BURGER KING Deutschland GmbH in Rotenburg (Wümme)

I like to eat a burger every now and then. 3 stars because the taste of Whopper and Big King matches. The service in Rotenburg is catastrophic. Been there twice and both times unmotivated and even unfriendly employees at the drive-in. It's a shame, it tastes worse and I'm staying away now.

I have been there several times with my grandson. Unfortunately, I was disappointed every time. The staff seems listless and unprofessional, almost even unfriendly; Unfortunately everything is quite unhygienic. The hamburgers are usually only lukewarm and very messily folded. Parking is available directly in front of the building. Unfortunately, we felt very unsafe in the parking lot because there were a lot of young people standing there in groups and seemed to be waiting for something.

A Turkish employee packed my order to take away, but he was so unmotivated that he put the fries in the bag upside down. When my wife and I looked in the bag, all the fries were scattered around without me even getting anything out of the bag I took it, then went straight back to the employee and asked him to give me a new portion of fries. He got angry and said that he had put them in correctly, I didn't really want to argue but when I told him it was obvious wasn't the case, he said I should put my glasses on next time and that I was lucky that he was at work at the time and then said if I had balls that I could wait in the parking lot until 11 p.m. so we can sort it out. Absolutely rude and unprofessional, it was my last visit to the branch, I really can't recommend it..

Every time I'm there the drive is closed and you have to go in. Otherwise just a Burger King as you know it. The staff is very friendly

Went there at 10.30 p.m., opening times according to the sign and the internet until midnight on site, we then silently gestured through a closed door that it was the end of the day, thank you for that, then we went to McDonald's who, as always, saved our asses with a quick meal

It was very tasty, the staff were nice. You can sit comfortably and it wasn't boring for the children. It's just a shame that the residual waste is spread everywhere outside.

Food cold, staff unmotivated and the shop correspondingly dirty (including the toilet). Cleaning is probably unknown. Better to chat with “colleagues”. You don't seem to want to make eye contact with customers or even smile. Customer service is a foreign word. Positive, at least there are parking spaces.

The grill doesn't work, which is a bummer. I was really in the mood for a hearty chili cheese burger

Update 8/1/2024 After a long time, I tried again. At other restaurants in the chain there isn't as much mental incapacity as there was back then at that location. This time my order was actually completely and freshly prepared. Everything was still hot and crispy. The service was friendly and even spoke German 🥳 Only the chef consistently works with his mouth open. Looks pretty simple. The plant-based patties were also grabbed with red tongs. But I can't say whether there are perhaps two red ones. But I was pleasantly surprised and would give it another try if I had the chance 🤭 Earlier: Underground! But one after anonther... I ate here a total of five times. Not once did I receive my order in full. Once a drink was missing, sometimes the snacks and once I even missed 3 burgers in the bag. The staff is mercilessly overwhelmed, there are more than 3 cars in the drive in... To make matters worse, I was served the Bacon King PLANT BASED with classic bacon on it (which was specifically advertised as having vegan bacon mayonnaise) 😅 The concept is missing, it doesn't even come close... I think the concept of being able to order every burger vegetarian is very good and absolutely worth supporting. But not the way it is lived in this branch. If you want fast food, then go for the golden seagull.

Was just ordering. So rude. You could tell that people didn't want to work. It feels like 45 minutes for a citizen.

I wanted to order something from you for the first time with my grandson (10.30) but the employee said we didn't have anything ready to eat yet.

The whole thing including the concept is no longer up to date. The other American on site is on the ball, modern offers delivery service. And here the electronic outdated devices only work half-heartedly.

A few weeks ago I paid for two cheeseburgers and realized in the car that I got hamburgers... But today I wanted to give BK another chance and this young man, his name is simply Abraham. He saw me, immediately read my body language and knew how to advise me. I was so hungry, I could have even eaten an elephant... But today... A small portion of fries and a cheeseburger made me feel full and happy. I was also allowed to pay for Batman&Co toy figures without having to buy a kids menu. GUYS, YOU SHOULD HAVE THIS YOUNG MAN AS YOUR RESTAURANT MANAGER. Bonus star from me. Thank you for the service.

The staff is absolutely catastrophic, from work speed to communication skills totally below Burger King level, that said the food is in the average range compared to other Burger Kings So if you don't want to feel like a human but want to be full, this is the right place!

Waited over half an hour for standard products and then served them cold. When we brought this up there was only a defiant response. The employees give the impression that they don't want to work here but they are also too lazy or too comfortable to quit.

One star is simply too much, I gave the store several chances and today it was enough. I ordered 2 citizens and after about 20 minutes they were ready to be picked up I said they were warm and lay under the lamp (for 10 minutes) So I said that I wanted to have new citizens because I didn't have to wait 20 minutes to have the cold food. Then I was told you would have to wait another 20 minutes, so I asked for my money back, where I was first aggressively yelled at and told that it wasn't possible. Finally it came the shift management and gave me my money back Worst BK I've ever been to

In contrast to others, I noticed the Burgerking because of the cleanliness and the niceness of the staff. I had to wait a short time for the food, but it was fresh and tasted good, I much prefer that to a burger that has been lying around for 20 minutes. I'd love to come back.

14 of us were here today and had an order of various burgers, nuggets, fries and drinks. Didn't wait 10 minutes. Food was cleverly distributed among the tablets. 1 tablet with all fries, 1 with all burgers, 1 with all nuggets and one with drinks. The tablets were brought to our table by the MA. Nothing was missing. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. If it's always like that, we'll be happy to come back!!

I've been to many Burger King branches and have always been extremely satisfied, but this store tops everything that I thought the competition from McDonald's couldn't get worse... Because if my colleague ordered 5 minutes before me and I got my food before him and then I had to wait a total of half an hour until it was ready. I wonder what kind of incompetent people there are in the kitchen!

My friend asked if the King of the Month menu was still available. The nice employee hung up after my friend said it wrong. When he called again to ask, they said my friend was playing a game with him.

Ordering from this BurgerKing is only possible via the terminals. When customers want to order at the checkout, they are rudely directed to the terminals. Customers who might be overwhelmed by this are not taken into account. However, the terminals do not always work or only work to a limited extent. If the receipt roll is empty, no receipt will be printed out. A reprint is apparently not possible either. No matter how busy the restaurant and drive-in is, it always takes a long time to get your order. This may also be because the food is always freshly prepared. But perhaps more staff would also be good. This would also solve the ordering problem and increase the cleanliness in the store. If the wrong burgers are served, the employees are usually overwhelmed when complaints are made and sometimes react unfriendly. An apology is then not an option. The restaurant isn't dirty, but the tray carts are often overfull and the tables could do with being wiped down more often.

Unfortunately, processing at the drive-in took 20 minutes. There was only one vehicle in front of me, the rel. Had to wait a long time at the exit. The menu was confusing, especially since the display board was not lit (in the evening). The receipt for the card payment was only given to me after I requested it. I find it problematic because you can't see the amount entered into the device from inside the car.

Einfach PERFEKT, Essen sieht nicht so aus wie sozial Media Beschreibt. Essen ist warm und innerhalb 3 Minuten ein ganzes Menü fertig. Es ist super sauber. Die Musik passt. Und ich kann nicht glauben wie sauber die Toiletten sind. Und das beste: Free w-lan

Ich war um 22:30 mit meinen Freunden dort. Licht auf dem Parkplatz aus und als wir zum im Restaurant essen bestellt haben, bekamen wir Essen zum mitnehmen und die Bedienung sagte, man habe schon alles sauber gemacht und die Stühle hoch gestellt, deswegen könne man nicht mehr im Restaurant essen. Wir würden eine halbe Stunde bevor das Restaurant schließt, rausgeschmissen. Das ist kein Service, sondern Kunden vergraulen! Beim nächsten Mal fahren wir zu MC Donalds nach Bockel. Kunden verloren!

BURGER KING liegt in Rotenburg verkehrsmäßig günstig. Es ist sehr gut erreichbar und hat auch ein Drive In. Die Speisen sind gut und schmecken. Das Personal ist zugewandt und nett. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist ok.

Leider durfte ich nicht am Tresen bestellen und das Terminal ist nicht so einfach zu bedienen. Die Coupons konnte ich nicht einlesen und musste so auch den regulären Preis bezahlen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Service leider nicht so toll...

Ich musste ganz schön lange warten

Es ist in Ordnung, dass bei einer Bestellung etwas schief läuft und n Burger vergessen wird (hab's zuhause bemerkt). Es ist uncool, wenn der dann nicht erstattet wird, aber irgendwo nachvollziehbar. Wirklich mies ist es, wenn eine Mitarbeiterin am Telefon zusagt, den Burger zu ersetzen, der Chef sich dann aber weigert. Es ist auch einfach unökonomisch, für 5€ nen Aufriss zu machen, der dafür sorgt, dass n Kunde wenig Lust hat, nochmal bei euch Essen zu kaufen

Leider geht jetzt auch hier Bestellungen nur noch am Automaten. Das ist nicht sehr Kundenorientiert. Daher nur ein Stern am Service von Burger King. Der Mitarbeiter am DriveIn verdient 5 Sterne. Sehr freundlich und er hat gelächelt. Ambiente bewerte ich nicht da wir zu Hause gegessen haben. Das Essen besser als bei der Konkurrenz.

Es war nicht schön dort zu sein. Die Sanitäranlagen waren dreckig. Der Abräumwagen überfüllt. Eine warme Coca-Cola die nur nach Sirup geschmeckt hat. Wir sind enttäuscht weggegangen und hoffen dass unsere Mägen alles gut vertragen.

Essen ist Standard. Bei der Sauberkeit im Restaurant ist noch Luft nach oben. Die Herrentoilette geht gar nicht. Dreck, Gestank und kein Seifenspender. Leute, das geht nicht!

Dieser Burger King ist ok.die bedinung braucht etwas länger aber das Essen ist wie gewohnt lecker. Das Lokal innen ist verhältnismäßig sauber.alles im allem 4/5.

Ich mein, alle sagen immer: boah Fastfood, voll schlecht für die Ernährung und so... 🙄 Aber: neben einer ausgeglichenen und bewussten Ernährung und gesunder Lebensweise darf das Geschmackserlebnis mit den uktracoolen Burgern und den gnadenlos besten Fastfood Pommes, die es immer und zu jeder Zeit geben wird, nicht fehlen! 😉♥️💯 Seit der "Renovierung" ein sehr nettes Team. Essen war Standard für BK. Toiletten hatten keine Seife…… Insgesamt gar nicht so schlecht wie Wallraff immer darstellt.
