The toilets weren't very clean, unfortunately, which was probably due to at least one broken cleaning mechanism. They were fine for a quick pit stop (in, up, down, out)...

The toilet was filthy, the seats were covered in urine, the bins were overflowing – and we had to pay €1 for it. Absolutely disgusting.

Great place, plenty of choice, the motorway's own service station, and also Burger King. Highly recommended, everything is clean. You have to pay a euro for the toilets, but that gets you, for example, a coffee for less.

Extremely unfriendly staff and outrageously high prices. The terms and conditions for redeeming Sanifair vouchers are completely opaque and are structured on-site in such a way that the vouchers offer no real added value.

The ordering process at the vending machine takes forever, is confusing, and the touchscreen only responds after pressing it three times. The burger was so-so, the bun was so soft that it fell apart while eating, and the Coke dispenser was set to taste like a Coke diluted with water – and all of this for over €15 is an absolute disgrace!!! I wonder what I liked about BK as a teenager.

Very clean, tidy, and the staff very friendly. Burger King is super fresh and very well-served. Opening hours could be communicated a bit better. Maybe just a larger sign or something. Or just say directly: "We're closing soon." It was a bit confusing. The signs on the door are unfortunately not sufficient. A man with a father who needs care found the door locked on his way to the accessible restroom.

Neat and clean rest area. We stop here almost every time we drive north. The rest stop has a wide selection of drinks and food at a reasonable price for a motorway service station. We'll be happy to come back.

It's okay. The restrooms were completely overcrowded, which was probably a bad time. Cleanliness was okay. But nothing worth elevating with four or more stars.

Trash is piling up in front of the rest stop, and the entrance smells unpleasant. It's such a shame for a rest stop and doesn't make a good impression. We ended up buying a bratwurst, which was only lukewarm, and a small bag of mustard cost 79 cents. That's not exactly cheap; unfortunately, there was only one person in the rest stop that morning. I've visited many rest stops, and this was one of the bad ones.

Women's restrooms broken for €1 and petrol expensive.

This rest area is a disgrace. Dirty, trash everywhere. You don't want to get out here. Everything is covered in broken glass. It's bad in daylight. After dark, you can't help but avoid the rest area.

Absolutely not. The parking lot was a disaster. So dirty. The rest stop wasn't much better. The staff were in a bad mood, with one exception. Outside, there wasn't a single clean table. You can't keep customers happy like that.

Not recommended for someone with severe mobility impairments who needs walking aids! The walk to the accessible restroom is relatively long, and the tiled floor seems to be mopped with far too much soap. My walking aids immediately slipped, and I almost fell badly. I can't comment on other things like the catering facilities, as I left the danger zone as quickly as possible after the near-disaster.

The restrooms are a disgrace; the smell of urine reeks from afar, and the floor is saturated with slops. The lady had just cleaned, but the stench was very unpleasant, so the window was wide open… terrible conditions for the money you have to spend on food…

The men's restroom stinks like a cowshed. Every urinal is full to the brim, the floor is extremely unhygienic, and you don't want to touch anything. I'm happy to pay for that, as long as the Sanifair facilities are in decent condition!

Definitely not recommended. The smell of urine hits you when you enter the restaurant, and even in the hallway to the restroom, you almost want to vomit, the smell of urine is so strong. The restrooms are in unbelievably poor condition. Dirty floors, rotten toilets. Better to stop somewhere else. And right next to them, food is being prepared and served. There isn't even a door separating the restrooms from the dining area. But even this facility costs €1.

Göttingen-South: The worst rest stop I've ever experienced. Filth, rats, garbage, hardly any seats. A disgrace for Germany. What will the many foreign visitors think of our country? This needs to be remedied, and immediately! Take a look at the exemplary rest stops in Italy.

The parking is excellent, if you park under the trees, it’s great, in the shade from the sun.

We spent one night here in the parking lot (in our camper) and were completely satisfied. Restaurants are open until 10 p.m., and showers and restrooms are in another building and open 24 hours. The rest stop (near Burger King) also has a mini playground where the little ones can have some fun.

There is special parking at the bottom of the parking lot where trucks cannot drive in. You can park with a camper, but unfortunately there are not many spaces. Serways offers excellent food with a selection of eggs/bacon, bread, etc. and there is a Burger King next door.

We stopped at Coffee Fellow at the rest stop today and were served by the team leader. The service was exceptionally friendly and competent! I don't think I've ever had such a positive and upbeat encounter at a rest stop, and the coffee with oat milk and baby chino was sensational! Thank you so much and keep up the good work :-)

Der Espresso war in Ordnung, aber überteuert, man kann nur noch einen Toilettenbon pro Getränk einlösen, außerdem funktionierte die Reinigungsfunktion in der Damentoilette nicht und es roch unangenehm, wie man es sonst nur von kostenlosen Toiletten kennt. Das nächste Mal lieber Autohof!

The Site is charging 1€ for restroom usage. Yet, the cleanliness can’t keep up with this at all. Also, paper towels were not available. coffee fellows’ season-specific drinks were all sold out - like usual. I’d recommend Ian a different stop for your break.

In the past, on the way from Wiesbaden to Berlin (now from Altenkirchen), this rest stop still felt like a halfway point. So, a stop for coffee and cake or a small snack is simply a must. We love the seats on the terrace. Okay, some people grumble about the prices, but things haven't gotten more expensive these days. We'll stick to "our" rest stop (in every direction).

The parking is great, wide trees, but it is better to stand with your head away from the highway. And the shower is just space, there is everything, and a toilet. The staff is friendly. For this, 5 stars. More parking lots like this would be great.

Burger King is great, but the customer restroom situation is just plain outrageous. As a customer, you have to pay an entrance fee. And that's because of a strange legal loophole.

Yes, the waitress at the counter pointed out an offer that I hadn't read. I thought that was very fair.

The restaurant is beautifully designed and has a large selection. When coaches come there are too few toilets. The path from the parking lot to the restaurant leads via the access road.

There are no reasons for special recommendations, even if the size and ambience are okay. Prices are exorbitant, even for small things. Also triggered by the pee voucher, but that can't be the reason why everything is too expensive for one euro. But what's most annoying is the incredibly slow WiFi. You can leave it there too.

I can understand why the rest stop closes at some point during the night. But then at least turn off the lights!!! Such bright festive lighting is not only a completely unnecessary waste of energy (the cost of which the customer has to pay), but it also means that you have to walk completely unnecessarily across the parking lot, only to end up in front of a locked door and have to walk all the way back to the gas station. Really no fun at night in the rain. And I wasn't the only one.

Absolutely not recommended. Completely dirty parking spaces, thanks to the Eastern European truck drivers. Feces on every corner and these drivers urinate next to their trucks and do the big business (feces) in the parking lots and the surrounding area even at night!!! They also park all over the place as they see fit
