Very bad food. Chicken was very dry and didn't seem like it was freshly prepared. The chicken on the burger was 70% breading and didn't even come close to covering the size of the bread. The fries were okay but considering the price the performance was incredibly poor. It's no longer on my table.

Deceiving at first glance. When we arrived there was a strong smell of grease outside and we had to think twice about going in. However, there was no trace of the initial smell inside the restaurant and nothing stood in the way of eating.

Shocking conditions at KFC Barsinghausen: Old fat, hair in the food and harsh answers A simple visit to KFC Barsinghausen was supposed to provide a quick meal, but the experience turned out to be a prime example of poor hygiene and poor customer service. The bitter taste of the fried chicken was noticeable from the first bite. The reason for this quickly became clear: old frying oil. In response to my complaint, the shift manager initially assured me that the oil would be changed daily. She disappeared into the kitchen, ostensibly to take photos for evidence, and returned with the astonishing realization: the oil had “not been changed for a few days.” They promised to fix the problem immediately. Old fat remains old fat I waited patiently for a fresh portion, but the new chicken pieces still tasted like old fat. It turns out that the oil was apparently just filtered, not actually changed. When asked, the branch manager confirmed this practice and explained that the oil was filtered regularly. However, the bitter, spicy finish of the meal told a different story. Complaints? “Other guests are waiting too! A second complaint was harshly rejected with the comment that “other guests were also waiting for their orders.” Two women who overheard the conversation also asked for fresh chicken pieces made from new oil. Her request was simply ignored - an irritating scene that further tarnished the already tarnished image of customer service. Hair in the food and questionable refund practices A look at Google reviews confirms that such incidents are no exception. Many guests report hair in their food, unfriendly staff and a lack of cleanliness: - “Hair in the chicken, no apology, but a stroppy answer.” - “Old, rancid frying oil – inedible!” - “Toilets in an appalling condition, tables not cleared for ages.” After this experience I finally asked for my money back. After some initial hesitation I received the refund, but the height of audacity was the demand to return the now cold fries before I could get the money back. Customer service looks different. Conclusion: Immediate need for action The incidents shine a bright light on the hygiene standards and quality assurance at KFC Barsinghausen. There is an urgent need for management to take action - from regular oil changes to staff training to better response to complaints. Without these changes, this location risks becoming a negative example among fast food restaurants. After all, guests expect fresh food and respectful treatment - no disappointments across the board.

Everything is nice and clean and the food is great!

I have never encountered a long queue of people ordering there.. it is done quite efficiently and the waiting time for the food is relatively short.. you can eat there or take it with you.. on warmer days you can eat your order outside.. there is also a large parking lot .. I highly recommend the place

Terrible! The food was okay, but the service that was provided that day was unbelievable! I ordered 3x 9 wings and each one was missing at least 3-4 wings. My corn cob was still frozen!!! It was icy on top and there was no music playing in the store. No recommendation.

Unfortunately we were in a bit of a hurry, so we decided to do the drive in. After 5 minutes, no employee answered. We then drove past the two payment/dispensing windows - no staff to be seen here either. A couple was dining in the restaurant. We were there about an hour and a half after the store opened. Unfortunately we drove on hungry.

A catastrophe. I drove to Wolfsburg to pick up the car. I drove here to quickly get something to eat and it was like a pig stole everything. The people were unfriendly. I didn't take a photo of the food, but it was half raw. I almost had to throw up

The food came quickly and was OK. But the rest was below average. There wasn't much going on. However, some of the staff preferred to use their free time to look at their cell phones rather than walk through the guest area. Despite there being fewer guests, the tray trolley was overcrowded, which suggests that it had not been cleared away for a long time. The men's room wasn't particularly pleasant to my nose either. Perhaps you should increase the cleaning frequency and/or intensity a little here.

Chose burger without cheese, got it with cheese. Training staff is all well and good, but I think the goal should be when I order a burger that it is hot and not served COLD. Your left drinks machine is giving out something mixed instead of Schwipp Schwapp, I would probably check that. After observing the staff, I assume that the handling of products and cleanliness are given less attention. The men's toilet stinks to high heaven, so you can check the water-free urinal.

The employees can't even count from 1 to 15 anymore. You order 15 filet bites and get 8. When you complain, the employee looks at you like a car and tells the boss "I just made less" and shrugs his shoulders. Sometimes you wait almost an hour for your order. Math isn't their thing either. First the cash given was entered incorrectly into the cash register and then not enough change was given. The most incompetent employees I have ever seen.

Normal KFC, there was nothing wrong with the premises or the food, only the drinks were unusually warm compared to other KFCs. Even on a second visit a month later, the drinks are still virtually unchilled. The cold water in the toilet is significantly colder than the soft drinks. When I asked, I was told that the temperature is normal and unfortunately nothing can be done about it. Unfortunately there were no ice cubes. So lukewarm cola again...

Our son was looking forward to eating at KFC again. It started at the terminal and we swallowed how expensive it was, and no card payment was possible. I then paid at the checkout, where an unfriendly and unmotivated employee initially ignored me. During this time my men looked for a place, which unfortunately wasn't easy because there was leftover food everywhere, both on the tables and on the floor. Only water came out of the drink dispensers and when we told the employee only "Pepsi comes from the left one" which we didn't want. The burgers were OK, the fries unfortunately less so. These were cold and tasted like old frying fat. One of the chicken pieces we ordered was missing. Since we had already lost our desire and appetite, we didn't complain again. There won't be a next time here for us.

The store is just dirty. The food was a little more like lukewarm, the nuggets weren't nearly crispy, the cola was warm. No matter which table you wanted to use, it just stuck with dirt. Food has now become very, very disgusting. I love KFC and enjoy eating it every time. But this KFC has become excessively bad in the last few years and now it has reached its peak. Employees also unfriendly, had bad experiences and were always given chances, but it only got worse.

To save time, I ordered via the app and wanted to pick up at the drive-thru. I was skillfully ignored at the drive-in, so I ended up going into the branch. The service at the counter was unfriendly, but my order was processed quickly. Too fast, because (yes, you should look on site) two portions of fries were missing at home and two burgers were soggy (a five minute drive)... And that at a total price of almost 35 euros... Something like that shouldn't happen happen. Conclusion: I won't go here again.

When you go to KFC you actually look forward to delicious American-style chicken pieces. In this branch, this joy and appetite disappeared immediately. Slow service, the drinks dispenser has been broken for days and is spraying the drinks out the side. Therefore the floor is totally sticky, staff were informed of this and nothing happened. Furthermore, the air in the room is very bad and there is no proper ventilation.

We went to KFC Barsinghausen for the first time today and, to be honest, I've never come across a juice shop like this before. The food...crispy nuggets, very tender meat but the breading had the same consistency. The kids menu was great in planning but the execution is beyond pathetic. When we asked about the toy advertised, we were told we didn't have any toys. (Of course they were happy to accept the money for this and didn't offer anything that would "compensate" it in any way) The crispy burger, two nuggets in the old-fashioned way in the consistency of the bun, carelessly sprinkled with ketchup and we have a burger for just under 3 euros. Drinks, to say the least, the plörre tastes like stale water that briefly met a drop of syrup. Milkshake, or as it is popularly called, melted soft ice cream. Some varieties don't exist, others are scraped together in such a way that they ultimately have no taste at all. Cleanliness is a sensitive issue, obviously not one here!!! The men's toilet smells terrible, it's clearly a toilet but the smell is so bad that you have to hold your breath. IT'S NOT POSSIBLE!!! Especially not in a "restaurant". The soap dispenser was empty so you found your way into the anteroom of the women's toilet. It doesn't smell that bad here, but the cleanliness is different. The drink dispensers were completely splattered all around and not just since the customer in front of us. The tables seem to be wiped at irregular intervals if at all. All in all it's dirty, the food wasn't even remotely worth the €40 for 3 people and it was the first but certainly the last visit!!! In the future, we'll prefer to take the popular version right next door - irritatingly, even the chicken tastes better here🤔 One thing I would like to emphasize, however, is the staff (at least the one we spoke to briefly was friendly)

Unfortunately it doesn't taste like KFC. The bites are too seasoned and the crispies taste like nothing. All of the drinks had no fizz and when we were informed, nothing was done. I'm disappointed!!

The employee (with the Chicken Tikka Massala accent) at the drive is the most correct employee in the entire KFC store. We've been there 3 times in a short space of time (I'm obsessed) and went through the drive every time. Very correct employee. I paid with Apple Pay, made a fool of myself the first 2 times and said “€16.99 please” My best friend next to me figured it out straight away, but I was really surprised “Huh, I paid” The 3rd time he gave us 2 Free drinks given. And even then I thought, “Huh, we didn’t drink at all.” Very, very correct employee.

Unfortunately, that wasn't a good experience. Chippy fries, broken cooling system for cola, hot sauce sold out, no soap in both toilets. It's a shame, so no recommendation

We ordered a bucket of mixed fried chicken and fried potatoes, but apparently, the spicy wings weren’t ready, and we had to wait over 10 minutes for our order. I don’t mind waiting, even though it’s supposed to be fast food. The real issue was that they left the fried chicken and potatoes on the tray the entire time, and when the wings were finally ready, they added them to the cold bucket. As a result, we ended up eating only the wings, as the rest was cold and pretty much inedible. To make things worse, the toilets and tables were super dirty, with no soap and no toilet paper in the female bathrooms. It was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish.

I have never experienced such disastrous conditions in a fast food restaurant. It was dirty (tables not cleared, not wiped). The drinks must have the wrong mixing ratio. The breading was undercooked and the fries were bad. Extremely bad!!!!

It's no longer the same as it was at the beginning. Hardly any staff and they can hardly speak German. The chicken pieces no longer taste as seasoned as they did back then. Fries very dark and lukewarm, but the cola was too warm. The table we were sitting at was clean, but the floor was even dirtier. Then I saw that the area around the drinks dispenser had been cleaned with disinfectant, that's ok. But the drinks dispenser was then wiped off with the same rag. I lost my desire to drink. All in all, it's clear to me that I don't need to go there anymore. I'd rather go to the neighbor's, it's definitely cleaner there.

I have never experienced such a bad Kentucky store. Of the 4 order columns, 3 were broken. It wasn't possible to order at the counter because the waitress couldn't operate the cash register. The drinks were warm. When asked, they say "I can't change it either." At the time of our stay, 6 people left the store without ordering. We go to Kentucky a lot, but we haven't experienced this yet.

Great place to eat. Quick to prepare and delicious. I go to Kentucky often, it's better than Mc D or BK.

I'm visiting friends. Ordered online to pick up and paid over €50. The staff forgot half of it on site. It was then done in a rightly bad mood. Honestly, if I pay in advance, I want to have what I ordered...then be home within three minutes. Fries completely cold... Which isn't surprising since they weren't really cooked through either. The shop looks very run down. Drinks machines for self-filling are broken. I got my drink at the counter and it was at room temperature and no longer carbonated. Air conditioning and men's toilet also broken. The children's slide looks totally shabby and the whole store looks as if the owner is taking every cent out of the company and has no interest in maintaining the value of the premises. The chicken was okay, the fries were totally over salted. Better go over to McDonalds.

It's a motorway rest area, which is probably why the toilets are dirty and the men's toilet is broken. The staff seemed inexperienced and understaffed.
