We ate there yesterday with our voucher book. One dish was okay, the second was so-so! The gentleman who served us was unfriendly and looked dirty. The restaurant didn't seem clean either. Even with vouchers, we wouldn't eat there again.

The food is very good and always hot with every delivery. Delivery staff is always friendly. Prices are reasonable. Orders usually arrive quite quickly.

I actually enjoy ordering there because the food is really good. However, there are a few things that are now preventing me from ordering again: 1. Order confirmation often takes a very long time. Sometimes I haven't received anything after 30 minutes and have had to call to have the order confirmed. After that, I have to wait another 30 minutes for the food. 2. Unfortunately, side dishes have been forgotten several times. Although they were delivered later, we were usually already finished with our food by that time. Unfortunately, this is completely unacceptable.

It was my first and last time there. I ordered a doner kebab. There was an addition I didn't order. The addition to the doner kebab was hair. My colleague also had a hair in his doner kebab. The bread, which was served in a container, also contained a hair. I pulled this hair out of the bread. Overall, it was a hairy affair. I can't recommend this place to anyone. If there was a 0-star option, I would have.

Yesterday we ordered a kebab plate and wanted extra meat for an extra charge. I got a children's kebab plate that was overpriced and then a kebab plus fries. The kebab was a disaster, nothing in it was flat and the fries weren't crispy, unpleasant, it used to be much better.

I can't talk about the entire product plate... but the kebab is great. No cheap meat, fresh ingredients and home-baked bread. And you can taste it! All three dishes wrong, fries drowned in fat, no sauce. This time I called and asked for the right food, and was very rudely told that it would be sent out straight away. 30 minutes later I got a call and was told very rudely that I was too stupid to order and that I got what I ordered. The attempt to explain to him that I had my order in writing via Lieferando and that it was completely correct was futile because he constantly interrupted me. For comprehensibility, here is a picture showing that we ordered a kebab box without fries, with sauce, but received with fries, without sauce (one of 3 wrong dishes). I won't go into the late arrival of the replacement delivery. What worries me is that the driver had to take the now cold food back with him and doesn't want to know what was done with it. Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with service, so it's no use if the food tastes good.

So I didn't pay anything for the contents of the kebab but only for the bread because there was almost no content in it. The fries were very limp and moist. I was really very disappointed. When I called to let you know, they just said yes, sorry, we'll deliver again. But I didn't want to do this anymore because I had already waited two hours and didn't want to wait another two hours for a price that was way too overpriced. So I asked for my money back. They were very nice and friendly on the phone and said I could collect my money the next day. However, when I was there the next day, the boss wasn't there and the employee, I think his son, was very unfriendly and didn't even try to find a solution, so I didn't get my money back either. *Zur Zeit dieses Reviews bietet der Laden immernoch Döner für 3€ an. Diese sind zwar etwas kleiner als der Durchschnitt aber für den Preis echt gut und auch recht frisch. Ich schreibe dieses Review NICHT, weil das Restaurant eklig oder gar abstoßend ist...* Das Problem das ich erlebt habe sind Kebabgerichte vor Ort. Für zwei Personen habe ich ca. 30€ bezahlt und zwei Gerichte von der Karte bestellt. Nur um das in Perspektive zu setzen, das sind preislich beim gleichen Laden 10 oder auch 8 Dönertaschen woanders in Hameln. Ich weiß nicht so richtig, wie ich die Problematik beschreiben soll ohne satirisch zu klingen: Bei beiden Gerichten wurde so ziemlich alles vergessen außer das Fleisch. Mein Salat (der auf der Karte stand) war gar nicht da, der "Salat" meiner Begleitung bestand aus zwei Tomatenspalten und zwei kleinen Peperoni. Bei ihr war keine Beilage und die Tomatensoße (die auch auf der Karte stand) hat schlicht gefehlt... Ihr ganzer Teller war einfach ein Stück Hackfleisch auf Quark mit kleinen Auberginenstückchen während ich einen sehr klein geschnittenen Fleischspieß mit ein paar Zwibeln hatte. Abgesehen vom Fleisch hatte keiner wirklich was auf dem Teller. Und ich kann nicht sagen, dass das Fleisch so besonders war, dass es das Gericht wahnsinning beeindruckend gemacht hätte. Als Fazit hatte jeder von uns ca. die Portion Fleisch, wie sie auch in einem einzelnen Döner wäre, nur für den fünffachen Preis und ohne Gemüse.

Also ich muss mal ein Lob aussprechen, das Essen ist sehr lecker. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Schnelle Lieferung. Essen immer warm. Und die künefe ist der Hammer. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße

Freundliches Personal und der Adana war sehr lecker

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und wollten dort einen Dönerteller essen . Die Portion war wirklich lächerlich klein . Ich hätte es als Kinderteller gewertet. Allerdings hat es geschmeckt aber trotzdem für die Portion zu teuer

Habe hier am späten Abend noch zwei Dönertaschen mit Kalbfleisch und einen Dönerteller mit Hähnchenfleisch bekommen. Trotz der späten Stunde war man freundlich und das Essen sehr gut !!! Zu empfehlen !!!
