We took a barbecue course with the family from Martin and Elke. Dishes were agreed upon in advance and the price was set. There were 10 of us and we cooked our way through many delicacies in 4 hours. Everything was casual, stress-free and a very relaxed atmosphere. 😊 The dishes were creative, uncomplicated and SO DELICIOUS! 🤤 Martin and Elke are super friendly and have an anecdote or a suitable saying for every type of preparation. There were also one or two tips for kitchen beginners and professionals. 😂 At the end there were the recipes of the day and a good drop of dark beer of the nobler variety. 😋 Also cool: Martin also does catering at company events and also offers barbecue courses at birthdays and bachelor parties. We will remember. If you just want to spend an afternoon cooking together in a friendly atmosphere and eat well, Martin is the right place for you. Everyone was fed and it was great fun! Gladly again.

We supplied our guests with it at our topping-out ceremony. Super tasty, lots of praise and everything went smoothly. It's easy to book for events without having to purchase a lot of dishes or washing up.

Great service and the homemade burgers and sauces are incredibly tasty. Unfortunately we don't live in Osnabrück, otherwise we would definitely come back.

Ein sehr schönes Lokal mit freundlichem Personal und gutem Service. Einziger Makel: wir hatten Scholle gegessen und uns richtig darauf gefreut, nur war der Fisch frittiert und leider nicht mit Butter in der Pfanne gebraten. Dadurch war das Schollenfilet am Rand total hart und knusprig und somit ging der Geschmack verloren.

We were present in the guest house as part of a silver wedding anniversary. The location itself was very appealing, plus the great service and delicious food, we really liked that. We can't say anything about the rooms because we didn't sleep in the house. All in all a great location and highly recommended.

We had dinner at Iljan's again today. And we found out that today was the last day. Unfortunately it is closing, we will miss him and his employees and of course also his delicious food. We wish him and his family all the best for the rest of his life. Kind regards from Papenburg

Unfortunately today's dining experience was a disaster. We came here for lunch with two adults and two children. The children received their portions of fries, which unfortunately had to be returned immediately because they only tasted like old fat. Half an hour later I had to reorder because the repair didn't work either. Unfortunately there was only pasta with tomato sauce for the children. Unfortunately, when they arrived after more than 90 minutes, we adults were not allowed to eat at the same time. Upon request, our food came after TWO hours. Since our mood was already in the basement at that point and our children couldn't be expected to wait any longer, we had the entire remaining menu come at the same time in order to finish the meal as quickly as possible. This wasn't actually our idea of ​​a nice birthday meal. In the end we were left alone by the service. At least a farewell would have been nice. Of course we communicated our dissatisfaction. In return, we were given a waiver of the children's meals that had been lost. Over 100 euros for a bad experience. Very unfortunate.

Sesame rice is on the menu. You get a small amount of rice with exactly 3 sesame seeds on top. I didn't like the salmon with rice and teriyaki sauce. So boring, way too sweet and there wasn't much of it. Price-performance doesn't fit.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the Pizza Grande No. 17 I ordered. Mushrooms, peppers and anchovies were completely missing. Didn't feel like complaining, probably won't order pizza there again.

Wir waren Freitag Abend spät erst um 22 Uhr dort und hatten bis Ladenschluss, welcher eine Stunde später war damit wir noch gemütlich essen und trinken konnten, einen wirklich gelungenen Abend. Absolut empfehlenswerter Laden mit Flair, exzellentem Service und gutem Essen um einen tollen Abend zu verbringen. Danke an Juan, unserem Kellner, der uns das Gefühl vermittelt hat, im Urlaub zu sein.

We ate our Italian ice cream and spaghetti Napoli with American hip hop (a bit annoying). The spaghetti was very al dente and the sauce was mediocre. The chocolate spaghetti ice cream was very small and the cream was almost non-existent. Unfortunately, the milk coffee also didn't have much flavor. The waffles were fresh but overall everything was very lackluster. Of course we compare it with other ice cream cafes in Emsland, but unfortunately we were disappointed this time. We actually know better locations in Emsland under the name Brunello.
