Nice, attentive staff, the food is great

Ordered salad with scampi - unfortunately the price is not right here... mostly cheap iceberg lettuce, some rocket, a few tomatoes, olives, parmesan cheese not visible... one scampi was inedible. The reference to this was ignored. Don't convince me to come back!

Ein sehr nettes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Restaurant - fast etwas unscheinbar und nicht ganz im Zentrum, aber sehr gut ! Eine Familie aus Sizilien bzw.Apullien sorgt für eine authentische italienische Küche und einen hervorragenden Service. Wir waren im vollen Umfang zufrieden und werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder dorthin gehen.

New owner everything is different

This restaurant passed me by for years. What can I say? I'll be back. We were there with four people and deliberately avoided the usual pizzas. There was almost nothing to complain about when it came to the dishes we were served. Even my grilled squid tubes weren't tough. However, about too much oil. But that's a matter of taste. My tip: Serve the oil separately. Therefore only 4 stars. The atmosphere was bright, the tables were neatly set and the staff was friendly. In short: The slightly better restaurant with acceptable prices.

Was there with his wife and small child. We ordered food with a starter and specifically said that it should be quick because our child was hungry. After 35 minutes I asked for the first time...no answer. Then I asked a man in the kitchen (maybe the cook) again "the food is coming soon" was the answer. 10 minutes later I asked again "the food will come immediately" was the new answer. After 5 minutes we complained (with a little more force because our child was really hungry), then we were told not to get upset. Since we continued to ask how long it would take, we were turned away from the restaurant without food. During the time we waited, at least one table (maybe two) left without eating. A larger group had ordered around 6:00 p.m. and were still waiting for the main course around 7:30 p.m. (according to their statement).

Always super satisfied. I haven't gotten to know every Italian restaurant, but this one is super good. It's hard to believe but unfortunately the pizzeria is being handed over to other hands. We wish Pascal, Giuseppe and Julia all the best for the future.
