McDonald's in Jever

Unfortunately, the service is poor overall, the food was also given 4 stars here but the store can't keep it up

Only received half of the order. Some unfriendly and annoyed staff.

I had a mcflurry. So nothing big or special. The staff was very friendly and everything looked clean. I had a good time because not that many people were there.

So the fact that from now on you have to order your own food from these machines that everyone attacks is really the last thing. Customers have to do more and more things themselves and prices continue to rise. In addition, these screens are also perfect for transmitting any pathogens.

Dirty tables, wet, smelly sofas, the workers not only work without enthusiasm, but it seems like they are in hard labor. A little more and when asked to wipe the table they will start rolling their eyes. Cold and not cozy interior. I really want warmth, cleanliness and friendliness.

The place looks like a waiting room thanks to the white tiles 🫣 the toilets were disgustingly unclean.

Salad Caesar wasn't worth the money now!! To eat there in a cardboard box, that's not possible. The coffee was good for that.

It used to be very good at Mecces, but recently it hasn't been that way. Food was lukewarm or already cold. Prices have risen very hot and good even though it is always the same amount. And that's not just the case in Jever but everywhere we were. The staff used to be friendlier. I hope that it will be like back then, when people still felt comfortable at Mecces

One of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Very quick food preparation, friendly staff and very clean.

It's a real shame when you get in the car and drive to Jever with your daughter (11 months) and her boyfriend and want to eat something. We come in and saw a family with a toddler and a high chair at the table. Unfortunately, we don't have a second high chair in the entire store found! When asked, they said we actually have 3-4, I'll take a look After he looked and came back without one, he said he couldn't find any. He asked about it and then two of them were broken at the same time (very questionable). It's definitely not family friendly. We drove home. Very unfortunate!

In this branch it is freezing cold, very uncomfortable to sit in and everything is disgustingly dirty (tables as well as the floor).

The employees are usually stressed and the fries are often only half full.

The cleanest MD branch we have ever visited.

So it feels like an order here takes ages. In the past, you went to the counter where there were usually four to five cash registers and a large order list of burgers etc. hung above and you then ordered. But having to wait 15 minutes because the burgers, fries and the like have to be flown in first, I find it a real shame. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The quality was, as usual, very good. Tasted good. But there's nothing more than one or two annual visits from me.

Absolute disgrace After an hour of waiting, the order disappears and other customers who ordered later receive the order first. And after complaining to the branch manager, you aren't even offered compensation. You have to ask for compensation first before you get one.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff. However, the food doesn't always work right away, e.g. Royal TS without (really completely without) salad and ordered extras are not always there either. But if you complain you get a new meal really quickly. Otherwise I would have given 5 points.

Extreme waiting times. Have a cheeseburger with a milkshake for 40! Waited minutes. Avoid restaurants and definitely use McDrive!

Good Mäckes. With table service. Nice little outside area. I think it's a shame that there are only the standard burgers left. Every Peter Pane or Hans im Glück is 10 times better. You stopped. But it seems to work...

After a tiring and long day, McDonald's again after a long time. And unfortunately I was disappointed again. Only had a small order, but still a long wait. That could be the case. There is a lack of staff etc. But once again the order was “wrong”. I ordered two cheeseburgers and both were without cheese. Just buns and bullete with a dollop of ketchup. Sad. Didn't like eating the second one. Then it's probably for the cat. A while ago I also had a fillet fish with no fish on it. If I hadn't had the child with me, I would have turned around like that.

Simply great for quick hunger pangs

Only used briefly while in transit, but very friendly and even though it was before 11 a.m., the preparation of an early lunch instead of breakfast was freshly prepared without any problems. Outdoor and indoor dining options, even with a couch lounge. Really recommended.

Waited a very long time for the order. Can something like that be called a fast food restaurant? I drove through the drive-in.

The service in particular was great! They accompanied us through the ordering process super nice, funny, courteous and very competent. There were no errors.

Food was lukewarm. There was nothing comfortable about the place and it smelled so bad of piss that it made you sick. So I'm definitely not going there again.

Edit: in the last few weeks there has been an improvement in the service and the food received. I am therefore increasing it by one star. I initially noticed this McDonald's positively because of its better facilities. Unfortunately, the slide is not really accessible for children under 110cm tall, as you have to climb onto a very high platform. Plus, every time there's the slightest rain, there's a huge puddle in the slide outlet that gets your pants wet. The quality of the food has deteriorated in the last few months and - as has been repeatedly written here - things are always missing from the drive-in. But well, since it's unhealthy anyway, it can't hurt to just stop going.

First time here today. The food was served quickly and it was fresh, the fries were crispy. The lady in service was friendly and accommodating. 1 star deduction, the table was not cleaned when serving. There was a chip on the table and a receipt next to the table. When I was clearing up I realized that no one was cleaning up here. Clearance stations overcrowded. Clean and tidy could be better, 1 more star deducted.

Table service is okay, but I don't think there are any napkins on the tray. I had to get up to get some, but then I can get the tray myself if I have to get up anyway

I come from the Hanover area and have to say that I was surprised at how good and fresh McDonald's food can be! I have NEVER eaten such delicious and fresh burgers at McDonalds. At the Bigmac the meat was hot, but the roll, salad and sauce were cold. Perfect! I've never eaten like that before. We no longer go to McDonalds because the mushy burgers are simply not worth the now very high price. But we will stop by McDonalds in Jever every time we are in the area. Oh, and almost forgot... Not only was the food unusually good, but so was the staff. I hardly know any of the McDonald's employees here who are friendly, smile and speak decent German. Stay like that! If McDonald's were as good in our area, we would go there regularly!

As usual, the food at MC is only lukewarm. The restaurant, like other MCs, was very dirty. Tables are not cleaned. Waste not removed. The atmosphere is cold and uncomfortable. Probably supposed to be modern. The prices are okay as long as you stick to the menu or coupons.

A nice cozy McDonald's in Jever!! Open 24 hours on weekends!!🤗🤗 The outdoor area is very comfortable and you can always find a nice place!!! The service is very friendly and quick!!! No need to write about the food!!! Always consistently good McDonald's quality!!! A recommendation for me!!!

Terrible! The employee at the drive couldn't enter coupons, the order took forever, then we had to wait a long time for the food, staff slow and unfriendly!!! I found it much better in Jever.

The best McDonald's we have visited so far. Super friendly and courteous staff. Tables and floors are cleaned immediately when someone leaves and the lounges outside are also very inviting and clean. Hats off, you don't see something like that often in service anymore. Keep it up!

We are used to McDonald's in WST and we weren't really impressed. The burgers were cold, the fries were soft and unsalted. The points I collect didn't go into my account despite scanning at the counter. That's a lot of money for €25. We're driving I'd rather go to WST in the future. Too bad...

Fries were mushy and lukewarm at best. The burger was okay. At the drive-in, no “bon appetit” was wished and no farewell was said. At first I thought there was still one dish missing.

We were there at around 1 p.m. so it wasn't too busy. You can tell the beginning of the holidays because of the inexperienced temporary workers, so it took a little longer.
