Kentucky Fried Chicken in Barsinghausen

I went there yesterday with my girlfriend, and we both ordered the "Squid Game" combo meal. Unfortunately, neither burger came with a salad, and one burger was missing the pink bun that's typical for this meal. Instead, they used a completely different bun, which wasn't what was advertised. When I asked about it, they simply said that the ingredients weren't currently in stock and wouldn't be available until tomorrow. When I asked what they could do about it, they simply said, "There's nothing they can do." Very rude and completely unaccommodating. You don't get what you ordered—and you pay full price for it. The restaurant was also pretty dirty. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I'd love to give it 0 stars.

I got cold, dry fries. Too expensive for such unappetizing food. It didn't taste good. I had a milkshake, and the outside of the entire cup was covered in chocolate. The mashed potatoes were so disgusting. I have no idea what was in it. It was way too warm inside. Kudos to the employees for not getting heatstroke yet.

Bloody hot once you enter. Toilet was bloody smelly. People here don’t smile. All were rude and poker faced. They shouted numbers like calling children. Pls clean the toilet, damn!

Disgusting and criminal. We were served expired food here today. The best-before date was simply pasted over and falsified. This isn't an accident; it's intentional fraud and a threat to the health of every single customer. How can and should a store like this still be open? Disgusting, irresponsible, and absolutely unacceptable. A complaint would be more than justified. Reports to the relevant authorities will follow. I wish you the best of luck with the business inspection, including the food inspection.

Very small menus compared to other KFC other much better locations

Very good food and the employee Markus was a 10/10 in service he is super friendly and is highly motivated for that he should honestly be honored

It used to be a very clean place, but for the past four or five years, it's been run down. The staff speak almost no German. If you ask them something, they won't understand. The self-service drinks machine is very unhygienic and barely cleaned. There's always something missing from every third order, and the food isn't prepared with love anymore.

The chicken wasn't crispy and the burger was relatively dry. The atmosphere was good.

The order terminals are confusing. The staff didn't want to help even though there were hardly any guests there. I was there twice, the first and last time.

We had to wait about 20 minutes for an ordinary order, the staff seemed disoriented and demotivated... after we were finally served, the order wasn't even complete! The food wasn't really warm either, apparently the drive-thru is preferred and the food cools down on the shelves until the customer pushes for their order! The counter advertises: 3 free hot wings for 5 stars on Google - that certainly won't solve the problems in the restaurant!

The shop looks very run down. Drinks machines for self-filling are broken. I got my drink at the counter and it was at room temperature and no longer carbonated. Air conditioning and men's toilet also broken. The children's slide looks totally shabby and the whole store looks as if the owner is taking every cent out of the company and has no interest in maintaining the value of the premises. The chicken was okay, the fries were totally over salted. Better go over to McDonalds.

That was the worst KFC I've been to. As a customer there you are worthless, eating cold and inedible food. The food was cold and the fries tasted old The staff was very unreasonable and very unfriendly. When I pointed this out to the staff, they told me it wasn't our problem. And the toilets are very dirty. This store is not recommended .FF.

They waited a long time. They messed up our order - they gave us the wrong burger and spicy wings instead of legs. There were a lot of people in the restaurant and not enough staff, so most likely because of this there were delays and incorrect issuing of orders. Restaurant management needs to better plan the number of employees.

This KFC restaurant is really very bad and my family won't go there again! We waited forever for food and the employees seemed very disorganized. The digital scoreboard wasn't being used and was full of outdated pickup numbers, so we didn't know when it was our turn. Our food was ready 45 minutes after we ordered. Unfortunately, three things were missing, but they were given to us later without any problems. The food was mediocre with positive and negative aspects. The Colonel Original Burger was particularly bad: totally oversalted and not at all tasty. A burger the world doesn't need! Unfortunately, the puree wasn't that tasty either: very dry and sticky... In addition, the men's toilet was extremely dirty and there was no soap. I'll give KFC another chance somewhere else, but definitely not here anymore!

Very bad food. Chicken was very dry and didn't seem like it was freshly prepared. The chicken on the burger was 70% breading and didn't even come close to covering the size of the bread. The fries were okay but considering the price the performance was incredibly poor. It's no longer on my table.

Deceiving at first glance. When we arrived there was a strong smell of grease outside and we had to think twice about going in. However, there was no trace of the initial smell inside the restaurant and nothing stood in the way of eating.

Shocking conditions at KFC Barsinghausen: Old fat, hair in the food and harsh answers A simple visit to KFC Barsinghausen was supposed to provide a quick meal, but the experience turned out to be a prime example of poor hygiene and poor customer service. The bitter taste of the fried chicken was noticeable from the first bite. The reason for this quickly became clear: old frying oil. In response to my complaint, the shift manager initially assured me that the oil would be changed daily. She disappeared into the kitchen, ostensibly to take photos for evidence, and returned with the astonishing realization: the oil had “not been changed for a few days.” They promised to fix the problem immediately. Old fat remains old fat I waited patiently for a fresh portion, but the new chicken pieces still tasted like old fat. It turns out that the oil was apparently just filtered, not actually changed. When asked, the branch manager confirmed this practice and explained that the oil was filtered regularly. However, the bitter, spicy finish of the meal told a different story. Complaints? “Other guests are waiting too! A second complaint was harshly rejected with the comment that “other guests were also waiting for their orders.” Two women who overheard the conversation also asked for fresh chicken pieces made from new oil. Her request was simply ignored - an irritating scene that further tarnished the already tarnished image of customer service. Hair in the food and questionable refund practices A look at Google reviews confirms that such incidents are no exception. Many guests report hair in their food, unfriendly staff and a lack of cleanliness: - “Hair in the chicken, no apology, but a stroppy answer.” - “Old, rancid frying oil – inedible!” - “Toilets in an appalling condition, tables not cleared for ages.” After this experience I finally asked for my money back. After some initial hesitation I received the refund, but the height of audacity was the demand to return the now cold fries before I could get the money back. Customer service looks different. Conclusion: Immediate need for action The incidents shine a bright light on the hygiene standards and quality assurance at KFC Barsinghausen. There is an urgent need for management to take action - from regular oil changes to staff training to better response to complaints. Without these changes, this location risks becoming a negative example among fast food restaurants. After all, guests expect fresh food and respectful treatment - no disappointments across the board.

Everything is nice and clean and the food is great!

I have never encountered a long queue of people ordering there.. it is done quite efficiently and the waiting time for the food is relatively short.. you can eat there or take it with you.. on warmer days you can eat your order outside.. there is also a large parking lot .. I highly recommend the place

Terrible! The food was okay, but the service that was provided that day was unbelievable! I ordered 3x 9 wings and each one was missing at least 3-4 wings. My corn cob was still frozen!!! It was icy on top and there was no music playing in the store. No recommendation.

The food tastes great there but customers often have to wait a long time to order. But there is a young lady, about 18, who works at the cash register in a very friendly manner, but I don't want to write her name in public.

TOTAL FUCK!!! 😤😤😤 There was almost NO sauce on it at all; I've never experienced anything like that; I also paid 3.99 euros for it... Schwipp came out of the drinks machine instead of Schwipp; an orange, non-carbonated, warm puree!! NEVER AGAIN this KFC!!! 😤😤😤AVOID ABSOLUTELY!!! The “hygiene CONDITIONS” that were VISIBLE even from IN FRONT of the counter were absolutely DISGUSTING!! EVERY Indian Street Kitchen has MORE cleanliness!!! 🤮🤮🤮 I will notify KFC headquarters about this location!!! (I'm NOT a person who's "into" writing bad reviews (PLEASE LOOK AT MY PROFILE!!), BUT this branch urgently needs to be CLOSED, or repositioned under DIFFERENT "management"!! Unfortunately we were in a bit of a hurry, so we decided to do the drive in. After 5 minutes, no employee answered. We then drove past the two payment/dispensing windows - no staff to be seen here either. A couple was dining in the restaurant. We were there about an hour and a half after the store opened. Unfortunately we drove on hungry.

A catastrophe. I drove to Wolfsburg to pick up the car. I drove here to quickly get something to eat and it was like a pig stole everything. The people were unfriendly. I didn't take a photo of the food, but it was half raw. I almost had to throw up

The food came quickly and was OK. But the rest was below average. There wasn't much going on. However, some of the staff preferred to use their free time to look at their cell phones rather than walk through the guest area. Despite there being fewer guests, the tray trolley was overcrowded, which suggests that it had not been cleared away for a long time. The men's room wasn't particularly pleasant to my nose either. Perhaps you should increase the cleaning frequency and/or intensity a little here.

Chose burger without cheese, got it with cheese. Training staff is all well and good, but I think the goal should be when I order a burger that it is hot and not served COLD. Your left drinks machine is giving out something mixed instead of Schwipp Schwapp, I would probably check that. After observing the staff, I assume that the handling of products and cleanliness are given less attention. The men's toilet stinks to high heaven, so you can check the water-free urinal.

The employees can't even count from 1 to 15 anymore. You order 15 filet bites and get 8. When you complain, the employee looks at you like a car and tells the boss "I just made less" and shrugs his shoulders. Sometimes you wait almost an hour for your order. Math isn't their thing either. First the cash given was entered incorrectly into the cash register and then not enough change was given. The most incompetent employees I have ever seen.

Normal KFC, there was nothing wrong with the premises or the food, only the drinks were unusually warm compared to other KFCs. Even on a second visit a month later, the drinks are still virtually unchilled. The cold water in the toilet is significantly colder than the soft drinks. When I asked, I was told that the temperature is normal and unfortunately nothing can be done about it. Unfortunately there were no ice cubes. So lukewarm cola again...

We really enjoyed it and would love to come back when we are nearby

Our son was looking forward to eating at KFC again. It started at the terminal and we swallowed how expensive it was, and no card payment was possible. I then paid at the checkout, where an unfriendly and unmotivated employee initially ignored me. During this time my men looked for a place, which unfortunately wasn't easy because there was leftover food everywhere, both on the tables and on the floor. Only water came out of the drink dispensers and when we told the employee only "Pepsi comes from the left one" which we didn't want. The burgers were OK, the fries unfortunately less so. These were cold and tasted like old frying fat. One of the chicken pieces we ordered was missing. Since we had already lost our desire and appetite, we didn't complain again. There won't be a next time here for us.

The store is just dirty. The food was a little more like lukewarm, the nuggets weren't nearly crispy, the cola was warm. No matter which table you wanted to use, it just stuck with dirt. The drink dispensers were sticky and dirty. In the men's toilet you were greeted by a pungent smell of ammonia, I didn't even want to look into the kitchen area. The shop simply needs to be closed. It's a shame about the money you spend there.

Food has now become very, very disgusting. I love KFC and enjoy eating it every time. But this KFC has become excessively bad in the last few years and now it has reached its peak. Employees also unfriendly, had bad experiences and were always given chances, but it only got worse.

To save time, I ordered via the app and wanted to pick up at the drive-thru. I was skillfully ignored at the drive-in, so I ended up going into the branch. The service at the counter was unfriendly, but my order was processed quickly. Too fast, because (yes, you should look on site) two portions of fries were missing at home and two burgers were soggy (a five minute drive)... And that at a total price of almost 35 euros... Something like that shouldn't happen happen. Conclusion: I won't go here again.

When you go to KFC you actually look forward to delicious American-style chicken pieces. In this branch, this joy and appetite disappeared immediately. It starts with the workers who can't speak German properly. The biggest problem, however, was that 50% of our food had hair in it that was fried. In addition, all drinks were no longer carbonated. Cold food. Unfriendly staff with a disinterested mentality. WiFi and internet don't work so you can't redeem coupons. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Not even at the level of a train station toilet. Only benefit because of the convenient proximity to the motorway

There was rubbish everywhere on the tables in the restaurant. The chicken pieces were permanently warmed up in the oven. The toilets smelled of urine. Not again.

Slow service, the drinks dispenser has been broken for days and is spraying the drinks out the side. Therefore the floor is totally sticky, staff were informed of this and nothing happened. Furthermore, the air in the room is very bad and there is no proper ventilation.
