BURGER KING Northeim in Northeim

Everything was great there. Friendly staff, attentive to requests, and they made customers laugh. It was very quiet and very clean.

On both occasions I visited the Burger King in Northeim, either the burgers or the fries were cold. I'm actually a big Burger King fan... Since there's neither a Burger King nor a McDonald's in Seesen, I usually go to the ones in the surrounding towns. Unfortunately, both of my visits to the Burger King in Northeim were a complete disappointment. The food wasn't just lukewarm, it was cold and therefore inedible.

After a long wait at the drive-thru, I drove away again. There was one car at the ordering terminal, but not a single one of them was actually there; the processes here aren't working properly.

Often disproportionately long waiting times

I ordered fries and kebab with €2 extra meat and didn't even receive three pieces. I asked immediately, but was brushed off. Very disappointing. I feel like they don't take their customers seriously. That was the last time I'll be ordering from them.

I personally much prefer eating at Burger King to McDonald's. The salad is fresher, they have chicken wings, and I find the quality to be good. The atmosphere is what it is, and that's unlikely to change. I'll definitely be back; I'm looking forward to the next chicken wings and a proper Double Whopper.

I want to thank the amazing team at Burger King who went to the trouble of finding me, as my old wallet was stolen in mid-September and turned in to Burger King last week... A huge thank you to the super friendly staff! 😍

At least one euro more expensive than many other Burger Kings. Unfriendly staff and the restrooms are, to put it mildly, catastrophic. The owner/franchisee should have their license revoked. At least that's my opinion!

Hey BK Team, I treated myself to your kebab-style burger for €9.49, but honestly – it was nothing (see picture). The vegetables were everywhere, there was hardly any sauce, and there was no sign of "kebab style." I really expected more for that price. I'd love for you to take a look – a burger in that price range really shouldn't look like that 😬 Best regards

Last time I was at BK! Everything was very impersonal! The Coke was warm and it didn't taste good either! I haven't been there in years, and it's probably not for me anymore!

Really fast at lunchtime, and everything was clean. Above average for most stores in this chain.

Ordered vegetarian but received meat. What's wrong with you guys that you have no respect for your customers!? It doesn't really matter whether it's McDonald's or Burger King. For that price, I expect to at least get what I ordered. Regardless of the reason, be it religious or otherwise. I've actually had a plant-based meal once before, and I actually thought it was really good. I'm sick of you guys anymore. The potential is there, but I won't let myself be fooled. Burger King has lost me.

I went to the Burger King at the Egyptian airport, and I thought the meat was cooked quite well. Unfortunately, the Coke was worse than toilet water.

It's just tiring. I actually think this place is better organized than others. Yet, something goes wrong with every order. Today, I waited over 20 minutes for churros, a hot brownie, and a soda with cotton candy. I could already see the brownies lying around. The employee packing called back that they were cold. When everything seemed ready, I was told, "No cotton candy today." Come on, then I'm not ordering that for 3.99 either. I got a stunned look. In the end, the drink went back. I checked everything and saw small packets at the bottom. When I got home, tadaaah... no, the packets weren't cinnamon and sugar, but several packets of wet wipes. 🤦‍♀️The brownie was supposedly newly made. It was rock hard. Was it in the microwave too long? I don't know! I prefer Burger King, but I'm really tired of ordering from here and have grown to expect anything.

Yesterday (September 19, 2025) I bought two Whoppers (€19) as a non-meal. It was the last time! The quality hasn't been what it used to be for a long time! The hamburger costs less than half and is just as good!

Should I say that a burger joint is great? The restaurant was clean, the staff was nice and friendly. The food was just like in all other Burger King restaurants...

The worst bakery I've ever been to. The service was unfriendly (I only asked for a lid for my drink), and my order couldn't be processed as requested. King of the Month, a no-brainer, but later on, the only option here was the large meal plan (a 0.5-liter drink and large fries). The 0.4-liter and medium fries weren't available. Nor was the request for ice cubes. I don't want to get upset about the 0.50-cent extra, but I do find it pretty cheeky that you're forced to choose the large meal plan. Furthermore, the burger bun was significantly stickier than what you get at other bakery locations.

Drinks were warm and stale. The exchange was complicated, took a long time, and we had to refill several times. Otherwise, it was fine.

Clean, fast, usual good quality.

Even though you sometimes have to wait a long time for your order, I would rate this Burger King as one of the best burger restaurants I've ever been to.

Yes, if there were no stars, I would. The cold food was half gone. You finish the ice cream and then the warm food, but I don't know if you understand that, the German writing, because personally, you don't seem to understand one either. That wasn't the first time, but I'm telling you, it's the LAST TIME!

Located directly on the A7 with an EV charging station right next door. We're the same burgers as everyone else.

Restrooms are absolutely disgusting. The colleagues can see into the future when it comes to cleaning. Haven't been there in a long time...

Sunday evening: Too long a wait, and yet the order is still incomplete. Complaints take just as long! Unfortunately, the staff is incompetent. The quality has been better – but the food is far too expensive (ordered two meals and extra fries). Parking is available, but the driveway and the parking spaces are far too small (narrow and short) even for regular cars. If you have a larger car or even a camper, it's better to park at the truck stop across the street...

I ordered veggie and got meat. It's not possible. I waited a long time for my order and then didn't want to order a replacement because I don't have that much time to wait.

In any case, I highly recommend it; it's easily accessible from the highway. The food is good, but it's a matter of taste. Some people like the big "M," others prefer this.

Because of my experience in Berlin, I hadn't dared to go to a Berlin Burger King for three years. I was passing through and finally had a chance to eat a Whopper again. The burgers and staff were top-notch, and I waited less than three minutes at the drive-thru. If every Berlin Burger King were like that, I'd go there more often.

You can order at the terminal or at the small counter... everything tastes good.

Great staff. I had my little girl in my arms and accidentally dropped her ice cream cone. I immediately got a new one without having to reorder, along with a small bag of sour, gummy fries for the little one. Totally attentive and by no means a given.

Better than its reputation. Compared to the Golden Seagull, the burgers are juicier. I found the snack bar quite clean. The restrooms were okay for a truck stop, but the smell was reminiscent of a monkey rock from a zoo. Unfortunately, you can only order from the vending machine, and they don't offer to bring your order to your table.

Fast food was yesterday... now the waiting times at the drive-thru are unacceptable.

Just Burger King. Overall, the truck stop is quite good. There's a bakery and another café on site. Diesel was 0.50 cents cheaper than on the highway.

These fast food things have become really expensive, and the big M is no different.

Even though it wasn't busy at all, I waited almost half an hour for my food. The staff was completely overwhelmed and kept asking me how many churros were included in my order. When I got home, I noticed that the fries and dips were missing. The burger was also missing last time. That really shouldn't happen, especially when you have more than enough time.

I work in the restaurant industry myself, and I can only tell you that the restrooms are a reflection of the kitchen. Just look at the restrooms; that says it all. Enjoy!

I redeemed a coupon for a meal with two plant-based long chicken breasts. I was shocked that a slice of cheese now costs €1.29 extra... But okay, I added it twice on the panel. Then, when I unpacked it, long ago back on the highway, I got a nasty surprise: no cheese on it. €2.58 for nothing. My third bad experience at a Burger King branch in the last few weeks. Horrible...

Essentially a normal Burger King restaurant. They're just cutting corners on the staff. Sometimes there are quite long waits for food, overflowing food trolleys, and the cleanliness in and around the tables is sometimes better, sometimes worse. Takeout food always has to be checked carefully; I've had something missing from my bag three times. Burger King itself would get 5 stars from me, but the Northeim branch is sometimes really poorly staffed. Edit: These days, there's ALWAYS something missing when you take something out. Every time you find out that a burger is missing. As if the system had...

Everything was fine up until now. But the prices are now significantly too high for what's being offered.

A catastrophe, the absolute overwhelm. Staff speaks poor German and is overwhelmed by the system. The toilet was not clean. Rarely have we experienced such chaos.

Today I went to Burger King for the first time in a long time and wanted to get something to eat for myself and my kids. When I realized that a single Burger now costs almost nine euros, I immediately left and went to their competitor, McDonald's. The prices are simply outrageous.

You have to compare Burger King to Burger King. We all know what a Big King tastes like and what a Whooper tastes like. The food here was okay. Not particularly good and not particularly bad. A standard for Burger King. Hence, 4 ⭐️

I'm not much of a fast food fan, but I was feeling hungry and we'd already been on the road, so we stopped at this burger. I placed my order through the vending machine, one of the best inventions since the wheel. So I could choose what I wanted with complete peace of mind, without rushing. My order didn't take long to arrive. A huge, double-baked burger that I had a hard time finishing. I insist I'm not a fan of fast food, but a burger like this is worth going every once in a while.

The onion rings were soggy, and the extra-long chili cheeseburger was dripping with grease. Disgusting.

Unfortunately, there was a completely incompetent employee at the drive-thru. The woman spoke very broken German and, unfortunately, barely understood it. She wasn't able to take our order properly. We decided to leave without buying anything because it simply wasn't possible to order anything.

You can't have your own coffee cups filled. This is extremely backward, especially in times when we're trying to reduce waste.

The food was ready very quickly and the quality was just like in any other BK branch, you can't complain at 1 a.m. ;)

Just a Burger King, as you would expect. It's good that there are enough machines for ordering. So there was no line when I was there. The deployment took place in a reasonable time. I ordered a vegetarian burger. This was freshly prepared and took a little “longer” The toilet was clean. Unfortunately it is common practice not to provide towels. There was “only” one fan. It wasn't too crowded and there was plenty of parking.

I'm there, the booth is open, no one is there. 10/10 for introverts. If you're hungry I wouldn't recommend it.

We occasionally stop here and usually this BurgerKing is really good, but today it didn't work out... the tables were pretty much all dirty, the dish racks were overflowing, the toilets were "unkempt", many products were out of stock at the ordering machines and all of this with only 2 occupied tables! It's a shame...hopefully better next time.

Toilets are very dirty and partly broken. The rest as you know it. Another note to the owner: Even if it's an American chain: Write what you want to say in German! We live in Germany and not in the USA! What this means is the text on the wall that says the food is prepared without additives and is fresh. However, I assumed that even at these prices!🧐

Quite well set up, ordering at the terminal was a bit tricky and we got the wrong sauces. Tables dirty, toilet clean. The dishes were fresh and hot.

A very nice King burger, the burger is fresh and hot, the fries feel like they've been lying around a bit but are still warm, a big plus, too much sauce on the fries, I recommend it, it's hard to find a good King burger now, many restaurants sell cold food and their food is dirty
