McDonald's in Northeim

Das Restaurant ist sehr schmutzig. Die Tische werden nicht abgewischt und auf der Erde liegen überall essensreste. Nicht sehr appetitlich wenn man erst den Tisch und die Bänke notdürftig abwischen muss.

An dem Tag, als die neuen Spielzeuge herauskamen, waren von nur zwei zur Auswahl verfügbar, und die Wartezeit war extrem lang. Die Mitarbeiter haben absolut keine Ahnung. Der gesamte McDonald’s-Betrieb wirkt so, als wären es nur neue Mitarbeiter, die gerade erst ihre Ausbildung anfangen. Nicht zu empfehlen

19:19 Uhr bestellt 21:29 Uhr keine Lieferung da. Im Restaurant ist nur ein AB dran. Tja, was soll ich noch dazu sagen, juckt euch eh nicht... kläre ich dann mit der Verbraucherzentrale, da es sich um Betrug gehandelt. Nachtrag: um 21:46 Uhr zeigt die App an, die Bestellung sei um 22:11 Uhr zugestellt worden?! Auch noch in die Zukunft gereist wow. Wird ja immer krimineller. P.s. Ich habe eine Kamera an der Haustür ;-)

Das ganze Restaurant wirkt Hygienisch nicht einwandfrei. Der Boden ist mit einer Fettschicht überzogen was man beim gehen am schmierigen Tritt merkt. Die Wände haben ebenfalls Flecken und das lässt auf die Zustände hinter dem Tresen schließen. Von den sanitären Anlagen ganz zu schweigen. WIEDERLICH!! Das Personal streitet sich offen vor der Kundschaft. Die Eismaschine ist gefühlt dauerhaft außer Funktion und das ohne Hinweis. Am Rande, der Rest des Equipment in der Küche funktioniert auch nur dürftig. Selbst ein Stern ist hier zu viel. Die brauchen keine Kunden.

Ich war bei McDonald's und insgesamt war der Besuch in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Zubereitung der Bestellung ging sehr schnell, sodass ich nicht lange warten musste. Der Kaffee war okay – weder besonders gut noch schlecht. Leider waren der Tisch und auch der Boden nicht sauber, was den Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt hat. Die Toiletten waren in einem akzeptablen Zustand und sauber genug. Insgesamt ein durchschnittlicher Besuch mit freundlichem Service und schneller Bedienung, aber Verbesserungsbedarf bei der Sauberkeit im Gastraum.

Waren an einem Freitagabend dort und ich muss bestimmt nicht nochmal hin. Stimmt, das Personal ist freundlich und um Sauberkeit bemüht. Dennoch waren die Tische nicht grade sauber und auch die Toilette ließ zu wünschen übrig und das, obwohl nicht wirklich viel los war. Am schlechtesten war aber das Essen. Lauwarm und viel zu lange gegart. Ich hatte Chicken Nuggets und die waren mehr als kross und somit auch sehr trocken. Die Pommes dazu waren labbrig. Mein Partner hatten nen Burger und auch der war alles andere als gut. Das Bun ebenfalls labbrig und der Patty trocken. Selbst die beiden Apfeltaschen waren aussen zu kross gebacken. Wir waren Freitagabend schon ab und an in Nörten- Hardenberg bei McDonald und obwohl da - um die Uhrzeit - der Teufel los ist, schmeckt es immer gut. Deswegen mein Fazit : Nörten-Hardenberg wieder, Northeim nie mehr

Einmal im Jahr, wenn ich irgendwo unterwegs bin und Bock auf Burger habe, zieht es mich zu McDonald's, weil ich mir denke, so schlecht ist es nicht. Und jedes Mal wieder bin ich enttäuscht. Die Burger sind kalt, lieblos zusammengeklatscht und schmecken einfach furchtbar. Das Patty ist geschmacklose TK Pappe, der Salat hat das beste hinter sich und die Saucen reißen auch nichts mehr raus. Die Filiale war ziemlich runtergekommen und das Personal ist auch auf minimale Hilfsbereitschaft getrimmt. Wenn's da mal nicht mehr läuft, winkt eine Karriere bei Media Markt. Ich muss echt an meiner Disziplin arbeiten und mich nicht immer in solche Läden ziehen lassen. Lieber 5€ mehr ausgeben und einen richtigen Burger essen.

Essen war normal aber hat sehr lange gedauert und dann hat eine pommes noch gefehlt, glas auch und die apfeltasche dauert nochmal extra lange also keine geile erfahrung dazu war die mitarbeiterin nicht sehr nett

Die leeren Tische und der Bereich darunter waren extrem schmutzig. Als ich darum bat, die Tische abzuwischen, hieß es: „Wir wischen sie ab, wenn wir Zeit haben.“ 🫤

Es dauerte 2 Stunden, bis das Essen ankam.

Pommes wurden vergessen Positiv.. Papiertücher auf den Toiletten

Alles war gut und lecker, und die Bestellung wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Der Kurier brachte uns freundlicherweise die fehlenden Pies nach, sodass wir die vollständige Bestellung erhielten. Bitte richten Sie ein Rückgabesystem ein, da es unmöglich ist, fehlende Artikel direkt bei McDonald's zurückzubekommen. Dies sollte, wie die Lieferung, online abgewickelt werden. Vielen Dank für Ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und den hervorragenden Service!

Ein Mäces wie alle. Aber schnell und Freundlich! Unser Essen wurde zeitnah an den Tisch gebracht. Das habe ich auch schon anders erlebt.

Service war freundlich und schnell. Toiletten wie in gefühlt jedem McDonald's sollte erst nach dem Essen besucht werden. Sitzmöglichkeiten mit kleiner Spielecke draußen ist auch vorhanden. Drin ist für die Kids leider nichts.

Sehr Dreckig in allen Bereichen. Es hat sich nichts geändert es sogar schlimmer geworden. Kommt hier nicht das Gesundheitsamt hin.Löffel Dreckig Tische nicht Sauber Toiletten aller sau . Das ist doch nicht mehr akzeptabel.

Katastrophe bei der Lieferung! Immer fehlt etwas, es kommt kalt an und man muss mindestens 1 - 1 ½ Stunden warten.

wie kann man seit 7 monaten die shake maschine nicht als ganzes austauschen bei dem hersteller ???? wie kann man eine filiale so lange ohne shake maschiene öffnen ? dann lieber gleich geschlossen lassen ! dann nicht mal verantwortung an standorte wie einbeck und nörten weiter geben das dort shakes DAUERHAFT garantiert sind aber nicht mal das. Geschmacklich war alles in Ordnung, sauber auch. Ist ja schon mal wichtig. Ebenso wichtig ist es aber auch das Bestellungen korrekt zusammengestellt werden. Das ist hier (mal wieder) nicht geschehen. Innen, zum mitnehmen, bestellt. 3 x Menü, vier einzelne Burger/Snacks. Bei zwei Menüs fehlten die Pommes und ein einzelner Burger fehlte. Ja, ich habe beim mitnehmen die Bestellung nicht kontrolliert. Das geht auf meine Kappe. Allerdings gehe ich auch davon aus, dass McDonald’s in der Lage ist, Personal zu beschäftigen, dass in der Lage ist, eine Bestellung zu lesen, verstehen und auch zu bearbeiten. Diese Annahme und das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen waren offensichtlich fehl am Platz und werden auch von meiner Seite nicht noch mal vorkommen. Dieser Stelle kann ich jedem nur raten, entweder nach Nörten oder Göttingen zu fahren, wenn es McDonald’s sein muss oder aber in Northeim zu bleiben und zu Burger King zu fahren. Eine Nachlieferung oder gar ein Umtausch waren beides nicht möglich, ich MUSS vor Ort sein und mir meine bestellte Ware auch dort wieder abholen. Aus meiner Sicht geht Kundenzufriedenheit und Service hier deutlich anders.

Ich gehe eigentlich nur wegen Milchshake zu MC aber seit gut 7 Monaten ist die Maschine kaputt und das über den Sommermonaten. Traurig das MC so am Hungertuch nagt das sie es nicht reparieren oder austauschen können. Wenn man was anbietet sollte es auch erhältlich sein.

Sprachlich nicht zu verstehen am mc Drive. Mangelnde Sprachkenntnisse. Ein Cheeseburger zu wenig eingepackt. Eine Katastrophe.

Fastfood Es gibt einen Kinder spielplatz.

Bestellterminals und Gastraum recht schmuddelig. Aber tatsächlich war das Essen hier mal heiss. Kennt man ja bei mc donalds sonst nicht.

4€ für 0,5 Cola die im Markt 1,09 kostet Frechheit bacon kalt lag wohl schon länger und sehr wenig .Fast 4 mal so teuer unglaublich Leute holt euch vorher gertränke auf der Tankstelle kostet dort 2,20 2mal bacon vergessen obwohl bezahlt beim nächsten mal schreibe ich die Hauptgeschäftstelöe an . Kein Angebot zur Wiedergutmachung oder Entschuldigung nur ärgern .Ich habe keine Zeit an Ort und Stelle alles zu zerlegen .Die inkompetent Antwort dort möchte ich an dieser Stelle nicht wiederholen ,nochdazu konnte er sich in deutsch nicht verständlich machen. ( Deutsch kurs stufe 1 sollte wenigstens absolviert sein )Mein Sohn leitete in Frankfurt mehrere Filialen dort gab es so etwas nicht .

Grundsätzlich wie überall bei McD zu erwarten (inkl. unangenehm riechender Toilette!): NORTHEIM hat allerdings seit gut 6 Monaten eine defekte Maschine und deshalb erhält der geneigte Kunde keinen Milchshake! Dieser Umstand ist sehr unglücklich, da dieser doch zu meinen präferierten Getränken/Desserts gehört.

Mein Mann und ich waren hier frühstücken. Das Frühstück war gut, nur wurde mir meine Café Tasse in einem unmöglichen Zustand serviert. Wenn es überläuft, macht man es sauber oder neu!

Wir bestellen ab und zu über Lieferando! Es schmeckt und es geht relativ schnell! Die Lieferanten sind sehr freundlich und fast immer fehlt nichts! Momentan finde ich die scharfen Soßen zu heftig scharf, obwohl ich gerne scharf esse, aber diese sind zur Zeit zu krass und schmecken mir persönlich nicht! Das Ambiente ist für ein Schnellrestaurant ganz in Ordnung, könnte aber auch etwas bequemer sein!

A very dirty office of a McDonald's restaurant, not only in the dining room, but especially in the men's restroom. The vestibule with the sink was completely filthy, the floor and walls were dirty, the towel rack was empty, and the restroom itself had a strong urine odor. A large puddle of water was under one of the toilets, and dirt in the form of small gray smudges lay on the wall stalls... Blitzblank hasn't been seen here in ages. Conclusion: The manager and his staff should be ashamed of themselves, because it seems there are no controls at all.

The staff was very unfriendly and always had the last word. The waitresses didn't speak German very well. The tables and restrooms were very dirty.

Unfortunately, a lot of things were unavailable at this branch. The parking spaces are also quite narrow, or you have to park in bushes because some spots are quite overgrown. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We were there last Saturday. We sat at a "clean" table because all the others weren't cleared, wiped, or occupied. When our food arrived, we were asked to sit on the other side of the restaurant because that half of the seating area was already clean, and they didn't want to clean it again later. That says it all about these people's work ethic! They stink and are lazy!

Disastrous! I rarely go to McDonald's. And since the beginning of this summer, it's apparently been impossible to get a shake. Every time, I hear the same thing: "Shake isn't available right now!" Why is it even offered?!? Very annoying. Also, the apple turnover was cold, and the employees were rather unfriendly. Not recommended. Better to go to BK!!!

A 20-minute wait for a coffee and a McMuffin – and that's with an empty store at 9:00 a.m. One customer ahead of me, no line, but apparently an invisible time bubble in the kitchen area. My breakfast experience was like a meditation class – only with hunger. Fast food? Unfortunately not. More like slow motion with a method. Anyone who comes in here in the morning should have time, patience, and ideally a spare breakfast. This was my last attempt.

Not again. If you have incompetent staff when it comes to ordering, you should replace them. Overcharged because the employee ordered too much. Above all, you should go over the order again if the customer finds the bill too high. Just to make money. I don't think that's a good idea at all. 😡😤😱

Among the more gross McDonald's restaurants I've visited

Respect for the first McDonald's that managed to deliver hot food, especially the fries, which were still nice and hot and crispy. For me, this is truly the best McDonald's in all of Germany, and I order from all over Germany quite often. Until now, the food was usually cold or lukewarm, and the fries were always cold. Today, for the first time, everything was hot and the fries were already crispy. Thank you very much.

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. A gentleman did try to clean the tables, but only with a cloth and a spray bottle. Perhaps they should wipe down all the tables and rinse out the cloth. But everything he cleaned was done with the same cloth, without even rinsing it. 🫣😤 Congratulations

Always check to see if everything's there. We picked up food and there were two burgers missing. Hopefully, someone there will enjoy them. Best wishes 👾

An outdated fast food restaurant

You just have to like fast food. I can handle it.

We went to McDonalds in Northeim today and ordered, among other things, two hamburgers and a double cheeseburger. The food was brought to us quickly. Unfortunately one hamburger was totally greasy. Like soaked in oil. The other two rolls looked normal. We then went to an employee and complained about the hamburger. Unfortunately the man was very unfriendly and said that it was freshly made and that's normal. We didn't get a new hamburger! The hamburger was inedible and therefore had to go in the bin. It's a shame that there is such poor service. The mistake could have been quickly made up for with a new hamburger. Unfortunately, the cleanliness in this restaurant is not always guaranteed. The tables are often very dirty.

The usual Mcs atmosphere, enough parking spaces and seats, the best employee has blue hair and is a good friend of my colleague Tim

I would like to say a big thank you to one of the employees at the checkout at McDonald's! I don't speak German or English that well, but he was very friendly, patient and still understood me well. He helped me get the Minecraft toys I wanted and my order was exactly right. The food was also very tasty. I am really happy with the service – thank you very much!🤗

With -3.5 degrees outside temperature, it's freezing cold inside at breakfast time. Frostiest MC Donalds I know.....then it's better to continue on to Nörten-Hardenberg

Bought 20 nuggets today, they weren't good. They were dry, hard and tasted greasy, like they had been fried twice. Otherwise the breading is thin and slightly crispy.

Classic McDonald's, the interior seemed quite new. Food as you know it, fine, nothing earth-shattering.

A great McDonald's! We were just there with 12 people, the food was ready in no time and all the employees were really friendly and accommodating. Seems like a good team!

The breakfast (wraps) and croissants were both cold as if they had come from the fridge or cold storage and when you complained about it you were also insulted It used to be better and the staff was friendlier. I definitely won't go here anymore They first have to learn to be friendly again.

Very briefly. Ordered today and picked up in store. A cheeseburger was packed instead of a chickenburger. And forget all the sauces in the 2 happy meals and the 20 nugget. At the pick-up counter I was told that all the sauces were in there. Well, so much for that... Edit: The sauces were at the bottom of the large bag. So just the swapped cheese/chickenburger

Some of the food is cold and the waiting time has nothing to do with fast food. But the worst thing is the cleanliness! Some of the rubbish is on the floor, and something has probably run down on many of the seats, as you can still see and feel the sticky tracks. The tables are rarely wiped down. And that in normal day-to-day business. However, it must also be said that many people and families with children no longer seem to know how to behave and how to dispose of their rubbish properly.

This mcronalds has some tables with 240v power plugs.

The food is so expensive now that I just expect more. A normal burger for just under 7 euros is far too much for the quality of Maces. For 9 euros I can eat a real burger in a real restaurant. The patties turned out so thin too. That has hardly anything to do with burgers. This visit was more of an emergency solution. Otherwise, it's better to do it yourself at home.

Great staff! Food was great and drinking didn't have to wait long for food either! Friendly staff and entertaining. Gladly again!

By far the best McDonalds on our trip from Switzerland to Norway and back. Great breakfast offer until 10.30, service was friendly, quick and thought of everything. Toilets clean, enough parking spaces - gladly again!

I ordered something from MC Drive today, the lady gave me the bag through the window, but she wasn't paying attention to the drinks and all the coke ended up on my seat!!!!!Instead of apologizing, she claimed it was mine been to blame and got pretty mushy, really impossible. The shift manager then came over and it was claimed that I had scratched the employee.....I have never experienced anything so lying and incompetent!!!! I then drove away...I don't like to argue with stupid staff!

mcdonalds consistently is the worst fast food i got in this area. sure it can work when you have no other options, but even then it's gotten so expensive that you're not really getting much of an advantage when buying "fast" food. lower quality but same price lmao.

A typical McDonald's, the employees were very friendly.

The food was delivered incorrectly due to a malfunction of the ordering machine. I just wanted to exchange my incorrectly delivered citizen and point out the malfunction, but the person with the biggest mouth (probably the market manager) just insulted me and said that he neither can nor wants to exchange my citizen! As a customer, I have never had to put up with such behavior in a restaurant. I am very disappointed and the machine wasn't even checked and everyone who orders after me will probably have the same problem and then have to deal with this unfriendly imitation human! Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't clean either and not 1 table was cleaned when there were 20 guests leaving! I can only recommend giving this McDonald's pinnacle a wide berth.
