McDonald's in Nordenham

Today we had food delivered to us through McDrive. Unfortunately, this time we were very negatively surprised by the unfriendly staff. First of all, one of the two didn't know how to change online orders, so his colleague/boss took care of it. But totally annoyed. My husband said thank you, my love. Then she said: I don't know yet whether I'm that sweet. And in a very rude tone. A little later after we got the drinks and had to wait for the rest of the food, I noticed that I got Lipton iced lemon tea instead of peach. I pointed this out to the employee and he tried to explain to me that McDonalds doesn't have peach iced tea, only lemon. I should contact his boss. Then I went to McDonalds to talk to his boss. She wanted to tell me just by looking at the drink that it was iced peach tea. We're thinking about not eating at McDonalds anymore! That was very rude!

Unfortunately the food wasn't cooked properly after repeating it several times and was almost cold But 3 stars because the guy was very likeable

I usually go through Mac Drive and it takes a long time there. Even if there is only one vehicle in front of me, you wait and wait until you hear a voice, hello! A moment please! It's better to keep quiet. Someone in front of me had already honked today and drove off again in a rage. I've never experienced anything like this at any other McDonald's. They really have problems in Nordenham, the staff tries very hard but somehow it doesn't work at all.

Standard MCs. Depending on when you get there, you may have to wait longer. The food is nothing special, something is rarely forgotten, but otherwise it's ok.

In the past there was simply a wet wipe for the MC Rip. Today we don't even pack a napkin anymore.

Food often comes out of the kitchen cold and carelessly slapped together

Unfortunately, this McDonald's gets worse with every visit, the waiting times in McDrive have now reached enormous proportions, even if there is little going on you have to plan at least half an hour. Then the food is 90% wrong. Unfortunately, you now have to unpack the entire order and check whether it actually contains what it says.

1. McFlurry ordered in the app, not available on site because the machine doesn't work. App error, was not configured correctly. 🍦❌ 2. At McDrive, when you got out to talk to the staff because you forgot your McFlurry, you were photographed by strangers sitting in the car. Nogo. Whatever. 📸🤷‍♂️ 3. When we got home, we noticed that there were particles floating in our drinks - we had three cups - and all three of them had particles floating in them. There were no ice cubes in it either, which made us wonder what kind of particles they were. 🥤🤢 4. Because we were suspicious, we emptied the cups and discovered by chance that one cup had a hair in the cup. 😱🤮 This now means that we have to be more careful no matter where we order something. We first have to check whether there is anything in our drinks. After the incident, I can't drink from cups that have been refilled at fast food stores without thinking in the back of my mind that something might be wrong. 🥤🤔

****Edit***** After a marathon phone call, I finally reached someone, absolutely stressed and not very friendly...also difficult to understand because they spoke so quickly...Apparently a mistake from Lieferando, unfortunately I didn't understand anything else!Money was requested back via PayPal.What happened to this McDonald's ? Ordered for delivery especially before rush hour! Delivery should take up to 50 minutes. That was 1.5 hours ago, no information that it will come later. Can't be reached by phone to ask. Totally classy!

Waited 60 minutes for food and then they forgot half of it. Once and never again.

After a long time, I gave the store another chance. And despite having fewer expectations, I am underwhelmed. The default state there seems to be “Overwhelmed”. Employees prefer to flirt with customers instead of working. Waiting times beyond good and evil. Orders are marked as ready for pickup even though they are not ready, presumably to meet internal timelines. Employees are constantly breaking off a task and doing something else, so orders are sometimes processed by 4 different people. As a result, things often get mixed up or something is forgotten today. On top of that, the food was cold.

Rude staff. There is cheating. Man pays for a double burger but gets a single one. Already for the second time

We were just passing through. Actually, we don't eat in such "restaurants". And we were again confirmed why. The staff was a bit overwhelmed. The tables weren't cleaned and the "burgers" were disappointing. In terms of appearance and taste. Too bad.

Why is it never delivered? It's offered, but as soon as you want to checkout, it doesn't work. It's really annoying

Lukewarm fast food, long waiting time

Food is ok, chicken nuggets tasted strange, fries were sometimes over salted. The worst thing, however, is that you have to go to the toilet and it stinks so badly that you start to gag even though you have just eaten, which is why the ambience is only 1 star

Wait time at the drive-in of over 20 minutes. Burgers look like they were fired. And there are almost never any napkins. Not so nice

Eating wrong and cold foods. They can't even tell the difference between chocolate and caramel when it comes to ice cream. Really unfriendly. Was here last time.

It hadn't been tidied up, the tablets were standing there on the trolley. You couldn't put anything in there. We waited twenty minutes to eat. Then my colleague went there and let us know if they had forgotten about us. Then we had it ten minutes later

I ordered my food through the terminal. Had number 210 and there were 2 people after that. After half an hour and several others who were next to me, I asked what was going on with my food and I got the answer: you can see what needs to be done here. The McRib was also completely dry, almost no sauce on it.

I actually thought this McDonald's was quite good and I thought it was delicious but the last 3 times I ate there I got extreme stomach pain and diarrhea. I went there again today to eat and I only ordered 20x chicken nuggets and a Coke and now I've been sitting for 40 minutes on the toilet with diarrhea sweaty everything I advise you not to eat there

Actually you shouldn't give it a star but the food was great. It was fresh and hot. But that was the only positive thing. I've been there several times now and I always notice that there is a shift manager who always deals with the employees very briskly. It's full, they're doing their best and yet she's constantly complaining and screaming in front of the guests. Then she goes back to her office, sits down and just looks. I've seen other shift managers help and support. So big respect to the kitchen and the staff at the front who always keep a cool head when it's full. But please please take care of this aggressive shift management. It's not fair for the employees who give everything.

I find it terrible having to order everything from the vending machine. Very impersonal.

Been there at 10 a.m. 3 times on Sundays, items/orders mixed up 3 times, despite the correct label. More than 10 minutes of waiting time even though I was the only one standing in front of the counter. Never again!

It has happened several times that something was forgotten to pack. As a customer you have to pick it up yourself. Actually not my fault! Service staff look annoyed and bored. Eat lukewarm.

Mc Drive Staff spoke a little too quickly while mumbling, which led to several misunderstandings. On the second visit, the order taking specialist was very understandable. This is what happens when you have a monopoly for too long. Transparent, watered down Cola, a McDrive that doesn't deserve its name and fries that are too flabby even for Mcdoof fries. The store desperately needs competition to make it work again. Unbearable since the management change, okay before that.

Table and benches chairs, women's toilet and music way too loud, the serving trolley full even though there was nothing going on. If I had to give a school grade here it would be a 6...

It's a complete disaster here. Cleanliness really leaves much to be desired!! Long waiting times The staff is really overwhelmed!

You can't even give one star here! Simply terrible, no matter what the waiting time, cleanliness or food. The young people are abused in front of customers, shouted at and humiliated by managers. The employees are constantly arguing among themselves, shouting, insults. I hope this message reaches the management floor and something finally happens!

Ordered for €23 and only got cold things. Chrispy Chichen ice cold and diced once. Photo follows. Nuggets cold and wrong sauce. Fries almost raw. Daughter disappointed. Never again. Got the wrong burger from last time, unfortunately ice cold and sticky. Unfortunately it was the last time. Tried often enough. No improvement

Catastrophic waiting times with bad food.

There is rubbish everywhere in the parking lot and you will be greeted by rubbish. The cars inside are very full and garbage is flying around outside. Really inviting. 👎

Very friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere and clean.

Very slow staff with few visitors. Now everything is full and employees are totally overwhelmed.

Actually, we always liked to get something quickly. We always go to Mcdrive. This is now the second time that the order was not complete. Will I have to clear out and check the bags first in the future?

We were there today and ordered food to take away. Everything was only lukewarm, I didn't think it was good. The service staff wanted to distribute food that had been ordered in the store, but couldn't find their customers. And last but not least, something was wrong in the store, where service staff spoke loudly and disparagingly to the service employee in front of the customers. It doesn't work at all. But I know it differently.

Well, Everything has to happen quickly, quickly.

6min waiting time for 20s nugets on the drive, even though there wasn't much going on. Then it was still lukewarm. Zero recommendation. Everyone needs to be trained. Not to be compared with other MDonalds.

Toys forgotten in the HappyMeal, fries cold and sticky and the burger flooded with sauce. The MCNuggets were fine.

It would be nice if you could order personally from an employee again.

First I ordered a Happy Meal for my son around 5 p.m. The waiting time was about 15 minutes at MC Drive, without a queue (it was right at the front) it was impossible! Then in the evening we got 2 menus and an MC Sundae. They wanted to give me MC Sundae right at the counter, which is completely illogical since it melts by the time I get the food. There was also a little discussion until I got a new one. Then the MC Crispy was prepared with bacon and the answer on the phone was that you can get a new one next time. It won't do me any good if I have the wrong thing at home for dinner. My question was, can you have it delivered, and they simply said, no, they picked it up themselves and didn't order it through Lieferando. Something is forgotten every time! In the future, you should probably also check the burgers from the inside. This is called service? It is definitely not a fast food restaurant in Nordenham.

We often stop by McDonald's for a coffee. It's always really good. Made from a cup of course, not paper cups.

You get what you can expect. Unfortunately, waiting times in the drive-in are often far too long.

Quick restaurant? I don't know if the definition needs to be explained to the workers again, because the food certainly won't be on the table quickly!!!! Nothing going on and you wait almost 30 minutes.

Ordered once inside and waited almost half an hour for the food. Then ordered in the mDrive, and even though there was nothing going on in the store, I waited almost 15 minutes. Fast food restaurants are different. 4 stars for the food because it's Mecces

Just terrible. All the young employees show enthusiasm, drive and interest in the guests - simply creepy. The job would be great if only it weren't for the guests... An MC Donalds to break the habit.

The only thing that happens quickly in this “fast” restaurant is the feeling of satiety. It's not uncommon for you to spend 20 - 30 minutes in the drive-thru before you've ordered, then you have to drive past all the windows unnecessarily and then continue to wait for your food. Cleanliness inside is always a gamble. The quality of the food... well, Mecces... Burgers carelessly thrown together, eaten lukewarm... It used to be fine, but now the store is to be avoided. Get something to eat quickly - it's definitely NOT possible here anymore.

A very nice little McDonald's, we were surprised by the table decoration and clean tables. During the time we were there, they were cleaned twice. We don't know this frequency and would like it to happen at every McDonald's. The service was also very friendly. Only the coffee was a bit too strong for me personally. However, that is a matter of taste.

You always wait forever for your food

The coffee was cold, but was replaced immediately after a complaint. The cheeseburgers had probably been there for a while and were swapped. So the service was great, but that shouldn't have happened at all. Hence fewer stars this time

It's an absolute disaster that every time you drive through the mc drive something is missing. And customers are not even allowed to park at the window until everything has been checked.

Waiting times are far too long. I don't know how this branch got a franchise agreement. With 3 customers at the drive in and the branch empty, you wait about 15 minutes. When eating, expensive sauces are usually missing or certain quantities are not adhered to. If you order large fries you get a medium one and the fries are usually not served fresh.

Das Essen war wie immer okay. Aber beim Ambiente gibt's nur zwei Sterne, da die Heizung defekt ist. Es ist sehr kalt im Restaurant. Wir haben mit Jacke und Mütze auf dem Platz gesessen.

Erstmal vielen Dank das Ihr am 2ten Weihnachtsfeiertag für uns da ward. Das Essen wurde "am Terminal" bestellt und auch direkt via Karte bezahlt. Das Essen (Smartmenü) kam auch sehr zeitnah. Es ist MCD Standard. Uns ist aber direkt die Raumtemperatur negativ aufgefallen. Die Heizung ist wohl schon geraumer Zeit ausgefallen, was ein Inhouse Verzehr ungemütlich machte. Es war echt sehr kalt. Toiletten waren sauber.

Wir mussten 30 min. auf unsere Bestellung warten. Die Burger waren kalt, auf Nachfrage haben wir zeitnah neue bekommen. Im Laden ist es sehr kalt, auf Nachfrage ob die Heizung angemacht werden könnte, hieß es nur "Die ist an". ALLE Kunden saßen mit ihrer Jacke und teilweise mit Mütze und Schal da.

Es war mal besser, es ist sehr kalt drin, über 30 min auf das Essen gewartet und die Tische werden auch nicht mehr wirklich abgewischt, sehr schade.

Naja wenn viel los ist dort muss man aufpassen das man alles bekommt was man MC Drive bestellt hatte schon vier Mal gehabt alles bezahlt und die Hälfte bekommen, meiner Meinung nach Hoffnungslos überfordert zur Stoßzeiten, aber sonst ganz ok.

Tja, was soll man sagen, eigentlich ist McDonald ein fast Food Restaurant aber es ist alles anders als fast… essen ist halt Standard wobei, ziemlich lieblos hingeworfen teilweise. Bleibt aber natürlich eine nette Möglichkeit mal was auf die Schnelle zu essen ( wobei man sollte ein wenig Zeit mit einplanen ;-))

Ein typisches McDonald's Restaurant eben. Dieses wird gut sauber gehalten, und durch die Tischdeko und das aktuelle Farbkonzept sieht es ziemlich gemütlich aus.

Das Essen hat ewig gedauert bis es zum Tisch gebracht wurde. Es gab kein schoko milshake und die Strohhalme haben sich sehr schnell aufgelöst. Im Restaurant ist es kühl gewesen. Aber für mein gebrochenes Bein wurde mir ein Stuhl gebracht um mein Bein hoch zu legen.

Es war total laut und voll. Die Mitarbeiter machten insgesamt einen unkoordinierten Eindruck. So als würden sie alle miteinander sich gegenseitig im Weg sein und auf die Füße treten

Das war nix. Burger kalt. Auf Nachfrage "doofe" Antwort. Überall Dreck Essensreste auf dem Fußboden. Da nie wieder 😕

Bin echt enttäuscht. Die Sauberkeit lässt mittlerweile zu wünschen übrig. Die Bänke sind voll geschmiert mit fett abdrücken, der Boden sah auch nicht gerade sauber aus. Mal abgesehen davon das viele Sachen bei der Bestellung vergessen wurden, was wirklich keine große war, finde ich es noch schlimmer das das Personal ( nicht alle ) kein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild haben und auch nicht sehr viel Lust auf die Arbeit hatten. Eine Mitarbeiterin ist am Tisch vorbei gelaufen und ich dachte sie hat nie gelernt ihre Füße zu heben. Was ziemlich nervig war...

Selten so lange gewartet - selten war eine Bestellung am McDrive-Schalter so chaotisch.

Wir mussten fast 20 min auf unser Essen im Mc Drive warten und dann hat auch noch 1 Getränk und 1 Pommes gefehlt. Und es war normaler Betrieb.

Es nervt das jedes Mal etwas fehlt im McDrive oder falsch serviert wird.

Ich glaube, zu McDonald’s braucht man nicht mehr viel sagen, nur wenn es da halt sehr voll ist, kann es sehr laut werden, weil der Laden dann doch vergleichsweise klein ist.

AMK null zu empfehlen!! Die Belegschaft ist total unkompetent, unqualifiziert und übelst AMK sein Grossvater,....wissen auf gar keinen Fall mit Kunden umzugehen!!! Man sollte bevor man dort jemanden einstellt, mindestens einen Abschluss nachweisen können. Habe die Hauptzentrale schon benachrichtigt um den Leiter dieses Käfigs mal zu checken...amk

Die Mc Donalds Filiale in Nordenham ist wie jede andere auch. Modern eingereicht, schnelles und satt machendes Essen für einen erschwinglichen Preis. Für einen schnellen und günstigen Snack immer einen Besuch wert.

Was will man groß zu MC Donalds Deutschland sagen ?? es schmeckt wie überall. Das Interieur ist Einheitsbrei, wie alles andere auch. Entweder mag man das oder eher nicht. Der Service wechselt öfter.

Super nettes Personal und schnell genug, ansonsten ist es ein McDonald's wie überall in Deutschland. Ich war trotz Ansturm aber dennoch zufrieden.
