We enjoyed the 5-course menu with a small wine pairing and a truly delicious beer. The service was flawless, and the chef himself stopped by after the meal. Very commendable! The meal (actually, including all the in-between courses, no fewer than nine!) started off a bit subdued (e.g., a delicate broth, which I didn't quite understand), but the lamb (with blueberries, among other things) and the lentils with cherry flavors served with a ponzu egg were truly, truly masterful. Interestingly, they work a lot with ice cream. Overall, every course was at least an 8/10. A must-treat for Oldenburgers! It hasn't existed here before, and it urgently needs to be preserved.

A lunch at Raffaeles is much more than a simple meal – it is a culinary experience that will be remembered. I was able to discover this little Italian gem with my family in December and it was just perfect. Unfortunately, I have only now found the time to write this review - but that only speaks for how lastingly I will remember this visit. The starters were already outstanding: the bruschettoni - with an optimal dough and a perfect combination - as well as the extraordinary octopus carpaccio with truffles, sliced ​​wafer-thin and tasted like a dream. We continued with various pasta dishes, all of which impressed with their freshness and aromas. Whether with octopus, pesto and shrimp or the version with parmesan and truffles - every combination was a pleasure. The veal liver was also excellent, wonderfully tender and aromatic. Finally there was tiramisu and mousse au chocolat. Although I'm not usually a big fan of mousse, this version was extremely delicious - creamy, airy and intense in taste. The final espresso was on point, strong and aromatic. But it wasn't just the food that was in a class of its own - the service was just as impressive. Raffaele himself is the epitome of Italian hospitality: charming, humorous and full of passion for his craft. We didn't know what to use at first, but his recommendations were a hit. With his relaxed manner, he creates an atmosphere in which you immediately feel comfortable. No matter when - when I'm back in Hanover, my path will definitely lead me back to Raffaeles! Bravo!! 👏🏼

Great! In the evening sun, Bauer's was literally illuminated and already offered a tempting sight. The outdoor seating is beautifully located because the market square has a very special charm and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the time-honored buildings. The service was very attentive and courteous, so we felt comfortable throughout. The food - pork chop with potato and parmesan mash and lemon risotto with sea bream and vegetables - was also excellent and gave us wonderful strength and inspiration after a long bike ride. Wir waren mit 4 Personen zum Abendessen dort. Ein sehr schöner Abend , was - natürlich - auch an sehr nettem, kompetenten Personal, einer ruhigen Atmosphäre und vor allem an dem wirklich sehr gutem Essen liegt. Wir hatten das 5 Gang Menu und wurden von Anfang bis Ende im Positivsten überrascht und überzeugt. Feine Aromen, regionales und saisonales bestens zubereitet. Und das zu einem für das Gebotene sehr fairen Preis! Auf den im Vorfeld bei der Buchung geäußerten Wunsch eines vegetarischen Menus wurde ebenso überzeugend eingegangen , wie auf die Erwähnung einer Nussallergie; ohne das an dem Abend nochmals besprechen zu müssen . Sehr gut . Da alle paar Wochen ein neues Menu auf den Tisch kommt, wird es ganz sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch dort gewesen sein. Lohnt sich !!

Wir haben uns entschieden, dass La Mer auszuprobieren, weil uns das Menü in Gänze so angesprochen hat, wie es selten der Fall ist. Meist gibt es ja einige Komponenten, den ein oder anderen Gang, der "halt dabei" ist; hier klang jeder einzelne Gang so vielversprechend, dass wir auch ohne Menü alles genau so ausgewählt hätten. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Jeder Gang sowie die Grüße aus der Küche waren fantastisch, wahre Geschmackserlebnisse, toll angerichtet und außergewöhnlich präsentiert. Dazu gibt es eine sehr gute Getränkeauswahl. Der Service war hervorragend, charmant zurückhaltend, dabei aber stets aufmerksam; obwohl wir ziemlich schnell die letzten Gäste im Restaurant waren und es recht spät wurde, wurde bis zum Ende alles nach unserem Tempo serviert und keinerlei Zeitdruck gemacht. Der Abend war das kulinarische Highlight unseres Norderney-Aufenthaltes! Diese Erfahrung stammt schon aus November 2023, als wir Ende November 2024 erneut reservieren wollten (das ausgehängte Menü klang erneut von Anfang bis Ende wie auf uns abgestimmt) waren leider Betriebsferien. Hoffentlich haben wir dieses Jahr Ende November wieder mehr Glück :)

We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful evening at Ben - the Restaurant and it was an all around perfect experience! As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted by an elegant and stylish ambience that immediately created a special atmosphere. The furnishings are tasteful, the lighting is pleasant - a place where you immediately feel at home. The food was simply outstanding! Each dish was a work of art in itself – tasteful at the highest level and prepared with great attention to detail. The quality of the ingredients was excellent and the flavors perfectly balanced. A big compliment to the entire team: the service was outstanding! The staff was not only extremely professional and competent, but also warm, attentive and courteous. We felt we were in good hands at all times. This restaurant is an absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy excellent food in a stylish atmosphere with first-class service. We'll definitely be back!

Ordered two pizzas and a calzone with green sauce. We usually always order via Lieferando, but in this case we had a flyer in our mailbox. Then we just tried it out. Ordered via the website and delivery was quick. The food was really very good and tasty. Thank you!

Celebrated my 70th birthday today. Excellent from start to finish. The food was perfect, warm, and perfectly seasoned. The meat was superb. Soup just like mom's made it. Perfect, friendly service. The food was constantly being refilled without being asked. The chef was constantly checking to see if everything was OK and was always approachable.
