It seems to be this fast-food restaurant's surprise gift for takeout orders... You never go back anyway, and it was worth it for them. After this experience, I'll unpack and check the entire bag right in front of them in the future—if I ever go there again.

It's so nice and quiet here and so "spacious." It's just not that cramped, and the aisles are nice and wide. The food was also delivered very quickly and was good. So, for a McDonald's, it's top-notch.

A very nice McDonald's with plenty of ordering kiosks. There's also a large, clean outdoor area. The staff is very friendly and super fast. They also have the cleanest restrooms I've ever seen in a McDonald's. It even smelled good! Kudos to the cleaning staff!

The burger? A masterpiece of fast-food. The fries? Golden yellow and crispy. The soft drink? Ice-cold and refreshing.   I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant. Despite the busyness, the tables shone, and the floor was free of the usual ketchup stains. The restrooms? A place of cleanliness that couldn't be better, even in a five-star hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. A smile here, a kind word there – you felt welcome and appreciated. One employee even brought my order to the table, even though I had ordered it to-go. The food was okay, service was great but the tables weren't washed, the benches were wet and a cloth was used to wipe the tables and benches after the cleaning staff said it was wet and dirty.

When ordering takeaway, everyone should check on the spot to make sure they received everything! This is not the first time that a paid product was missing from our takeaway order. This time, they left out an 8€ Double Big Mack. Unfortunately, we only noticed it at home. Other times, the ordered sauces were not delivered, and even then we only noticed it at home.

The coffee and the hot apple turnover tasted excellent. The restaurant was very clean. It was important for us that we were allowed to take the dog with us, which is prohibited in some North German McDonald's restaurants.

MC D doesn't work anymore. Cheeseburger patty is as thick as cold cuts and as juicy as the sole of a shoe. The Hamburger Royal, which used to be called Quaterpountder in the UK, now has the original format of a cheeseburger. It only costs 4 times as much.

Ordered for pickup in parking lot 1 and paid for with credit card. After 25 minutes of waiting in the car with children, I went in and they told me that nothing had arrived in the system. So I waited in vain!!! No compensation, nothing!!!! Last but not least, I drive home and on the way I notice that a chicken burger is missing! So cheated out of 3.99 euros!!! Shame on your head!!! Nobody in Germany does their job properly anymore, sad!!!

We went to this McDonalds on our way through today. The best MCs we've been to so far. The toilets are so clean, I've never experienced that at a McDonalds before. So it was sparkling clean, it smelled pleasantly of cleaning products and the gentleman who was responsible for keeping the toilets clean was extremely friendly. The staff was there to keep everything clean in the dining area. Clean tables, no leftover food or packaging on the floor. The lady who brought the food to our table was very friendly and later asked again if everything was OK with us. Everything deserves 5 stars (food is MC's food), especially the service.

We ate there with the entire family at lunchtime on January 2nd, 2025 while passing through. This McDonald’s is definitely one of the better ones. Neatly decorated, clean and good service. We ordered on the spot using the app. The food came quickly, even though there was a lot going on. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The quality of the food was typical McDonald’s. We will definitely stop here again.

The nicest and best organized McDonalds around Schaumburg. There really is still service here. People ask if everything is okay and very politely.

So I would have expected more from a large fast food chain. I was there on Mc Drive yesterday, November 29th, 2024. The lady was so unfriendly and was immediately offended that she called her shift manager to make herself feel better. I still have it in my 23 years I have never seen such an unprofessional employee. I should apologize. Where is the customer friendliness? I worked as a shift manager at McDonald's for 5 years and have always had respectful employees in the industry, but I have never seen anything like that The food was cold and I was there again today, November 30th, 2024. This time I was given a medium drink despite the fact that I have a large one in my menu and the toys in the children's menu were not put in either. The food was cold! So please people, it's so hard to work instead of talking about private things, work more decently. I will never enter this store again and I don't recommend anyone to go there!

All in all... A fast-food restaurant, family-friendly, clean and the staff (mostly foreign but German-speaking!!!), very helpful, if something goes wrong, not only the floor is wiped!!! I accidentally swept my XL Cola cups off the table!!! When we asked for a mop, one of the MC Donald's staff immediately came with the mop and wiped the floor, table and everything around it with a grease-dissolving cleaning agent!! For me there was a lot of mukrifiber/felt rags in yellow color, which dried my pants clean in just one minute including a scleral solvent!!! Exemplary!!! The ambience is with internal McCafe, like every other branch nationwide, in a uniform look and clean and comfortably furnished in brown/beige with wall motif pictures on wooden panels!!! Conclusion: Solid fast food restaurant that is open from night to morning and every day!!! Playground is demarcated outside and clearly visible to parents from the inside through the large glass window front!!! Children are protected inside with colorful rubber mats to prevent any injuries from falling while playing!!! Everything tip top!!! Children and parents as well as travelers are welcome and can also go there on the weekend for leisure activities!!! Good connection to the motorway, Bad Nenndorf exit and entrance!!!
