Food is good otherwise I wouldn't go there but standing in the drive-thru for an hour is a bit much :)

Unfortunately I've been there several times now and when you drive through the Drive Inn I just give the tip to check your food, I complained directly once & unfortunately I wasn't paying attention twice and each time a big citizen was missing :/ it's a shame.

The service in particular was great! They accompanied us through the ordering process super nice, funny, courteous and very competent. There were no errors.

Didn't get a good burger. Was accepted as a complaint.

In itself it's super tasty, but somehow you only get a lot less than what's supposed to be in it, so you pay for less

They have designed the outdoor area beautifully and it's easy to sit there. Unfortunately, they were completely overwhelmed and also had technical problems. We had to wait 45 minutes at a "fast food" restaurant. The employees gave everything and didn't have an easy time of it...

Service is minus 20 You pay reusable and get disposable Unfriendly as hell

The table sticks from old food service not friendly. Everyone gets dessert except those sitting in the corners, staff difficult to understand

Food was lukewarm. There was nothing comfortable about the place and it smelled so bad of piss that it made you sick. So I'm definitely not going there again.

Edit: in the last few weeks there has been an improvement in the service and the food received. I am therefore increasing it by one star. I initially noticed this McDonald's positively because of its better facilities. Unfortunately, the slide is not really accessible for children under 110cm tall, as you have to climb onto a very high platform. Plus, every time there's the slightest rain, there's a huge puddle in the slide outlet that gets your pants wet. The quality of the food has deteriorated in the last few months and - as has been repeatedly written here - things are always missing from the drive-in. But well, since it's unhealthy anyway, it can't hurt to just stop going.

First time here today. The food was served quickly and it was fresh, the fries were crispy. The lady in service was friendly and accommodating. 1 star deduction, the table was not cleaned when serving. There was a chip on the table and a receipt next to the table. When I was clearing up I realized that no one was cleaning up here. Clearance stations overcrowded. Clean and tidy could be better, 1 more star deducted.

The food is actually mostly good except for the fries, which aren't that tasty.

Table service is okay, but I don't think there are any napkins on the tray. I had to get up to get some, but then I can get the tray myself if I have to get up anyway

I come from the Hanover area and have to say that I was surprised at how good and fresh McDonald's food can be! I have NEVER eaten such delicious and fresh burgers at McDonalds. At the Bigmac the meat was hot, but the roll, salad and sauce were cold. Perfect! I've never eaten like that before. We no longer go to McDonalds because the mushy burgers are simply not worth the now very high price. But we will stop by McDonalds in Jever every time we are in the area. Oh, and almost forgot... Not only was the food unusually good, but so was the staff. I hardly know any of the McDonald's employees here who are friendly, smile and speak decent German. Stay like that! If McDonald's were as good in our area, we would go there regularly!

As usual, the food at MC is only lukewarm. The restaurant, like other MCs, was very dirty. Tables are not cleaned. Waste not removed. The atmosphere is cold and uncomfortable. Probably supposed to be modern. The prices are okay as long as you stick to the menu or coupons.

A nice cozy McDonald's in Jever!! Open 24 hours on weekends!!🤗🤗 The outdoor area is very comfortable and you can always find a nice place!!! The service is very friendly and quick!!! No need to write about the food!!! Always consistently good McDonald's quality!!! A recommendation for me!!!

Terrible! The employee at the drive couldn't enter coupons, the order took forever, then we had to wait a long time for the food, staff slow and unfriendly!!! I found it much better in Jever.

Friendly staff, short waiting times, everything was very clean and the food was always fresh. Always happy to be a guest there. The outdoor area has been completely redesigned. The terrace is now partially covered and there is a charging station for electric cars

The best McDonald's we have visited so far. Super friendly and courteous staff. Tables and floors are cleaned immediately when someone leaves and the lounges outside are also very inviting and clean. Hats off, you don't see something like that often in service anymore. Keep it up!

Fries were mushy and lukewarm at best. The burger was okay. At the drive-in, no “bon appetit” was wished and no farewell was said. At first I thought there was still one dish missing.

We are used to McDonald's in WST and we weren't really impressed. The burgers were cold, the fries were soft and unsalted. The points I collect didn't go into my account despite scanning at the counter. That's a lot of money for €25. We're driving I'd rather go to WST in the future. Too bad...

We were there at around 1 p.m. so it wasn't too busy. You can tell the beginning of the holidays because of the inexperienced temporary workers, so it took a little longer.

Okay, I'm probably no longer part of the target group! But I have the advantage of having experienced the first branches. And what can I say...everything used to be better ;-) It smelled like McDonald's, now like grease. I find the selection on the touchscreen difficult, I find it confusing and it makes me stressed. A very nice employee brings the menu to the table, which urgently...like everyone else...needed cleaning. Eating is a disaster if the bottom burger buns are so soggy that you're practically holding the meat patti in your hand. In the end, the return shelves are completely overcrowded, which fits with the overall cleanliness. CONCLUSION: It's a shame that we are satisfied with so little 👎

Well, comfortable is something else. Ordering via app: slow and not exactly well done. The burgers are getting smaller and smaller. The Gerschmak was quite ok.

A Silas served me and simply put the receipt in the burger so that the receipt was just inside the burger and was intentionally torn up. A day later I also had food poisoning. Many thanks to Silas. Who knows what nonsense he does there? It wasn't enough that he was unfriendly. Never again McDonald's Ever! Thanks Silas again for the food poisoning and the rudeness.

Ich war früher gerne hier, doch irgendwie hat in letzter Zeit alles nachgelassen. In den letzten 10 Tagen 2x kalte, pappige Pommes bekommen. Beim ersten Mal bekamen wir anstandslos neue Pommes, gestern hat man sich die Kritik angehört, es aber nicht für nötig gehalten, zu handeln. Die Tische werden gefühlt gar nicht mehr abgeputzt, was früher nach jedem Gast Standard war. Hauptsache die 3 Damen hinter der Theke können ungestört plaudern. Und eine Heizung scheint es auch nicht mehr zu geben, oder Geiz ist Geil, und man spart sich einfach die Heizkosten. Schade, das sich der Mc Donalds so verschlechtert hat.

Wir waren heute am 02.01.2024 da im Jever und kann sowas erzählen - Als wir reingegangen, wir haben sofort gemerkt, dass drinnen kälter ist, als draußen. Zuerst wir dachten, es ist so nur neben Eingang, darum weit weg vom Eingang den Platz gefunden. Nach 5 Minuten da sitzen, wir haben gemerkt, es wird noch kälter und kälter. Ich habe sogar vom Sitz den Po schmerzen bekommen. Ich wollte bei der Kellnerin nachfragen, warum drinnen so unglaublich kalt ist, aber die hat sehr schnell den Tablett auf den Tisch geschmissen und weggelaufen, ich habe sogar nicht geschafft meinen Mund aufzumachen. Später wir haben festgestellt, warum drinnen so kalt war, da läuft Klimaanlage auf kalte Luft. Das ist unglaublich. Und Cola war sehr kalt und das Eis innerhalb 15 Minuten wurde nicht geschmolzen (so kalt war drinnen), wie ich immer liebe. Also alles war so kalt, dass wir haben sofort Halsschmerzen bekommen. Im Auto war es wärmer , als da im McDonalds Ever drinnen .Wir sitzen jetzt zuhause mit brennenden Hals. Sehr wahrscheinlich, dass müssen wir nach McDonalds besuch, zum Arzt gehen wegen Erkältung. Also, wir haben für uns beschlossen, nicht mehr im Winter zu McDonalds fahren. Das ist nicht normal, was da passiert. Die wollen da einfach alle Leute bis zum Krank einfrieren lassen.

Guter und zügiger Service, Essen war seit langem mal wieder gut bei MCes, Klos sehen auch gut aus, ich habe nichts zu bemängeln.

Extrem unbequeme Sitze. Nicht sauber der Tisch. Personal nur mäßig freundlich. Sehr gut der EWE Lader vor der Tür

Leider einer der schlechteren MC Donalds ständig funktioniert irgendwas nicht, ist nicht vorhanden, einfach zusammen geklatscht oder es wird schlichtweg einfach vergessen im drive mit einzupacken. Dann ruft man an und bekommt gesagt, nächstes mal ist das Menü Gratis. Dann fahr ich das nächste mal hin gehe extra rein und natürlich weiß keiner was davon. Kleiner Tipp stellt Gutscheine per Email so aus. Die Preise bei Mc D. Sind auch eklig angezogen, allerdings kann dieser MC D. Natürlich nichts dafür.

MC halt .kennt jeder.Leider immer sehr voll und dementsprechend kommt das Personal nicht immer so schnell nach.Aber das Essen war warm .

wollt einfach nur Abends mal was Schnelles holen... hab mir paar Cheeseburger und 6er Nuggets geholt. Ging schnell und war gut, aber die Auswahl war nicht vorhanden. Viele Bürger waren nicht verfügbar.

Mussten auf unser Eis warten und dann war es fast flüssig. Schokosoße war nich oben drauf sondern Untergewicht. Wären wir nich im drive gewesen hätten wir es umgehen lassen.

Die Niederlassung in Jever hat sich verbesser Im Außenbereich hat sich super was getan - Klasse bei gutem Wetter. Aber innen...?! Auch da haben wir Fortschritte gesehen. Leider wurden einige Tische nicht zeitnah abgewischt, so dass wir uns erst einmal einen Tisch suchen mussten. Zubereitung und Service zum Tisch waren zügig und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank an das Team ! Aber nach wie vor gewinnt man als Gast den Eindruck, dass in der Zubereitung immer eine kleine Party stattfindet. Gestern fand ich es doch sehr störend, dass dort lauthals Witze und Sprüche gemacht werden und somit bei uns als Gästen laut ankommen. Aber das ist auch mittlerweile besser als in der Vergangenheit Gut finde ich auch, dass es im Team von McDonald's Jever noch bekannte Gesichter gibt... Auch die Toiletten sind insgesamt wieder ordentlich und sauber - hier wurde spürbar aufgeräumt - Danke dafür !!!Insgesamt hat es uns gestern gut gefallen und wir kommen wieder.

Sieht von außen ansprechender außen als von innen. Der Service funktioniert - sprich es wird in einer angemessenen Zeit das frisch zubereitete Essen fertig. Alles in allem - ein anständiger McDonalds.

Drive Inn genutzt. Leider ist von der Herstellung bis zu uns nach Hause einiges an Größe und Qualität verschwunden.😱 Zuviel Soße für so kleine Stücke Fleisch.... oder sind unsere Hände auf einmal größer geworden? Ja, kann mal passieren...🥳 Wir gehen nächstes Mal zur Konkurrenz gucken.......

Sehr schöner Außenbereich, der zum chillen einlädt, durch Überdachung auch bei schlechtem Wetter zu nutzen.

Also wenn ich meinen Burger nochmal neu zusammenlegen muss, spricht das nicht unbedingt für gute Arbeit. Dafür waren die Pommes und Burger erfreulicherweise heiß. Die Toiletten sind absolut ekelig dreckig. Das Personal aber freundlich!

Nicht empfehlenswert. Boden ist dreckig, und der Inhaber weigert sich, fehlende Artikel bei Bestellungen auszuhändigen. Geht lieber zu einer anderen Fastfoodkette

Wir waren heute (20.01.2019) gegen 12:45 Uhr in diesem "Restaurant". Es war so kalt, dass sich mehrere Gäste ihre Jacken nach Betreten des Restaurant wieder aus den Autos geholt haben. Niemand des Personlas reagierte. Bevor wir unsere Bestellung an der einzigen Kasse abgeben konnten vergingen 13 Minuten!! Die beiden Mc Rib Menues wurden mit weniger als einem Teelöffel Sauce, 1 Stück Zwiebel und kaum lauwarm an den Tisch gebracht. Hier sollter man möglichst schnell reagieren, denn das war vorher deutlich besser!!!!! Wir machen erstmal Pause mit dieser Institution!

Goede McDonalds, standaard kwaliteit eten. In het midden van het restaurant is een lange tafel met een computerscherm erin met een spelletje voor de kinderen.

Mc Donalds in Jever ist ein Schnellimbiss zu dem man gerne geht. Die neue und moderne Zahlungsmethode sorgt für eine wesentlich schnellere Bearbeitung der Bestellung. Auch die Gestaltung des Restaurants ist sehr ansprechend
