McDonald's in Bad Fallingbostel

Yesterday's service was truly awful. The staff at the drive-thru didn't listen properly. Then something was missing. When I complained inside, there wasn't a single word of apology. And after complaining, I had to ask three times for the original receipt. And last Wednesday was another nightmare – incompetent, rude, and downright insolent staff at the drive-thru.

- It's just a fast food restaurant, communication was a bit difficult.

I've never seen McDonald's this clean! Absolutely top-notch cleanliness!

No veggie burger. Oh well. The server also smells of sweat. On the plus side: clean, power outlets for charging phones, decent coffee, milkshake is as usual.

Unfortunately, a very bad experience. I didn't get three things in my order, for which I paid €28. First, there was the wrong toy in my Happy Meal, then the shaker noodles were replaced with regular ones, and the bacon on my burger was also forgotten. I'm not usually picky about this, but when it's not busy and I pay €28 for three burgers and some fries, then it just has to be right. I'll prefer to eat at the competition in the future.

Waited 30 minutes. Total chaos behind the counter. Mc Café simply isn't serving at all. A complete disaster.

It was clean and the food was edible. The sauce wasn't that great.

I carelessly left my food by the bike rack, and when I realized it at home, I called the store. The employee checked and found the bag. When I came back to pick it up, they had already made me something fresh and were so kind and understanding! 🤎 However, since there are also employees in this store who have treated me really badly, I can't give them full marks. Still, this is one of the better stores!

McDonald's: A Desert of Service We ordered several breakfast wraps, which were so cheaply filled that the contents only seeped through to the bottom quarter. This meant we had to swallow the first and the main part of the wraps dry. Furthermore, to save time, the wraps were finished with a wafer-thin, omelet-like egg instead of scrambled eggs, topped by the non-stir-fry kitchen staff. These "omelets" were then found in the bottom quarter of the wraps, in a ball-like shape and drenched in sauce. Now, the ambiance. To keep customer lingering time as short as possible, the temperature in the dining area was lowered to what felt like 15°C. We couldn't warm our stiff fingers with the "hot" chocolate we ordered for this purpose, as it seemed to have only been "heated" to room temperature by the sunlight on the counter in the McCafé area. Therefore, a certain percentage of the chocolate remained motionless and undissolved at the bottom of the McCafé ceramic cup even after consumption, as a brown melt (see picture). Unfortunately, this could not be rescued, as neither spoons nor saucers were provided, likely due to a lack of motivation to carry two trays. However, the completely unmotivated employees of the chain restaurant were apparently concerned about our health, which is why they also omitted other accessories such as coffee creamer and sugar from the delivery, which warmly invited us to take a warming stroll to get some ourselves at the McCafé counter. As we left, the dried-up contents of the standing ceramic cup in the men's restroom smiled wistfully at us. The next time we pass through this area, we will have to resort to the EVEN worse-rated branch of the same chain in Bispingen.

Larger McDonald's at the Fallingbostel rest stop. Orders came quickly and everything seemed clean. Two charging stations for electric cars are available, with more nearby.

It's okay. Mom can go in there if necessary.

I go there often. But lately, I've had bad luck with my takeout orders. One time, a burger was missing, another time, half the order wasn't included. I had to drive back and pick it up. Since then, I've been checking my order on the spot. And it's really annoying that they're no longer serving chocolate shakes.

Could the tables be cleaned more often, please.

Typical McDonald's The staff was friendly, the food was like any other McDonald's, and everything was served quickly. We couldn't have asked for more.

I ordered one cheeseburger and two chicken burgers for €9 at the drive-thru on August 18, 2025! They looked like they'd been sitting on a hot plate all day! I wouldn't want to eat there again 🤮‼️

Self-service machines were out of order. That's why there were long lines on a Sunday. The Samurai Burger is a chicken burger with an extra chicken patty and 1 teaspoon of sauce for 5.99!!! It wasn't worth the price. And the cherry blossom Sprite is sold out every time we're there. A big advertisement for nothing. A shame.

Best Mac ever, fast and flexible, even though it was packed. Clean restrooms, but unfortunately only one sink.

Quickly off the highway and quickly back on again—the McDonald's has good transport links and is accordingly busy. Nevertheless, the employees are friendly and efficient. It's tidy, and the restrooms are clean, too. I think it's a nice gesture to bring a bowl of water to the table for dogs in this warm weather (we don't have a dog, I just noticed it—the owners were surprised and very pleased).

I stood at the cash register for 10 minutes waiting for one of the employees to pay for the order, they just stood and looked, no one came!!! Everything took a very long time!!

It's a McDonald's like a hundred others. Very clean, though. There was only one server for that time of day, which led to a slightly longer wait time than necessary. But overall, it's one of the better branches.

We were there during rush hour (Friday evening, 7 p.m.). We were very pleasantly surprised. Crowded, but plenty of space, clean (restrooms, restaurant), and fast. The burgers looked appealing, at least not completely sloppy. Friendly service. Thanks :)

A few minutes later, the items I had left in the restaurant were found (witnesses present). I wanted to pick them up, but they were gone. Apparently, the staff needed them, and the owner wrote to me that the matter was taken care of for him.

I didn't understand anything at the Mc Drive-Thru and the person at the checkout was very unfriendly.

The German language skills here leave something to be desired

Really clean, not even a hint of dust on the floor. The restrooms are clean and odor-free, and stocked with paper towels. Food arrives very quickly, with plenty of napkins.

A nice stop right next to the Autobahn without the crowds of the larger rest areas and Autohof. Plenty of parking, charging station close by and easy ordering. Fast delivery and everything tasted as it should 👍

At the drive-thru, the bag of fries was really cold, the wrong drink was included, and the nuggets were only lukewarm. It couldn't have been worse.

If I may confess, this is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Plus, they just give customers free water. That's not even the case in Michelin-starred restaurants. 10/10

Surprisingly good for McDonald's. Mac's planning is better than at many other McDonald's.

The strawberry cake was delicious and the chocolate cake with the thick, fat chocolate was good too. You could drink the coffee too. We are really happy and it was extremely quick. The advantage is that you don't have to wait long to get the coffee and cake. It's much quicker. You don't have to use that stupid machine and you don't get that stupid number. You finally have to wait among all the asylum seekers. The toilet was really small and you had to wait forever, but we used up six rolls of toilet paper. I am in favour of accepting deposit crap.

Today at McKing: Got a Chili Cheeseburger TS with extra jalapenos from Burger King and carried it to McDonald's to enjoy the perfect little cappuccino. So, the perfect burger to go with the perfect cappuccino. Thanks, McKing Burger Donalds

A very modern McDonald's. The milkshake was wrong with the food, but overall everything was good.

I don't know how, but if you manage to forget the sauce on my McRib, that's one too many. That I get the wrong burger twice in one meal is fine. That the burgers are cold is fine. But how the hell can you forget that? Oh, and special requests are skillfully ignored.

The wait was incredibly long, the staff was poorly organized, and the drinks arrived half-open and spilled over. At first, they wouldn't take them back. The food was cold, and the chicken burger was odd.

I was disappointed with the McFlurry. There was hardly any caramel sauce, but there were a ton of Smarties that tasted stale... I went to the McDrive. The two employees were friendly and nice.

Why aren't the opening hours updated? You can order in the app and say "pick up your order." And then you find yourself standing in front of the locked doors: open from 9:00 (even though Google and the McAfee app say 8:00...

Sorry, service could be friendlier and more professional. Plenty of room for improvement.

A McDonald's like any other. Unfortunately, as with almost all fast food restaurants, I have to criticize the hygiene. In the past, the tables were wiped down every now and then, but that's not the case here. The burgers were cold, and when I complained, I was told that was normal; burgers sit on the display for over 30 minutes. When I asked if I could have a warm burger, I was given a cold burger from the display. What can I say? I've accepted it and left the burger. There's a reason why I only go there with my children once or twice a year.

5 minutes before closing time, the doors are locked so they can't serve customers, and for me, this establishment gets a 0.

I was almost closed at the latest and the boys still helped me because I was too hungry. Big respect ✌️

Unfortunately, the burger we bought at the counter was completely cold. I then went to the restaurant and reported the problem. The staff was friendly and tried to give me a new burger quickly - which I found very positive. Unfortunately, the second burger was just as cold as the first. For a price of three euros I find it really disappointing to receive such a poor product. A burger should at least be warm - that's the bare minimum. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience. And that wasn't the first time

Today I spontaneously felt like eating McDonald's. Eaten on site. The order was quick and delivery to the table was great. But then everything was cold. The M cold! The Curley Fries were even colder. That was very bad. This noise level is no longer acceptable! Comfortable is something else. Unfortunately everything was closed except for McDonald's. That’s it for a while now. Regretting ordering food there again. Was disgusting. 🤢

Not that crowded. Friendly staff. Short waiting times. Fast food but well prepared.

The store was still relatively clean even later in the evening, but the toilets were not.

Everything to the best satisfaction

There were seven of us with 4 children and 3 adults. We ordered separately and had them brought to the table. We often go to a McDonalds and every now and then something goes wrong. But here it went beyond the scope of the day. Our friend received a tray for her and her two children with apple spritzer (not ordered), a hamburger and two Capri Suns. Then the first tray arrived with two hamburgers and fries. Shortly afterwards a waitress came to ask if we were missing a BigMac. The table number was still on our table. But we didn't order the BigMac. Then came the happy meals. They were OK with us. Our friend was missing the squeezes. And for me the Coke. After 15 minutes I sent our 8 year old with both receipts to get the two squeezes and my Coke. She was back quickly. Without Coke, they can't give it to children. So I had to go and get them myself. I noticed the following at the counter. The waitress comes to the counter, compares the receipt with the things on the tray, calls to the back two apple turnovers and a hamburger are missing. Takes the tray with receipts and takes it away. Without waiting for things. When we had finished eating, about 45 minutes after placing our order, an employee came by and asked if everything had arrived. We reported that we got the things ourselves. Then he took the two table numbers with him. He had just left when the next person serving the table came and said we were missing 4 McRips.

Advertised prices on the information page are not the same as on the order terminal!

Bad service! The restaurant is empty, yet you still wait for minutes at the checkout. The lady in charge acknowledges you grimly, but continues to tinker clumsily with a box. Even the kitchen staff are already looking embarrassed in my direction. Next time, I'll just go to the Burger King next door. They're fast and friendly.

After years I quickly went there for a 0.25L cola. Hard to believe for €3.09 I can't believe it. Never again

The first time I've experienced at a fast food restaurant like this that people go around and ask if everything tastes good and arrived correctly. And that's exactly what happens to everyone, despite the larger group. It arrived quickly and was very good to eat!

Apparently the employees can't read, they forgot fries again!!! Entire meal is cold… The store is not worth the money... McDonald's has become more expensive and the quality has technically deteriorated!!!!

The fries were soft and limp. Too little quality for so much money. The team is friendly and good. The food came very quickly. We would have liked to have waited a little longer... for crispy French fries.

After a long wait at the checkout, she simply takes my €50 and goes to the back with it. Unbelievable. When I spoke to her about it, she said in Polish German, she said, "You a moment... Is it still okay?"

Ideal with the quite time-consuming app - organic offers would be nice.

I've been there again for a long time. I had the feeling that the service staff didn't really want to work, friendly faces look different. I understand that it's not always easy with so many guests, but the individual guest can't do anything about it.

Fraudulent juice shop, you buy one for 44 euros, you get there and you notice everything that was forgotten: 4 times kethup, 4 times mayonnaise and 3 times sweet and sour sauce but you can throw the food without sauce in the trash, thank you for so much wasted money. Never again

After 20 minutes of waiting (ordering at the machine) we were informed that the ice cream machine was defective. When I asked to get the money back I was asked why I didn't want a shake. I continued to ask for my money, which I then got "slammed" into my hand. Thanks for nothing...

Sorry but things are getting worse and everything is overpriced

Hello neighbor, hire capable staff. Unfortunately, your Ukrainian employees can't do it. Order food and then find out that something is missing or there isn't enough in the packaging. At the end of the day you are no longer worth the money. You've really stepped up your game when it comes to service and accuracy. Your girls also don't lack friendliness at the counter or at home. See you ;) The main thing is that your hybrid vehicle is up to date, that's usually what counts, you can save money elsewhere.

As a cash payer you wait forever. The staff was probably overwhelmed that day. The cheese on the burger was probably fresh from the fridge. I've seen better McDonald's there.

The food was tasty until I had the mayo in my hand, but the package was full of filth and dirty. And McDonald’s general cleanliness guidelines are not adhered to here either.

The ingredients in the burgers were only slightly mixed up and everything was freshly prepared (as expected at McDonald's) and tasty. The friendliness of the employees was particularly positive. The toilets also made a clean and well-maintained impression. I would eat here again.

I knew in advance that McDonald’s restaurants are usually dirty. Of course it was the same here. I found it more annoying that the dishes, in my case chicken nuggets as a menu item, were completely bland, unseasoned and unsalted. The fact that you can't count to nine here and that I only found nuggets in the cardboard box is... well, what? Annoying or a strategy by the operators to make even more profit?
