Sehr freundliches und mega hilfbereitses Personal, so bei Mc's noch nicht erlebt. Gerne wieder.

Pommes: kalt, kein Salz Menü teilweise falsch. Burger: Kalt, kaum Sauce. Vorallem der McMelt. Getränke waren super👌

Das beste McDonald's, in dem ich bisher war. Das Essen war lecker, der Laden war sauber, auch die Toiletten.

Der saubere und aufgeräumte McDonald's, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter

Die Burger waren leider deutlich zu kalt. Es wirkte, als wären sie bereits im Voraus vorbereitet worden, um die Ausgabe zu beschleunigen. Meiner Meinung nach entspricht das nicht dem Qualitätsstandard, den man von McDonald’s erwarten sollte.

Nicht zum empfehlen, einfach unfreundlich essen extrem kalt und in den Getränken, kein Eiswürfel Behauptet extrem frech man soll sich nicht einmischen, weil die 23 Jahre Berufserfahrung hat

Schön, dass es doch noch McDonald's-Finialen gibt, die sauber und ordentlich sind... Das Essen kam schnell an den Tisch und war frisch und heiß. Das Personal war freundlich. Unser Tisch war sauber und wurde auch direkt wieder abgewischt als wir aufgestanden sind. Die Toiletten waren auch wirklich sehr sauber, dafür gibt man dem Reinigungspersonal gerne auch etwas Trinkgeld. Es gibt direkt vor Ort Parkmöglichkeiten für Fahrzeuge mit einem Anhänger.

Beschränktes Essensangebot, Kaffee ist ok, Personal ist freundlich

Großer MC Donalds mit sehr sauberen Toiletten und freundlichem Personal. Essen kam schnelle, war dennoch heiß und schmeckte für Fast Food sehr gut. 2 Lademöglichkeiten auf dem Parkplatz (der etwas zu klein ist für den Andrang).

Ich hab an einer Elektro - Tafel bestellt und bezahlt, meine Bestellung enthielt 4er Chicken-Nuggets, Jedoch habe ich nur 3 bekommen. Ich habe mir ebenfalls Eine Sprite bestellt und habe stattdessen Wasser mit Sprudel bekommen. Ich habe mir mehrere Ketchup's bestellt und viel weniger bekommen. Dasselbe Problem war, als ich mir ein McFlurry bestellt habe und meine Karamell- Soße gefehlt hatte. In meinem Kinder Happy - Meal war der Qetschi völlig undicht und es hat sich schon anmerken lassen, dass der Inhalt fast leer war. Echt enttäuschend weil meine Familie und ich uns darauf gefreut hatten.

Schöner McDonalds mit sauberen Toiletten und freundlichem Personal

Wickeltisch auf dem Herrenklo befindet sich zwischen Toilettentür und Pissoirs. Wirklich ekelig.Dieser ist auch nicht tief genug, sodass man das Baby quer legen muss. Auf Nachfrage, ob man einen Schlüsssel für das Behindertenklo bekommt, damit man da in Ruhe als Mann wickeln kann, weil im Herrenklo viel los ist, wird undfreundlich abgelehnt. "Man verstehe die Frage nicht, es gibt doch einen Wickeltisch auf dem Herrenklo." Danke für nix 👌🏻🤦‍♂️

Für ein McDonald's sehr sauber.

Es waren außerdem zwei Busse voller Kinder da, was die Wartezeit etwas verlängerte. Man darf draußen rauchen, was wir persönlich beim Essen mit dem Zigarettengeruch als ziemlich unangenehm empfanden, zumal das Rauchen direkt neben dem Kinderspielplatz erlaubt ist. Schade, dass dieser Bereich nicht abgetrennt war.

Kamen mit 2 Bussen, Essen kam trotzdem sehr, sehr zügig - hervorragender Service.

23. Mai 2026 Das Essen war gut, aber die Hygiene ließ aufgrund der vielen Fliegen im Inneren sehr zu wünschen übrig. Vorherige Bewertung: Ich war vom leckeren und durchgehend heißen Essen beeindruckt. Der größte Minuspunkt war jedoch die Toilette, wo ein aufdringlicher Mitarbeiter die Privatsphäre der Gäste beeinträchtigte. Ich beobachtete, wie er fast Geld verlangte (was eigentlich nicht nötig ist), und wenn kein Trinkgeld gegeben wurde oder ein Gast eine unangebrachte Bemerkung machte, reagierte er passiv-aggressiv. In der heutigen Zeit ist dieses Verhalten inakzeptabel. Trotz des unangenehmen Toilettenerlebnisses empfehle ich das Restaurant aufgrund des leckeren und heißen Essens. Die Geschäftsleitung sollte jedoch das Problem mit dem Toilettenmitarbeiter angehen, entweder durch die Einführung einer Toilettengebühr oder durch kostenlosen Zugang (zuletzt beobachtet am 04.02.2024 um 10:30 Uhr).

Coke Zero bestellt, normale Cola bekommen. Bin Diabetikerin. Danke für Nichts!!!

Sehr nette Bedienung bei McCafe. Hat uns eine. super Rabatt vorgeschlagen. Kaffee und Kuchen waren lecker. Wir haben beschlossen, das nächste Mal den Kaffe nicht an der Autobahntankstelle zu kaufen sonder wieder bei McCafe.

Am heutigen Tag (07.05.2026) habe ich einen Cheeseburger bestellt, in dem sich ein menschliches Haar befand. Trotz Reklamation erfolgte keine Entschuldigung; zudem verweigerte der Manager die Angabe seines Namens. Man warf mir lediglich einen Ersatz-Burger auf den Tresen, woraufhin das gesamte Personal jeglichen weiteren Kontakt mit mir ablehnte.

Keine Klimaanlage, überfüllt, die Tortilla schmeckte nicht nach Tortilla. So einen Mist habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gegessen.

Macht halt satt und geht einigermaßen schnell.

War nicht gerade sauber 🧽 zumindest die Tische müssen sauber sein ansonsten Mc D halt !

Erinnerte mich an die glorreichen Zeiten von McDonald's, als Ronald McDonald noch König war und ein Cheeseburger 69 Pence kostete. 10/10, würde ich einem Freund empfehlen.

Was soll ich sagen... Lange Wartezeiten für teures Essen....

War auf der Durchreise nur zweimal dort und positiv überrascht: Sehr sauberer McDonalds - vor allem der Herr vom WC hat sich sein Trinkgeld redlich verdient👍 - Essen halt wie bei jedem Mc , freundliches Personal was auch "Hallo, Bitte und Danke" kennt, nicht so extrem unpersönlich wie in vielen anderen Filialen.

Direkt an der Autobahn gelegen super zum Pause machen. WCs sind sehr sauber dank dem netten putzmann der immer dort ist. Die Burger waren bis jetzt immer gut bis sehr gut lediglich die pommes ist sehr oft kalt und ungesalzen.

Noch nie einen so aufgeräumten und sauberen Mc Donalds gesehen. Personal sehr freundlich. Essen schnell und frisch zubereitet.

Lots of through traffic due to the motorway, but still very well organized.

Unfortunately, this place doesn't really prioritize freshness, and I ordered there twice. Both times, ALL the burgers were soggy and partially cold. During my studies, I also worked in a fast-food restaurant, so I can say that the burgers had been sitting around for about 30 minutes. The service was friendly and attentive, but that's no good if the product I came for is bad. The place was only semi-clean, which can happen.

Not for vegetarians... Burger King is better if you have to eat this slop.

The food is standard McDonald's fare. Nothing more to add there. But!! The service for takeout was terrible. Something was missing again. At least the third time this year. This time it was a Big Mac with a Big Mac meal. When I called, they offered me yet another generic coupon. That's not the point. And when you bring that up, they just hang up. The worst place ever!!

Everything was fine and efficient on Wednesday around lunchtime, clean, etc. We were only there for a diaper change; the changing area was very clean, and the man working by the restrooms was very friendly and helpful. Otherwise, it was a typical McDonald's; the team seemed well-coordinated, as it's quite busy there. There was a constant flow of people coming and going.

Despite the presence of staff, the toilets were dirty. The women's toilet had fecal matter on it. There was hair and dirt on the partitions and on the floor. Disgusting. And we're supposed to pay for this?

The branch manager's behavior was absolutely outrageous. After waiting an hour for the order, I was snapped at when I inquired about its status. Only after repeated inquiries was the order finally addressed.

I've never experienced such a bad McDonald's. I ordered takeout from the restaurant, and there were nine orders ahead of me. I waited 45 minutes, and all nine orders ahead of mine were assembled incorrectly. Drinks were missing, the wrong burger was ordered, missing food items were delivered, and the food was cold. A woman in front of me waited 60 minutes for a small coffee to go. I took my food to go and checked it inside the restaurant. When I ate it later, the Big Hash Brown was the wrong one, the meat in the McChicken Classic was still frozen inside, and the worst part was the piece of plastic inside the Big Hash Brown. The employees were unfriendly and had limited German language skills. Absolutely not recommended.

Modern McDonald's. Depending on how busy it is, employees sometimes forget parts of the order. It's commendable that they react immediately after being informed, ensuring the customer's satisfaction.

I greet everyone and I want to point out that when you come to this establishment, know that there is a woman working at the cash register who gives toys in the children's set only to acquaintances and she will tell you so (they gave you a book because we only give toys to acquaintances) I am disappointed with the service, she has learned to be rude but not polite! She also told us in the end (When I hear Ukrainians, I don't talk to them) This is how dear Ukrainians are treated by a McDonald's employee!!!!!!

I was just at McDonald's and arrived at the drive-thru at 10:18 AM. There was only one car ahead of me, but I still didn't get served until 10:31 AM. When I gave them my code for my breakfast order, a young employee told me they were out of breakfast. When I explained that I'd already been waiting in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes, I received a curt reply: "Then you'll just have to get there 20 minutes earlier next time." What kind of customer service is that? And not even an apology! Doesn't McDonald's have a guideline for how long it should take to accept an order? To make the customer pay for it in such an unfriendly way is just ridiculous! Especially since it was only a few minutes that weren't my fault…

I have to say, that was a complete disaster. I ordered from you and it took OVER 45 minutes!!! For fries and a burger!!! You can't be serious. I thought fast food meant FAST, but apparently for you it now means "maybe sometime." And then the food was lukewarm, the fries were soggy, and the burger looked like it had been dropped three times. Honestly, it was just pathetic. I don't know what's going on at your place, but this is unacceptable. I almost thought I'd ordered from a fancy restaurant, it took so long – only without the taste.

Unfortunately, I had to wait a good 15 minutes in the drive-thru with only a few cars. The cashier hit the car with a metal piece from the card reader because she was looking elsewhere. The food was only lukewarm. Not recommended.

This morning, November 1st, around 9:57 AM, I had an unpleasant experience at this McDonald's—they tried to cheat me out of my change. My order was 8 euros, I gave them 50 euros, but the cashier only returned 10. The receipt, however, stated I'd paid 20 euros. I immediately noticed the error, but the employees became confused and refused to issue the correct change or a new receipt. I finally insisted on a refund, warning them I'd call the police. After that, they became agitated and suggested I simply cross out the amount on the receipt and write "50," but I refused, demanding an official receipt, which I never received. Advice to everyone: always check your receipts and change. If you notice anything like this, immediately demand a refund or call the police. I strongly urge the restaurant's management to pay attention to their employees: such actions undermine trust in the brand and damage the establishment's reputation.

Attention! You order a McCafe Cappuccino and expect barista quality. Instead, you get a cappuccino from a McDonald's vending machine, which is sold as an MC Café Cappuccino. If you point out this "oversight" to the staff, you'll be treated rudely. They're trying to "just" replace the expensive MC Café with cheap vending machine coffee. If I want that, I can get a coffee at any gas station.

Classic fast food. The decor is quite good, with tables of various sizes, from just two to tables for up to five or six. Parking is adequately large and plentiful.

Ordered at the drive-thru. Of course, you'll get it in the parking lot, but since you've been hiking, you don't feel like walking back to the counter from the back, hungry... now for what happened. I've never experienced an apple turnover that was cold, but more like the sign "be careful, it's hot".... better stay away, the quality is getting worse and worse... if there isn't something missing, then it's cold like today and you're literally vomiting in the sun. As always, it was way too crowded. The food was completely cold. On top of that, almost every order we placed there was forgotten. If you order something via the app with coupons, you can't pay in cash. Apparently everything is supposed to be digital now, what nonsense. The employee at the drive-thru counter who took our order was totally unfriendly. Perhaps they should send the staff for training on customer service, etc. As the saying goes: The customer is king, but you don't notice it at all with them.

A modern restaurant in the typical McDonald's style. The service is courteous; we got a bag without any problems since we couldn't finish everything. Unfortunately, my fries and burger were only lukewarm; we had booked table service at the vending machine. Another unpleasant feature: the entrance had an automatic sliding door, which, of course, was constantly opening and closing, allowing cold, rainy air to constantly come in. It was very uncomfortable, and I was freezing. There was a fan above the door to circulate warm air, but unfortunately, it didn't help. A nice and busy branch in itself, but the door issue cost it an extra star.

From 1 to 5 stars. Two years ago it was a low-level hotel. Now it's truly top-notch. They've worked hard on service and cleanliness.

Today, a wrap was left in my order at the drive-thru. So I went in to sort it out. The manager was so incredibly nice and very competent. Truly great.👍

Food, 4 stars because, as is usual with McDonald's, you get what you see and you now. Service: I've been there several times, and they don't seem to be able to simply put what was ordered in the bag every time. Okay, their own fault. Drove off at the McDonald's drive-thru without looking, but it's not that difficult. Sad and annoying in equal measure.

Standard McDonald's – you know what to expect. The food is the same as everywhere, but the service here was quite efficient, and I got my order quickly despite the high traffic. The place is clean, and tables are cleared immediately. The downside is that seating can be a problem during peak hours, and the drive-thru can get clogged. Overall, though, it's a solid place for a quick meal.

I only got a coffee. It's a shame that the McCafe has an expensive and great portafilter machine, but the coffee actually comes from a fully automatic machine. But that's not the case here alone. The coffee was also lukewarm. The restaurant is fairly new and very clean. The same goes for the restrooms. Everything was very inviting. I'll definitely eat here sometime!

One of the best McDonald's I've visited recently. Super-large and clean restrooms, fresh food, and great service and seating.

This McDonald's is highly recommended. 12 ordering counters, super tidy and very clean, with plenty of servers on site. The servers brought the food very quickly. Super friendly. And it was busy today. By far the best McDonald's so far. Even the restrooms were very clean, and there was a super nice person there. Everything was perfect. Top-notch. Many thanks to all the employees there!

Food, typical McDonald's. What else can you say about the food, service, and atmosphere? The restrooms are always too small anyway, and well, everyone knows the rest 🙃🙂
