Raffaele's in Hannover

Mein italienisches Wohlfühlen in Hannover Seit einigen Jahren verkörpert Raffaeles mein italienisches Dolce Vita in Hannover und mein kulinarisches Refugio. Wenn ich in München bin, denke ich bereits an Raffaeles Essen, sobald ich im ICE oder Flugzeug sitze. ☺️ Das ist nicht übertrieben. Wenn ich keine Kapazität zum Kochen habe, gehe ich kurz zu ihm. Was gefällt mir so sehr: 1. Un buon gusto Hier kocht die Mama! Und das schmecke ich. Nach dem Sport bestelle ich mir hier die Pinsa Tonno, um Proteine für die Muskelspeicher nachzuladen. Was aber immer auch ein Fest für meine Sinne ist: die frischen Mini-Tomaten auf der Pinsa, die Frühlingszwiebeln sind die perfekte Ergänzung für den Gaumen zum absolut leckeren Käse, mal abgesehen davon, dass der Teig etwas ganz anderes ist. On top: Er fragt mich jedes Mal, wie ich die Pinsa mag – piccante / con aglio. Einfach top. Nachdem ich gesehen habe, wie er den Trüffel für die Pasta hobelt, habe ich die Pasta mit Trüffeln sowie die Pinsa mit Pilzen und Trüffeln bestellt. 2. Raffaele kenne ich als liebenswerten Gastgeber mit Charme & Charakter Als meine Mama zu Besuch war, hat er sie herzlich und ohne zu Zögern sofort auf die Toilette gelassen und sie wunderbar behandelt. Sowas ist top notch und vergisst man nicht wieder. Es ist unkompliziert und authentisch hier, deshalb fühle ich mich wohl und zuhause. 3. Interieur und italienisches Feeling Im Winter bei Schnee & Eis war Raffaele direkt nach langer Zeit in der eisigen Kälte unterwegs mit der Bahn der Ort, wo ich dann erstmal einen Grappa getrunken habe. Es ist immer schön, dann in diesem wunderbaren Vorbau zum kleinen aber feinen Restaurant mit Geschmack zu stehen, im Winter habe ich hier dieses wohlige Alpenfeeling. Fazit: Mein Wohlfühlort für Seele & Magen!

In Ordnung. Viele Bewertungen sind hier wahrscheinlich von Leuten, denen genau dieser Charme des Restaurants gefällt. Wir waren zum Pizza essen dort. Wir saßen draußen, direkt am Gehweg, wodurch ständig Radfahrer mit bis zu 25 Km/h am Tisch vorbeigeschossen sind und allgemein einige Fußgänger nah am Tisch vorbeigehen. Hinzu kommt, dass die Salami auf der Pizza keine Salami ist wie man sie kennt, sondern hier die großen Scheiben verwendet werden wie man sie vom Brot oder Brötchen kennt. Man hat weder Käse noch anderen Belag auf der Pizza gesehen, weil die Salami ganz oben alles bedeckt hat. Ansonsten sehr freundlicher Service, nichts zu meckern.

Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Alles frisch. Der Chef mega sympathisch.

Mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant in Hannover, beste römische Pizza, alles andere auch top, Raffaele selbst ist ein absolut liebenswerter Gastgeber, mega Service, Preis-Leistung 1a, mehr als zu empfehlen! Wir bleiben Euch treu....versprochen!

Das Essen ist insgesamt sehr lecker. Allerdings hat die Qualität der Pizza abgenommen. Als ich zum ersten Mal hier war, war ich davon begeistert und froh, eine gute Pizza in meiner Nähe gefunden zu haben. Die letzten beiden Male allerdings war sie nur "ok": die Tomatensauce schmeckte fad, der Teig und die Mozzarella waren zu sehr angebrannt und insgesamt machte die Pizza den Eindruck, nicht mit hochwertigen Produkten belegt worden zu sein - was man bei dem Preis allerdings durchaus erwarten dürfte. Die Pastagerichte (jedenfalls die, die ich hatte) sowie die Antipasti waren super (hatte ich aber schon länger nicht mehr probiert, muss ich an dieser Stelle erwähnen). Aber trotzdem würde ich Raffaele empfehlen - aber für eine Pizza lieber ein anderes Restaurant suchen. Der Inhaber ist übrigens super: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 10 von 10.

In Raffaeles waren wir in den letzten 6 Monaten 6 Mal und jedes Mal haut es mich vom Hocker. Als Studentin gehe ich nur einmal im Monat essen und seitdem ich Raffaeles kenne, gehe ich nur noch da hin und freue mich jedes Mal drauf. Inzwischen habe ich mich durch die halbe Speisekarte probiert und es hat jedes Mal exzellent geschmeckt. Besonders empfehlen kann ich die Penne Arrabiata, wer hätte gedacht, dass Nudeln mit Tomatensoße so hochwertig und intensiv schmecken können. Der Pizzateig ist schön fluffig und ohne Dessert kann ich den Abend bei Raffaeles nicht beenden. Wer einen Wein trinken will, kann sich von Raffaele beraten lassen. Immer eine wundervolle Erfahrung!

Sehr kleines, schnuckelige, italienisches Restaurant. Habe mir die vegetarische Pizza bestellt zur Abholung. Bin extra sogar vom Inhaber angerufen worden, weil die Pizza soll’s kalt wird. Die Pizza war geschmacklich ein absoluter Hit. Sowohl Teig als auch Gemüseauflage war sehr lecker. Für mich persönlich war sie sehr klein. Hätte ich das im Vorfeld gewusst, hätte ich auch wirklich zwei bestellt. Das nächste Mal weiß ich Bescheid.

Wie immer: leckeres Essen. Leckere Getränke. Best Service ever. Bei Raffaele‘s ist es immer toll!!!! Gerne & immer wieder!!!!

Raffaele hat keine Gäste, er hat Fans! Und wir gehören definitiv dazu. Schon seit Jahren überzeugt seine sorgsam abgestimmte Küche und wirklich tolle Weine die es allesamt auch zu uns ins heimische Weinregal schaffen. Wir kommen zwar unregelmäßig, verlassen die schöne Location aber immer mit eindrücklichen Geschmackserlebnissen in wohliger Atmosphäre. Auch die übrigen Gäste tagen regelmäßig zur Wohlfühlatmosphäre bei. Highlight im Sommer: Ein schattiges Plätzchen an Hannovers Geibelstraße - sehen und gesehen werden und dazu eine Flasche Hida mit einer Portion Pasta. Herrlich!

Ich bin es nicht gewohnt, dass beim Italiener mit Olivenöl und Parmesan gegeizt wird (sei wohl zu teuer). Das sind doch Grundnahrungsmittel 🇮🇹

We had a company dinner and I was very impressed. Pizza has simply been reinvented, and since my visit, the bar has been raised considerably. Topping a pizza with vitello tonnato is daring – but absolutely fantastic! The pasta dishes were incredibly creative, and each one had that special something! Whether it was porcini mushrooms or truffles – there was plenty, and the taste was heavenly. A wide selection of wines and other drinks was available, including some special non-alcoholic options. A wonderful evening with true professionals at work. I'd love to come back! 🫠

We were lucky to find this amazing restaurant. Delicious food, charming and cozy atmosphere and fantastic owner Raffael. We liked it so much and came back the next night. We brought our friends and had everyone enjoyed their food too. Can’t go wrong here with anything from their menu: pizza, tris von antipasti, pasta with truffles, pasta with garlic and cheese, pasta carbonara, steak and potatoes, and deserts.

While in Hanover on business, I was looking for an Italian restaurant, and fate led me to a very special place. When I called, the voice on the phone greeted me with a warm friendliness that immediately brought a smile to my face. 😌 I was very lucky to get a table at short notice and was full of anticipation for what was to come. I can't tell you how much I love Italian food! If I lived in Hanover, Raffaele's would definitely be my favorite Italian restaurant – hands down! 🤙🏻 I received a warm welcome as soon as I entered the restaurant, and when my pasta was served, it arrived fresh and steaming. The spaghetti was perfectly al dente, as were the prawns, swimming in a delicious lemon and garlic coating. It was simply overwhelmingly delicious! I couldn't resist praising the talented chefs. 🫶🏻😋 This small but exquisite restaurant has won my heart. I definitely give it 5 stars for the love and passion you taste in every bite. After our wedding, we celebrated with 25 people at Raffaele's with our immediate family, and it was wonderful. We were welcomed with a delicious Prosecco rosé before dinner. The appetizer was bruschetta on a kind of pizza dough with various toppings (prosciutto, salami, verde, tomatoes, burrata, etc.), served buffet-style, so the champagne reception led directly into the appetizer. The main course consisted of three different pasta dishes, each in perfect portions, allowing you to enjoy each of the three delicious variations, which were served one after the other at a certain time. For dessert, there was a fantastic tiramisu. An all-around wonderful evening that we will fondly remember.

After our civil wedding, we treated ourselves and our guests to several courses there. The appetizer alone was fantastic. Every subsequent course was simply delicious. We can only thank you for the excellent service during the reception, and the advice you received during the planning process was also fantastic.

If you're looking for authentic and delicious Italian food, this is the place for you. The service is friendly and humorous. You couldn't ask for much more for a wonderful evening! Top!

A small but fine restaurant. A unique, sophisticated ambiance in a small space. What you can achieve from a small cellar! I had bresaole with arugula and artichokes, then fettuccine with spicy ragu. Both were absolutely delicious. The espresso was smooth and not bitter. Excellent.

I quite enjoyed the saltimbocca. The sauce was quite oily, but the dish tasted very good. The price/performance ratio was decent, and the waiter was very friendly. The ambiance, in a kind of pavilion in front of the building, was relatively dark inside, but the protection from cold drafts was effective.

This small, intimate restaurant in the Südstadt district captivated us from the very first moment. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by this incomparable aroma: a blend of fresh lemon, good olive oil, garlic, and herbs – simply "real Italy." This warmth and authenticity permeates the entire evening. I had the Tris di Antipasti antipasti plate – varied, finely balanced, and full of flavor. For the main course, pasta with prawns in a fresh lemon sauce – summery, light, and perfectly seasoned. My husband chose tomato with mozzarella as a starter – classic, fresh, and perfectly cooked – and followed it with a sole that was truly exceptional: tender, aromatic, and perfectly cooked. For dessert, we had a lemon cake (absolutely delicious!) and a pistachio tiramisu that we won't soon forget. Both were a poem. What makes Raffaele's special, though, isn't just the food – it's the feeling of comfort, authenticity, and personal touch. You don't just eat; you're cared for, seen, and welcomed. For one evening, you feel like you're part of this world of Italian indulgence – right in the heart of Hanover. We'll definitely be back. And we envy everyone who gets to experience this regularly.

Today is my birthday and I visited the Italian restaurant "Raffaele", and I want to share my impressions. Despite the fact that the restaurant was almost completely booked, they still found us a cozy table - special thanks for that! The food was a pleasant surprise: the dish was not just tasty, but truly amazing. I dare say that the pasta here was even better than the one I tried in Milan earlier this month. "Raffaele" definitely won my heart - and my stomach too!

I have known Raffaele for around 20 years and for me he is one of the most honest, authentic and loving restaurateurs in all of Hanover! I really enjoy visiting him because the restaurant meets all of the criteria that are important to me: high quality, coupled with a taste experience. All of this is rounded off with a wine selection that clearly matches the menu! :) But to simply get to the point: Raffaele is simply the restaurant - his charisma and his way of creating an experience for his guests is unique! I'll continue to be happy to stay with you - thank you for everything - thank you for the last 20 years!
