We went to a fast food restaurant and had to wait over half an hour for 6 chicken nuggets!!

Everything was fine, there was hardly any waiting time after ordering and paying at the terminal. Food was okay too.

Very clean, not too crowded. Nice service. Very child friendly.

Saved us because Burgerking had to close early, for whatever reason they do that

Orders in the drive are rarely complete! Even if there are only 3 products!

Unfortunately, I have to say that it actually spoiled my appetite for the first time! The premises themselves needed a little more care, but the toilets were brutal! I had to empty my water tank after the first burger and apart from the beastly smell of urine, I couldn't even wash my hands properly. There was no soap anywhere and because I touched the greasy doors I couldn't continue to enjoy my food! I even felt a little nauseous from the smells... My head cinema with the lack of soap doesn't allow me to visit this location either! Clearly not a recommendation from me! 😑

The food is good and fresh quality. The location is always clean and the staff is friendly.

Ordered via the app and then waited what felt like an eternity for the food with the only two vehicles standing in front of us on the drive. Fast food restaurant is something completely different. Fries unsalted, burgers totally smeared with sauce and the dogs accordingly. Napkins would have been great... There are great stores and there are ones like this, never again Mecces Rotenburg Wümme

Went to McDonald's in Rotenburg today. After we had to wait 20 minutes for our food, the burgers were so full of sauce that they fell apart, we couldn't put our tablet away because the cart was full of dirty trays. We stayed there because we got an MC Flury. Someone came and just picked up the tablet cart, he simply left the trays that were on a table in the immediate area standing. When we went out there were 4 employees behind the service counter who didn't feel the need to clear away the dirt, let alone wipe the tables. No wonder we don't like going to McDonald's in Rotenburg, because it wasn't the first time, but for us it would be the last.

Unfortunately, it has often happened that food was missing from a (small) order, while there wasn't much in the store itself. And when you asked the staff about what had been forgotten, they said in a stroppy tone that it would be done. And unfortunately certain employees there don't know anything like bon appetit.

Unfortunately there isn't much left of the McDonald's from my youth, and for that money you can now go to a real restaurant 😕

Just dirty. There were probably 10 free tables, all of them dirty. The floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. No soap and no disinfection in the toilets, everything was empty. And it smells very unpleasant there. Not recommended.

The place is just dirty and disgusting, never seen a McDonald's like this. Cleaning rags are probably a foreign concept, both in the toilets and in the store. The only positive thing was that the food came quickly as usual, otherwise we didn't really dare to touch anything.

A terrible branch... Employee can't speak German...get the wrong food...the ice cream for 3.99 wasn't even half full...I complained...I was just laughed at...that's how you can't win new customers

It's super dirty, you can't put trash down because everything is full, the tables are so dirty that you can't even eat on them. Food is only lukewarm. It's just gross.

Was here on Sunday morning. Everything was clean and tidy. Play equipment is a bit old. Outside area a bit dreary. Otherwise everything was ok 👍

Once again we got the wrong food when ordering in the drive and were delighted when we got home... If you still have to check the bags in the car after handing them over to make sure they are correct and complete and then distribute half the fries in the car, then simply close the drive! Sorry, but if you can't get the simplest orders out of the house correctly, then you either have to work on the system or on the staff.

It's a McDonalds, you know what they have here 😆 Everyone says "oh unhealthy and stuff", but everyone goes there at some point 😇👍 Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and funny cashier at lunchtime. 😎 I've been coming here for lunch off and on for 1.5 years. Very long waiting time even though there isn't much going on.

We ordered takeout and after standing and waiting for 30 minutes, our order number disappeared from the display. We then asked where our food was. Our order apparently went missing and no one knew about it. Our order was then completed within the next 10 minutes and we were finally able to eat after 40 minutes. When unpacking our order we noticed that we only got 19 out of 20 nuggets, the fries were only half full and both fries and curly fries were already cold 5 minutes after receiving them. If you have to wait 40 minutes, it would be reasonable to get a reasonable order. An absolute disgrace!!!

The burgers were so covered in sauce that you could hardly eat them. The tables probably hadn't been wiped down for hours. The cart to return the tray was also completely full. Next time I'll just leave my tray where it is. The highlight was the end. We stood in line for a solid 10 minutes to return our deposit cups. The man in front of us had definitely stood there longer and no attention was paid to him. If you know the employees privately, you can simply ignore them, at least that's what we experienced. Of course, one of the employees also had time for a smoke break. We then took the cup with us and decided to give it away another time. The man who stood in front of us in line is probably still there today, or so the legend goes...

We noticed that the happy meal was missing when we arrived, but unfortunately we only noticed the rest when we got home. Guys, make sure you get your full order! There seems to be a system in place so that “takeaway” orders are incomplete. Of course it's an "oversight" if it's noticed, then what's missing will also be given out. But if you don't notice it right away, you're out of luck! The burgers were thrown together very carelessly and looked like traffic accidents! For us, this was definitely our last visit to McDonald's in Rotenburg!

Nice small town McDonald's. I have to say that the staff are very friendly and polite, especially recently. Unfortunately, from time to time things are forgotten at In House and Take Out. But otherwise a typical McDonald's. 🙂

Here you will find probably the worst McDonald's in all of Germany, if not Europe. Generally cold, sticky food. There is ice-cold sliced ​​cheese on the burgers that hasn't even melted. All dishes are cold or at most (if you're lucky) lukewarm and slapped together very sloppily. The bags of fries are always only half full and the staff is rather unmotivated. In addition, things are regularly forgotten when ordering. This seems to be the norm, as we were able to observe again and again at the neighboring tables. We've tried it a few times now, hoping for improvement, and have always been disappointed. It's much better on every motorway at MCD. A pity... Oh... and be careful: Shopping with your bike in McDrive is strictly forbidden here. Was thrown out there with a bike :-)

The store is hell on earth 😡 stock I'm pissed and I don't really deserve a star!!!! .. something is always forgotten on 2 burgers (Big Mac), the meat was forgotten, which happened often, impossible fries were almost always wobbly and cold, sauces were almost always forgotten, the wrong drinks were often given out. Furthermore, the employees seem unfriendly and hectic (even when nothing is going on) and they also have difficulty listening or understanding. The syrup was forgotten in the shake or simply not replaced. The employees are not above any excuse. We also almost always had cold burgers. Honestly, this is the worst, most unfriendly and unreliable store I know. For the prices I expect good quality and they can't even do that. The lobby looks dirty when we are in the store "sometimes" and there are fat marks (danger of slipping) in front of the checkouts. I don't mind if something was forgotten "sometimes" it's all good but for us it feels like a series. This is an absolutely bad rating and, as mentioned above, not worthy of a star!!!!!!

Ordering at the drive-in took a very long time. Entering 4x cheeseburgers without pickles seems difficult. In addition, 2x mayo and 1x curry sauce with the Mc menu. Of course all cheese burgers with pickles were delivered!! And only 1x mayo and 2x curry sauce. The whole thing took about 15 minutes until the wrong order arrived at the car.

My food would be given to others and where they brought it back, they gave it to me. Then my citizens, fries and nuggets were cold! Service unfriendly... At a friend's house, the Mc Crispy was covered with another burger patty and given without towels.

Whole burgers or 20-count nuggets are always missing. In total, I've probably given them €50 (spread over the years) because I only noticed when I got home that something was missing. We almost always check on site, today it was stressful and I hoped everything was there. Now a cheeseburger was missing again today. It's milking to the mouse!!!

The rocket and the play area for the children are nice. Unfortunately the tables weren't clean when we arrived and the order came relatively quickly after we ordered. The last time I mathematically had 2 medium fries instead of 2 large ones... Thanks! When I do, I only eat with a scale... It works in other McDonald's too, why not here? Strangely enough, it suits better during the day than in the evening... I can't say anything about the cleanliness that has been criticized here, I order and drive home quickly... (4 minutes, that's how long something like this should stay warm) Please improve everything! It has now become expensive enough if there are no good coupons... Bad, bad McDonalds Rotenburg. The store is incredibly dirty, the tables have stickiness and stains. What's on offer here can hardly be topped in terms of audacity. The tablet return is not learned for ages (even though the store is empty) and the staff just makes you stand/wait at the counter for a long time. You get your ice cream with a wooden fork. At table service, napkins are missing straws.

Wer hier bestellt, muss viel zeit mitbringen. Es kann doch nicht sein, dass man für 2 Kaffee die in der Regel eigentlich schnell zubereitet sind über 20 Minuten warten muss. McDonald's hat in letzter Zeit übelst abgebaut , was die Qualität angeht. Bitte Mitarbeiter schulen und mehr Personal einstellen, damit Kunden ihre Bestellungen wieder zügig bekommen.

Tische nicht abgewischt, das Essen unvollständig am Tisch gebracht, die Pommes waren kalt und am McRib klebte die kalte Sauce wie zähflüssiger Tapetenkleister. Gerne wieder McDonald's aber nie wieder in ROW.

Mein Besuch im DriveInn ging leider völlig schief. Erst wurde mein Coupon nicht akzeptiert und musste den Normalpreis bezahlen, dann dauert es sehr lange bis ich mein Essen bekommen habe und zum Schluss musste ich zu Hause feststellen das auf meinem bestellten McCrispy ein Rindfleischpatty drauf war. Das geht echt gar nicht

Einer schneller Besuch im Drive. Zwei warme Burger bekommen. Soweit also alles ok, aber ansonsten kann ich hier keine objektive Bewertung abgeben.

Können die heitze nicht andrehen drinnen kälter als draußen

Naja, ist eben Fastfood... Aber manchmal ist Pommes essen nach dem Feierabend eine kleine Belohnung, die ich mir gönne und meistens sind die Pommes dann auch echt heiß und frisch. Manchmal genieße ich auch ein Menü.. Aber immer im Tiefflug am MC drive, also kann ich über Essen in Lokal gar nichts sagen.

Heizung dauerhaft defekt und ist im Winter arschkalt

Wir waren am McDrive. Die Pommes waren gut. Leider keine Zusatzservietten in der Tüte. Aber die Big Macs waren kalt und die Buns waren so pappig wie vor 10 Jahren bei Burger King.

Es ist wahrscheinlich nicht ganz eure Schuld, dass diese Gegend voll von McDonald's Müll ist. Überall Plastik und Tüten. Aber ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass ihr versucht hättet, sie aus dem Wald und den Straßen zu entfernen. Außerdem solltet ihr eure Kunden darüber informieren, wie wichtig es ist, die Natur zu schützen...

Kann diese McDonald’s Filiale empfehlen. Durch einen doofen Zufall bin ich leider in Rotenburg Wümme gestrandet und musste Zeit hier überbrücken. Bin froh diese Filiale entdeckt zu haben. Gutes Essen. Super freundliches Service Personal und Ambiente angenehm. Man sollte aber beachten, dass die Filiale nur bis 0 Uhr offen hat. Danach ist nur noch Drive-in möglich.

Die Qualität dieser Filiale hat immer mehr abgenommen. Abends stapelt sich der Müll, weil niemand mehr die Wagen wegräumt und tagsüber, egal wann, sind die Tische ziemlich dreckig. Schade!

Es ist zwar ein gutes Restaurant hier in Rotenburg, jedoch sind wir immer wieder enttäuscht, dass in fast jeder Bestellung immer was fehlt. Mal sind es Saucen, mal Burger, usw... Heute fehlte zum Beispiel ein Cheeseburger, eine Sauce und die Nuggets waren schon auf und in der Tüte verteilt... Und natürlich ist das Geld für das, was wir nicht bekommen weg. Das Restaurant ist zwar ganz gut, aber trotzdem fehlt immer Essen. Auch die Sauberkeit ist zu bemängeln. Die Tische, der Parkplatz und überall ist Müll oder Dreck.

Dieser Mc Donald's ist kein schöner. Sah man auch an den Besucherzahlen. Er war um 16.30 leer. Bestellung ging dadurch sehr schnell, aber die Burger waren auch nicht durch und das Brötchen so gut wie frisch aus der Tüte, nicht richtig angebrutzelt. Nächstes Mal nehm ich lieber wieder einen an der Raststätte, da muss man auch etwas warten, aber die Zubereitung scheint dort auch besser zu sein 😕

Schon einige Male dieses Jahr da gewesen, jedesmal Pommes heiß, Nuggets heiß und die Burger auch noch heiß genug, daher nichts zu bemängeln. Service war immer flott und freundlich. Top! Hab den McDrive noch nicht ausprobiert. Da bin ich von anderen McDonald's schon schwer enttäuscht worden.

Leider ist das Restaurant nicht sehr sauber/gepflegt. Jede Menge Personal aber keiner fühlt sich für den Müll auf den Abräumwagen zuständig. Grosse Berge Müll türmen sich schon auf den Wagen. Wann wird sich wohl hier mal was ändern in punkto Sauberkeit?

Ist ein MC Donalds. Es war nicht allzuviel los und von daher kam unser Essen sehr schnell.

Ein guter durschnittlicher McDonald's. Sind sehr nett die Manager haben den Durchblick und die alteingesessenen. Kann man gut hingehen.

Bei McDonald's kann man gut zwischendurch, wenn man wenig Zeit hat, für den Hunger einen Imbiss zu sich nehmen. Egal ob jung oder alt.

Jak nie sprawdzisz swojego zamówienia zostaniesz oszukany . Nie poraz pierwszy chodzi o zamówienie na wynos . A z reklamacją nie chce się jechać 15 kilometrów .

Man kann echt gut sitzen, auch draußen. Ging alles fix und in der gewohnten Qualität. Vorab über die App bestellen ging auch super.

Gegen 18 Uhr essen bestellt, kurz darauf nach der üblichen Wartezeit die Bestellung bekommen - allerdings fehlte die Apfeltasche. Diese habe ich ohne Anstand bekommen - nur war auf dem Etikett die Haltezeit um 11.58 Uhr bereits abgelaufen. Habe dies beanstandet und um eine frische Apfeltasche gebeten, die allerdings dann auf sich ewig (über 15 Min.) warten ließ. Tische und Fußboden dreckig. Kein schöner Tag heute ...

It's a great place to spend time with parents AND kids, as well as couples AND singles. Beautiful sight and fresh air. Really I enjoyed here.

War um die Mittagszeit da, es war recht voll aber das Personal arbeitete sehr schnell um lange Wartezeiten zu verhindern.

Wir hatten zwei Coffee to STAY bestellt, erhalten haben wir sie in TO GO-Bechern, weil lt. Servicekraft "keine Zeit für Abwasch" gegeben ist. Umwelttechnisch erschütternd. Warten mussten wir auch vergleichsweise lange. Dreckiges Geschirr stand 30min. im Kassenbereich, nicht schön für die wartenden Gäste

Drive in takes ages. But everything else is superb. Even the toillete war sparkling clean.

Es kann natürlich sein, dass viele am Samstag im Urlaub oder erkrankt waren. Da die Besetzung sehr dünn war. Mein Bruder hat auf seinen Kaffee relativ lange warten müssen. Vielleicht ist die Bewertung ja auch von uns etwas zu hart

Man wird dort schnell und nett bedient. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet, es liegt nicht schon fertig zubereitet in Mengen dort. Das Restaurant liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, so dass man auch sehr gut graussen sitzen kann, wennes das Wetter erlaubt.

Seit det Umstellung auf Fertigstellung nach Bestellung dauert es ziemlich lange bis alles fertig ist und ist leider such nicht mehr so heiß.

Dieser Mäckes ist sauber, die Mitarbeiter freundlich und die Speisen und Getränke wie üblich sehr gut.
