If you want to spend money pointlessly - simply order and pay in advance with PayPal. I ordered on 8/5/24. After about 1.5 hours I called to ask when the food would come - answer; not at all because there is no driver. Of course, the request to return the money has not been answered until today, August 20, 24. Paypal is already turned on. Now that I see more reviews and pictures, I'm really glad that my food wasn't delivered, that's disgusting. Vegetarians beware... I'm a regular at Burger King and have never had any problems with the plant-based things, but in this branch I got a plant-based chicken nugget burger with real animal meat (August 18th ~ 4:30 p.m.)!! Every now and then there are only chicken products because the meat is not available. On top of that, it's really dirty. The last time I ordered the burger bun, like the meat, was completely burnt. Everything tastes good when the food is actually delivered. We ordered something to eat in the evening at around 8:30 p.m., after 2 hours and around 30 attempts to call, we were finally able to reach someone at 10:30 p.m. and all the nice gentleman had to say was a simple "does "I'm sorry, but the driver had problems while driving." It's nice that you only get this information when it's so late that you can't order anywhere else. So service and reliability is apparently absolutely non-existent here. On the way back from Schleswig-Holstein we stopped at this Burger King to take a break and get something to eat. It was very crowded here due to the wave of travel. Unfortunately, the personnel had not prepared for this. Ordering via the terminal was quick, but it took a good 30 minutes until we got the food. Even in the drive-thru, cars waited 10-15 minutes to get their food. Burger King always builds its burgers to order. The burger counter was pretty full. So with 2 people there were simply not enough people at the output and they didn't work particularly quickly. I've been there a few times now and have experienced some ups and downs. Of course, it always depends on the time of day where you are there. At one point it was pretty empty and the food was great and the service was friendly. Another time, probably after a Bundesliga game, the place was packed and the food took forever. Overall, I think it's one of the better Burger Kings.

This was by far the worst visit to Burger King we have ever had! All order terminals out of order. The order from the employee took forever. Approximately a third of the entire selection was also sold out. After about 20 minutes our order was ready for us. Unfortunately we didn't get any notice, I discovered the tray on the counter at some point and just took it with me... the food was mostly ice cold. Only my daughter's fries and nuggets were warm and somewhat edible. The hygiene throughout the entire location is a complete disaster. All the tables were greasy and dirty, the carts were full, there was leftover food everywhere on the floor. The floor at the counter area sparkles with grease and is therefore a high safety risk. The sanitary facilities were also unusable for us due to poor hygiene. Burger King is definitely no longer an option for us!!!

Wow, it's not unusual per se that Burger Kings have bad reviews. So on Saturday evening at 11 we'll have to take care of the rest of the journey. Drive switch closed. Everything inside is greasy and you can hardly sit down. Staff completely overwhelmed because there is simply not enough staff. Food is thrown into the deep fryer without gloves. Long hair, also tied in a ponytail, was somehow so long that I was just disgusted. After a long wait we got cold fries, cold burgers and cola tasted strange. This is definitely the worst burger king I know and it's a shame that nothing has changed after the scandal.

Then 9xx numbers are called up and then I go to the only functioning display screen. Then I realize the extent and cause of our misery. The employees run at a snail's pace. I ordered food here, the waiting time was loud for 45 minutes. The food arrived after 2.5 hours. The driver was completely correct, but looked a bit stupid when I said that after this waiting time I would have the money. The food was, well, the drink was cold, the fries were soggy and the burger was cold. The nuggets were so black and hard that they had to be thrown in the bin! I'll test the service on site and then maybe change my mind. But now never stand again!

All 4 clearing stations are overflowing, the toilet is under water and there is no soap UPDATE: we BOTH had diarrhea after the visit.... UPDATE 2: the branch belongs to Schloß Burger. This is the successor company to Yi-Ko Holding GmbH. Many people probably remember it from the Wallraff RTL report. Well then I'm no longer surprised by the condition and service.

We expected a regular Burger King and that's basically what we got. The veggie items were sold out at the ordering terminal. But the service said that was wrong and there was something else. So far, so confused. The service was very friendly and took care of us. The floor was a bit dirty, and unfortunately the toilets were too. The black hair in my burger also annoyed me a bit. However, I was in a hurry so I didn't make a complaint.

Catastrophe better go somewhere else

Ordered my food at the terminal. There were only 2 service staff in the entire area. One kitchen, the other was busy with the drive-in. After a good 10 minutes, two or three other employees finally came out of the break together so that the eight orders that had now been placed could be processed. The cleanliness of BurgerKing is extremely questionable. The floor in the kitchen area was full of leftover food, the floor in the guest area was sticky and the clearing stations had probably not been emptied for hours, so many tables were already full of tablets.
