Kentucky Fried Chicken in Barsinghausen

The food came quickly and was OK. But the rest was below average. There wasn't much going on. However, some of the staff preferred to use their free time to look at their cell phones rather than walk through the guest area. Despite there being fewer guests, the tray trolley was overcrowded, which suggests that it had not been cleared away for a long time. The men's room wasn't particularly pleasant to my nose either. Perhaps you should increase the cleaning frequency and/or intensity a little here.

Chose burger without cheese, got it with cheese. Training staff is all well and good, but I think the goal should be when I order a burger that it is hot and not served COLD. Your left drinks machine is giving out something mixed instead of Schwipp Schwapp, I would probably check that. After observing the staff, I assume that the handling of products and cleanliness are given less attention. The men's toilet stinks to high heaven, so you can check the water-free urinal.

The employees can't even count from 1 to 15 anymore. You order 15 filet bites and get 8. When you complain, the employee looks at you like a car and tells the boss "I just made less" and shrugs his shoulders. Sometimes you wait almost an hour for your order. Math isn't their thing either. First the cash given was entered incorrectly into the cash register and then not enough change was given. The most incompetent employees I have ever seen.

Normal KFC, there was nothing wrong with the premises or the food, only the drinks were unusually warm compared to other KFCs. Even on a second visit a month later, the drinks are still virtually unchilled. The cold water in the toilet is significantly colder than the soft drinks. When I asked, I was told that the temperature is normal and unfortunately nothing can be done about it. Unfortunately there were no ice cubes. So lukewarm cola again...

Our son was looking forward to eating at KFC again. It started at the terminal and we swallowed how expensive it was, and no card payment was possible. I then paid at the checkout, where an unfriendly and unmotivated employee initially ignored me. During this time my men looked for a place, which unfortunately wasn't easy because there was leftover food everywhere, both on the tables and on the floor. Only water came out of the drink dispensers and when we told the employee only "Pepsi comes from the left one" which we didn't want. The burgers were OK, the fries unfortunately less so. These were cold and tasted like old frying fat. One of the chicken pieces we ordered was missing. Since we had already lost our desire and appetite, we didn't complain again. There won't be a next time here for us.

The store is just dirty. The food was a little more like lukewarm, the nuggets weren't nearly crispy, the cola was warm. No matter which table you wanted to use, it just stuck with dirt. The drink dispensers were sticky and dirty. In the men's toilet you were greeted by a pungent smell of ammonia, I didn't even want to look into the kitchen area. The shop simply needs to be closed. It's a shame about the money you spend there.

To save time, I ordered via the app and wanted to pick up at the drive-thru. I was skillfully ignored at the drive-in, so I ended up going into the branch. The service at the counter was unfriendly, but my order was processed quickly. Too fast, because (yes, you should look on site) two portions of fries were missing at home and two burgers were soggy (a five minute drive)... And that at a total price of almost 35 euros... Something like that shouldn't happen happen. Conclusion: I won't go here again.

Food has now become very, very disgusting. I love KFC and enjoy eating it every time. But this KFC has become excessively bad in the last few years and now it has reached its peak. Employees also unfriendly, had bad experiences and were always given chances, but it only got worse.

When you go to KFC you actually look forward to delicious American-style chicken pieces. In this branch, this joy and appetite disappeared immediately. Disgusting tables (not cleaned). The food was cold and not seasoned. The employees were unfriendly. The toilet smelled like Orin. And the whole floor was full of some sweet drinks (the shoes stuck afterwards) I went in hungry and left again!!!!!

Slow service, the drinks dispenser has been broken for days and is spraying the drinks out the side. Therefore the floor is totally sticky, staff were informed of this and nothing happened. Furthermore, the air in the room is very bad and there is no proper ventilation.

We went to KFC Barsinghausen for the first time today and, to be honest, I've never come across a juice shop like this before. The food...crispy nuggets, very tender meat but the breading had the same consistency. The kids menu was great in planning but the execution is beyond pathetic. When we asked about the toy advertised, we were told we didn't have any toys. (Of course they were happy to accept the money for this and didn't offer anything that would "compensate" it in any way) The crispy burger, two nuggets in the old-fashioned way in the consistency of the bun, carelessly sprinkled with ketchup and we have a burger for just under 3 euros. Drinks, to say the least, the plörre tastes like stale water that briefly met a drop of syrup. Milkshake, or as it is popularly called, melted soft ice cream. Some varieties don't exist, others are scraped together in such a way that they ultimately have no taste at all. Cleanliness is a sensitive issue, obviously not one here!!! The men's toilet smells terrible, it's clearly a toilet but the smell is so bad that you have to hold your breath. IT'S NOT POSSIBLE!!! Especially not in a "restaurant". The soap dispenser was empty so you found your way into the anteroom of the women's toilet. It doesn't smell that bad here, but the cleanliness is different. The drink dispensers were completely splattered all around and not just since the customer in front of us. The tables seem to be wiped at irregular intervals if at all. All in all it's dirty, the food wasn't even remotely worth the €40 for 3 people and it was the first but certainly the last visit!!! In the future, we'll prefer to take the popular version right next door - irritatingly, even the chicken tastes better here🤔 One thing I would like to emphasize, however, is the staff (at least the one we spoke to briefly was friendly)

Unfortunately it doesn't taste like KFC. The bites are too seasoned and the crispies taste like nothing. All of the drinks had no fizz and when we were informed, nothing was done. I'm disappointed!!

The employee (with the Chicken Tikka Massala accent) at the drive is the most correct employee in the entire KFC store. We've been there 3 times in a short space of time (I'm obsessed) and went through the drive every time. Very correct employee. I paid with Apple Pay, made a fool of myself the first 2 times and said “€16.99 please” My best friend next to me figured it out straight away, but I was really surprised “Huh, I paid” The 3rd time he gave us 2 Free drinks given. And even then I thought, “Huh, we didn’t drink at all.” Very, very correct employee.

We ordered a bucket of mixed fried chicken and fried potatoes, but apparently, the spicy wings weren’t ready, and we had to wait over 10 minutes for our order. I don’t mind waiting, even though it’s supposed to be fast food. The real issue was that they left the fried chicken and potatoes on the tray the entire time, and when the wings were finally ready, they added them to the cold bucket. As a result, we ended up eating only the wings, as the rest was cold and pretty much inedible. To make things worse, the toilets and tables were super dirty, with no soap and no toilet paper in the female bathrooms. It was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish.

I have never experienced such disastrous conditions in a fast food restaurant. It was dirty (tables not cleared, not wiped). The drinks must have the wrong mixing ratio. The breading was undercooked and the fries were bad. Extremely bad!!!!

It's no longer the same as it was at the beginning. Hardly any staff and they can hardly speak German. The chicken pieces no longer taste as seasoned as they did back then. Fries very dark and lukewarm, but the cola was too warm. The table we were sitting at was clean, but the floor was even dirtier. Then I saw that the area around the drinks dispenser had been cleaned with disinfectant, that's ok. But the drinks dispenser was then wiped off with the same rag. I lost my desire to drink. All in all, it's clear to me that I don't need to go there anymore. I'd rather go to the neighbor's, it's definitely cleaner there.

I have never experienced such a bad Kentucky store. Of the 4 order columns, 3 were broken. It wasn't possible to order at the counter because the waitress couldn't operate the cash register. The drinks were warm. When asked, they say "I can't change it either." At the time of our stay, 6 people left the store without ordering. We go to Kentucky a lot, but we haven't experienced this yet.

Great place to eat. Quick to prepare and delicious. I go to Kentucky often, it's better than Mc D or BK.

Very disorganized, possibly overwhelmed, parts of the order were not there for several people, the drinks tap was unclean. We won't be coming back.

Unfriendly staff who don't enjoy their work and rather enjoy scaring away customers with inflexibility and stupid comments. Puree was inedible and prices were definitely overpriced for quality. This was our last visit here in Bad Nenndorf!!!

I'm visiting friends. Ordered online to pick up and paid over €50. The staff forgot half of it on site. It was then done in a rightly bad mood. Honestly, if I pay in advance, I want to have what I ordered...then be home within three minutes. Fries completely cold... Which isn't surprising since they weren't really cooked through either. The shop looks very run down. Drinks machines for self-filling are broken. I got my drink at the counter and it was at room temperature and no longer carbonated. Air conditioning and men's toilet also broken. The children's slide looks totally shabby and the whole store looks as if the owner is taking every cent out of the company and has no interest in maintaining the value of the premises. The chicken was okay, the fries were totally over salted. Better go over to McDonalds.

Unfortunately the experience wasn't that great. A colleague spoke German, but he was busy with everything other than supporting the two women who spoke less German. The ones that weren't hard and brown were cold and rubbery. The twister's wrapper (if that's what it's called) was burnt and left a nice charcoal taste. I was able to wash this down with a lukewarm cola syrup drink; Mirinda, which I preferred, was not available at both dispensers. Donors spray the clothes and everything around them, it looks great. If I had paid for this rubbish (almost 12 euros) myself, I would have turned around on the train and thrown everything on the counter. Just ate there, in between I wasn't sure whether we were at KFC or the petting zoo. A few furry friends smiled friendly at us with their little googly eyes outside under the play tower, which children had been playing with a few minutes before. (see pictures) As trusting as the little furry friends were and according to the branch manager's statements (conjecture based on his clothes) "you can't do anything" "they play football here at night" "as big as a cat", it can be assumed that the little or Even big guys have been up to mischief there for a long time. I haven't seen such a dirty KFC in a long time. 2 of 4 order terminals, men's toilet and a drinks machine broken. 4 of the products ordered and paid for were not available at all. When asked, only succinct answers were given and replacement products were simply ordered on a tray. Definitely my last visit to this really badly managed KFC.

Overpaid for bad experience. Waited 45+ min, IT-issues, milkshake cup covered in chocolate, fries bland, hidden charges for sauce, got different sauces than I ordered.. last time KFC for a while..

The place seemed clean, although I wasn't in the sanitary rooms or on the terrace. I didn't even look into the kitchen. The two employees who served me were friendly. The actual food was ok, but the cola tasted stale and stale, with far too little carbonation. Thirst drove half of it into me. This was a fast food restaurant with the worst organization and the slowest service imaginable. The staff behind the counter moved as if they were in a trance. The order management system wasn’t working, so they placed the receipts on the counter and randomly chose which orders to fulfill. If someone didn’t pick up their order (how could they, with the notification screen not working?), they would move the contents of that order to another tray and serve it cold to someone else. We waited over 50 minutes for three Twisters and a few strips. People who ordered long after us received their orders much earlier. It was only when we approached a staff member, showed them our receipt, and they managed to find it on the counter, that our order was finally prepared. This was our second attempt—on the first, they couldn’t find our receipt and just shrugged. In my opinion, the only way to eat there is via the drive-thru. This KFC is a disgrace. Whoever is managing the franchises should sort out this mess.

Wir hätten gewarnt sein müssen... McDonalds gegenüber war gut gefüllt, dieser KFC nicht. Sehr unfreundliches Personal, der deutschen Sprache willentlich nicht mächtig, enorme Wartezeiten, geschlossene Hertentoilette, geschlossene Tür zum Außenbereich, eine absolut ranzige Kinderrutsche- all das haben wir soeben erlebt. Das Essen war bestenfalls mäßig, die Getränke warm, die Pommes nicht lang genug frittiert. Unsere Tochter wollte ein MezzoMix, heraus kam eine Mirinda, die vor Farbstoff nur so strotzte! Unser Fazit: Wir machen bestimmt nie wieder hier Rast .

The attendant today, 08/12/2024 at 2:45 pm, a young guy with sideways hair, made 4 wrong orders for 4 different people, everyone in the place looked at him because it was clear he didn't want to be there in my room. He put me to sit down and informed him that he was delivery, he transferred it from the tray to the bag, picking up the food and dropping it on the counter and returning to the bag The potatoes that fell, I didn't replace them, I refused to take them and left, I just won't come back password 196 paid today

We have been stopping here on our vacation home for many years. In most cases we also eat here. Yesterday we visited the restaurant again. It was very apparent that there was a lot going on throughout the day (we were there around 9pm). The display of which dishes are in progress and which are ready for pickup has not been updated for a long time. We had to wait a long time for the food. While preparing it at the counter, an employee dropped a piece of chicken several times - he always had to get a new piece. Many people were waiting. Things weren't progressing. When I finally had the two dishes, I wanted to bottle another drink. The machine on the right seemed empty, only brown water came out instead of Pepsi. I asked if they could give me a new cup. However, I was only supposed to dump the cup at the machine and use the other one. However, there were at least 5 people waiting in line who wanted to fill several cups. Because of the very dirty surroundings, I decided not to have the drink. Before we continued, I wanted to visit the toilet. Here too, dirt on dirt! There was no soap, no way to dry my hands and the toilet I used was dirty and the toilet seat was broken. Overall, it made me stop going to this restaurant. Over the many years we have been resting there, it has deteriorated extremely.

When we entered we noticed the dirty entrance door. The EC card reader at the terminal for ordering was broken and we had to pay at the checkout after a long wait. Since the cashier also handled the service. Family bucket and burger dish got spicy but wasn't ordered but unfortunately only discovered in the car. (And I told him extra when paying..NOT SPICY) Both drinks machines were defective and very dirty. Several cups were left half full with leftover drinks in front of them. Probably tapping attempts from other customers. After a long wait, someone finally came and said that it would be fine again.... Well, water came out and a slightly colored broth... should probably be Pepsi. There were also only zero drinks at the terminal...sorry guys, that was my last visit to KFC in Barsinghausen.

Disaster, Drinks not cold, service subpar

By far the rancidest KFC that can probably be found in all of Germany. Half an hour before closing time there is no more food (even though you have already ordered online). Tables look like they have never been wiped down. Inside and outside it looks like a garbage dump. Staff super incompetent, unfriendly and absolutely not in the mood.

Dirty shop at 11:15 p.m. they stopped taking orders even though they were open until midnight.

Biggest juice shop! Nothing baked. Neither serving the right food nor keeping to the opening hours. Waiting time at least 20 minutes at the store!

This KFC was not good. Employees seemed unmotivated and did not have a friendly demeanor. Burger was cold and not completely wrapped, when this was pointed out to the employee at the checkout, he spoke about it with other colleagues in a different language. We then got a new one. The women's toilets had not been checked for a while (no soap, no paper for hands and toilet paper distributed everywhere, trash cans not emptied). The men's toilet was broken and the disabled toilet was provided as an alternative. This was also not checked for a long time (toilet paper was missing, paper for the hands was missing, toilet seat was broken).

there is no air conditioning, they only have a chair for the child, they don't have umbrellas outside at the tables, the food is very expensive and scarce.

The service was really very nice and took care of our concerns

The burger wasn't cooked through, the service was super unfriendly, there were only three drinks to choose from (all zero), the fries were cold and carelessly thrown onto the tray and everything was super dirty. Worst fast food visit ever!

the food was very good and fresh, it tasted so delicious! 👌🏾it is unfortunate that their wasn't an air-conditioning, it was hot and not comfortable there, we left as soon we could because of that :( our littlest son played in the playground they have which was a plus :)

You have to wait an hour to pick up your food, the staff have no idea what they are doing and fulfill orders in random order (or from the left because they just throw the receipts on the counter), the drinks are watered down. When an order stands for a long time, they use it to complete new ones. There was no opportunity to use the men's toilet because it was locked with a chain. If you have to eat here, I recommend waiting 10 minutes and then asking the employee how long you have to wait. The reaction is immediate and they start implementing it immediately.
