The worst Burge King I know. Everything was dirty, especially the sanitary facilities in a restaurant. Waited 30 minutes for 2 ice creams until you were served liquid ice cream. When you make a complaint you get cheeky comments. When asked for the employee's name, this was refused. When asked about the team leader, it is claimed that she is the team leader. Employees walk past in the background and then say “now you’re scared”. When asked about this, these employees then want to fight with you. With the customer, after legitimate criticism. Just ridiculous. There is a reason for the many negative reviews and the frequency is very noticeable. But the operator doesn't seem to care either. No longer an option for me and removed from the menu.

It's my own fault... I go there again and again, even though I get upset afterwards... And yes, it's my own fault for not checking the bag. It has happened very often now, and not just to me, that things that were ordered are simply missing... Then you let them know and they say do it online… yeah, nothing happens…. And another thing... your burgers are just cold!!!!! I had to vent!!!!! So for me it's over now MC

If I had visited the toilet before eating, I would have left straight away. Extreme smell of urine and the floor was totally sticky. The cleaning schedule isn't even filled out; it feels like no one has cleaned here anyway. Never again...

Unfortunately it has little to do with “fast” food

Employees completely unmotivated and unfriendly even though the store was completely empty at 4 p.m. on a Sunday. After ordering we were told that the fries would be brought to the table. This still didn't happen after 10 minutes! We had to get them ourselves. This store should hire its employees properly or other employees who have a better view of the rotating shifts and are more friendly towards the guests.

We were there first thing in the morning, shortly after it opened. Everything was dirty, the toilet and also the restaurant. It wasn't a pleasant visit, we won't be coming back.

Nothing going on, still waited half an hour for two burgers, one of them served almost cold, tables very unclean...never again!

We haven't been to Burger King for a long time but never again!!! Our order included ice cubes, fries and a milkshake!! Everything was cold!! Drinking wasn't easy either. We wanted to eat in Burger Kind and everything was packed like that.

You have to like it otherwise it wouldn't be nice

Pretty typical Burger King. It was clean, the food was fresh and they got our order correct. They have order screens but no freestyle machine.

This is the worst branch I've ever visited. If the employee comes to work at half past seven and walks across the parking lot and doesn't even look to see if a car is coming, well, things are going well. Food comes in two halves because the employees are behind the scenes playing puppets and tag or showing videos. You wait 20 minutes for your food. And if you say something, you'll be looked at askance and even gossiped about. Without words the shop....

Delicious food definitely. But the playground has seen better days and a rest area toilet is unfortunately cleaner than the cubicles there. A pity

Really the worst branch in all of Lower Saxony. Terribly unclean, the toilets are unusable. Food is sometimes okay, sometimes bad and the worst is the staff!!!! Snotty cheeky children as employees who insult their customers in different languages ​​and think you won't notice. (Just happened today) All in all, the full Salzgitter experience.

Terribly unclean!!! 4. Or 5. The employees are standing behind the cash register talking, 2 other employees are standing in front of the door and smoking. The dining room and outside were very unclean, tables dirty, tray carts full, weeds in the outdoor area, slide totally trashed. When you get napkins you get stupid sayings from the staff... Washrooms/toilets are a mess, there are residues of feces in the toilets, all the trash cans in the toilet cubicles are full to the top. It's just completely disgusting and the employees don't care, they'd rather just stand around and chat.

The food is delicious, but some of it is rather slapdash. Sometimes you don't get everything you ordered. The service was also better. It takes a long time to get your food. Cleanliness isn't that important either. A hairnet isn't even used in the kitchen. I think it's sad. Please try to change it

Food was cold, despite the complaint, ice-cold slices of cheese on the burger again, two wrong deliveries, at least the drinks were cold too 😑

The employees are catastrophic. They are all quite young and behave very badly. Like, for example, a citizen has to wait 25 minutes because they're just chilling and talking. Or because they simply show that they don't want to do this work. But the ambience is really cool.

35 minutes waiting time at the drive in and then unfortunately not everything that was ordered was received. If you want to go quickly, then go somewhere else. Based on the reviews you can actually see that there is somehow a worm in here. A pity.

A BurgerKing near the loading park - favored by the location. Now our favorite stop on the Berlin - Kassel route. Everything is clean, the service is nice and everything works 😊 Food delicious as always 👍

The staff was super nice and capable. But, sorry Burger King, the food doesn't work at all. For a “send long chilli” I paid 10 euros in the menu. The "length" of the burger was the width of a hamburger! Then of course narrower. (If I had used a normal one, it would probably have been in a party bun.) Plus 25 (pieces) of fries. In the small menu. But they were delicious. This is clearly too expensive! Ok, we all have to save money, but like this? No. Unfortunately, that was my last visit to a Burger King. Very unfortunate.

Absolutely unfriendly. We ordered at the drive-thru, the employee didn't understand the order correctly and wanted to correct it at the window. Then the chaos started, suddenly we had to pay for two menus that we had never ordered and we were treated rudely because the mistake was supposedly ours. After about 15 minutes of discussion, several cancellations and accusations from an employee against us, we got our food but instead of Plant Based in the normal version, we will never eat here again.

Constantly cold and not fresh burgers mashed together. Completely overwhelmed, uncoordinated staff. Very long waiting time, missing products in the order. Sorry, the competition can definitely do that better. I can only absolutely advise against it. At Burgerking itself, no one is interested...

Bestellt hier ja keinen Bacon King, die Leute dort schaffen es nicht auch einen solchen in die Bestellung zu packen, nichtmal wenns die einzige Bestellung ist. Wieder mal ein Big King, nach dem ich nicht gefragt hatte, ja ich habe deutlich 2 mal Bacon gesagt.

WARNUNG Bitte kontrolliert eure Bestellung die Mitarbeiter geben meist nur die Hälfte und den anderen Teil der Bestellung behalten sie

Früher in meiner Jugend Zeit war ich dort öfter. Als ich nach längerem dort war ,war ich nicht so begeistert. Wir haben viel zu lang auf unser Essen gewartet, die Bedienungen waren mehr beschäftigt mit Freunden zu quatschen als die Bestellungen fertig zu machen und keiner wusste war er für eine Bestellung macht . Vom Umgang des Team möchte man nicht sprechen (meiner Meinung sehr respektloser Umgang miteinander)

Nach Abgabe der Bestellung 30 min auf das Essen gewartet, dass war heute kein Einzelfall

Burger King eben. Heute das erste Mal das Essen drinnen abgeholt statt am Drive In. Von 4 Servicekräften hat sich lediglich eine mit ihrer Arbeit befasst, die anderen drei haben dauerhaft aneinander rum gefummelt und zwischendurch mal die Bestellung derart auf den Tresen geschmissen, dass die Tüten geplatzt sind. Find es schon ziemlich widerlich sich gegenseitig vor Kunde den Nacken zu kraulen, um im Anschluss Pommes und Burger in den Händen zu halten. Die Dame die uns bedient hat war aber sehr freundlich, hat ihre gepackten Bestellungen auch kontrolliert und die Bestellung so übergeben wie man es sich wünscht.

Man muss seine Burger immer kontrollieren, da Extrawünsche nicht immer berücksichtig werden. Aber bei Reklamationen sind die Mitarbeiter top. Tische werden auch öfter gereinigt, wenn auch manchmal recht lieblos. Was leider immer wieder negativ aufstösst, ist die extreme Lautstärke von Kunden. Und bis dato hat nur einmal ein Mitarbeiter dort um etwas Ruhe gebeten, da auch noch andere Kunden da wären. Im Ganzen fahren wir dort aber gerne hin.

Man muss im drive in schon sehr aufpassen ob man alles bekommt. Manchmal teilweise kalt gewesen.

Typisch Bürger King eigentlich. Man kann nichts bemängeln, fand's nur schade, das mein essen vor meinem Kollegen bestellt war und erst ne ganze Ecke nach ihm kam aber gut dafür war es auf jeden Fall frisch zubereitet.

Sehr lange Wartezeit wenn man vor Ort essen möchte, wenn das Essen nämlich fertig ist und es warten 14 Minuten ist es auch noch kalt (lauwarm) nicht zu empfehlen

Sauberer Burger King, passt alles.

Irgendwie auch nicht mehr das was es mal war. Oft wird etwas vergessen, also immer kontrollieren ob alles da ist. Mir ist aufgefallen das viele dies nicht tun, weil es ihnen vielleicht peinlich ist, aber es voll ok sein gegenüber in Frage zu stellen und zu schauen ob man das hat, wofür man auch bezahlt. Preise sind ganz schön gestiegen aber wo nicht.

Extrem stinkende Toiletten. Essen war aber Top!!!

Bin jedes Mal dort wegen schnelles essen für zwischendurch habe nie Probleme und die Arbeiter dort sind sehr sehr nett auch ☺️

Tische sind nicht gewischt oder gar nicht erst abgeräumt. Toiletten, sind nicht sauber. Von dem aktuellen Spielzeug, den pokemon karten war nichts mehr da. Also wurde einfach uns aus einer älteren Saison gegeben, kein Hinweis, daß sie sie aktuellen gar nicht mehr haben!!!! Ist kein Service, einfach etwas drauf legen ohne mal bescheid zu geben.

Essen war wie immer lieblos zusammen geklatscht. Aber immerhin relativ frisch zubereitet konnte man sehen. Draußen ist eine Höhle los gebrochen. Das Schild liegt um die Umgebung ist eher recht als schlecht. Drinnen geht es. Service war ok halt BK like aber wenn was fehlt wurde ohne murren geholfen, aber es fehlte was.

Lecker und frisch.... 21.07.23 leider nicht mehr🥴 Wir wollten schon länger mal wieder einen Bacon King essen und waren maßlos enttäuscht. Brötchen zu weich, 1 Scheibe Käse zu wenig und der Bacon war hell und schwabbelig, der sollte eigentlich knusprig sein! Unser Fazit...nicht wieder!!

Is halt Burger King nh, haben Pferde im drive in gesehen. Das war das Highlight

Grade bestellt und bei 3 Bestellungen eine komplett vergessen, falsche sossen und doch voll abgebucht. Naja hätte ich kontrollieren sollen. Nächstes Mal kein blindes Vertrauen.

Ein normaler BK, was man sonst halt erwartet. Wartezeiten sind okay, Essen ist immer noch nur Burger King.

Essen war wirklich super, es ist Burger King 🤣 Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Es war nur eine Dame die wirklich gelächelt hat und ihre Arbeit vielleicht gerne noch macht, alle anderen waren irgendwie am falschen Ort, denn zur Beerdigung wollte ich nicht, aber so lang waren die Gesichter 🤣 sonst war es ganz okay 👍👍👍

Die haben regelmäßig gute Coupons. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Essen wurde schnell fertig und Personal an der Kasse war freundlich, aber da hört es dann auch auf. Boden und Tische waren recht schmutzig und das Essen habe ich eher über mich ergehen lassen. Ich erwarte keine 5 Sterne von einer Bürger Bude, das Mindeste sollte aber machbar sein.
