Für Vegetarier und Veganer gibt es praktisch keine Auswahl. Der Veggie-Burger besteht nur aus gegrilltem Gemüse und Käse. Schade.

Cocktails spitze, Essen fantastisch. Wenn man sich kulinarisch in den Urlaub katapultieren möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Tolles Flair. Liebe Bedienungen und extravagante Speisen. Ich war sehr begeistert und kulinarisch überrascht. Die Band war großartig! Cocktails stimmten auch. Foto leider nur noch vom leeren Glas😊

Sehr zuvorkommender Service. Große Speisekarte mit reichlich Cocktail Auswahl. Das Essen war unfassbar gut abgeschmeckt, frisch und auf den Punkt gegart. Ein Gaumenschmaus. Wir kommen wieder um die gut aussehenden Burger und Pommes zu probieren. Die Fisch Karte kann sich sehen lassen!

Und Donnerstags gibt's wirklich gute Live Musik.

Vielseitige Cocktail- und Longdrinkauswahl, aufmerksam gut serviert, auch in der Happy Hour Zeit. Empfehlenswert sind auch die karibischen Fischgerichte , fein abgestimmt und mit nicht alltäglichen Beilagen, z.B. Maniokwurzel.

Das karibische Essen und die Piña Coladas sind köstlich! Hühnchen ist allerdings nicht ihre Spezialität. Wir waren um 18:00 Uhr dort, und eine Band spielte etwa alle 30 Minuten drei Lieder live. Der Service war gut. Ich würde wegen der Atmosphäre und des Fisches wiederkommen!

Ein absolut wunderbares Erlebnis im The Loft! Das Essen war hervorragend jedes Gericht war perfekt zubereitet und voller Geschmack. Die Getränke waren ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, das Ambiente stilvoll und sehr angenehm, und die Sauberkeit im gesamten Restaurant war beeindruckend. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön an Juan für seinen außergewöhnlichen Service. Er war aufmerksam, freundlich und hat mit seiner herzlichen Art unseren Abend noch schöner gemacht. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen!🫶💫

Insgesamt mehr als enttäuschend Um etwas Neues zu probieren, habe ich "Hühnerteile mit Kochbananen und Maniok" bestellt und um Austausch von Maniok gegen Reis gebeten - leider habe ich es versäumt, mich vorab genauer über die Details des Gerichtes zu informieren. Schon das sehr ausgiebige Angebot an Gerichten hätte mich stutzig machen sollen, da dies häufig bedeutet, dass Qualität gegen Quantität ausgetauscht wird. Als mein Essen kam, befanden sich einige frittierte Hühnerteile mit dicker Panade, der bestellte Reis und eine Salatbeilage auf dem Teller. Auf Nachfrage, wo denn die Kochbananen sei, wurde mir geantwortet, dass ich doch die Maniok-Beilage ausgetauscht hätte. Dass diese offenbar untrennbar mit der Banane verbunden war ist versäumt worden zu erwähnen. Auf der Salatbeilage lag ein (1) Bananenchip und mir wurde gesagt, dass ja doch Banane beim Essen dabei wäre - nun, einen Bananenchip als die erwähnte Kochbananenbeilage zu bezeichnen grenzt an Frechheit. Die Hühnerteile waren diverse Teilchen mit Knochen (Flügelchen etc), die insgesamt ziemlich geschmacksneutral waren. Leider konnte auch das Dessert nicht überzeugen - Vanille Caramel Eis ... eine dicke Schicht Vanilleeis mit einer sehr künstlich schmeckenden Schicht "Caramel" darüber. Zu allem Überfluss fiel der Bedienung beim Abräumen unserer Teller ein geöffnetes Tütchen Mayonnaise auf den Boden und dabei spritze Inhalt an die über der Stuhllehne hängende Jacke eines Gastes vom Nebentisch - die Bedienung wischte dies schnell ab, der betreffende Gast bemerkte nichts und die Bedienung hatte offensichtlich kein Interesse daran, die Dame über das Missgeschick und den daraus entstandenen und gut sichtbaren Fettfleck zu informieren. Dies geschah erst, nachdem ich die Bedienung darauf ansprach und sich diese dadurch von mir gezwungen fühlte. Dies ist ein unmögliches und unentschuldbares Verhalten! Die Atmosphäre ist eher die einer Bar / Kneipe (was auch die sehr breite Auswahl an Getränken nahelegt) mit entsprechendem Geräuschpegel, mir wurde aber gesagt, dass viele Anwohner dieser Gegend das Lokal schätzen. Wer Wert auf gutes Essen legt, ist m.E. hier nicht am richtigen Ort - wer Wert auf "zwanglose" Atmosphäre, breite Getränkeauswahl und zB diverse Arten von Hamburgern legt mag sich hier wohlfühlen.

Ich bin schon oft an diesem Lokal vorbeigefahren, war aber bisher nie dort essen – ein Fehler, wie sich herausgestellt hat. Die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend, das Essen wirklich lecker und das Ambiente sehr schön. Als das Lokal voll war, wurde es zwar etwas lauter, aber insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Besuch. Ich kann das Lokal definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Der Service, das Essen und die Atmosphäre waren perfekt (100/10). Absolut empfehlenswert, ich war begeistert!

Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, wenn auch nicht ganz organisiert. Ich habe einen Chickenburger und gegrillten Fisch gegessen – beide Gerichte waren wirklich köstlich. Ich gebe 5 Sterne ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ und werde das Restaurant auf jeden Fall meinen Freunden weiterempfehlen.

Ein glücklicher Zufall, entdeckt auf der Suche nach Burgern und Pommes. Das Loft ist kein Burgerladen … es ist ein karibisches Restaurant, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ebenso wie die Kellner und Gäste an diesem Abend vor dem 1. Mai. Sehr stilvoll.

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal im The Loft. Durch den Schlemmerblock darauf aufmerksam geworden und sind total begeistert. Essen top, Service top, Atmosphäre super angenehm. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Köstliches lateinamerikanisches Essen wie zu Hause

Wir hatten ein Fischgericht und ein Steak und es war sehr lecker! Das Ambiente war entspannt und der Service sehr zuvorkommend und stets bemüht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Super leckeres authentisches karibisches Essen und sehr freundliches Personal! Dazu noch Live Musik und Cocktail Happy Hour sowie Mittagstisch… besser geht’s nicht!

Super leckeres Essen, man sollte hier mehr als nur Burger probieren. Zugleich war eine Geburtstagsfeier mit Dj und brachte karibischen Flair nahe. War ein wirklich cooler Abend und macht Lust auf mehr. Wenig aber angemessene Wartezeit.

Wir hatten eine gemischte Fischplatte & Rumpsteak. Beides perfekt. Service 🥰. Ambiente wirklich schön. Parken: herausfordernd.

Sind durch den Schlemmerblock auf dieses Restaurant gekommen. Obwohl noch nicht ganz offen war durfte wir schon in Lokal. Als Gruß aus der Küche bekamen wir Brot mit zwei Dips. Wir hatten jeweils ein Gericht mit Fisch genommen. Bei meinem sollte es einen ganzen Fisch geben, es gab keinen, dafür gab es Fischfilet als Ersatz. Dies war sehr lecker. Besonders gut hat uns die Nachspeise gefallen. Personal war bemüht, man merkte Sie waren noch nicht im Flow. Das Ambiente zweckmäßig und ansprechend. Hier werden wir gerne wieder hingehen.

Hallo Community Das Essen hier ist sehr gut. Ich hatte die Bandnudeln mit Lachs. Meine Begleitung hatte die hänchenbrust. Wir waren beide sehr positiv überrascht. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Auch die Cocktails sind gut. Nicht der pure Wahnsinn aber gut. Die Räumlichkeiten sind ein wenig eng und ich würde reservieren. Es war sehr voll.

Wir waren 5 Personen, ich empfehle einen Tisch zu reservieren. Das Essen war sehr lecker, reichhaltig dazu gibt's ein nettes Ambiente, und einen netten und aufmerksamen Service. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt auch, was will Mann oder Frau mehr. Gerne wieder....

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt. Gutes Interieur, bequeme Stühle. Angenehm geheizt. Speisen waren alle lecker. Bedienung freundlich und aufmerksam.

Das erste Mal heute da gewesen und die Zeit und das Essen genossen. Schönes Ambiente und nettes Personal. Das Essen (ein Burger) und der Mohito waren sehr lecker. Das Flair und die Besucher waren sehr authentisch.

Ein kleines aber super tolles Restaurant. Wir sind mit einer Gruppe hin mit Kindern 13 Personen und hatten einen Tisch reserviert. Das Ambiente war super schön, herzlich, offen mit lateinamerikanischer Musik Live on Stage. Wir bestellten unsere Gerichte und Getränke und es war super lecker. Man konnte von einigen speziellen Tagesgerichten, bis hin zu normalen Gerichten von der Speisekarte wählen. Die Getränke und ein kleiner Imbiß vorweg, kamen zügig und verkürzten die Wartezeit aufs Essen.

Wir waren auf einen Dienstag Abend da. Das Lokal war gut besucht, dennoch war der Service schnell und ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Wir haben Burger und Cocktails bestellt, beides hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen und insbesondere Cocktails. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Delicious Dominican food every time I've been. Excellent service, special mention to a Colombian waitress, Karen, who makes you feel right at home. It feels like being transported to the Caribbean in Hanover for a few hours, at least :) Thanks to the whole Loft team for making so many dinners with friends so special! (The bartender with his amazing cocktails, Juan, Pedro with their good humor and joy… and everyone else!)

We had our Valentine's Day dinner date at The Loft. The food and drinks were nice. The menu has a lot of options to choose from.

I absolutely love THE LOFT; it has style without being pretentious. From the moment you walk in, you feel at home: a lovely atmosphere, good music, and that mix of urban and cozy. Whether it's an afternoon cappuccino or an evening cocktail, it's always a good fit. The drinks are fantastic, lovingly made, and the staff are genuinely warm and attentive. I think you can tell that they value quality here, but still keep things relaxed. For me, THE LOFT is one of those places where you immediately feel good—relaxed, tasteful, and with just the right amount of charm.

Very, very tasty burgers and attentive service. Prices were very reasonable. The location is also really great, and the ambiance is modern and contemporary. Overall, something very special, as we've rarely eaten such good burgers.

Everyone enjoyed the food. We started with delicious white bread with a dip. The waitress was a bit forgetful, forgetting a drink, then a dip, and was probably a bit distracted. Both were quickly refilled, though. So, everything was fine. The dips were very small portions. The non-vegetarian starter plate was meant to be a main course for two people, but it was only enough for one person. We therefore ordered it a second time. The non-alcoholic cocktails were very tasty. The water was served in pre-opened bottles.

We got into the Loft thanks to the fuss. Very friendly service, and redeeming the voucher worked perfectly. The wait was a bit long, but all the tables were occupied. The food was very tasty, although it didn't seem like much at first glance, but it was perfectly adequate. We'd be happy to come back.

I just like this restaurant! Since I live in the surrounding area, I have visited this restaurant several times over the last 4-5 years (since it opened). So far I have always received friendly and prompt service and have never had to wait long for my order. In my opinion, the quality of the food (mostly homemade!) is very good and I think the pricing is fair for the offering. Only the noise level is sometimes quite high (when there are a lot of guests) - if you are sensitive to this, you should pay attention to this when entering. Otherwise, I would always recommend this store!

Service was very friendly, but it wasn't until we had our food on the table that we noticed that other guests had gotten a day ticket and we hadn't. “Regulars”? Many guests who came after us also received their food much earlier than we did. It doesn't matter if our food would have been tasty, but it wasn't. All three dishes didn't taste good! A "meat dish" with about 4 pieces of meat and the vegetables almost only onions. The burgers: portion tiny, hardly seasoned, and the fries were crispy but far too few. The prices for the dishes are not reasonable!

The burgers were okay, but we've definitely had better. Unfortunately, the fries were a disappointment: far too dark and therefore bitter, as bitter substances develop from burnt food. They were also cold and limp. Overall we feel like there is no reason for us to come back.

Wir waren Freitag Abend spät erst um 22 Uhr dort und hatten bis Ladenschluss, welcher eine Stunde später war damit wir noch gemütlich essen und trinken konnten, einen wirklich gelungenen Abend. Absolut empfehlenswerter Laden mit Flair, exzellentem Service und gutem Essen um einen tollen Abend zu verbringen. Danke an Juan, unserem Kellner, der uns das Gefühl vermittelt hat, im Urlaub zu sein.

We ordered a vegetarian starter plate (as a main course) and a mixed fish plate. Instead of the vegetarian one, the regular starter plate came with muslitos, chicken wings and the like, but also vegetarian components such as delicious mango salad with lemongrass, plantains and the like. Since I suspect that the non-vegetarian components would otherwise be thrown away, I didn't complain. However, I recommend that all vegetarians and vegans emphasize when ordering if they want the vegetarian plate and, ideally, also say the number to make it less likely that there will be a mix-up. But everything tasted great and the cocktail was also very tasty!

We ordered through Lieferando and are extremely disappointed. The rice dish was not a good value for money. For just under 18 euros, the portion was far too small. The aluminum tray wasn't even properly filled. It felt like the portion was eaten after 6/7 forks. The mango salad for 11 euros was super bland. On the green salad there were a few mango strips and a tomato slice and some cucumber... the salad was the same size as the side salad with the burger. Totally cheeky for 11 euros!! The aioli that was ordered with it was completely forgotten. The burger buns were dry. The pieces of baguette that were included were also hard and dry. Unfortunately we won't be ordering here again... especially not for the price.

Food is average for meat eaters but under average for vegetarians. The portion was also kinda small particularly when having the price in mind. The cocktails were delicious though.

I was there as part of a company event. The food was excellent. The service was very attentive and friendly. It's rather inconspicuous from the outside, although it probably also has outside seating. It's small but nice and I'll definitely eat there again.

If you want to experience real Caribbean cuisine in Hanover, you can't ignore "The Loft" in the eastern part of the city. The quality is top, prices are moderate, service is fast, friendly and competent. In summer there is a daily special. The burgers are also very good, but the hits are clearly the dishes from the Dominican Republic.

Wow...a really great restaurant with incredibly attentive, warm and extremely friendly service...my girlfriend and I were really excited, the food was fantastic, super fresh and super tasty...the homemade tiramisu without alcohol was really good and a delicious cocktail at the end Coronation...Thank you for this great experience, we will definitely be back...😋😊

The restaurant wasn't bad, but nothing special either. We sat outside and the service was attentive but also a bit rough. The cocktail tasted okay and was great for the price (they have happy hour). The other drinks are quite expensive. The chili from Carne Burger was a bit good, but the bun was a bit dry. My sea bream was well fried, but the side dishes (oven vegetables and salad) were a bit disappointing and the former was quite cold. The mayonnaise was pretty good and there was free garlic bread with dips to start the meal.

We were very happy with the food, the service was friendly and the atmosphere was good too. Price/performance appropriate for today's times. We'd love to come back.

Delicious Dominican food. Very well served, large portions and good prices. I didn't give the service five stars, because we were served by a waitress who was a little grumpy. However, the service is much better than the average in Hannover and Germany. We will return without a doubt.

5/5 a very nice restaurant, with friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. The food tasted wonderful and was made from fresh ingredients.

Everything was fine so far. A rather small restaurant, the seating is quite comfortable. The service is friendly, we ordered burgers. They tasted really good, unfortunately one of them still had pieces of bone in the meat. My girlfriend only complained about this to me on the drive home, which is why we don't include it directly in the review. Otherwise it was delicious, especially the homemade fries. But it could have been a larger portion for the money. The price-performance ratio was therefore rather mediocre. The drinks are also quite expensive. Overall we were satisfied.
