Revised review 1st visit: end of January 2nd visit: beginning of March Ambience/Food: The ambience has become good, you can't complain here. But it was extremely drafty through the door, all the heaters were turned off. The armchairs are very stained, which is very uncomfortable for the guest. The shawarma plate with chicken tasted excellent, but as Germans, my companion and I were completely ignored in the restaurant. 😳 After a long wait I had to ask for a menu myself. Other places are much more attentive. Air: There is very bad air in the restaurant; there are no professional air purifiers on the ceiling. After each visit I became ill (respiratory infection). My friends too, by the way. This can't be a coincidence. Service: Too few menus in circulation and they urgently need to be revised. Not just in Arabic, please also in German. And attractive photos of the dishes would be great. 😊 After 2.5 months nothing has happened... The drinks didn't come to the table before the meal as requested and the waiting time for the food was also far too long. On the second visit a few days ago, serving took over 2 hours. 😳 In my opinion, there is no counter outside like at Rialto, where customers are served for take-away orders. This needs to be separated or more people need to be hired in the kitchen. As it is now, it's an imposition. Feel-good factor: I felt very uncomfortable. The mixer is extremely loud and bothered me a lot. The music was generally too loud and conversations were hardly possible. The open kitchen is disadvantageous because of the smells. Everything smells like frying oil and the smoke wafts from the smoking area when the door is constantly open. You can hardly breathe. Conclusion: Bad service (I've never experienced anything like that before), there's quite a bit of chaos in many areas. Even after 2.5 months. Something urgently (!!) needs to be improved.

Let's start with something positive, the atmosphere is very nice. The armchairs/chairs are very comfortable. The restaurant's premises are very cold, so we had to sit with jackets on. It pulled from all directions. The floor is dirty and there were still old food residues under our table. It takes forever until service comes. The menus are sometimes incomplete and very difficult to understand. There are no pictures or descriptions so that you know what the dishes are made of. Very unfortunate. With Arabic you can get ahead here and also know what you will have on your plate. Only two out of four people received their food. For these people, the soup/starter was served with the main course. Food is not hot when it comes to the table. So the main courses had to be eaten cold. Staff unfriendly. You had the feeling that you weren't wanted! No card payment possible because the internet didn't work. We won't be coming back and unfortunately we can't recommend it at this point.

I had dinner in this restaurant 3 days ago with 2 friends and from the outside it looked really appealing but I waited an hour until someone came to my place and wanted to take my order. Menus are only available upon request. The atmosphere is ok, everything is relatively clean but the chairs were partly stained and that's not possible. The food was really unappealing. And all the smell from the kitchen comes from the open doors. Which really bothered me personally. Hardly anyone speaks German here either I had problems even communicating here. All in all I wouldn't eat here again

Dear restaurant team, Unfortunately our visit was disappointing. The food was dry and tasteless. The quality of the food was far from what I expect from a restaurant. The service was unfriendly and unhelpful. The service seemed disinterested and didn't make any effort to make the stay pleasant. This negatively affected the entire atmosphere. The music was too loud so we could hardly talk. Another point that gave me difficulty was the menu. It was 90% written in Arabic, with no proper translations or pictures to help you understand what you were ordering. Overall, visiting you was a disappointing experience.

No space despite reservation. Waited forever for a map that wasn't complete either. Waited forever for food. The promised coffee on the house didn't come because of the inconvenience. impudence Food was ok, hence one star.

I don't recommend it at all!! Too long waiting times. We waited 2 hours for our food and it didn't arrive at all. Above all, other customers came and they didn't even wait half an hour. We were told it would only be 5 minutes, however we were lied to and waited over half an hour so we decided to walk away.

The location is good, the car can be parked easily, and the service is fast and professional. The meals are varied and generous. Everything was great except for the smoke in the smoking area. The place needs stronger smoke extractors in order to work well and extract the smoke better.

The food, service and atmosphere are all excellent We were families and the restaurant was very convenient and comfortable. There were no negatives. Mashallah, the service was amazing. May God bless you.

The store will close in 3 months if nothing changes! Complete disaster you wait 40-60 minutes just to order. Another 40 minutes until the food arrives. There were two of us there and after 50 minutes I got food (completely wrong order, I had fried chicken and fried chicken was brought in) then I was asked if I wanted what I ordered or if that would fit. I thought Come on, eat it, it's almost there anyway. No wait another 40 minutes for the other food and the food got cold. Disaster worst store in all of Lower Saxony

An absolutely disappointing experience! We waited 1.5 hours for our drinks even though the order had long since been taken. The menu card was only brought to us after 20 minutes. The food came after an hour, but only for one person - and without cutlery! It was only brought when asked, accompanied by an unfriendly look. The organization is catastrophic, as if the operators had no experience in the catering industry. No receipt received, the menu is poorly designed, and the service staff seem overwhelmed and unfriendly. Particularly shocking: Smoking is allowed in the restaurant, the smoke wafts through the entire room - absolutely unpleasant for non-smokers! In addition, there is an extremely loud juicer that makes normal conversations at the table impossible. Conclusion: I have never experienced such a chaotic and unprofessional restaurant. Absolutely not recommended!

A great evening. We didn't know the dishes. But the great waitress, a young woman, gave us such great advice. Even if we didn't immediately understand something (i.e. what kind of dish it was), she never became impatient. In the end we relied on their recommendation and would not be disappointed. We were definitely not there for the last time.

Everything is fine, but a small note is that the order is placed one at a time, meaning we place the food between each plate and the next for ten minutes. The food has cooled and the appetizers have not yet been placed. More coordination and a long waiting period are required.

الطعام السوري على أصوله وخاصة الشاورما، وهي نفس طعم وجودة شاورما حلب، والسعر مقبول حيث سعر صندويشة شاورما أربعة يورو ونصف وحجم الصندويشة كبير. ملاحظة: أتمنى الاهتمام بالنظافة، فالعامل جعل الكيس الذي وضع فيه الطلب مدهناً تماماً ولم أستطع حمله إلا بوساطة محرمة.

أطيب وأنظف أكل، أكلت سندويتشة شاورما عند كاري وقد أعادتني عشرون سنة إلى الماضي، حيث شاورما الدجاج في شارع إسكندرون في حلب. شكراً على تجديد الشباب واللقمة الطيبة، هذا شيء نادر في كل أوروبا.

Das Essen ist einfach super und die Gewürze die verwendet werden machen es so lecker das ich einen Standard billo Burger wahrscheinlich anderswo nur noch verschmähen würde. Habe bereits 3 mal dort gegessen. Ich finde es günstig für viel Essen. Das Ambiente hat mich erst einmal abgeschreckt, habe es dennoch probiert. Sorgt für Sauberkeit, renoviert ein wenig und sorgt Aussen für ein schönes Schild und es wäre perfekt 😁 Ich gebe dennoch 5 Sterne weil die Jungs super freundlich sind und mir sogar ein Tuch gereicht haben als meine Brille beschlagen ist bei dem kalten Wetter🤣😁

Das Restaurant war gut aber nicht perfekt, ihr müsst noch auf die Sauberkeit und auf die Preise achten, es ist teuer geworden.
