Great Italian in Gifhorn We ate there with 4 people. The service was super nice and there was a little something from the kitchen beforehand. The food was super tasty. So delicious that I forgot to take photos because it quickly ran out. The portions were plentiful and tasty. Everything great . If we're in the area again, we'd love to come back for dinner.

Great food. The boss is an exceptional talent in his small kitchen. It's a shame that it's closing due to age.

Today was probably our last visit with you and once again we were able to enjoy your heartfelt hospitality. Yesterday was the first, but definitely not the last, time at the LaCascina Restaurant. I was thrilled! Super nice service, great selection, very appealing atmosphere and a good concept with home-grown fruit and vegetables. Really impressive!

Starting with the desolate service at peak time at 6:30 p.m., orders being repeatedly forgotten in the almost empty restaurant, and the pizzas being carelessly designed, that's just the beginning. Extra requests are simply not carried out and are still charged. You can feel very directly that even with three tables occupied, there is little structure throughout the restaurant and outdoor area. A carelessly smashed tiramisu, which was like rubber in consistency, only confirmed the previous pizza dream. When paying, the point came that made us no longer enter this restaurant, which we enjoyed visiting often before the change of ownership: THE BILL!!! A proforma invoice with a hospitality receipt was printed out for us. When we asked why this was a proforma invoice, we were rudely told that the cash register does not print out any other invoices. I would say that this statement and such calculations make every tax office's heart beat faster. Conclusion of the evening: two customers less!

Had dinner there in the evening, the ambience was a bit too dark for me. The service was very good and the pizza was really tasty. Pizza really recommended, well topped with not too much cheese and the pizza dough was crispy but not burnt.

We ate here for the first time today based on several recommendations. Guys, make a reservation in advance otherwise you won't have a chance. We had reserved. Nice location, attentive service. Unfortunately it was noisy today, but good, normal with the restaurant full. Only 1 star deducted because the food tasted a bit bland. Great ingredients, homemade, but the final “kick” was missing. The dish was completely without salt but with a lot of pepper. I love pepper but it has its limits. The pink pepper is extremely aromatic, please use significantly less and add more salt to taste. Come again...

An absolutely authentic Italian family business!!! Best pizza outside of Italy. Be sure to reserve a table!!!

Fast service, very good food, top! But be careful when ordering, unfortunately I got the daily special but without a starter for the price of the daily special.

Cute little restaurant with a small outdoor area. Very nice hosts and owners, the food was delicious and freshly prepared, nice Italian music in the background. Everything was clean and the food came quickly. Suitable for wheelchair users. I can really recommend it.

The pizza tastes wonderful. The fresh ingredients, the beautifully baked dough and the tomato sauce convinced me. The service was pleasant and attentive. The boss gave us a warm welcome and we felt comfortable.
