First of all, big praise for the food and the always on-time delivery. Order from you often and have had nothing to complain about. But I think €5 for delivery to hillerse is a bit excessive. Of course everything has become more expensive...we all notice. But I would reconsider the pricing policy.

Disappointing experience - incorrect information and poor service I would like to share with you my very disappointing experience that led me to leave a bad review. I recently placed an order with you and specifically stated that I didn't want jalapenos in my croque. Unfortunately my request was not taken into account and the result was extremely disappointing. When I received my croque and opened it, I was dismayed to find jalapenos inside. Not only was it annoying that my express request was ignored, but also frustrating since I'm allergic to jalapenos. This created an unpleasant situation where I couldn't enjoy the food and was worried about my health. In addition to the fact that my request was ignored, the customer service was also unacceptable. When I raised the issue, I was not adequately apologized or supported by your staff. Instead, the blame was placed on me and no solution was offered. It is disappointing to see how little emphasis is placed on customer satisfaction. I would also like to point out the general condition of the restaurant. The cleanliness and hygiene left something to be desired, which had a negative impact on the overall experience. It is unfortunate that such basic standards are not met. All in all, my experience with you was extremely disappointing. The misstatement regarding the jalapenos and poor customer service resulted in me not being able to enjoy my meal and feeling unwell. I hope you address these issues and ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. I strongly advise other potential customers not to use your services as the quality of the food, attention to customer requests and customer service are well below the standards one would expect from an established business. Ps: Unfortunately I don't have arms so you can see my foot.

Unfortunately I had a small branch on my croque (see photo), but I was able to free it from my mouth. No one responded to my complaint via email to the managing director. Sry... doesn't work at all.

This dirty ********* takes a frozen pizza out of the fridge in front of me and puts a hand of pre-grated cheese (I'm very sure that this was also bought) on the pizza and, to top it off, lets the toppings burn in this shop is the worst place I've ever sat so far. If I get a ready-made pizza from Steinofen 100 meters away at Edeka for €3, it tastes 1,000,000 times better.

As is well known, taste can be debated. We've been ordering from them for years and have been happy with the taste and quality so far. You shouldn't forget that this is a supplier and not a 5 star restaurant. We will continue to order here.

So our pizza came on time and was very tasty. I can't say anything about the size, we didn't measure the 40cm. Maybe the sizes are similar to the steaks, the fresh weight also applies, the stated 250g is never found on the plate!

When the store was new, we were thrilled. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated greatly over the years. The tuna pizza was so dry that the fish was killed a third time. Plus, it smelled so bad that I would never have given it out. We doubt the fish was fresh. My daughter also had a piece of plastic in her pasta, which made her vomit immediately. Conclusion: Lost regular customers

Ordered pizzas for delivery via the website at 6:39 p.m. on Sunday, provided the cell phone number just in case, it's only a 5 minute drive, so we'll pick them up ourselves, but they didn't want to leave the visitor alone. An email came with a delivery time of approx. 60 minutes. OK, we expected it on Sunday evening. At 6:40 p.m. a second email came with a delivery time of 90 minutes. We didn't see this email until around 7:45 p.m., so OK, wait a little longer. Shortly after 8 p.m. still no pizza delivery, so I called and asked; it said: “The pizza should actually be with you by now.” At 8:45 p.m. I tried to call the store because there was still no delivery, the phone was constantly busy. We drove off to the store, asked for the money back at 9 p.m. and received it back, there wasn't even an apology. During this time we ordered pizzas from the other pizzeria, which we were able to take away 15 minutes later. By the time we got back home, the pizza had been delivered, but we didn't accept it because we had already brought a fresh one from another pizzeria.

The delivery service was on time. The pizza was not the size stated. The topping was ok, except that there was very little BBQ sauce on it for a BBQ pizza. The pizza dough wasn't really good. It really tasted like cardboard. This will definitely not be my regular pizza supplier.

So eating inside is only recommended for a quick snack, otherwise not. Pizza didn't suit my taste...

Super lecker mega freundliches Personal

Die Pizza sieht super aus und schmeckt auch super, leider ist sie einfach kleiner als angegeben. Man darf heutzutage nicht alles hinnehmen, deswegen die Bewertung.

Haben heute bestellt, laut Lieferando 40Min Wartezeit. Nach knapp 2 Stunden und 30 Anrufen (keiner erreichbar) kam das Essen dann auch mal. Natürlich kalt und wo man kein Trinkgeld gegeben hatte, war der Fahrer auch nicht sehr erfreut. Im großen und ganzen nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Wir würden uns mittlerweile als Stammkunden bei Pizza Factory bezeichnen. Die Lieferung geht bei uns immer sehr schnell und die Lieferanten sind immer freundlich. Beim Essen können wir uns auch nicht beschweren, alles was wir da bisher bestellt haben, war lecker. In Bezug auf die Größe der Pizza kann ich leider nichts sagen, das haben wir bisher nicht nachgemessen.

Frechheit. Habe mit dip bestellt und kam nicht an. Habt ihr Alzheimer oder was? Ist schon das 3. Mal jetzt reicht auch.

Ich bestellte mir Pizza und Pasta mit meiner wundervollen Lebensgefährtin. Ihre Pasta war sehr geschmackslos und die musste erstmal mit Salz und Pfeffer nachhelfen (dies ist natürlich aber Geschmackssache) zu der pasta kann ich nur sagen das es keine echte italienische Variante der in dem Fall Carbonara ist und man es eher mit der eingedeutschten Variante zutun hat. Nun zu meiner Pizza, es war eine ganz normale mittelmäßige Pizza die man gut essen konnte. Das Pizzabrot war genau wie die Pizza Standard, mir persönlich haben ein paar Gewürze auf den Brot gefehlt das hätte das ganze sehr abgerundet.

Unglaublich lange Wartezeiten wenn man bestellt !! Angeblich ist immer viel zu tun - dann sollte man mehr Fahrer einstellen !! Lieferzeit laut App 1 Stunde - nach 2 Stunden war das Essen immer noch nicht da !! Keine Entschädigung-nur ein tut mir leid am Telefon 😡 Service definitiv nichtmal 1 Stern wert !! Werde dort definitiv nie wieder bestellen, bis das Essen da ist, ist man schon verhungert !!

Esse die Pizza sehr gerne und durch die Online Bestellung geht alles ziemlich flott.Wenn jetzt noch die Fahrer ihre Autos beim beliefern oder auch auf dem Parkplatz vor der Factory, ausmachen würden,der Umwelt zuliebe😉dann gibts in Zukunft 5 Sterne😊👍

Pizza leider nur Durchschnitt, Margarita Pizza war richtig schlecht. Lieferzeit war 105 Minuten statt der angegeben 45-60 Minuten.

Gestern Pizza bestellt, die wir dort immer bestellen. Für heute ist noch was übrig geblieben und wollte diese gemütlich beim Fernsehen essen. (Pizza Amsterdam in Größe 40 cm Durchmesser. Halbe Pizza war noch da) Beim zweiten Stück, nach dem zweiten Bissen hatte ich auf einmal was Hartes im Mund und gucke, hatte ich auf einmal ein Stück Draht (ca 1,5 cm) im Mund. Ich bin Hochschwanger und hätte ich das nicht mitbekommen wäre wer weiß was passiert... Bin echt enttäuscht.. Hatten normalerweise noch nie Probleme dort und die Pizza ist eigentlich immer lecker. Besser als Dominos. Also Freunde, ändert das und achtet auf das Essen, bevor es in den Ofen kommt...!!!!

Lieferung sehr schnell... Geschmacklich noch ein Hauch Luft nach oben. Aber solange man nicht in ein höher etabliertes Restaurant möchte sondern eine gute Pizza und ein saftigen gut Schmeckenden burger will genau das richtige. 4,5 Sterne !

Die erste Bestellung auf einen Sonntag was ein Reinfall (falsche Pizza geliefert, Lieferzeit 2.5 Std) Die Pizza wurde gut geschrieben also gab es eine 2. Bestellung an einem anderen Tag und diese lief einwandfrei, schnelle Lieferung, heißes und sehr sehr leckeres Essen.

Sauce zu den Pizzabrötchen vergessen, nachliefern erst nach fast 1Std wo das Essen dann kalt war... Super Service.

Schmeckt echt gut,nur halt zu viel Käse.Der Lieferservice braucht immer viel zu lange.

Ca. 3 Stunden gewartet. Gehen nicht ans Telefon. Essen kann ich noch nicht bewerten. Fahrer war da, schwierige Situation vernünftig gelöst. Pizza war gut steht aber leider im Hintergrund.
