McDonald's in Osterode am Harz

This is no longer my MC from before

We were here on a weekend evening and ordered at the self-service terminal. The order took a moderate amount of time (about 15 minutes), even though it wasn't busy (30 minutes before closing). The employees there seemed overwhelmed. The fries weren't fresh and were already cold. The burgers were okay. Some of the lights outside were broken. The inside of the store was not clean and very messy. Tables and counters were not cleaned and were very sticky.

I feel like the price-performance ratio isn't right anymore! I ordered a milkshake with extra chocolate sauce! The milkshake consisted of more foam, and the chocolate sauce (costs an extra 0.40 cents)—I don't even know how to describe it—was about a 1 cm chocolate stain on top...but that was it, because even stirring didn't remove any more! But after I complained, they added chocolate sauce to it!

It's nice that we have a McDonalds again in Osterode. However, the waiting times are absolutely catastrophic. For a small fries and a Filet-O-Fisch in an almost empty restaurant you have to wait almost 10 minutes... This is much quicker in other shops (e.g. Rhüden or Goslar). Otherwise the restaurant has become very attractive

Noisy, food was cold, took a long time.

Unfortunately, a visit to this McDonald's branch in Osterode is disappointing. The negative impression is already noticeable from the outside: the terrace has been massively reduced in size and there are still scaffolding and construction fences around, which leaves an unfinished impression. The parking lot is also dirty. Since the reopening, garbage has been flying around everywhere in Osterode - after more than two years, there is obviously still no functioning concept against this garbage nuisance. Inside the restaurant, the cleanliness also leaves something to be desired, the garbage separation stations are often overcrowded, and even the morning garbage clean-up no longer seems to take place, which makes the area around the branch unsightly. Another massive problem is the McDrive at lunchtime. The queue then regularly extends into the street and massively hinders the flow of traffic, so that other drivers can hardly get past. Things were chaotic when they first opened and have hardly improved. Not to mention the food: since it reopened, it has tasted miserable. Orders are often incomplete, and even after a long wait you receive your food incomplete and cold. Overall a very disappointing experience.

It seems a little smaller to me than before the renovation. The service seems a little chaotic to me. The food was just as you would expect from McDonald's, so it was okay. But the ice cream was great👍🏼

You can't even pack the things you ordered, load it so badly and forget about the employees walking around like counterfeit money

The new look of MC Donald's Osterode is well done and it looks very brighter and more modern, the service staff has become significantly better and it is also clean due to the large number of staff. Keep it up!

Absolute rubbish, honestly. Newly opened the McDonalds and ordered today, I forgot to pack Big Mac in my order. And at these outrageous prices! No one can afford something like that anymore! especially since there wasn't much going on. Team is just as incompetent as back then. Impossible.

4 out of 5 terminals out of service due to empty receipt paper!

We've been there 4 times since it opened and something was missing from all 4 orders and something was wrong... it's annoying for adults, but explain that to a child... At MC Drive you always stand in line for a long time and wait... It's a shame, I thought things were getting better

McRib almost without sauce, McSunday only half full and almost melted... but everything becomes much more expensive!!! It was probably a profit when the store was still closed((

You wait a long time for your food and/or drink. Something is often forgotten, which comes back to the waiting time. Nice that he has retained his old service charm :))

Far too long waiting times. Incomplete. Plus cold burgers/fries or nuggets that have dried out to death. Cola that tastes like water. Apparently there is still a lot of catching up to do with staff.

Went there today for the first time after the reopening... it was packed, I think half of Osterode was there. Accordingly, it took longer. But there were more staff than usual and everyone was relaxed, focused and friendly! 😁 big praise!

You wait half an hour for the food and then it's still cold like always at McDonald's so I'd rather eat somewhere else for the money.

Employees are completely overwhelmed, the milkshake is liquid, the citizens are cold and it falls apart in the packaging. Half of the order is missing. It deteriorated rapidly after the renovation, which is a shame.

I really have to praise MC Donalds. The friendliness here is really great, which wasn't the case before, I hope it stays that way!

The first time after the new opening and the same measurements continue. Got the wrong food, the manager was very unfriendly, couldn't accept criticism and reacted very aggressively. So never again for us.

The food was cold and therefore not good. Ambiance is nice but food is terrible

Now back in full operation after the closure following the fire. The McCafé and also an e-charging station are new. Access is now barrier-free. The outdoor area is not yet finished at all points: piles of sand, wheelbarrows and storage of building materials somewhat spoil the overall impression.

Unfortunately, you have to agree with the bad reviews from others about incorrect orders. Ordered a few things via the app today, including a Happy Meal for the little one because he was looking forward to a Minecraft figure. Drove there, took the order after an eternity of waiting, briefly checked whether the most important thing was in it and went home. Arrived home and discovered after opening the Happymeal that there was no figure inside. To be honest, I think in the years that we have been getting food in Osterode, we have never managed to complete an order. After today and buying a SadMeal instead of a HappyMeal only 1 star.

Dirty shop, not even worth a star. Coffee is cold as always, latte only consists of milk, Mc Flurry is either half full or melted. You often receive your order very late or only half the price. Hardly filling no matter how much you eat. There is zero attention to hygiene!

The food isn't bad. But it is outrageous to have to wait for such a long time. That borders on deprivation of freedom. We ordered and paid an hour ago and are still waiting for the food. Very unfortunate.

The 4 times we forgot to pack something, everyone should get another training session. The juice shop has become bigger. It can close again.

Once again they only gave us half of the order.

2 Annahmestellen, aber dann wieder in eine Reihe Eingliedern, bis man sein Essen bekommt ist das Essen nur noch lau, die Pommes, die ich si liebe, latschig. Die Becher vom Latte 1 voll, 1 ner nur halbvoll. Der Herr wollte uns klar machen, dass das die Maschine macht. Egal, die Becher müssen beide voll sein. Wenn das so bleibt, sie dieser Mc Donald nicht mehr unser. Schade!

Danger! Only the drive is open and only one side, which only becomes clear after waiting. The parking lot and store itself is a large construction site. Not suitable as a stopover on a trip as there are no toilets available. When asked, the child was not allowed to go to the toilet there either. Food was ok.

Ordered a Mcchicken Classic and Mcsmartmenue with Mcrib today at the reopened Mcdrive in Osterode. Fries and Mcchicken and Mcrib were only lukewarm and rolls were passed through. We hope it will be better next time.

Hopefully the new McDonald's will be better. The food and cleanliness had deteriorated significantly in the last few years before the fire

As always, everything is the same!

It's been a few minutes, but the service has become really bad... I ordered via the app and then went to the drive... I only ordered coupons and free items. Then I was asked for money and after showing my receipt I had to argue with the employees that I didn't have to pay anything anymore. I was treated badly and ended up having to wait for food with 2 other cars at the end of the MCDrive.

2 stars. Store looks pretty bare. Food there tastes burnt and rancid. Rain rains through. Ambience quite fiery Similar to a techno shed, only a techno shed is better than this place. Just no employees there. All in all a disappointment

Fast food is a big deal here, I waited over 50 minutes for my food. Absolutely unacceptable because I can get my food quicker in a normal restaurant!

Plenty of breakfast, staff always friendly despite the stress. Thanks to the staff

Finally the citizens are warm again, unfortunately the store is not very spacious. Unfortunately the toilets are not white, but brown. Unfortunately, the tiles are no longer as strong as they are rainproof! Please change

Ein echt heißer Schuppen , so heiss wahren die Pommes ja noch nie !

Gute Röstaromen zurzeit. Kann ich mir empfehlen. Die Feuerwehr war dort vorhin auch Essen. Wollten aber ihre komischen Masken nicht abnehmen.

In dem Laden merkt man die glühende Leidenschaft beim Service.

Schichtleiter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Es wurde uns direkt geholfen und es wurde eine Lösung gefunden!

Parkplatz könnte etwas größer sein.

Essen wir gewohnt, allerdings schon etwas kühl. Mitarbeiter etwas unkoordiniert, deshalb dauert es ganz schön lang mit der Bestellung. Was macht ihr bloß, wenn es mal richtig voll ist?

So an sich sehr gut außer das z.B. Flurry nur halb voll war, die Toiletten der Boden dreckig war in den Ecken war noch sehr viel Dreck von der vorgehenden Schicht.

Von der Bestellung am Schalter direkt bis zur Lieferung im Aussenbereich weniger als 5 Minuten ,Rekord!.(Ich hatte grade meine Motorradjacke ausgezogen und den Helm auf der Sitzbank platziert)

Was soll man dazu sagen McDonald’s ganz normal. Die Tische könnten sauberer sein, es könnte schneller gehen. Zur Mittagszeit und abends ist es hier doch recht voll Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden mit Drive gibt’s auch. Die Toiletten waren zu dem Zeitpunkt, wo wir da waren sauber

Sau leckeres Essen mal zwischendurch aber leider gibt es den Veganen Bürger nicht mehr... Dafür dem nächst ein Vegitarischen

Mitarbeiter sind hier sehr unhöflich. Kennen nicht mal das Wort Hallo.

Das Personal läuft hier rum wie Falschgeld. Warte seid einer Stunde auf mein Essen und die Nummer 167 ist nicht in Sicht. Verdammte Hacke!!

Nicht wirklich sauber aber zumindest haben wir zeitnah was zu essen bekommen, dass ist nicht in jeder McDonald's Filiale der Fall.

Gemütliche Filiale mit Sehr netten und Freundlichen Mitarbeiter.Leider ist der Käse bei jeden Bürger kalt drauf gelegt worden.daher ist es sehr komisch ein echt guten Burgen so kaputt zu machen.schmeckt halt hupe.bei Reklamation wird es allerdings behoben.aber leider ist es fast immer das selbe wenn ich bei mc Donalds in oha bin so.entweder immer der selbe Mitarbeiter oder ihr macht es schon aus Gewohnheit so. Das Essen ist ja immer gleich. Da kann man nicht meckern. Die Bedienung war distanziert, um nicht allzu unfreundlich zu urteilen. Das ganze Restaurant war wahnsinnig rutschig, eine einzige Ölrutsche. Sowas hab ich noch nicht gesehen. Vielleicht sollte man die Hygiene überdenken, hat schließlich auch was mit Schutz zu tun.

Ambiente finde ich jetzt nicht so passend. Autokauf gegenüber irgendwie fühle ich mich dort etwas unwohl . Wirkt so kalt . Da lädt goslar mehr ein .

Speisen genauso wie man es erwartet Mir war aufgefallen dass immer gleich wieder der Fußboden gereinigt wurde

Als ich da war musste ich am Automaten bestellen was ich noch nicht gemacht habe . Zum bezahlen bin ich dann am Tresen wo ich gefragt wurde hier essen oder mit nehmen und wurde an den Tisch geschickt und man sagte mir das Essen kommt dann . 5 Minuten später kommt ein Mann bei mir an mit dem Essen und schnauzt mich an was mir eingefallen würde keine Tisch Nummer mitgenommen zuhaben da ich sie angeblich ein gegeben hätte was ich nicht habe wenn das so da weiter geht geh ich bestimmt nie wieder das hin eine Frechheit
