The music in particular was just right, so you could have a quiet conversation without having to shout at each other, as is the case in many other restaurants. Overall a great experience! If you are looking for excellent food, friendly service and a unique atmosphere in Hanover, you should definitely visit the Sultan Palace. I'll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Here, eating becomes an experience. The location and atmosphere are special and very cozy. The service is super nice and very attentive. Prices are slightly higher but large portions are served and the food is without exception great. This wasn't our first and definitely not our last visit.

Unfortunately, the name and image with which the restaurant advertises do not correspond to expectations at all. Unfortunately, a huge bar with various types of alcohol and waiters dressed in traditional Ottoman clothing don't go together at all and leave a very bitter, cheeky and sad impression. I'm not against bars being set up in restaurants, but then please don't advertise with Muslim history and tradition and pictures of former sultans/religious rulers! Very disappointing how tradition and values ​​are not respected!

What a lovely evening we had…! Our table was lovingly decorated with rose petals because I had written when making the reservation that we wanted to celebrate the engagement of our son and daughter-in-law. When you enter the restaurant you are in another world. The beautifully detailed furnishings allow you to forget everyday life for a few hours. And then the lovely attentive service that looked after us all evening. The food was delicious as usual. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening and would love to come back! We had a wonderful dinner, the service was great, we had a perfect evening, I recommend it wholeheartedly.

We were there on Christmas Eve and unfortunately none of us were convinced. We ordered two cold appetizer plates for 4 people and when they came I almost lost my faith. I expect at least four pieces of cheese and 4 grape leaves on two plates. No, 6 small bowls came with really little content. Price rounded up to €30. I was so perplexed. The food itself was bland and half of my Adana was raw. It's a shame, because we were thrilled a few years ago. We knew that it would cost more here, which is totally fine BUT that didn't work for me at all. Really a shame.

If you want to try a little better Turkish cuisine, this is the place for you! The map is relatively extensive. You can eat your fill just from the numerous appetizers. We chose the meze platter and were able to try some delicacies. The bread that came with it was fresh and warm. The main course was lamb, the meat was really tender and well seasoned. There is a nice selection of vegetarian dishes. The food is served very nicely, the eye can eat along! We should have left out the dessert, it was very tasty but a bit too much and too heavy, baked halva with sesame. The delicious mocha with it was delicious! The service is good, an extra smile would be nice sometimes! The ambience is very pleasant, the many beautiful curtains ensure coziness and, above all, muffled noises. It's very pleasant, you can really have a conversation! Definitely highly recommended!

What a restaurant. Just when you enter you have the feeling that you are in the Orient. The employees are also dressed appropriately. The service is attentive, super friendly and fast. The food is rich and tastes very tasty. Price/performance great for what is on offer. It's just upscale gastronomy that I would also like to pay for. In any case you should reserve a table. And last but not least, you can also have your photo taken there in Ottoman costumes :) Will definitely come back....

The atmosphere is great and you feel like you have been transported straight to another country. Unfortunately, the team and kitchen are not familiar with gluten-free dishes. Rice and bulgur are equated, bread is served and contamination is ignored. When asked, the chef wanted to prepare everything gluten-free. Unfortunately it is not suitable for people with celiac disease and despite the lovely ambience I will not be able to visit this restaurant again. The team is not informed and the risk of consuming gluten is too great

I celebrated my birthday there...Everything was great, the food was great, the atmosphere was great...the staff was ok (a little pushy)...and then the worst thing happened... I had a bill for €600 which was ok (there were 14 people there)...but when it came to payment...you could only pay in cash...I thought I wasn't hearing correctly 😡😡We would then have to look for a bank and get cash... That was impossible... what century do we live in that you can only pay in cash

Top Qualität. Immer wieder gerne. Einziger Kritikpunkt, wir haben 15 Minuten gewartet, bis uns der wirklich freundliche Kellner die Karte gebracht hat. Nach nochmal 10 bis 15 Minuten kam er und hat die Getränke aufgenommen. Nach nochmal 20 Minuten hat er die Getränke gebracht und die Speisen aufgenommen. Ca. 30 Minuten später ist das Essen gekommen. Nochmal, Qualität top. Die Wartezeit war ein wenig lang...War eigentlich nix los im Laden. Okay,...Trotzdem war es ein schöner Abend.

Die Speisen sind meiner Meinung von hoher Qualität gewesen. Geschmack und Anrichtung entsprachen von einer hochwertig Küche . Service perfekt, es wurde immer gefragt ob wir ein Wunsch haben, sehr höfliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Das Ambiente gibt ein schönes Gefühl von Orient und Urlaub, Möbel und Deko geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Also von uns nur weiter zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder . Been here a few times and am always blown away. I have almost never seen a restaurant that is so beautifully and stylishly decorated. It's like traveling to another world. The food is damn tasty and the service is very nice. It's definitely a must when you're in Hanover.

As a vegetarian I wouldn't recommend coming, because they have vegetarian options but the meals are not that good for the price. Sitting outside was nice, but when you walk inside it is a next level. Location inside is truly beautiful.

I couldn't say enough about the quality of the food and atmosphere. I felt like I was eating in an Ottoman palace. It was so different

This restaurant is highly recommended. The food is fresh and incredibly tasty, the service is soooo good and attentive and the atmosphere is really very inviting. It's a rather upscale restaurant, so it's not that cheap. But it's worth it and completely justified! Definitely go there if you are in Hanover.

Ein türkisches Restaurant mit sympathischen Kellnern in orientalischer Kleidung. Wir haben... Meze gegessen... typisch für die Türkei. Können wir nur empfehlen. Hernach noch ein kleines Fleischgericht. Auch als Abschluß... Baklava... Rundum waren wir mit allem zufrieden. Preis Leistung hält sich im Rahmen. Gerne wieder.

I found it through my Google search for something tasty to eat on the way from Hamburg to Stuttgart and went. I ate Çökertme Kebab and definitely gave it a 10 out of 10 rating. The portions were quite large, it was very tasty and the staff were very friendly. The music on site was very nice. I look forward to coming back.
