Absolutely delicious pizza and very friendly service! Even though it was full, they made time for us. Pizza came quickly and was crispy to the last bite - there was nothing left of the edge. The best pizza I've had in years!

Great! In the evening sun, Bauer's was literally illuminated and already offered a tempting sight. The outdoor seating is beautifully located because the market square has a very special charm and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the time-honored buildings. The service was very attentive and courteous, so we felt comfortable throughout. The food - pork chop with potato and parmesan mash and lemon risotto with sea bream and vegetables - was also excellent and gave us wonderful strength and inspiration after a long bike ride. We were there in September and received a very warm welcome. At the beginning we were discussed the concept of the restaurant, which I personally found very pleasant. As a menu we had the 7-course “Signature Dish” menu. The service was attentive and the menu was varied. By reducing the number of different ingredients, eating “everyday” local products (e.g. broccoli) was a real taste experience. A personal highlight here is the beef calf as the main course and the sour cream as dessert. The restaurant itself has been renovated and furnished with a lot of love. The only negative thing we (2 people) found was the large tables (tables for 4), which we found to be a bit oversized. Otherwise, the visit is worth it, especially because of the seasonally changing menu and the many interesting creations of the chef (Timo Plenter).

Drove past it first. The restaurant is a sports restaurant with the address Planetring 9A, but the entrance to the courtyard is on Mühlenbergsweg. The service is more than friendly and quick. The food was super tasty. The atmosphere is rustic but very clean. Albeit with the atmosphere of a clubhouse. However, this is more than compensated for by the great service and delicious food. My full recommendation. I'll eat there again. The restaurant is definitely my tip when asked about delicious food in the Hanover region.

We had a great evening at La Mer in early October. The food was outstanding. We were impressed by both the 4-course menu and the a la carte dishes. The wine accompaniment to the menu was super harmonious, and a suitable bottle was also served for wine lovers of the sweeter variety. The prices are justified and really not expensive in relation to other locations on Norderney. The atmosphere is casually modern and tastefully decorated, and the service is incredibly attentive. Kind Westphalian greetings to the young man from the Gütersloh area and the entire team. For us the best restaurant on the island, which we will definitely visit again on our next stay on the island. Visited my mates in Germany and invited them for a Dinner a while ago, surprisingly it was a well served Buffet with Rips, Schnitzel and more. Just lovely friendly atmosphere. Loved every minute.
