Cold and stale burger. No complaint management, no understanding, and lies to boot.

Monday at 6 pm is absolutely fine.

My visit to Kentucky Fried Chicken was an absolute disgrace. The food was served lukewarm, so it didn't seem fresh or even edible. For the exorbitant prices, this is simply disrespectful to the customers. If I'm paying that much, I expect at least hot, properly prepared food—that's the bare minimum. The wait was extremely long, completely unjustified, and simply frustrating, especially since the restaurant wasn't even particularly busy. There was no explanation or apology whatsoever, just endless waiting. The condition of the restaurant was appalling. Around 90% of the tables were dirty, and no one seemed to care. Only after I explicitly asked was a table cleaned. Cleanliness should be a given, not something you have to demand. Overall, this visit was disappointing, infuriating, and far from what one would expect at these prices. I certainly won't be returning anytime soon.

We stopped here after Agritechnica to fortify ourselves for the journey home. Ordering went smoothly, but then the real drama began. We looked for a table, but the choices were limited to tables smeared with sauce and those marked with chicken leg remnants. After searching, we found a tolerable table where we waited for our food. And waited a long time. We waited a full 45 minutes, and only after we and several other guests complained was our order finally prepared. A few things got mixed up in the process, but we were hungry, so we just ate; who knew if the place would take another 45 minutes? The food didn't taste fresh, and one of my burger patties wasn't cooked through properly. After eating, we wanted to use the restroom so we wouldn't have to go on the drive, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a respirator mask. It smelled of urine and was more slippery than ice. It must have been a very long time since the place was cleaned. Very disappointed and also a little shocked, we left the restaurant and will not enter it again for fear of disease and salmonella.

Finger licking good As good as ever

Avoid this place at all costs!! We stopped there while passing through. The portion sizes shown are completely fake!!! Half an ear of corn cost €4.50. Absolutely outrageous – you're throwing your money away. More packaging than food. On top of that, everything was dirty, the drinks station was flooded and some parts weren't working. Despite the low customer traffic, the staff seemed unmotivated and disoriented.

The fries were only lukewarm because they had been sitting on the counter for almost 5 minutes, but it was too busy to complain, so I threw them away....

The men's restrooms stink so bad that you'd better go there after eating, otherwise you won't be hungry anymore. The cheese sauce was ridiculous in terms of quantity; it wasn't even a quarter full in the bowl, and it was practically cold.

Unfortunately, I have to cancel my positive review from four years ago. While passing through, our family decided to avoid going to the competitor next door. Unfortunately, we had no choice, as we, in our mid-forties, had problems with the ordering tablet. The menu item we were looking for didn't appear during the ordering process. So we tried to order at the counter. An employee, speaking with a bad German accent, told us not to. Orders could only be placed via the tablet. Thank you for nothing. So, unfortunately, our only option is to go to the competitor, and we'll be back next time.

Ordered 6 chicken pieces. 3 drumsticks, 2 wings, and 1 breast. Absolutely overpriced, and then only 3 drumsticks and 2 wings. Not a good mix.

Foreign staff, who also speak their language the entire time. Apparently, they want to finish work at 10 p.m. You only get warmed food, but almost everything is already cold. Or you get told that if you order a corn on the cob and it's not ready, they say they're out of stock, even though they have time to make some more. Soggy fries. We were there once and never again! We were there just before 10 p.m., so they still have time to make something fresh. For that price, it's simply a disgrace.

There have been better days at KFC. The service was fast and customer-oriented. It wasn't possible to order a latte macchiato at the ordering kiosk, let alone without a latte... Therefore, 3 stars for the climate and only 4 for the food.

Absolutely well-deserved 5 stars! ​This KFC is an absolute must-stop for me when I'm traveling on the A2 toward Bad Nenndorf. The location right off the highway is incredibly convenient. ​The food here is always spot on – the chicken is super juicy and crispy, just as you'd expect from KFC. Even during rush hour, the drive-thru always moves quickly, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The interior is clean and tidy, making it a pleasure to stop for a quick break. ​I do have one tiny personal gripe: I miss the old, proper buckets for the food. While the current cardboard packaging is functional, the classic buckets simply had more style. But that's really just a small nostalgic comment and doesn't detract from the quality or the excellent service here at all.

Very dirty, and unfortunately, the staff wasn't all that friendly. While you get served quickly and don't have to wait long, you're unfortunately neither greeted nor served in a friendly manner. On top of that, 95% of the tables were dirty, there were crumbs all over the floor, and the drink dispenser was completely full of booze. And unfortunately, it's also very expensive. But the food was still delicious :)

The food was okay, but as usual, very expensive for what you get. I'm only giving it one star because the entire place was incredibly dirty. I arrived at a table sideways with my pants on and ended up with grease stains (from the edge of the table!). There were food scraps on the tables and benches as far as the eye could see. This made it difficult to find a seat, even though the place was empty. The staff are also sometimes afraid of rags, so they stand waiting behind the counter instead of cleaning. I lost my flip-flops twice while walking because the floor is so sticky. Every step is accompanied by a smacking sound. No toilet paper in the restroom - I'll now go to the McCes across the street to use the restroom. Never again! The hygiene department here needs to take a look.

The men's restroom is extremely dirty. It smells strongly of urine and ammonia. There's an exhaust system, but no fresh air supply.

I'm giving it one star. I understand that guests don't always leave everything clean, but the staff should pay attention. I was especially shocked by the rats in the playground that were eating the children's leftovers 🤯. Absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable!!!

I got a chicken cheeseburger earlier. When I bit into it, I noticed how gristly and tough the meat was. Turns out it wasn't cooked properly. Something like that can lead to poisoning and even be life-threatening. I advise everyone to check their food before leaving the store or biting into it. Disgraceful!

This place is beyond disastrous. The staff are blatantly disorganized. The food tastes absolutely nothing. Everything is served cold, mayonnaise is forgotten, and the staff make unreasonable comments as if they were stealing mayonnaise. "They all say that," we were told. And the same thing happened with the drinking cups; we were given too little, the same statement... How cheeky... we're guests. The district manager should do more unannounced inspections, preferably without warning, and pay more attention to the reviews written by guests. You should focus on improving the hygiene of the restrooms, not even having soap. And then a well-known chain from America, poor Mr. Sanders. What kind of superiors do you have there? If I, as a team leader, saw something like that, I would immediately issue a warning for such misconduct. For this reason, it's a real shame that we won't be visiting KFC again. And the outside area isn't child-proof. The small door leading to the parking lot was probably broken at some point, and the door was left open at half-mast. It looked very shabby.

I want to praise this KFC. They have the most polite and best staff of any in the area, even though Bad Oeynhausen is 25km closer to me. I only go to you from now on (4 times in the last 4 weeks). The only slight drawback is the men's restroom; I've seen cleaner ones, but you're on the highway, and compared to other highway restrooms, you're tolerable.

Stopped on the way back from vacation... No one else was in the store. Ordered, waited a bit... Food ready, but burgers and fries cold. Complained, got everything replaced, but the employee didn't seem particularly interested. Unable to clear away the tray because all the carts were overflowing. Several trays were already sitting next to them, ignored by the staff, just like the dirty floor and the musty, dirty restrooms. That was definitely our last visit. Nothing's going on, and the place is completely jammed. The restrooms stink, the tables aren't cleaned. Four fries and two burgers were ice-cold. They were new. Others had the same problem and also complained.

The employee, Shahid Shahid, behaved extremely unprofessionally and disrespectfully during my visit – not only towards me, but also towards several other customers. I witnessed several customers simultaneously complaining about his rude and inappropriate behavior. His interactions with customers were unacceptable and – to put it bluntly – extremely unclean and disrespectful. This kind of tone and behavior is unacceptable for an international company like KFC. I wanted to drive past him to pick up something to eat but I stood in the restaurant for 20 minutes after the terminal didn't work and nobody wanted to take my order. I asked him to leave. One of those typical KFCs on the highway. Since we needed gas anyway, we grabbed a bite to eat there. The food and service were OK, but the floor in the restaurant was very sticky and the restrooms were pretty ugly! So, it looks great on the outside, but ugly on the inside. More attention should be paid to hygiene and cleanliness here. A 4⭐ for the food, otherwise it would be a 3!

The food was disgusting, so we returned it, but the waitress ignored it. Apparently, there's no quality control at KFC. Additionally, the franchise operator has such high hurdles in its feedback system that I wasn't able to provide feedback based on the receipt, even though I was asked to. What a disaster! The restroom is so dirty and smelly it makes you want to stop eating. The tables are not cleaned. The wait time is very long despite not being very busy, and at the end, your order is incomplete. I do not recommend it!

Shit as hell, I've never seen anything like it anywhere, stay away from it!!!!! The food is crap

€4.19 for a 0.3L milkshake - and it's just over 0.25L! The fact that the 0.25L milkshake for €1.99 promotion was over wasn't announced when ordering, but only at the time of delivery.

The burgers I ordered were COLD right after being handed over at the drive-up counter! Napkins weren't included in the bag. Since I hadn't left yet, I complained immediately, and after a short wait, without any further notice, I received two new burgers, which were, believe it or not, 37°C (100°F)... (I had a thermometer handy for work reasons). At least now I know I shouldn't go to this chain regularly!

If you have no other choice, watch your cars and don't talk to the employees. Tip: There's an interesting shop across the street.

Don't eat here. The service is terrible. More like slow food than fast food. The chicken is mushy and limp, not crispy at all. The soft drinks taste like water. The restroom is dirty, and the pungent ammonia/chlorine smell brings tears to your eyes. I can't believe KFC is behind this. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to McDonald's.

The manager didn't care that the drinks were warm and only planned to fix it late. The tables aren't even cleaned, and it stinks to death. The KFC in Hanover was much better.

I've been visiting this KFC about once a month for years. It's astonishing how consistently this branch is deteriorating. Today, the door no longer had a handle. The vending machine only dispensed stale, warm Coke. The chicken wings were completely dried out. The restroom is an absolute disgrace. In my opinion, management is deliberately allowing this deterioration. The health department needs to take action. This was my last visit.

I went there yesterday with my girlfriend, and we both ordered the "Squid Game" combo meal. Unfortunately, neither burger came with a salad, and one burger was missing the pink bun that's typical for this meal. Instead, they used a completely different bun, which wasn't what was advertised. When I asked about it, they simply said that the ingredients weren't currently in stock and wouldn't be available until tomorrow. When I asked what they could do about it, they simply said, "There's nothing they can do." Very rude and completely unaccommodating. You don't get what you ordered—and you pay full price for it. The restaurant was also pretty dirty. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I'd love to give it 0 stars.

I got cold, dry fries. Too expensive for such unappetizing food. It didn't taste good. I had a milkshake, and the outside of the entire cup was covered in chocolate. This isn't an accident; it's intentional fraud and a threat to the health of every single customer. How can and should a store like this still be open? The self-service drinks machine is very unhygienic and barely cleaned. There's always something missing from every third order, and the food isn't prepared with love anymore.

The shop looks very run down. Drinks machines for self-filling are broken. I got my drink at the counter and it was at room temperature and no longer carbonated. They waited a long time. They messed up our order - they gave us the wrong burger and spicy wings instead of legs. There were a lot of people in the restaurant and not enough staff, so most likely because of this there were delays and incorrect issuing of orders. Restaurant management needs to better plan the number of employees.

This KFC restaurant is really very bad and my family won't go there again! We waited forever for food and the employees seemed very disorganized. The digital scoreboard wasn't being used and was full of outdated pickup numbers, so we didn't know when it was our turn. Our food was ready 45 minutes after we ordered. Unfortunately, three things were missing, but they were given to us later without any problems. The food was mediocre with positive and negative aspects. The Colonel Original Burger was particularly bad: totally oversalted and not at all tasty. A burger the world doesn't need! Unfortunately, the puree wasn't that tasty either: very dry and sticky... In addition, the men's toilet was extremely dirty and there was no soap. I'll give KFC another chance somewhere else, but definitely not here anymore!
