Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food was incredibly delicious and the service was simply outstanding. The owner of Alkari (in parentheses, Abo) was especially kind to us and made our visit truly special. The service deserves 5 stars, and so does the food! I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and would return anytime.

I visited Alkari Restaurant with my family and was truly delighted! The food was delicious – fresh, well-seasoned, and prepared with great care. I was also particularly impressed by the owner, who was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

Criticism is for constructive purposes, not insults. With love. 1. Visitors should be provided with information about parking. 2. The grilled chicken was not up to standard. Please adjust the grilling and seasoning method. 3. Appetizers served with meals should be modified, such as the type of pickles and the amount of salad. 4. Increase the separation of the hookah and smoking area from the main hall. Sitting by the door in the winter is not recommended. This problem should be resolved. Suggestion: Add desserts: Nabulsi, Halawat al-Jibn, etc. Otherwise, the rest of the food is good, such as Crispy, Shawarma.

I visited for dinner and it was a wonderful experience in every way! - *Food:* The flavors are authentic and delicious, as if I were in the heart of Damascus. The grilled meats were tender, and the appetizers were fresh and carefully crafted. - *Service:* The service was elegant and prompt, and the staff were very respectful and helpful. - *General atmosphere:* The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and the place was clean and tidy. The service is good, and all the staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the food is delicious. A few things that could be improved: 1. I noticed that some of the mango and other fruits on the fruit plate were canned. Unfortunately, they didn't taste that fresh. It would be better to use fresh fruit or change the selection to simpler, fresher varieties. 2. The music was unfortunately a bit too loud. 3. Card payments are currently not possible—but that would be very convenient. 4. The prices could easily be reviewed, as they are a bit high in comparison. Nevertheless, I can recommend the restaurant—and I will definitely come back.

We were told to eat after an hour delay and the dog's food was not eaten. I do not advise anyone to eat there. This is the last time we eat there. The restaurant is insipid, the staff are very bad and the timings are even worse.

I visited this restaurant and the experience was more than wonderful. 🌟 The food is absolutely delicious: from the wonderful dough sfiha, to the grilled and fried kibbeh, the delicious grilled meats, and the lamb shawarma and chicken shawarma. Every dish was full of flavor, as if it had been made with love and care. The service was excellent. The owner is a refined and welcoming person, and the staff are cheerful and smile as if you were a guest in their home. The atmosphere is family-friendly, beautiful, and warm, giving you the feeling of being in the heart of Midan, Syria, with the warmth of hospitality and authenticity. In short: This restaurant is worth experiencing more than once, and one that leaves fond memories.

The food was delicious but I had a bad experience with the service. A girl and a boy were very cheeky. They ordered the same thing 5 times. In the end the music was very loud while we were still eating. A small boy without a beard took our order and was not friendly at all. After the order had been taken, he slapped his notebook on the table and said okay, let's do it. Then they sat down and started smoking shisha. In the end the girl asked for €150 for three people, basically trying to rip us off. After 10 minutes of discussion at the counter we ended up paying €60, going down from €150 to €60. I would never recommend it.

Good restaurant and delicious food I liked it. We came from another area to try it, but I have comments on the service. There is a delay in serving the meal for a period of up to half an hour or more. I would have liked more attention to the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Also, there is no place to change the children's needs in the bathroom, but other than that it is great and I hope you take this comment into consideration.

If there's one thing that could be improved, it's the restrooms.
