Ordered for delivery for the second time and was disappointed the second time. Both times the food comes late and is cold. I order in advance so I can eat on my lunch break and then the delivery is 20 minutes late. Employees on the phone are completely incompetent and the driver drives to the wrong address even though there are huge signs. Won't happen to me again. I'll be ordering somewhere else from now on and recommending it to everyone else.

Justified mistrust due to a lack of care only creates more mistrust and misunderstandings, this is the case everywhere in every kind of relationship. Basically, in this city you simply cannot find anything reasonable, neither in service, delivery nor in taste and quality. What kind of food culture was implemented in this world without anyone asking me 😅 crazy. I praise a part of Asia with its food stalls and the good home cooking in the east and south of Europe, everything else doesn't suit me. Anyway, we have more important things to worry about than categorizing McDonald's 🥲

I don't like to give stars fort fast food restaurants. I try to avoid them as much as I can... But, we were in need and to be honest the local looked ok and the people there friendly. The food, pretty bad as expected, for my taste..

Recommended, there are some customers who complain about the employees because they don't speak German. Unfortunately, Germans don't want to work at McDonald's. So be happy that you are being served.

Es war sehr voll, wir haben ca 10 Minuten auf unser Menü gewartet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war frisch und die Pmmes Frites waren noch richtig heiß. Bin schon über 10 Jahre Kunde. Großes Lob an die Crew..;)

Everything like everywhere else, only with faster service.

I really hope this restaurant closes soon. There is not one employee who speaks German, including their superiors. There is trash everywhere, both inside and outside on the floor and tables. Ordered at the terminal, asked after 25 minutes what it looked like and was told your order was currently being processed, even though the display said it was ready for collection. Wasn't the only customer who felt this way. Other parts of the MC Drive are often missing or the wrong things are packed. The worst thing is that you won't find an employee there who radiates joy and fun at work. Craziness. You feel like you're being processed. In every kebab shop you will receive friendlier service. Rubbish honestly

German is a difficult language and one saleswoman is extremely unfriendly. We're missing all the sauces and now we're kind enough to waste gas again, drive there and pay for sauces because THEY forgot to give it to us. Very nice in any case. Won't go there again

Well, what can I say? McDonalds is always a cheap alternative to the rest stop when I'm traveling, otherwise I wouldn't actually eat here

The last time was McDonald's Delmenhorst. Last night I had to wait 18 minutes for my food, my number had already disappeared from the service display. It wasn't a big order and the restaurant was mediocre. My order wasn't so big that it would have justified the time. My order 2 big mac, 2 fries, 2 chicken burgers and 2 cheeseburgers. When I got home (Oldenburg district) I realized that something was missing again and the products in the order didn't fit either. I'd rather go to Bremen or Oldenburg, I haven't had any problems yet

I often come here for coffee when I meet with customers and interested parties for work. Coffee as always at McDonald’s. Ambiance I. Loading is ok and at certain times the volume is bearable

The staff who work there are totally rude, milkshake is always very liquid.

Ordered a peach yogurt bag last week, which was almost 2.5 hours overtime. Another time we just got chicken nuggets instead of our plant based nuggets, that's not possible.

The employee puts very little ice cream in the mc flurry, which is not possible for this price. In general, she is very forgetful, mixes up the orders and often puts the wrong things in my order. I think something should be changed about the staff.

And the guy with glasses was once again an a……and so was his shift manager.

Ordered something to take away inside. 3 orders that came after me were brought forward. After asking, I got a rude answer. Big Mäc was ok but 2 cheeseburgers were cold. (Really cold). No system to be recognized.

Food everything was good, only delivery service, really bad, mc donalds still works with lieferando but the store manager literally on the phone tells me only 2 deliveries a day by lieferando and weekends not at all why mc donalds offers this so therefore bad rating complaint at mc donalds as well as at submitted by Lieferando

Mc donalds Lieferung durch liferando, ging alles perfekt bis jetzt die fialleiterin sagte mir am Telefon das sie am tag nur zwei Lieferung per lieferando zulest und dann stellt sie die Lieferung aus, am Wochenende gibt sie erst garnicht die Freigabe zur Lieferung durch lieferando, dabei haben die ein Vertrag mit den, das geht garnicht

McDonald's poor quality, unfortunately I find the staff really underground. Hardly anyone speaks to anyone. Not a good day, or something like that, comes out of the employees' lips and a face like 7 days of rainy weather. In addition, you ALWAYS have to check your orders because something is always missing. Especially when you order at the drive in.

1 coffee, 1 cola lasted over 10 minutes.

I picked something up from McDrive and realized when I got home that I didn't get what I paid for. I thought raising the problem in person the next day would be a good idea and I'm sure some solution or compromise would be found. Despite receipts, there was no accommodation whatsoever. A pity.

It was just horrible. But I wouldn't be surprised if the same operator of the HerrT.R. is now also a licensee in Oldenburg. Both stores would have to be closed with immediate effect. That no longer has anything to do with McDonald's. Sad but true.😔🙏🏾

Food arrived quickly, but not everything was delivered as ordered. Free glasses were not possible and no replacement was offered. It was better back then...

Sarah Connor apparently used to work here after school. That was in the time before she made such light-hearted soul music. Has changed and forgotten where she came from. Not like Kamila Fuchs, who always had style, a heart for animals and liked Big Macs. A real lady!

Just a dirty shop like any other McDonald's... the milkshake machine doesn't work all the time and neither do the ordering machines

COLD BURGER BROUGHT TO THE TABLE AFTER 3 minutes, bacon harder than the table, terribly dry, I don't know how to work there, this McDonalds should be closed, you pay a lot and get a disaster!!! And the fries are cold, everything is cold, you can see that they just warm something up and put it on the table, terrible!!!!

Absolute disgrace that I was served the wrong burger and I couldn't exchange it even though they did it wrong. I'll never eat there again. Everything else tasted like a disaster.

Every now and then you get overwhelmed here in Drive Delmenhorst, but that also improves. Everything is always there when we order. As far as I know, the fries are fried at the same time everywhere, but at this McDonald's they are never really cooked through. I always felt like raw fries. One star deducted for that. As the reviews here say, it is sometimes very crowded, but of course McDonalds can't do anything about that. But no Mcdrive is as quick to process as this one. Despite many cars in front of me, it only took me 10 minutes to have my food. The quality is of course the same simple fast food quality as in every McDonalds.

McDonald's as we know it has unfortunately become very expensive

Used the Drive Inn for the second time and something was missing for the second time. You really have to check everything on site.

In terms of taste, it tastes like any McDonald's and that's completely fine, but if I order a Big Mac with 2 slices of extra beef, this addition is also noted on the packaging and then there is only a normal Big Mac in the packaging, then This is not only brazen but also a complete rip-off. It's okay that you might forget a packet of ketchup, but really two slices of beef? Now you have to unpack everything at the counter to get what you ordered. That was the last time I visit this store.

The taste is pure horror. Ambiance disgusting... The service was pure torture, was there last Saturday, the waitress had no idea where to go, then got annoyed and basically threw the food on the table and dropped it. The drinking was spread everywhere. Simply disrespectful and unfriendly. Thanks!

I waited 23 minutes for 3 chicken burgers. Where does the word fast food come from?

Taste ok, Two portions of large fries not packed and still paid for. Unfortunately, you always have to check that everything has been packed! Very bad service

The food, as always, tasteful, a child-oriented product. Quality is fine. The room is uncomfortably filled with people waiting and eating. Outside, the parking lot is a construction site and customers stand between the parked cars and eat their meals. The ambience couldn't get any worse for people who need space. The toilets are well cleaned considering the number of wmd's using them. It remains to be noted that the space available is too small for this excellent location.

It was actually clean this time. Maybe the comment helped???

Fortunately, sweet and sour sauce is a container and the cups are simply disposable cardboard. And food was just warm which is good for fast food.

Very stuffy air, employees probably don't know how to ventilate. In addition, when we got home, we found that over half of a LARGE fries were missing. The food is also dry. And you could clearly see how overwhelmed the staff was. They work with gloves at the back, but not at the front. And where are the caps for the hair? Hygiene is not very important there, with street shoes from behind the counter and into the kitchen... You also have to be really careful to make sure everything is there. Because if you notice it at home and e.g. Coming from Ganderkesee, the fuel is more expensive than a BIC mac or a French fry that was forgotten. Maybe you should ask for the gas money back, since the food is always cold when you get it. This was the very last time, even the fries were NOT cooked through and disgusting. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

I was just sent out of McDonald's for the second time, by the same Indian woman. I can't believe it! I think customer is king, plus I still had A WHOLE MINUTE. When I told the lady that I just wanted a milkshake, she locked the door in a panic and shouted, "WE'RE CLOSED" - but also bottomless impudence.

It's just a McDonald's...but still a highlight for kids

Unfortunately I was disappointed again. Impossible dry preparation of the burgers. Hardly any taste, little sauce or tomato or green to be found. Even the “simple” cheeseburgers were just too dry and tasteless. The staff was great 👍🏻 the store was clean and tidy. However, I will avoid this branch.

Had ordered food at Mcdrive, wanted a big mac with extra cheese and salad and no cucumbers. We checked in the car to see if everything was there, and it was. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we got home when we unpacked the burger that we noticed that the big mac didn't have the extras, but nothing at all. The note on the burger also said lettuce and cheese. So I had a big mac with just sauce.

Unable to process orders properly. Already noticed several times, it is absolutely nonsensical. Some absolutely rude and incompetent staff. It's unbearable anymore.

Grausam, anders kann man diesen Drecksladen hier, in Delmenhorst leider nicht mehr beschreiben! Burger, waren Kalt, völlig Lieblos zubereitet und absolut Grausam! Der Big Rösti war einfach nur Peinlich, Bacon vergessen, bzw ein dezenter kl. ABSCHNITT vom Bacon lag in der Box...kaum Sauce verwendet und Kalt war der Big Rösti hinzu... diesem Standort gehört die Lizenz entzogen! Wer hier sein Geld ausgibt, hat keine Mc Donalds Qualität zu erwarten, einfach nur Grausam!!

Leider kann fast keiner Deutsch und sie behaupten man könnte nur an den Bestellterminals bestellen. Sonderwünsche sind schwierig. wird vergessen.

Einfach nur noch schlecht. Da es die Shrimps zum Jahresanfang mal wieder gab, habe ich mir zwei mal die 8er Packung bestellt. Selten habe ich so ein widerliches, altes und zähes Zeug bei McDonalds erlebt. Diese Shrimps waren uralt und ewig warm gehalten. Vermutlich auch mehrmals in der Fritteuse ertränkt. Hätte man problemlos als Haargummi nutzen können. Und das zum stolzen Preis von 6,99 je 8er.

Ist halt ein Mccs, jedoch finde ich es ziemlich schade, dass ich auf meinem Burger einen 3cm x5cm großes Stück Käse auffinden und feststellen musste, dass da mehr Soße auf dem Burger war als alles andere. Naja dennoch schmeckte die Soße mit etwas Burger sehr gut. Der Rest passt eig.

In Drive gewesen und Bestellung wieder mal nicht vollständig

Sehr freundliches Personal. Schnelle Bearbeitung der Bestellung. Habe diese Filiale als sehr sauber empfunden. Der bestellte Burger war der beste, den ich jemals bei McDonald's erhalten habe. Das Brötchen war fluffig, das Fleisch saftig, der Belag frisch und knackig. Einfach lecker.

Es ist sehr sauber und die Angestellten sind nett. Es gibt außerdem Bestellterminals. Man bekommt zu seinem 20er Veggie-Nuggets zu wenig Soße zur Auswahl und die sind recht trocken

Essen war bisher immer gut. Ich sehe aber ein großes Problem bei der Sauberkeit in dieser Filiale. Egal zu welcher Zeit, egal ob voll oder nicht, die Tische und der Fußboden sind immer dermaßen dreckig dass man sich dort ungerne hinsetzen möchte. Vielleicht könnte man in Zukunft daran arbeiten.

Der schlechstenste McDonald der je ich gesehen habe!

Jedes Mal kalte Burger. Bestelle extra immer ohne Zwiebel oder ohne Gurke, um warme Burger zu erhalten. Gilt auch für Pommes. Bestelle immer ohne Salz damit sie warm und knackig sind.

Waren gestern Abend bei euch und sind durch den mc Drive gefahren, es wurde ein Chickenburger vergessen, er wurde auch sofort geholt. Zuhause dann der "Schock" es war kein Hähnchen im Bürger. Muss man das auch bald kontrollieren??? Geht garnicht. Nach Delmenhorst werden wir nie wieder fahren !

A terrible experience. And not just one. It started when I came in, I wanted to order normally at the terminal and was the only kid in McDonald's. Went up to the counter and had a question about a particular product. Greeted politely and was greeted rudely. My question was answered as it turned out a few minutes later with false information. If you work in a restaurant and sell a product, the information should be correct. If you don't know, you look it up... Then I wanted to have the food brought to the table. But the numbers were removed. When I asked politely, it was denied at first. When I pointed out that I would probably be recognized and found as the only customer in the restaurant even without a number. They agreed after all. Then I wanted another ice cream, but the machine was broken. Well, you know that from McDonald's. And then when I sat down. The bench fell apart, the seat and backrest were not assembled. You can't do that... All in all, it wasn't a great experience. The fries were cold and not fresh like the nuggets, but because it was all so rude, I had no intention of having another rude discussion. The burger tasted like McDonald's usual but doesn't save any more stars ... I would have liked fresh food for the fact that I had to wait 10 minutes ... no cold nuggets and fries ... I hardly ever give it one star. I am quickly satisfied. But that was too much. Pictures attached ...

Haben nie Eis da immer das gleiche

Gerne eigene Erfahrung machen…. Leider ist ausgerechnet diese Filiale das nächstgelegene McDonald‘s für uns. Ich kenne diese Filiale seit über zehn Jahren, es war immer chaotisch, kaum eine Bestellung war vollständig. Der Umbau und die Bestellpanels sind gut. Der Parkplatz und die Zufahrt zum Drive in bleiben eine einzige Katastrophe. Da geht nix mehr zu Stoßzeiten. Immer noch gibt es jedes Mal einen Grund zum Ärgern. Aktuell: Seit mind. einer Woche keine Milchshakes! Das ist ja wohl ein Witz. Da steht man im Drive und kommt nicht mehr weg. Schade um die Zeit. Keine Shakes bei einem amerik. Fastfood Restaurant, unglaublich. Leider hat der Wechsel des Franchisenehmers überhaupt nicht zu Verbesserungen geführt. Fahrt lieber woanders hin. Ich hab den Laden jetzt endgültig aufgegeben.

McDonald's Delmenhorst Sehr schlechte Arbeitsqualität geworden. 926528438 Qualität dieser Filiale ist sehr schlecht geworden. Bei Mc Drive Delmenhorst brauchte ich 
5 Minuten um einen Burger ohne Gurken zu bestellen, weil die Dame kaum ein Wort Deutsch oder zumindest englisch versteht. 
Zehn Sekunden später bekam ich das Menü schon ausgehändigt. Pommes kalt und labberig und der Burger total zerwühlt. Wohl die Gurken schnell runtergenommen. Gefährlich für Allergiker. Die Fanta voll mit Eis, ohne mich zu fragen ob ich welches will. 

Ein paar Tage davor hatte man sich über mich lustig gemacht weil ich vegane Burger bestellt hatte. 

für mich Nie wieder in den Laden !!

Gerade eben wieder einmal bei einer Bestellung vieles falsch gelaufen. Salat mit Tomate, Cheeseburger ohne Fleisch?!, mehrere Saucen vergessen, Essen ist kalt und matschig, Personal überlastet. Schade, es hat sich nichts gebessert..

Helaas was mijn ervaring bij McDonald's teleurstellend. Het eten was smakeloos en leek alsof het al geruime tijd klaar stond. De friet was slap en lauw, de burger leek opgewarmd, en de algehele kwaliteit liet veel te wensen over. Niet bepaald de smaakvolle ervaring waar ik op had gehoopt.

Sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Es war lediglich sehr kühl im Restaurant, aber ich bin halt auch ne Frostbeule.

Achtung BETRUG !!!!!! Bei lieferando online bestellt und über 50€ bezahlt! Unter anderem wurden 3 classic mc chicken bestellt, aber nie geliefert. Nur der Rest des Essens kam nach 50 Minuten. Auf telefonische Rückfragen zu den fehlenden Sachen wird nicht reagiert. Essen kam lauwarm bis kalt an 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Hatte jetzt öfters das Problem das was gefehlt hat. Hat extrems nach gelassen. Laufen da rum als hätte die da keine Ahnung was die eigentlich machen. Aber wie soll das auch klappen wenn jedesmal wenn ich da bin neues Personal ist. Da kann ja auch kein eingespieltes Team entstehen. Denke ich werde Mecces hinter mir lassen. Bin echt sauer bei so einem Verein

Wieder mal nur Stress bei online Vorbestellen, und großer Diskussion Bedarf mit dem Kunden um 1,50 €, anstatt zu erstatten oder überhaupt vor Rechnung Stellung darauf aufmerksam zu machen das der Coupons nur zu bestimmten Zeiten verrechnet wird. Bestellt wurde mit Coupon innerhalb des Gültigkeit Zeitraums, abgerechnet wurde höher und ohne meine Einwilligung oder Nachfrage über verbleibt. Richtig peinlich, die sind sich für nichts zu schade und streiten offen mit der Kundschaft im Laden, auf mein Einlenken wurde einfach weiter diskutiert, was für ein Houfen.

Bin definitiv Pro McDonalds aber wie teilweise die Burger nach ein paar minuten in der Tüte aussehen ist ein Witz.Ich denke sowas geht besser,schon erlebt.Also wieso geht es nicht bei jeder Bestellung?

Übertrieben teuer, hat über 1,5h zu mir gebraucht und ich wohne 5-10 min vom Standort entfernt. Am Ende war das Essen Kalt und hat geschmeckt als wäre es von Gestern. Müsst ihr wissen.

Alles in einem voll OK - typischer MC Doof halt. Die Toilette könntej sauber sein, teilweise auf nem Bahnhof besser.
