It was very bad, I waited a very long time, then they gave me the wrong wings and forgot the wet wipes and sauce. I had ordered takeaway and didn't feel like going back again just for wings and sauce.

You pay €12.99 for a voucher and get two burgers for the price of one. I won't be coming back.

A 10-minute wait for two meals, and we were the only customers... They call it a fast-food restaurant. An unpleasant smell from the garbage room, one employee working in winter jackets, the other sitting in the kitchen—interesting. The burgers were cold, which is a shame.

I ordered and have been standing around waiting for 10 minutes. Three orders placed after mine are ready. My break time is limited, so I can't wait that long. 😬✌🏻

Wanted hot and crispy, had to have it remade. Without tomatoes, for example... I've rarely had hot food here before. Too bad.

Update after 4 years: The staff are still very unenthusiastic. I paid €5 for my experience. Don't go if you're short on time. How a store like this can still run is questionable. Friendliness is a foreign concept to the staff. First visit and definitely the last.

Wednesday, October 1st, at 8:30 p.m., the only front-of-house employee is completely overwhelmed, and the kitchen staff are playing on their phones while others' orders are incomplete. This could be better!

The food was typical of any Burger King, but I was really pleased with the service. The employees were very friendly and it was surprisingly fast. I was worried about whether I'd be able to get something while changing trains, but in this case, that was completely unfounded.

Very good. Juicy and delicious burgers with exotic sauces. Simply cool and delicious.

I can't pay for my order by card on Sunday because the internet connection is down 🤣🤣🤣👌 well, who's surprised? Anything's possible here... Prices are, of course, sky-high. They're called sky-high prices because transporting goods there costs a lot of money, whereas here you should get down to earth...

Old fries, not even warm enough, like rubber, burgers also slightly warm, long wait. Never had such bad food.

No. Dirty. There's food lying around everywhere, and what you ordered wasn't right. Drinks had ice, even though you ordered without. Then there was too little ice in your burger. When you mentioned it, the wrong one was brought, and you were even yelled at.

Unfortunately, today's visit here was disappointing. Orders can only be placed via a terminal, but only one of them was working. The touchscreen on this terminal either responded very slowly or didn't respond at all. The staff didn't seem interested. After ordering and paying, we were told that more than half of the items we ordered were not available. This information was simply presented to us without any solution being offered. It was only when we asked that the issue was addressed and we were able to demand the money back for the missing items. Ultimately, only two items remained from our order, which we then had to wait another 16 minutes for. Very good restaurant from the USA, the best citizens are also made of bull meat, you need it for bodybuilding, that's why I don't go to McDonalds. The fries would have to be from another manufacturer. I always like coming there. Kitchens are state of the art and everything is antibacterial with a silver coating, I asked there.

Every time something is missing, it's really sad. This time the 6 nuggets for the child. It wasn't even full and we were the only ones waiting so the excuse doesn't work either.

Ordered via Lieferando. Delivery time quoted is just over an hour. After ordering, the app showed an arrival time of around 1 hour and 45 minutes. Food only arrived after about 2.5 hours... The food also had just a little bit of residual heat. Not again!

I don't recommend the Burger King at the train station to anyone, I ordered takeaway. Inside I saw dirty tables, everything was on the floor. When I took my order, half of it was forgotten. The food tasted like it was raw and the fries tasted like they were twice fried.

I've actually really enjoyed coming here for over a year and everything has always been fine, but today an employee (Mrs. Alberts was written on her sign) yelled at a child if she was trying to make fun of her because she didn't have the exact name I was really speechless when I knew their menu. After several minutes of discussion, the child was on the verge of crying and after screaming at her, I can completely understand why she doesn't come back either. There should not be such employees

Had to wait 20 mi for my churros, it was definitely not worth it, it didn't taste at all, it was just greasy, you couldn't eat it, the thing was soaked in oil like a sponge, you can also see in the picture, the whole package was full of oil

It's good there. The only problem is that Delmenhorst train station doesn't have that nice food and the staff are good and friendly.

I paid €5.99 + €0.50 commission and was not informed about the commission and asked BurgerKing for a promotion. My fault because I should have seen the bill but that's what happens when someone trusts another person. As far as the taste goes, it's always the same.

I got severe food poisoning and an inflammation of my lower abdomen in the shop. I'll never eat there again. The shop is dirty, people work without gloves, the very last thing. I ate the food even though I saw it, so I'm partly to blame. But If I could prove that the store was at fault, I would file a complaint.

The employees are all friendly and the burgers are really tasty. I like to go there to get my favorite burger, the chili cheese burger. It's really great and better here than at McDonald's.

It's already happened 3 times that I order a hot brownie with ice cream and each time it's something different. 1) Already paid and after 10 minutes of waiting the employee says "The ice cream machine isn't working". 2) This time ask if the ice cream maker is working. Answer yes, something comes out (liquid sauce) and is easier to serve like that...

I'll never come here again. Burger King is a good place, but not in this location. Everywhere is dirty, sticky floors and no napkins. The food is not tasty and the service is terrible. Worse than the station cheburechka.

Alles wie es sich in einer BurgerKing Filiale so gehört lecker fürn Snack und immer WD gut für ein gutes Angebot.

Der Mitarbeiter wischte sich leider bei der Zubereitung meines Bürgers mit den Fingern unter der Nase lang, Handschuhe hat er keine getragen, da vergeht einem leider einfach der Hunger.. Ansonsten erlebe ich die MitarbeiterInnen und den Laden als sehr freundlich und Sauber.

„Crispy Chicken mit Pommes und Fanta“ wurde alles einzeln berechnet. Hab 3€ mehr bezahlt als im Menü. Leider zu spät bemerkt.

Essen ist frich und lecker. Wird zu 99% frisch gemacht und die Bedienung ist freundlich. Räumlichkeiten sauber und meist genug Platz. Gerne gerne dort hin. Absolut zu empfehlen für alle die auf Mäcces und Co. stehen. Leider keine Coca Cola nur Pepsi, aber das ist ja bekannt.

Eigentlich sind wir totale BK Fans aber das was man dort in letzter Zeit bekommt ist nicht annähernd mit köstlich oder lecker zu bezeichnen... Onion Rings fast schwarz, total kalt und klebrig 🤢 die Burger waren kalt - und wir wissen alle wie die Konsistenz von kalten nicht frischen Burgern sind. Und die Krönung, ich habe nicht mal die richtigen Burger bekommen...statt cheeseburger plant war es ein chilli cheeseburger und Schärfe vertrage ich überhaupt nicht. Dazu ist alles nicht mehr so günstig wie es mal war und dann so ein schrott! Fazit...erstmal wieder zu Konkurrenz.

Beliebter Treffpunkt für respektlose Jugendliche. Lungern da rum, blockieren Sitzplätze ohne was bestellt zu haben, pöbeln Leute an und das Personal schaut zu. Alles dreckig. Keine Toilette. Viel Spaß mit euren "Kunden", ich gehe in Zukunft woanders essen.

Schreckliche Bedienung, die ohne Handschuhe Jalapeno-Paprika in mein Gericht getan hat.

Heute. 01.06.23 war ich dort. Erst kassiert er an, dann packt er die Hamburger-Brötchen an, wischt sich die Hand an der Hose und rückt die gurken Scheiben zurecht. Mmmm lecker. Unter aller sau. Geld zurück!!! Was mich störte, war das kein Sitzplatz frei war. 10 Leute ohne Bestellung oder essen oder trinken und es war laut besetzten alle Plätze. Warum lässt BK das zu? Ich musste als Gehbehinderter auf der Deko sitzen-am Rand, wo eigentlich kein Sitzplatz ist. 😡

Schon öfter direkt vor Ort bestellt und immer wieder Fehler in der Bestellung. Bisher noch nie eine vollständige Bestellung gehabt. Ich gebe es jetzt auf.

Sehr klein die Shake Maschine war wieder Mal kaputt musste also ein anderes Getränk nehmen aber das extra Geld was man für die Shakes bezahlt hat gab es nicht zurück! Verzehr im Restaurant war nicht möglich da gerade sauber gemacht wurde also im Auto essen !

Das ist meiner Meinung nach kein Restaurant, sondern ein Fall fürs Gesundheitsamt. Edit nach etlichen Monaten: Für das Team Wallraff wohl auch, das die ekelerregenden Zustände in derartigen Löchern im Fernsehen publik gemacht hat. Edit 2: Immer noch ekelerregende Zustände dort gesehen.

Halt ein Fast Food Restaurant der normalen Art. Es war sauber und das Personal war freundlich.

Leider gibt es dort seit Jahren kein gutes Personal mehr. Das Mädel an der Kasse schreibt lieber eine Nachricht auf ihr Handy, als vor ihr wartende Kunden zu bedienen.

Essen war ok. Die beiden Mädels die bedienen sind mehr mit ihren Handys beschäftigt als sich um die Bestellung zu kümmern
