Friendly staff. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Food was on point. Great for caravans and mobiles.

Very bad food doesn't always happen and almost everyone can't speak German

It took forever to place an order because no one wanted to come to the checkout. It's very loud. The toilets are dirty. The disabled toilet is not barrier-free or usable with a wheelchair. The changing table is completely dirty.

Rarely seen such a bad McDonald's. Ate in the restaurant in two orders for 5 people. The fries were old and soggy. The first order was ready within 2 minutes and there, very good. The second order took 15 minutes. The employee didn't even respond to us and left the table without answering. The toilets are totally dirty and have a strong smell. Paper towels were empty in both dispensers - as was the soap dispenser. The hand dryer is defective. My wife reported the same thing about the women's toilet. In addition, the cabin is so narrow that the door even hits the paper roll holder when closing it. The tables were sticky, as was the floor. Never again!

Bit very dirty. Sink clogged, chips everywhere. Must be because of the new McShaker Fries…

Everything great. It took quite a long time to prepare, even though it wasn't overly full.

A McDonalds like any other around the world. It's a pity that the staff speaks very poor English, which makes communication difficult. My order was incomplete but still prepared, I ordered a mix box. They couldn't mix. If I had been asked to prepare it, they would not have had to throw away the order. But in the end it was resolved neatly.

I am very disappointed with my visit to McDonald's. Not only did the staff on site couldn't speak German, but they also didn't bring me the food I ordered. When I raised the issue, my incorrect order was not corrected and I was simply ignored. I have rarely experienced such bad service.

Apparently the staff was changed. Since then nothing has worked at all. Every time something is missing or you have something wrong! And the only answer you get is what should I do now? Doesn't work at all. Sometimes you are not really understood at all. Got really bad.

So far it's pretty good, but they should finally overhaul the app so that it works better

Unfortunately, for the third time we didn't get a full meal. Each time something was missing. The last two times there was only one citizen.... But today 8 citizens are missing and half of the potato gizzards we ordered only had fries in them.. ...My kids rode their bikes in the rain for 5 kilos and you only get half that price??? I can understand that there is stress on the weekend, but the fact that it has happened 3 times in 2 weeks is no longer funny

Please find another branch or just read!!!! Unfortunately, I paid attention to the reviews too late. The toilets were just dirty. The floor in the sales area was a disaster. Things didn't look any better in the restaurant. The staff don't behave and probably some of them don't speak German. In addition, they wanted to give us the wrong order and the seller himself didn't understand his monitor. I don't really expect anything more from food.... :(

Always having stomach problems and diarrhea but only at the McDonald's. I've already written to the management but nothing happened, the floor looks good and if the employees don't feel like it you'll find that something always ends up on the floor and then something is wrong just threw the bags down So today we wrote July 10th and what can you say for a cheeseburger 20 minutes wait I thought almost foot and not star leftovers you had to import the cheese first and slaughter the meat first And what can I say, it's just as dirty, I've been waiting for my menu for 20 minutes. Something's going wrong with you. mcces in Hanover and Bremen are even faster at the same time I would like to ask for a statement as there is no response to emails either

Heute Abend (21.30 Uhr) war es bei McDrive wirklich schlecht. Im Wagen vor uns hat sich der Fahrer mit der Angestellten am Schalter mit Dingen beworfen von und zum Auto. Bei Lebensmitteln in der Nähe sollte man dies nicht tun. Unsere Wraps waren nicht gar, so das deren Teig am Papier klebte und ein Essen fast unmöglich war. Die Burger waren kalt und wenn ich bei der Limonade nicht schnell zugegriffen hätte, wäre diese sicherlich auf den Boden gefallen,weil die Mitarbeiterin gar nicht zu mir geschaut hat. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen dieser Laden!

I thought it was a fast food restaurant - for two menus - which were ordered and paid for via the app - there was a 20 minute wait, even though the restaurant was empty. The focus was probably just on. McDrive - so it's only enough for a bad rating.

McDrive should employ staff who understand it. Two menus ordered, both taken incorrectly despite repeating three times and at the counter they say it a fourth time and it is ignored. Only after we went in was the order put together correctly.

When you eat, you know what to expect, but you just missed out on the completeness lottery... After all, around 50% of the orders are completed independently 😵 Last review a year ago, quality down, prices up and as always when taking away... something is missing. Of course, whenever you're in a hurry and the bags are so full that you can't take a proper look without tipping them out. Thank you for making it so easy to break the habit for yourself and the next generation, at least it saves you a lot of money for the poor quality forever

Super annoying, the lady at the drive inn charges for the goods but doesn't pack them! Now the 2nd time I've now switched to Burger King

Table service booked. No napkins included. Instead of normal 6s -> get green 6s. Instead of mustard sauce there was sweet and sour. Fries lukewarm. Chilli nuggets were bone hard and tasted like they were fried again. Toilets smelled extremely of urine.

Standard in terms of ambience and food. You just get what you expect. Nothing was missing from our order. What motivated me to write the review is that there is still a good old self-service service station here with napkins, straws and chippers. In other branches you have to queue for ages at the counter (if they even have piekser somewhere), which then makes table service unnecessary.

Conveniently located along the highway. Clean toilets and restaurant. Good seating options. Food meets expectations.

Dirt on the benches and tables wasn't wiped off. TS Hamburger Royal wasn't warm, rather cold. Fries worked like that and Cola with ice cubes were brought hmm.

Had a large order today, which is generally always difficult. So we expected a lack of orders from the start. So I'll start...instead of a 20 piece of nuggets, the children got nuggets and chilli cheese nuggets. There were now the first tears. Instead of three mc ribs there were only two. You don't understand employees at the drive in. Burgers and wraps are getting smaller. Fries taste worse and worse. There are better chip shops.

I've been to mcces many times and was surprised at how bad the food is. Only the sweet and sour tasted normal. The Big Mac had something like a scented candle (taste explosion into the negative). So that's what preservatives taste like. The sauce wasn't there and the curly fries were like cardboard. Was a bit disappointed.

I got food there about 2 days ago. After eating, we all had stomach and intestinal problems. Because of this, we will never eat there again. Fries were only lukewarm and soggy, nuggets tasted like old fat, burgers were soggy. Never again !!

The coffee was very good 👍 it was even brought to my seat.

Auch wenn man diesem McDonald in Bezug auf Essen und Ambiente eigentlich nur 3 Sterne geben dürfte, so sind es in diesem Fall dennoch vier. Dies ist der Sauberkeit geschuldet, die ich schon sehr lange nicht mehr bei einem McDonalds hatte. Hat mich gestern Abend sehr positiv überrascht. Komme gerne wieder in diese Filiale.

Heute wirklich Pech gehabt....leider das zweite mal in Folge....einer von zwei Fisch Mac war kalt....der andere lieblos zusammengebastelt....die Käsescheibe begrüßte einen schon außerhalb der Verpackung....der Big Rösti machte seinen Namen alle Ehre....sehr trocken geröstet....leider auch schon ein wenig Älter....Pommes sind ja Geschmackssache....heute hatte ich allerdings das Gefühl das sie ein wenig länger oder zweimal gebacken wurde....Kaffee und Milchshake waren in Ordnung.....

Zur Mittagszeit angekommen und schnell füllte sich Restaurant. Dennoch war das Essen sehr schnell da , zwar nicht so warm, dennoch essbar, aber wünschenswert wäre natürlich dass es heißer ist. Aber alles in allem , gut, ja!!! Emm, wenn zwischen durch mal wer die Tische abputzen würde dann gäbe es 5* beim Ambiente. MA alle freundlich, kein Problem beim Happy Meal das versehentlich "falsche" aufs Tablet gelegte um zu tauschen,top. WC Sauber und gut duftend😉

Für McDonalds sehr sauber.sogar die Toiletten.Hier gabs sogar noch Toilettenpapier u Papiergandücher.Netter Service bei McCafé.

Das Essen war lecker und nicht zu teuer, mit der MC App kriegt man auch gute Angebote. Der Mitarbeiter der meine zahl aufgerufen hat war relativ schwer zu verstehen aber es hat funktioniert.

So langsam habe ich Anteile an McDonalds, weil ich, egal wo immer ich das Goldene M sehe, wie ein Magnet angezogen werden. Eure Produkte sind top, riesen Auswahl. Klitzeklitzeklitzekleiner -Punkt wäre, dass eure Eismaschinen ziemlich oft ausfallen. Egal wo ich bin. Und manchmal, wenn die Maschine mal funktioniert, schmecken die Shakes lt. Aussage meines Sohnes, komisch.

Ein MC Donald der mit Freundlichen Personal ausgestattet ist, das Angebot nach Werbung variieren Standard ist immer vorhanden.

Zur Entschuldigung: der Laden war sehr voll. ABER: elendig lange Wartezeit aufs Essen, das dann in großen Teilen kalt war. Dreckig, stinkende Toiletten und als der Run vorbei war, machte das Personal wohl erstmal Pause, sodass sich der Müll türmte.

Es hat alles gut funktioniert. Das Essen ist warm und wurde schnell an den Tisch gebracht. Das Personal ist nett- und hilfsbereit.

Nie ist bei einer Bestellung für die ganze Familie alles auf dem Tablett. 🤔, egal in welchem McDonalds.

Sehr unfreundlich. Mussten auf unseren Kaffee sehr lange warten . Als dann der „ Chef „ ( schwarze Lederjacke) kam hat man ihn erst mit Kaffee bedient. Es war auf dem Fußboden sehr glatt hätte man ausrutschen können. Der Chef hat dieses auch ignoriert Kopfschütteln.

Unfreundlichstes MC Donalds Restaurant, dass ich je erlebt habe! Völlig überfordertes und zudem so unfreundliches Personal, dass schon froh war, wenn man das Essen hin geknallt bekam. unfassbar - noch nie so etwas erlebt! NIE WIEDER, zumal die Konkurrenz direkt nebenan ist
