Super clean, very attentive staff. We are already looking forward to the next trip!

So I would have expected more from a large fast food chain. I was there on Mc Drive yesterday, November 29th, 2024. The lady was so unfriendly and was immediately offended that she called her shift manager to make herself feel better. I still have it in my 23 years I have never seen such an unprofessional employee. I should apologize. Where is the customer friendliness? I worked as a shift manager at McDonald's for 5 years and have always had respectful employees in the industry, but I have never seen anything like that The food was cold and I was there again today, November 30th, 2024. This time I was given a medium drink despite the fact that I have a large one in my menu and the toys in the children's menu were not put in either. The food was cold! So please people, it's so hard to work instead of talking about private things, work more decently. I will never enter this store again and I don't recommend anyone to go there!

Pretty nice in itself, but if you wait 30 minutes and then you're told there's a number that doesn't appear in a really helpful tone then you can leave again... we had to eat and were out and about for sport

All in all... A fast-food restaurant, family-friendly, clean and the staff (mostly foreign but German-speaking!!!), very helpful, if something goes wrong, not only the floor is wiped!!! I accidentally swept my XL Cola cups off the table!!! When we asked for a mop, one of the MC Donald's staff immediately came with the mop and wiped the floor, table and everything around it with a grease-dissolving cleaning agent!! For me there was a lot of mukrifiber/felt rags in yellow color, which dried my pants clean in just one minute including a scleral solvent!!! Exemplary!!! The ambience is with internal McCafe, like every other branch nationwide, in a uniform look and clean and comfortably furnished in brown/beige with wall motif pictures on wooden panels!!! Conclusion: Solid fast food restaurant that is open from night to morning and every day!!! Playground is demarcated outside and clearly visible to parents from the inside through the large glass window front!!! Children are protected inside with colorful rubber mats to prevent any injuries from falling while playing!!! Everything tip top!!! Children and parents as well as travelers are welcome and can also go there on the weekend for leisure activities!!! Good connection to the motorway, Bad Nenndorf exit and entrance!!!

Best McDonald's nearby. Great decor, always quick and the food is always great.

When ordering take out, 2 times, items were missing from the order. You don't need to call, no one answers. Nobody responds to emails either. I can't unpack an order for 6 people in the car to check it. Ordering from McDonald's is no longer fun.

We easily ordered 10 mc plant nuggets and 5 of them were normal ones in plant packaging, which was a bit sad

Whenever I order coffee I always get it in a cup, if you drink here it should be in cups

I've been to much better MC's. When we were eating, you could look behind the counter, there were several employees standing around, one was cleaning his fingernails in the dining area. No go.

Hello there. So the food was typical mcces, you can say what you want. Service was ok. Very nice toilet man. The cleanliness in the restaurant could still be worked on.

We've been here a few times and have always had relatively positive experiences in the DriveThru and in the restaurant itself. Of course, my expectations of a fast food restaurant are not particularly high, but unlike other branches, the order here was always correct and it always came quickly despite the high number of customers. Unfortunately, we had an experience yesterday that absolutely overshadowed the previous experience on site. On March 3rd At around 7.30 p.m. we placed an order via the app and wanted to pick it up at McDrive. We drove up and gave the order number and the nice gentleman at the other end asked us to drive up to the first window. At the first window there was an obviously stressed middle-aged employee who first asked for our order number. We then gave her the number from the app. She replied again with increased vocal strength, “The order number please,” this was repeated three times. From that point on, the lady actually just shouted at us and replied that we had been given a number on the intercom, we kindly pointed out to her that we wouldn't let ourselves be shouted at and that no one had given us a different number. She asked extremely rudely if we had ever worn a headset because that would make her scream so much. End of story: she found the order after a long search and in the process made a relatively unprofessional approach to us several times. At the end of the song, she then pointed out his mistake to her colleague via her headset. Unfortunately, the employee didn't want to tell us what the lady's name was when we handed it out, otherwise we would have liked to complain directly via email. With such behavior, people do not belong in customer contact, and in the medium term this experience has ruined the appetite and desire for this branch. Anyone who talks to customers like that should look for another job.

Attention families with children, dogs are allowed in, it's abnormal. Animals have no place in restaurants. Staff is ok. Bags to take away are better checked on site, something is always 100% missing.

Mega polite, from toilet service to everything else. It's a shame that this MCD doesn't yet have self-opening doors, as in some other branches, making it easier for people with disabilities, and the toilet can only be reached after a labyrinth run. Food, this time we had cake, super tasty with super friendly service.

This is one of the best McDonald's in the area. Despite the place being packed, we ordered three meals, and they were served in under five minutes. Absolutely incredible!

I have never experienced such a decent and delicious McDonald's in all of Germany, and I have been to many branches! Very, very tasty, it also tastes very fresh and eating is quick and easy. I always like to drive so far away for McDonald's because it's really incredible, it's really worth the trip! Keep it up!!!

Food warm and tasty, service friendly. Tables, chairs and the floor are clean. Unfortunately, only 1 coupon works at the terminal at the moment. If you enter another one, it will be activated in the app but you cannot redeem it, so the coupon is invalidated but you haven't ordered anything.

Unfortunately it was incredibly full, which was probably the reason that we didn't receive our food, but rather someone else's. Luckily, the kids liked this order and were able to make it home without feeling hungry.

It was quick, it's modern, it tastes good. These 3 terms quickly came to mind. The boss walked around and looked after the right one while you ate. Getting food took less than 2 minutes and I ordered for 5. It was actually still warm and the cheese didn't stick to the edge. It was just a nice experience and as it should be in a fast food restaurant.

There is no longer a big breakfast with muffins and butter and ham, everything is now served in a wrap with lettuce and a tomato, which was very strange, I didn't like it, otherwise McDonald's was clean, tidy, good service, everything was okay, as always

Today I would like to thank one of your older employees who was so kind in taking my grandson seriously and praising him when he placed his order at the checkout. We were there around lunchtime and I wished there were many people like that in everyday life. A very big heart to this employee and a sincere thank you. Children are our future :-)

This McDonalds is very popular among travelers. Even though there are lots of visitors to the restaurant, service is amazingly quick due to the sheer number of employees working there. Food is good, the outlet is super clean and there are ample parking lots located at the outlet. Highly recommended.

2023.11.03 today again home visit and no mc drive. At 8:30 p.m. the parking lot was full, as was the store. Once again, praise from us, especially to the nice employees. Keep it up... We like to stop here * 2021.12.20 today the MC Donalds gets 4 stars. The friendliness of the MA was great today. Especially the man at the entrance who checked the certificates. Keep it up!

All reviews are based on the fact that this is a McDonalds. There are only BigMacs here. But it's clean, the service is quick and quite friendly and the furniture is fine, even outside. The opening hours are long and in the morning there are burgers and not just breakfast. Nothing more can be expected from the big M. Correction: now there's only the limp breakfast in the morning. One point deducted.

Cafe is terrible, I wanted to drink coffee on the spot, but I got brown water in a paper cup.

The food is actually quite tasty but I think it's a shame that something is always missing and you still pay for it, today again and that's really not possible!

Best MCD I've ever been to. Large, spacious, well organized, clean, staff friendly, food came quickly even though it was busy (Saturday evening)... If we are in the area again soon, we will definitely come back.

The best and cleanest McDonalds restaurant I've ever been to. Huge, friendly staff and everything was super clean. The food was hot, the coffee was perfect. We were really absolutely positively surprised. I would never have thought of writing a review about McDonald's, but now I felt the need to.

Food tastes good, it could just be a little hotter. The table service is very good and when I wanted to clear up, a friendly young man took the tablet from me. Well, there was a part missing, we only noticed it at the end, but even though we had already thrown away the receipt, we still got the part. We'd love to come back.

My latte comes in a paper cup, even though it was ordered to be consumed in the café. Instead of brown sugar there is white sugar. Tables dirty, chairs have stains.

Just dined at the golden seagull in the place where friendliness is... Doesn't value it. Apparently a “good morning” or even a smile is too much for the waitress. Little tip: Kindness is not paid but rewarded and best of all it costs NOTHING so be crazy and apply it 😁 The food, well, McDonald's BUT brown cheese on breakfast toast that is already cold is not only unappetizing but also really outrageous. Even here you can make a little effort with a clear conscience. Unfortunately, I turned it on too late myself and it didn't affect my child to any extent. About a month ago me and my wife had a really great experience at the McDonald's branch. The food was warm and everything was prepared quickly. However, we would particularly like to highlight the young lady at the drive-in counter who, despite our incompetence (with regard to the app, menus, etc.), mastered the situation with full competence. She was incredibly friendly, attentive and always had a smile on her face. Unfortunately, my wife and I can't remember the exact name, but we're guessing Lara or Leonie. Unfortunately, such a service is very rare these days, which is why it deserves special attention. We want something like this in all our branches! Highly recommended, thank you very much!

It was my last visit here today! For the umpteenth time the app doesn't work, the order at the terminal was canceled, and when I reordered all the coupons were gone or shown as already redeemed. I've lost my appetite...

The ambience has nothing to do with McDonalds, but rather has the charm of a cold train station hall.

I have never seen such a clean restaurant, the toilets were cleaned straight away, the restaurants in MV can take a leaf out of their hands and we can only recommend that if the path takes us past there again we will stop again. Big praise!!

I never thought I would ever leave a review for a McDonald’s but here we are. It was by far the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to including super clean toilets. This restaurant and the gentleman cleaning the toilets deserve a shout out :)

This restaurant is very well located near McDonald's, lots of free parking spaces, lots of space, very well done and, above all, the toilet is very clean and what is important to me is that you can use the toilet for free. Everything fits and that's how it has to be or should be and you keep stopping there to get something. Just great. This should be the case everywhere, including toilets

It just happens to close at some point even though the opening hours are stated differently online. Orders are constantly missing or incorrect. This urgently needs to be worked on.

It's a shame that a Mcs simply closed on a Wednesday at 10:50 p.m. even though it says online that it's open. I've been disappointed here 3 times in a row... I'd rather go to Burger King, at least the opening times are right and it tastes better and not these mini portions

Terrible branch. The order took forever, then something was still missing. The tables were extremely dirty, the smoke in front of the entrance wafted all the way to the table. And there was a cleaner sitting in front of the toilets who wanted money for dirty toilets. This branch is a disgrace.

For me the best branch. Employees are always above-average friendly, food comes quickly without waiting times. That's how it should be.

I hope I'm not confusing the branches, but I really like the McFahrrad, even though I live too far away to use it.

I regularly commute between North Rhine-Westphalia and Saxony-Anhalt and this McDonald's is right in the middle and is my absolute favorite. However, I strongly recommend not going there during peak hours. You sometimes wait 20-30 minutes for your order, which in this case is no reproach given the amount of people that come there at peak times. The ambiance outside is very nice for a McDonald's and the kids have fun on the climbing frame. If something was missing from the order, I never had any problems and got it delivered straight away. When I had to wait almost 30 minutes for food on Sunday evening, my son received a toy from the Happy Meal as compensation, which I found very thoughtful, especially since we hadn't even complained. All in all, I don't know of a better McDonald's.

Big, clean, great. From the parking lot, to the distribution and the McCafe area, to the toilets. "ALL CLEAN"

I've been there twice within a few weeks now. Both times I got the wrong food. During the time we were there, two drivers came in who also received the wrong things. This can happen sometimes, but you hear it more often. After we exchanged my burger earlier, I got the wrong one again. Unfortunately, the ladies didn't really understand you either.

Opening times are not observed. Collection not possible despite confirmed online order. The store closes one hour before official opening hours.

Phew, the service is really getting worse and worse. Just being the only one at McDrive, it took 10 minutes to order 3x Happy Meals. I had to repeat the order four times and was then sent on break again and again. And then the order at home wasn't complete again, but was missing fries and 3x ice cream (and it wasn't the first time that something was missing). Unfortunately it doesn't work at all!

If you know one, you know them all. Therefore 3* as always for MCD. One star more because the toilet was clean and an employee sat in front of it and kept it tidy.

Employees were totally rude and didn't want to do their job. Not even a simple “hello” at table service. All the dips and toys from the Happy Meal were missing. When I went to get the missing things there was no apology. It was like it was completely normal for customers to come and want something that was missing. Fries were cold.

Just closes in the middle of the day without notice or reason. They were then just thrown out with the words “It’s closed now.”

Stopped on the way to vacation. The branch wasn't overcrowded, the food came quite quickly and overall it was very clean for a McD. Obligatory forgetting of parts of the order is seemingly normal regardless of state/city.
