McDonald's in Rotenburg (Wümme)

I accidentally ended up here. It was quiet, but the fries were cold. The tablet return carts were completely overcrowded and the floor was quite dirty. They clearly don't care much about cleaning. What a pigsty! Never again!

Went to the drive-thru today and, as so often happens, was disappointed. They always forget something. I wanted to surprise my daughter with a Happy Meal, but unfortunately, we realized it didn't have a toy. Very sad for my daughter. I don't know why I keep trying.

Once again, my McDonald's experience was severely marred by poor employee hygiene. After a relaxing afternoon at Heide Park Resort Soltau, my family and I decided to stop by the McDonald's in Rotenburg. I'd been looking forward to a Coke Zero all day, as the drinks at Heide Park are simply unaffordable. To my great dismay, however, I discovered a hair in my drink. Based on the smell, I suspect it might have come from someone of Arab descent. Regardless, this is absolutely unacceptable in the food service industry—especially after a time like the COVID-19 pandemic, when hygiene and health should be top priorities. I am outraged and disappointed that this could happen and expect this incident to be investigated.

Such a great experience here. The ambiance was fantastic, the service was top-notch, the staff were great, and the food was delicious and hot. I haven't visited such a great restaurant in a long time.

The only positive thing was the nice older gentleman who brought us our order (hence 2 stars for service). The burgers were cold, the cheese wasn't melted at all. It was very cold in the dining area, the cashier barely spoke German; I couldn't understand him at all. I reordered a wrap with honey mustard, but wasn't given a pickup/receipt voucher. He was very rude. I had to make sure I got what I needed myself, and it was completely cold and with the wrong sauce. A really bad experience - not recommended! What I'm also curious about is why the wrap is cheaper on Fridays via mobile than in person? The unfriendly employee didn't want to give it to me at the cheaper price. That's discriminatory, especially for older people who might not be able to handle it....

My husband and I were still a little hungry on a Monday evening and wondered what else could be possible at this late hour (11:15 PM)? 🤔 So we had the brilliant idea of ​​visiting McDonald's, which is so popular with young people... To our shock, we discovered that the store was unfortunately already closed, DESPITE the fact that it was officially supposed to be open until midnight 😪 Then we had to go through the drive-thru and eat in our brand-new car... which is a real shame, in my opinion 😵 I hope they let us in next time. Our bladders were weak after such a long car ride! 🤕 Good evening! 🙂

As you would expect from McDonalds, nice to see the “world” menu though, good options. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating also outdoor children’s play area. Good access and plenty of parking.

Never experienced the worst service I've ever experienced in Rotenburg. If you politely ask for the coupons/booklets they advertise, and every other local branch has them, the answer here is "NO," you have to use the app; otherwise, you just order. Thanks for that. Of course, I went to the competitor, BK, who were able to help immediately. I'd rather drive 20-40km further to Verden/Gyhum or Posthausen.

Things are constantly being forgotten… And yes, you can check whether everything is there, but in my opinion it is their job to place the order properly… It works everywhere else too

This is the second time I've been to this McDonald's in a year and I've been disappointed for no reason each time. Last year, we waited over 45 minutes for two "standard meals" without any special requests; today at the McDrive, it took 25 minutes for three cars. The staff were extremely overwhelmed, and therefore extremely unfriendly. Today, they were even rude, even though the restaurant was at fault. They made us pay for the wrong order (not ours) because they were out of stock and therefore didn't have our pre-order app in their system... We will never visit this store again.

It was a nightmare on a Sunday evening around 6 p.m. It was incredibly crowded. The drive-thru line blocked the entire parking lot. There were 20 people inside waiting for their orders. Everything was very slow. We had to wait 35 minutes for one meal plus an ice cream. The store seemed very poorly organized.

I've been to this McDonald's drive-thru location several times, and unfortunately, the wait time is always extremely long. Today, despite it being quiet, I waited a full 25 minutes in the drive-thru—from ordering to getting my food. That's really disappointing, especially when there seems to be no discernible reason for the delay. The food was mediocre. The cheese on the burger wasn't melted at all. It could have passed for a cold sandwich.

Purchase at the McDrive, a small strawberry shake at the window, wait, please pull over to the waiting area, 12 minutes later the employee comes out with two lukewarm double cheeseburgers. When I asked why I didn't get the strawberry shake with the burgers, and why the burger was now empty, I replied: "That's how McDonald's wants it, always drinks first... I'll spare you a comment; see my review. Sorry, that's just how it is at McDonald's."

The residents were carelessly thrown together. Everything was rather dirty, and the parking facilities were poor.

If you're really craving a breakfast of meces after a weekend of canned ravioli and grilled food, this is the wrong place for you. I was there before 10:30 and there was no breakfast. I'm very sad. </3

The restaurant is set up like any other McDonald's restaurant. Unfortunately, the restrooms smell strongly of urine, so it's best to avoid them. The food was classic and the service was fast.

I had breakfast. The hot chocolate was ok. The wrap went so well/the toasty didn't go well. For the 10€ I would have gotten more from the bakery!

It's classic McDonalds, but the service and the waiting time were very good. You have to be honest about the furniture, it's getting old and some of it is damaged Unfortunately, they couldn't keep up with cleaning the tables and emptying the garbage truck that day. The last time, mathematically, it was 2 medium fries instead of 2 large ones... Thank you! When I do, I only eat with a scale... It works in other McDonald's too, why not here? (Apparently the production time of the goods does not count in the parking position and the quota is fulfilled...) Sometimes you stand there for up to 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the (probably) manager of the restaurant had already told me that I hadn't disposed of my rubbish outside. I had just sat down. Been there 3 times in November, forgot sauce twice, waited for over 30 minutes the 3rd time, it wasn't possible to leave the parking lot because they couldn't get the orders out inside. After we had to wait 20 minutes for our food, the burgers were so full of sauce that they fell apart, we couldn't put our tablet away because the cart was full of dirty trays.
