It's unbelievable that after 20 years of abstinence I've ended up back at McDonald's – only to have another disastrous experience. Simply awful. Apparently, they can only count on small children as customers these days.

Dinner Amidst Trash and Leftovers We wanted to grab a quick bite, but the parking lot was already littered with paper and bags. Inside, the situation was no better: the tray trolleys were overflowing, and consequently, some tables were occupied by them. While eating, we constantly stepped on leftover food, which was extremely unappetizing. This was likely a combination of inconsiderate customer behavior and overwhelmed staff. The staff repeatedly walked past the same full tables without cleaning up. The food lived up to expectations: lukewarm and far too salty. Apparently, it's better at other locations. We'll be eating elsewhere in the future.

The ice cream machine wasn't broken, but the ice cream had no flakes, and there was no warm chocolate sauce either.

I usually go here for breakfast, but unfortunately today the Bacon McMuffin was inedible; the bread was hard and dry. It tasted different than usual. Was there someone new in the kitchen today?

The TV in the dining room has a loose connection and the screen keeps going black. Please repair it. Otherwise, everything is fine at the branch.

The service is amazing! A waiter asks if everything is OK and clears your table. Absolutely fantastic! Keep it up! McDonald's needs employees like these.

It was late, but a restaurant should never look like Dresden in 1945. It was also quite astonishing how accurately the waitress "threw" the tray onto our table from a considerable distance. It was all truly awful, and I have to say it! I'd rather starve than go through that again!

Does anyone there even speak proper German anymore? The fries were unsalted, the burgers were cold, and we had to wait half an hour for the cherry turnover, which meant the rest of our order was freezing cold. Of course, we complained on the spot, but they just shrugged and mumbled something in broken German. There wasn't a single person in the entire place who could understand us properly, since nobody speaks proper German; I felt like I would have had more success with Russian. The customer service was absolutely atrocious.

Burgers are poorly topped, food takes a long time to arrive at the table, and the atmosphere is rather loud and tacky.

After 45 years of McDonald's experience, today I experienced something absolutely ridiculous. Three of us ordered large meals with side dishes from the vending machine. I then went to the counter and politely asked for two more trays with paper overlays, pointing out that there were three of us. At first, they refused, explaining that the trays were only for transportation. When I asked how three people were supposed to eat from one tray, they answered: "Not at all." That's what tables are for. That's why they're cleaned regularly. I protested and was given two more trays. For fun, I watched the cleaning process. With a small cloth and a spray bottle, they rubbed the dirt off eight tables without even rinsing the cloth once. And you're supposed to eat straight from tables like that. A real mess! Incidentally, the lady answering the questions was wearing a light-colored shirt, unlike the rest of the staff. So, she must have been someone in a higher position. Sorry, McDonald's, we're not at a robber's feast. Mess!

Service was a disaster. You order, wait for an hour, go over and tell them what's wrong with our food and say it's busy. Everyone who came after us got it before us. The people there were so unfriendly, and it took an hour for three items. No thanks, never again in this place.

Visit time around 10:00 a.m. We entered and couldn't find a disabled parking space. No signage. (The electric carriages are, of course, clearly marked...) No lowered curb to be found. Unfortunately, that's already backwards and not suitable for wheelchair users (or maybe it should be called "wheelchair users, wheelchair users...", who knows what? Whatever.) The dining area was nice and cool at 12 degrees Celsius outside, because the cleaning staff had laid a water hose across the counters all the way outside to rinse the paths. That's fine, but why isn't there a water connection OUTSIDE? The doors were completely open because of that... At least the Big Mac was very hot and fresh! That should be improved, because the location is otherwise good, right next to the motorway.

Ideal for fast charging my electric car on my motorway journey.

I've often been yelled at by the ladies and gentlemen in line who were supposed to bring me my food, either because something was missing or because I had completely misordered it. For example, I was missing a Coke, and the lady with terrible German started arguing with me, no apology, nothing. Generally, either sauces are missing or onions are put on burgers despite my intolerance, even though I'd canceled them. Today it happened like this: I stood at the order board for 20 minutes without so much as a "Hello, just a second please." Then, when it was his turn, there was no apology for having to wait. And then comes the best part: I was allowed to order in English, since the gentleman didn't speak a word of German. Why are people without sufficient language skills put in the drive-thru? When I finally got my order, I noticed that my shaker fries were black on the bottom, and the seasoning had probably gotten wet. At least, that's how it seemed, since it was lumpy. I'd prefer to give the service a negative rating, since it doesn't even deserve one star.

The worst McDonald's ever. I think that sums it up perfectly. We don't come here often, but every time, literally every time, something has been forgotten – today a cheeseburger and a Big Mac. Apparently, people can't handle it when an order includes more than just a McDonald's meal. They'd rather go to the Asian place around the corner or the kebab shop. You get more for your money and it's better quality too. If it weren't for the kids who occasionally want it, I'd strike this place completely from my list.

Quite a disappointment; we didn't get the food we ordered several times. The food itself was good, though. Every time we visited, the place was very dirty.

Items were repeatedly missing from our orders. We've driven through the drive-thru here several times while passing through. We found something missing from almost every order. Normally, I wouldn't write a review; it's just a McDonald's with all its pros and cons, but we've never experienced anything like this. Sometimes it was just a burger missing, sometimes a whole box of chicken nuggets, then another burger. I can only recommend everyone to check if everything is there after taking their order and only then continue on their way. Unfortunately, the omission of individual items seems to be a systematic practice here. The fact that a small cheeseburger now costs a whopping €2 with a voucher doesn't make things any better, especially if you're still thinking about the 1x1 advertising from the past. So if you want something tasty, it's better to drive further or just eat something "proper" ;-)

I order two small things (a McFlurry and a cheeseburger). People who ordered after me are served ahead of me. The good thing is, their orders were much larger than mine. The service is absolutely terrible. I'd rather go to Groß Mackenstedt.

A solid McDonald's, but they still need to work on the cleanliness of the restaurant (uncleaned tables, food scraps on tables, benches, and floors). The fact that it's now open 24 hours is a good thing, I think.

Kein Vergleich mehr mit vergangenen Zeiten :-( (Dem Preisverhältnis nicht entsprechend.) vom Personal ganz zu schweigen: ich hatte den Eindruck, da herrscht ein wirres Durcheinander und an der Freundlichkeit müsste viel gearbeitet werden.
