This is my favorite McDonald's in the country. I've never once gotten stale McNuggets. Bless you all that work here.

Lots of through traffic due to the motorway, but still very well organized.

Unfortunately, this place doesn't really prioritize freshness, and I ordered there twice. Both times, ALL the burgers were soggy and partially cold. During my studies, I also worked in a fast-food restaurant, so I can say that the burgers had been sitting around for about 30 minutes. The service was friendly and attentive, but that's no good if the product I came for is bad. The place was only semi-clean, which can happen.

The food is standard McDonald's fare. Nothing more to add there. But!! The service for takeout was terrible. Something was missing again. At least the third time this year. This time it was a Big Mac with a Big Mac meal. When I called, they offered me yet another generic coupon. That's not the point. And when you bring that up, they just hang up. The worst place ever!!

Not for vegetarians... Burger King is better if you have to eat this slop.

Everything was fine and efficient on Wednesday around lunchtime, clean, etc. We were only there for a diaper change; the changing area was very clean, and the man working by the restrooms was very friendly and helpful. Otherwise, it was a typical McDonald's; the team seemed well-coordinated, as it's quite busy there. There was a constant flow of people coming and going.

Despite the presence of staff, the toilets were dirty. The women's toilet had fecal matter on it. There was hair and dirt on the partitions and on the floor. Disgusting. And we're supposed to pay for this?

The branch manager's behavior was absolutely outrageous. After waiting an hour for the order, I was snapped at when I inquired about its status. Only after repeated inquiries was the order finally addressed.

I've never experienced such a bad McDonald's. I ordered takeout from the restaurant, and there were nine orders ahead of me. I waited 45 minutes, and all nine orders ahead of mine were assembled incorrectly. Drinks were missing, the wrong burger was ordered, missing food items were delivered, and the food was cold. A woman in front of me waited 60 minutes for a small coffee to go. I took my food to go and checked it inside the restaurant. When I ate it later, the Big Hash Brown was the wrong one, the meat in the McChicken Classic was still frozen inside, and the worst part was the piece of plastic inside the Big Hash Brown. The employees were unfriendly and had limited German language skills. Absolutely not recommended.

Carelessly thrown-together burgers, those curly potatoes already slightly wilted, and a Coke watered down with way too much ice. We often find this sort of thing near highways... 🤮🤮🤮

Modern McDonald's. Depending on how busy it is, employees sometimes forget parts of the order. It's commendable that they react immediately after being informed, ensuring the customer's satisfaction.

I greet everyone and I want to point out that when you come to this establishment, know that there is a woman working at the cash register who gives toys in the children's set only to acquaintances and she will tell you so (they gave you a book because we only give toys to acquaintances) I am disappointed with the service, she has learned to be rude but not polite! She also told us in the end (When I hear Ukrainians, I don't talk to them) This is how dear Ukrainians are treated by a McDonald's employee!!!!!!

I was just at McDonald's and arrived at the drive-thru at 10:18 AM. There was only one car ahead of me, but I still didn't get served until 10:31 AM. When I gave them my code for my breakfast order, a young employee told me they were out of breakfast. When I explained that I'd already been waiting in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes, I received a curt reply: "Then you'll just have to get there 20 minutes earlier next time." What kind of customer service is that? And not even an apology! Doesn't McDonald's have a guideline for how long it should take to accept an order? To make the customer pay for it in such an unfriendly way is just ridiculous! Especially since it was only a few minutes that weren't my fault…

That was just what I needed after a long day in Hanover.

I have to say, that was a complete disaster. I ordered from you and it took OVER 45 minutes!!! For fries and a burger!!! You can't be serious. I thought fast food meant FAST, but apparently for you it now means "maybe sometime." And then the food was lukewarm, the fries were soggy, and the burger looked like it had been dropped three times. Honestly, it was just pathetic. I don't know what's going on at your place, but this is unacceptable. I almost thought I'd ordered from a fancy restaurant, it took so long – only without the taste.

Unfortunately, I had to wait a good 15 minutes in the drive-thru with only a few cars. The cashier hit the car with a metal piece from the card reader because she was looking elsewhere. The food was only lukewarm. Not recommended.

The staff, I mean the girls, are a bit bored and move on... 🥺 as for the man in the bathroom in the white robe, he's annoying, he looks at you, goes into the bathroom after you and also expects a bribe 😂😂 the cleaning is ok!

This morning, November 1st, around 9:57 AM, I had an unpleasant experience at this McDonald's—they tried to cheat me out of my change. My order was 8 euros, I gave them 50 euros, but the cashier only returned 10. The receipt, however, stated I'd paid 20 euros. I immediately noticed the error, but the employees became confused and refused to issue the correct change or a new receipt. I finally insisted on a refund, warning them I'd call the police. After that, they became agitated and suggested I simply cross out the amount on the receipt and write "50," but I refused, demanding an official receipt, which I never received. Advice to everyone: always check your receipts and change. If you notice anything like this, immediately demand a refund or call the police. I strongly urge the restaurant's management to pay attention to their employees: such actions undermine trust in the brand and damage the establishment's reputation.

Attention! You order a McCafe Cappuccino and expect barista quality. Instead, you get a cappuccino from a McDonald's vending machine, which is sold as an MC Café Cappuccino. If you point out this "oversight" to the staff, you'll be treated rudely. They're trying to "just" replace the expensive MC Café with cheap vending machine coffee. If I want that, I can get a coffee at any gas station.

Classic fast food. The decor is quite good, with tables of various sizes, from just two to tables for up to five or six. Parking is adequately large and plentiful.

As always, it was way too crowded. The food was completely cold. On top of that, almost every order we placed there was forgotten. If you order something via the app with coupons, you can't pay in cash. Apparently everything is supposed to be digital now, what nonsense. The employee at the drive-thru counter who took our order was totally unfriendly. Perhaps they should send the staff for training on customer service, etc. As the saying goes: The customer is king, but you don't notice it at all with them.

A modern restaurant in the typical McDonald's style. The service is courteous; we got a bag without any problems since we couldn't finish everything. Unfortunately, my fries and burger were only lukewarm; we had booked table service at the vending machine. Another unpleasant feature: the entrance had an automatic sliding door, which, of course, was constantly opening and closing, allowing cold, rainy air to constantly come in. It was very uncomfortable, and I was freezing. There was a fan above the door to circulate warm air, but unfortunately, it didn't help. A nice and busy branch in itself, but the door issue cost it an extra star.

Even the ice cubes in the drinks had almost melted, from the time the food was handed over (around €30 for everything) to parking and eating straight away, it took less than a minute.... If we hadn't been so hungry after the hike, one of us would have gone to the front, but our legs were aching, etc. We'd barely gotten home when everyone did the seal act and vomited all over everything, and everything came out again... Quality was abysmal, food was ice cold... I've never experienced an apple turnover that was cold, but more like the sign "be careful, it's hot".... better stay away, the quality is getting worse and worse... if there isn't something missing, then it's cold like today and you're literally vomiting in the sun. No thanks 🤮

From 1 to 5 stars. Two years ago it was a low-level hotel. Now it's truly top-notch. They've worked hard on service and cleanliness.

Closed at 1:26 am, even though it was supposed to be open until 2:00 am according to the opening hours online and in the store.

Today, a wrap was left in my order at the drive-thru. So I went in to sort it out. The manager was so incredibly nice and very competent. Truly great.👍

Standard McDonald's – you know what to expect. The food is the same as everywhere, but the service here was quite efficient, and I got my order quickly despite the high traffic. The place is clean, and tables are cleared immediately. The downside is that seating can be a problem during peak hours, and the drive-thru can get clogged. Overall, though, it's a solid place for a quick meal.

I only got a coffee. It's a shame that the McCafe has an expensive and great portafilter machine, but the coffee actually comes from a fully automatic machine. But that's not the case here alone. The coffee was also lukewarm. The restaurant is fairly new and very clean. The same goes for the restrooms. Everything was very inviting. I'll definitely eat here sometime!

Overall, very, very good. I ordered via the app and initially felt a few items were missing from my order. However, I simply let them know and immediately received the missing fries and other items. They were freshly made, and shortly afterward, an employee brought me five different McSundays, even though I hadn't asked for them or ordered them, as an apology to myself and my friends.

The food is good, as at almost every McDonald's. The location, playground, restrooms—everything is a plus. Unfortunately, I'm giving it one less star because I ordered for delivery and no one came to bring it to my table.

The cleanest and best mecca I've ever been to, and I've been to many. It's a large area with a fountain, a children's playground, and nice seating. We only waited 5 minutes for our food. The best thing about this place is that they have outlets with standard, USB, and USB-C ports. Highly recommended.

I stopped here briefly for a snack and a drink. We were coming off the highway and weren't expecting much. This was one of the largest and cleanest McDonald's we've ever seen. Our order was processed quickly, and our complaint about a newly introduced matcha drink was handled promptly and courteously. If we weren't traveling from far away, I would definitely go back to this McDonald's.

A modern McDonald's with friendly staff. By beer garden/terrace, I mean something where you can also sit outside. It has a small water feature in the form of a fountain (water bubbles out of stone slabs and flows underground and back out again) and beautiful lavender plants. I hope I explained the water thing fairly well?! :-) In any case, it's very nicely decorated for a restaurant at a truck stop on the A2.

It was the last time we went here.. they left 2 pies behind again.. I keep doing this, sometimes 2 pies left behind, sometimes 3 pies left behind, sometimes the sauces ordered in addition... joke category.... I would give zero stars if I could

Particularly clean! The restrooms were also very clean. The staff was particularly friendly! They took our trays with a friendly smile to sort the trash, and they made a new Cappuccino Grande without hesitation, as it had been brought in a paper cup rather than a porcelain one. An exceptionally well-run branch!
