McDonald's in Jever

Really fast and good service. I was even served right at the counter and received my menu in under a minute. Everything was very clean, too. Christian has his shops well under control 👍🏻

I was always a fan, but today I ordered a McDonald's caramel for 2 euros. Okay, everything is getting more expensive, but I spent so little sauce at around 4:20 p.m.

We took a short break there and had something to eat and drink.

The food is just cardboard. Overpriced. The atmosphere is no longer cozy at all.

As with almost every McDonald's... Broken, dirty restrooms. Poor communication between employees.

I can recommend this place. The food is just fast food, but it's delicious. I really like going there for ice cream. What I find a bit annoying are the few bike racks. It could be improved, but the place is otherwise great.

I was here with my girlfriend (a vegetarian). However, we were served meat nuggets instead of the MC Plant Nuggets. I'd say that something like this shouldn't happen under any circumstances. The packaging had a label for a reason, and why it wasn't used is questionable. The staff were still very friendly and brought us new ones immediately. But no apology or compensation, which is a bit sad. I would recommend passing this on to the staff so that similar incidents don't happen again!

Good toilet cleaning, coffee was okay.

The current specials were so poorly prepared that my 8-year-old child could have done better. They forgot a double meat patty, no lettuce. It's outrageous to add a bun, a new sauce, and charge about €5 for the meat.

Hey, tables dirty, ashtrays full of water (it hadn't rained that day), and then a rotten salad with the meal. I complained immediately; no new salad, no apology in the approximately 30 minutes I was sitting there. As I was leaving, I approached the store manager, who offered to give me a new salad, but I declined. That's my impression; I won't have it again.

Never again!!! I stood at the order terminal for minutes without success, then drove to the first window, but no one there wanted to take my order either. Then I drove to the second window. Several employees were so engrossed in conversation that they didn't even notice that a customer (me) might want to order something. It's a real shame, so I went to Burger King (I can give them 5 stars for service).

Very friendly staff, not rushed, and despite the drive-thru, everything was exactly as ordered. The food was also unexpectedly amazing!

This is an absolutely mediocre McDonald's. More like the bottom half. Lackluster and not particularly clean.

Those were the worst nuggets of my life! And I actually find McCes' nuggets really tasty. Extremely greasy, a total disaster. What also bothered me was that there were a lot of flies in the restaurant; we were sitting right next to the kitchen.

You pay for burgers you don't get!!! Not recommended!!!

Horrible quality of the finished products! I ordered early in the morning, and they brought me two burgers with soot from the oven and a completely burnt and smelly schnitzel! Afterward, they were rude to me! The most rude and impolite employees! This place needs to be closed down!

I found a fried insect between my fries today. Probably a moth 🫣🤢🤮🤮🤮 that was probably the last time here.

The best McDonald's I've ever been to. Everything ran smoothly. Even though it was really busy and there were 8-9 cars in the drive-thru, we only waited 5 minutes. And that was despite having some special requests for our burgers. So nothing from the counter, everything was freshly prepared. What we liked best was the hygiene. All tables were cleaned, and the leftover carts were emptied immediately. The staff was very friendly, and it seemed like there was a good atmosphere among the staff as well. Great, keep it up.

Unfortunately, it took forever, even though there were only two people in front of us in the drive. Better to go to Wilhelmshaven, it's much faster and better there.

The employee forgot to put the toys in our Happy Meals. When we approached the table with the children and asked for the toys, the employee didn't believe us and then came to our table to look for them! How is this even possible?

We went to this McDonald's late last night at 12:30, and after years of not eating, we wanted to give it another chance. The first thing we noticed when ordering at the kiosk was the extremely strong smell of urine. The smell was still clearly noticeable at our table in the restaurant. The place was incredibly dirty (the bread was slippery with grease), and the food took a really long time to arrive. The only positive thing was the young man who very kindly brought us our food, which unfortunately wasn't particularly good. The fries had only been greased for a very short time, and the burgers were thrown together. So, we won't be seeing McDonald's in Jever again!

Probably the ugliest and most uncomfortable McDonald's in the region. Seats are on rock-hard wooden benches. The air conditioning is so cold you have to keep your jacket on. The acoustics are like a train station concourse. The food was okay.

No, we ordered the veggie wrap for the second time in a row and got a chicken wrap for the second time. So, €5.19 for nothing, because of course a vegetarian isn't a chicken!!!!!

I was served a Cheeseburger Smart Menu without cheese. After complaining I got it new with cold cheese straight from the fridge. After complaining directly to McDonald's online, I was assured that this franchise would contact me. That hasn't happened to date. I won't eat there anymore!

Very cold here in Mecces! Apparently the heating failed 😕. If you read other reviews, the heating seems to break down more often! It should already be warm when you eat there!

Unfortunately I've been there several times now and when you drive through the Drive Inn I just give the tip to check your food, I complained directly once & unfortunately I wasn't paying attention twice and each time a large burger was missing :/ it's a shame.

The crispy chips were not crispy, but totally wobbly. The specially ordered salt and pepper was forgotten. The rest was fine. We were looking forward to the meal and were very disappointed. Unfortunately we were already on our way when we noticed it and couldn't complain anymore.

That McDonald's isn't exactly the cheapest... you know... you could have had breakfast at the bakery for €25... ok... but why does half a liter of water have to cost €4.25... that's really outrageous!

Absolutely uncomfortable restaurant - in keeping with the current marketing strategy: eat quickly and don't stay long. Only unpadded seating, cold room temperature and the air conditioning is so strong that the napkins fly off the table.

I find ordering at the terminal impersonal and, if you don't do it regularly, also inconvenient. The burgers I had weren't really hot.

In terms of atmosphere, there are definitely much nicer McDonald's in Germany than the one in Jever

I had a mcflurry. So nothing big or special. The staff was very friendly and everything looked clean. I had a good time because not that many people were there.

So the fact that from now on you have to order your own food from these machines that everyone attacks is really the last thing. Customers have to do more and more things themselves and prices continue to rise. In addition, these screens are also perfect for transmitting any pathogens.

Salad Caesar wasn't worth the money now!! To eat there in a cardboard box, that's not possible. The coffee was good for that.

It used to be very good at Mecces, but recently it hasn't been that way. Food was lukewarm or already cold. Prices have risen very hot and good even though it is always the same amount. And that's not just the case in Jever but everywhere we were. The staff used to be friendlier. I hope that it will be like back then, when people still felt comfortable at Mecces

It's a real shame when you get in the car and drive to Jever with your daughter (11 months) and her boyfriend and want to eat something. We come in and saw a family with a toddler and a high chair at the table. Unfortunately, we don't have a second high chair in the entire store found! When asked, they said we actually have 3-4, I'll take a look After he looked and came back without one, he said he couldn't find any. He asked about it and then two of them were broken at the same time (very questionable). It's definitely not family friendly. We drove home. Very unfortunate!

In this branch it is freezing cold, very uncomfortable to sit in and everything is disgustingly dirty (tables as well as the floor).

The employees are usually stressed and the fries are often only half full.

We ordered food in MC Drive today and once again we were missing something and not for the first time

So it feels like an order here takes ages. In the past, you went to the counter where there were usually four to five cash registers and a large order list of burgers etc. hung above and you then ordered. But having to wait 15 minutes because the burgers, fries and the like have to be flown in first, I find it a real shame. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The quality was, as usual, very good. Tasted good. But there's nothing more than one or two annual visits from me.

Absolute disgrace After an hour of waiting, the order disappears and other customers who ordered later receive the order first. And after complaining to the branch manager, you aren't even offered compensation. You have to ask for compensation first before you get one.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff. However, the food doesn't always work right away, e.g. Royal TS without (really completely without) salad and ordered extras are not always there either. But if you complain you get a new meal really quickly. Otherwise I would have given 5 points.

Extreme waiting times. Have a cheeseburger with a milkshake for 40! Waited minutes. Avoid restaurants and definitely use McDrive!
