Große Enttäuschung! Habe mir die McShaker Pommes gekauft. Bekommen habe ich eine halb volle, mittlere Pommes und sonst gar nichts. Keine Tüte zum shaken und nicht einmal die extra Gewürztüte. Dafür habe ich dann 3,99 € bezahlt. 🤮 Außerdem klebt der Boden vor der Theke vor lauter Fett. 🤢

Die Managerin hat es abgelehnt das Essen neu zuzubereiten nachdem ich sie darauf hingewiesen habe dass ihre küchenmitarbeiter keine Handschuhe getragen haben als mein Essen zubereitet haben. Aufgrund dessen ist dass die einseitige Erlaubnis ihre Mitarbeiter sich am Arsch zu kratzen und danach eure Burger mit ihrem bloßen Händen anzufassen. Guten Appetit

McDonald’s Essen ist ja bekanntlich unterirdisch. Aber das Essen in DIESEM McDonald’s bricht wirklich den Weltrekord. Wir bestellten zum Mitnehmen und schauten nicht vorher in die Tüten rein. Erst zuhause sahen wir wie sehr die Pommes mit Fett vollgesaugt, andere wiederum steinhart waren. Die Burger sahen aus als seien sie von vorgestern und schmeckten wie aufgewärmter Karton. Solche Sachen liest man ja oft über McDonald’s aber so krass wie hier hab ich das noch nie erlebt. Fühle mich wie dieser Big Tasty Kritiker…

Einer der schlechtesten McDonalds die ich kenne. BigTasty Bacon bestellt war kalt, den Big Tasty Bacon neu bestellt....der war auch kalt.Hab mein Geld zurück verlangt und auch bekommen. Man hat mir zwar ein Eis angeboten,aber nein Danke..Ich wollte einen WARMEN BIG TASTY BACON.Es war auch nicht das erste Mal das man hier so enttäuscht wurde.... Schlecht, einfach nur schlecht. Überforderte Mitarbeiter, gestresst, schreien sich an, alle total kopflos. Dreckig, überall lagen Pommes hinterm Tresen , und wir mussten ewig warten obwohl unsere Nummer schon lange zur Abholung bereit war. Qualität ungenügend. Naja seit Monaten versucht man den lieferservice zu nutzen, jedoch klappt da garnix obwohl es angegeben ist,entweder geschlossen oder Lieferung erst ab .. Uhr und dann Lieferung zur zeit nicht möglich, ob die das je hinkriegen? Hier mal ne gute Bewertung, ich wurde hier nie enttäuscht, klar kann mal was fehlen und das wird aufgefüllt. Aber ich wurde hier nie schlecht behandelt oder habe kalte/schlechte Burger bekommen. Ich bin sehr entäuscht von dem Laden, wenn ich nicht mehr am Tresen einen Bestellung aufgeben kann, dann sollte das auch schon im Eingangsbereich stehen das man nur an einem Terminal bestellen kann, mir ist das zu kompliziert, so kann man ältere Kunden verlieren.

Why do I offer a delivery service if customers can never seem to order?! Every time we check, it always says: no orders accepted. This place deserves zero stars. Some of the staff are unfriendly. You're sitting there with your children, waiting for your food. We're sitting at the other table across from you. An employee in uniform and two companions are there. After eating, something falls off a tray. The employee sees what someone else, who was apparently eating there privately with their companions, doesn't pick it up and kicks it away. That shows you what kind of work ethic or behavior they have. Awful. And this is from an employee! Adults/employees are also role models for their fellow customers and children. Unfortunately, society is like this these days. Orders are terrible; nothing in our orders has been correct for the last few weeks. Something is always missing, sometimes even several things. It's a shame, because our children and we as a family used to enjoy going there. But we'll be avoiding it from now on and won't be going back for a while.

Once again, we were disappointed. We ordered food using coupons at the drive-thru. The first problem was that we stood outside for almost 20 minutes before the food was finally brought out to the car. The next issue was that something was missing from the order: a Tessa Burger 🍔 and a Happy Meal. So we went inside with the food. We waited another 5 minutes, the bag was repacked, and we went back to the car. Again, the Tessa Burger and Happy Meal were missing (they were out of boxes for the Happy Meal). We went back inside. Then there was another argument because the order was still wrong or incomplete. However, the receipt showed that we were charged correctly. Eventually, I'd had enough, and we left without food—€40 down the drain, plus sad kids. One thing I know for sure: McDonald's will never see us again!

Once again, a complete disappointment... The order was incomplete again; this time a Big Mac was missing. I can't understand how this branch can survive. The monitors aren't working, the employees are helpless, overwhelmed, or just so unmotivated, and the manager runs around like Rumpelstiltskin, making absolutely no impression of professionalism. If it weren't the only branch in the Wesermarsch region—which I find completely incomprehensible—hardly anyone would order from Nordenham anymore. Oh, and if paramedics want to eat at your branch, wouldn't it make sense to serve them as quickly as possible? Instead, they stand there for what feels like forever waiting for their order. Paramedics should be back on the streets saving lives, but unfortunately, that's not an option for this branch. I received my large order before the paramedics, even though I arrived at McDonald's later. It's baffling to me that you don't face any pressure from the parent company for this service. Your company can't possibly be proud of this performance; it's simply embarrassing. The restrooms are best avoided... you'd have to be pretty tough to get in there... hygiene is completely out of the question. The branch manager and his employees should be ashamed of themselves.

The food was cold, the fries were soggy and cold, and the burger was mashed together and then smashed back on the table the same way it arrived. Better go to a different McDonald's. This is the third time we've been there after swimming, and it's always the same.

Burgers are being forgotten more and more often, today a large burger and even a whole Happy Mail!!! Then you end up in the drive-thru McDonald's and have to let two cars in behind you. Because they had a smaller order and could drive straight on. A month ago I had to wait 30 minutes even though I was the only one in the drive-thru and had already pre-ordered online. Then two cars came along and were served first. The wait gets longer and longer even though the store isn't that busy and there are enough staff. The only excuse is always a portion of fries or ice cream. We won't be using the drive-thru anytime soon.

A new update on McDonald's in Nordenham. I don't know exactly what happened, but the service, speed, and staff have completely changed 😃 I haven't had anything to complain about in the last two weeks. Everything comes quickly and freshly prepared to your table or at the drive-up. They also pay great attention to cleanliness. They even ask you at your table if everything is okay 👍🏻 All in all, very satisfied. Keep it up 😎

This simply shouldn't happen at such a large company. To everyone who eats there: Be sure to check your order immediately upon receipt, whether in the restaurant or at the drive-thru. Disaster. We drove through the McIntosh Drive-In. The store was almost completely empty. The drive-in was also barely busy. Still, we had to wait a very long time before we even got our turn. The food also took forever to finally arrive. We discovered at home: there were no ice cubes in the drink, and one entire special burger was missing from a McIntosh menu. Total disappointment.

After standing in front of McDonald's with our children and seeing that it was completely full, we drove through the drive-thru and ate in the OBI parking lot (next door). Our order wasn't complete, and the surprise for the kids, in their Happy Meals, wasn't there either. My BigTasty bacon was carelessly slapped together, and the sauce was sitting next to the burger in the shredded lettuce, which was also lying next to it. The patty was half outside the burger on the other side... On the positive side, the breading on the chicken nuggets was slightly crunchy. Since our day had been very long and we wanted to get home quickly, we didn't complain. We're also tired of ordering from the drive-thru, as something is almost always missing.

An unbelievable wait of over an hour in the drive-thru. The employees are under constant stress. Processes could be optimized to relieve the team's workload. Criticism seems to be unwelcome in this store; employees are simply concerned with somehow surviving the day. The store management clearly has a responsibility here. Only a satisfied team can deliver good results. It's a shame that this store stands out negatively in so many ways, from the sanitary facilities to completely overwhelmed employees to the unacceptable way it treats customers and employees. A shame, especially in this day and age.

I went to McDonald's one weekend – unfortunately, the impression was very negative. There were a lot of customers, but clearly too few staff. The employees did their best, but they couldn't keep up. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, even though it was a simple one. The food was served almost cold – with no apology, completely indifferent. The dining room was dirty, there were leftovers from previous customers on the tables, and no one cleaned up. It was obvious that the team was understaffed and lacked proper organization. This kind of service on a weekend is simply unacceptable. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

Today there was a very unpleasant situation in one of the McDonald's chain. Today, during my visit, the hall was busy, so I understood that I would have to wait a long time for my order. After half an hour of waiting, my friend asked the employee if everything was okay with the order, to which he replied that McDonald's Drive was the priority service. We agreed and after 1 hour and 20 minutes, the employee asked me again about my order and brought it in another 15 minutes. They did not bring me my milkshake and I politely asked them to bring it, which was done quickly. After trying the cola, I realized that this was not the cola I ordered. I did not do anything because I understood that people were tired at the end of the day. Then they brought me my order again (due to a mistake by the employees, which I refused). Having started to eat the salad, I realized that they did not put sauce on it either. I was already angry, went to the cashier and demandingly, but still in a polite tone, asked for my sauce. to which the worker brought it to me and defiantly threw it on the tray, after which he began to shout at the entire restaurant, proving that he was having a hard day, saying that I was shouting at him at the checkout, which is definitely not true (guys, check your cameras if you have really bad hearing) without being embarrassed that I had a one-year-old child sitting next to me. We called the manager, to which he said that everyone was having a hard day... I was publicly insulted, to which NOTHING was done to make amends. Shift 06/01/2025 at 19~21. We sat for 2!!! Hours to eat a simple order of salad, milkshake, nuggets and water!!!!!

I wanted to order something at the till but apparently it wasn't possible. I then went to the terminal, ordered and selected cash payment. Waited 25 minutes for the food and asked if something had gone wrong. Yes, I should have gone to the till to pay. At other McDonald's each order is simply prepared and you can pay when you are called. Not here. I waited another 25 minutes while other customers simply order at the till and receive their order after 5 minutes. I asked again and nobody had any idea what my order was. I waited another 10 minutes and then asked again in a friendly manner. The people behind the counter didn't understand anything, only a young guy was approachable who then casually prepared my order. A small milkshake and 3 chicken burgers. It took an hour. I was there on a motorbike and got caught in a storm so I ate my chicken burger with hardly any sauce on it in a parking lot further on under an awning. There are certainly some decent employees at this McDonald's, but the processes are abysmal, and the staff who have anything to say are simply abysmal. From now on, I'll only go here when I need to use the restroom, and even they can't get it back to normal. The worst experience I've ever had in a "restaurant" :-)

I ordered food from the McDrive twice last week, and each time, they forgot something. I find that outrageous, especially when you pay for the food.

A pig's nest :-( Very dirty, tables greasy, in places "decorated" with leftovers from previous guests, tray carts overflowing, so we had to leave our leftovers on the table, fries very greasy, and the food was generally too cold. We stayed because of the kids, but this was our first and last time. It's a shame you can't give negative stars here.

The staff was just rude. I didn't immediately see the tray cart that was at the entrance and put the tray on the counter. Which is usually received very positively in reputable restaurants. Here an employee pointed his finger at me and pointed me towards the tray trolley. Next time the tray will stay on the table. Clear confusion between customer and employee here. Because in advance I noticed arguments between the employees. Never experienced such a bad McDonalds branch. Definitely never there again!

yesterday: bus driver with a 25 minute break! Smart menu ordered and paid for at the terminal. Unfortunately, after 23 minutes, I only checked the contents of the bag on the bus: one double cheeseburger instead of two cheeseburgers! No problem, because there was no time to eat anymore! This is a terrible establishment, you wait more than 30 minutes for your order (I posted a photo), and they also tell you to wait. The DriveIn is a complete disaster. Processing customers at the drive-in takes forever compared to other branches. But you don't need to expect better quality for the long waiting time, quite the opposite. Some things are completely cold. In addition, I have to admit that I have had a mistake with every order so far. Either items are completely missing or the wrong things are put in the bag. Even if you only ordered one menu, sauces were missing and the wrong burger was included. Absolute impudence. Complaints are not responded to at all and you hear statements like “Yeah, just bad luck.” Definitely not recommended!

The employee at the drive-in entered completely the wrong items when ordering. Instead of 2 ice cream with caramel sauce, there were almost 3 chocolate milk shakes. I then corrected the employee. The highlight was at the payment counter. He looked at me and closed the window. After I was completely ignored, I went to counter 2 "Output". There the other employee asked me to go back and pay at counter 1 to the employee who didn't understand anything and didn't want to collect anything. When asked whether the manager is in the house, the answer would be succinct: Yes, yes, go there. I find such behavior outrageous. This complaint will be sent to a higher authority than this franchisee. mfg

So it's a mystery to me how it can happen again and again that the ordered goods are missing or wrong! It's increasing more and more. There isn't an order we've placed where something isn't missing, something like that is annoying, especially when the staff isn't capable of taking criticism at all! Just experienced it again today and then you are treated so unfriendly. McDonald's trains your staff to be friendly and learn to read because apparently that's not everyone's strength in their restaurant!!!

Went to the drive this afternoon around 1 p.m 2× mc smart menu 1×2 cheeseburgers and 1×2 chickenburgers + 3 cheeseburgers! Of course there were 2 cheeseburgers missing when checked, when I got out I was totally rude, he didn't forget anything even though the employee had checked the bag himself, totally rude, no apology whatsoever and denied all mistakes. Waited 5 minutes again for 2 cheeseburgers that were missing. Bag was handed to me, still no apology, nothing!! So very cheeky which is not customer friendly so it was the first and last time I was there. Because the worst thing was that there was no insight.

I drive almost every day when I have a late shift at 12 a.m. and just before 1 a.m. I hardly want anything to eat. My favorite operator who gives out the food is not because you only get cold food, but today 1:13:25 a.m. 1:40 a.m. I ordered the mc smart menu colla It didn't taste like a citizen at all, it was cold and the chips were scraped together and the leftovers were scraped together so I'd rather wait until I get to the next mall I'm at home on the night shift...

We wanted to have breakfast at McDonald's this morning to celebrate the day (my brother's confirmation), as there are hardly any other options for things to do due to the current situation and this was his restaurant of choice. So in a way it was our last McDonald's Coca-Cola (registered trademark) straw of hope. However, due to technical difficulties the shop was closed and the straw was taken away from us. The resulting hunger and madness even led my father to argue with the intercom. After making sure there wasn't a soul in the branch, we headed to another branch of the fast food chain to feed the crew. Conclusion: business was closed. :( #Confirmation2021 I wrote this review about 14 months ago. Of course I only gave 3 stars because the branch was unexpectedly closed. Today, on July 24th, 2022, I made my way to the store again (of course I have been here several times - after all, this is the McDonald's branch that is closest to me and if you consider the state of the world and mine If you take your own psyche into account, then you have to treat yourself). After walking for a while with my brother (not the one in the previous review) and my dog at the pond across the street, we thought a McFrappé/milkshake would be just the thing. We took the journey and when we got there I treated myself not only to my frappe but also to the McDonald's Frisbee, which is currently available for collection points. My brother ordered a strawberry milkshake. Along with our drinks, we went to the Obi parking lot and sat on one of those hardware store shopping carts, played Digimon TCG for a while and enjoyed our purchase while my dog chilled with us (with water and treats of course). Conclusion: Service was good. Milkshake was good. My psyche is still fucked up, but at least the frappe tasted good. 10/10 for this lovely afternoon!

I've been there many times and haven't had such good experiences with the drive-in. Maybe it's due to personnel policy, but waiting times are often long and then something is missing - usually some sauce or everything is cold. You wouldn't expect particularly crispy fries here. I find it a bit unfortunate when the person in front of you takes 5 minutes to take his order, and the whole time my bag of burgers and fries is already waiting on the counter (without heating). I've experienced this several times. It also happens that I wait 10 minutes even though there are only two cars in front of me in McDrive. The McDonalds in the neighboring town (Bremerhaven) is much better. Update December 2024: Went there again after a long abstinence from McDonald’s. Ordered via app, picked up at DriveIn. Once again I was very annoyed. Not only was the additional sauce we ordered and paid for missing, but our HappyMeal didn't come with any toys or apple pieces. Unfortunately, the 0.4 liter Cola Zero that I ordered with my meal was also an iced tea. Since I was sent to the parking lot for a good 5 minutes, I only got a chance to check the order after leaving the McDonald's premises (we ate in the car in the neighboring parking lot). The fact that the food was cold about 2 minutes after receiving it just topped it all off. This was all really bad and I probably won't visit this restaurant again anytime soon. Addendum: After I emailed my experience to McD, they apologized and offered me reparation. I thought that was good.

Had dinner here today and everything was cold. Not just 1 product but everything I ordered was fries, nuggets, burgers. Burger was dry, cold, sticky. I often eat at McDonald's but what I got here today was terrible. It's a disgrace to serve something like that to a customer. Here I can see that this McDonald's branch does not adhere to the deadlines to serve customers warm to lukewarm food. Normally, after a certain period of time, the products that are already finished have to be replaced with new ones. I'll say it again, I've never been served such cold food from McDonald's before, along with all the products that were ordered. I'll never come to this branch again!
