I like this Mac, we come here often with our child. I would like a bigger playground outside.

Our lattice potatoes were served with a dead bug in them. Our complaint was met with a shrug and the comment, "It happens," as if we just had to accept it. Instead of a sincere apology or taking responsibility, they tried to console us with a milkshake. You should definitely avoid this place.

I was there for dinner with two other friends, and all the employees there were staring at one of my friends and clearly talking about her butt. One employee told her colleague to pick up the trash from under her so he could stare at her butt better. IMPOSSIBLE!!

My child just wanted a different toy! Don't forget: You work at a fast-food restaurant, in the service area! Your Happy Meal promotions are supposed to ensure that children continue to eat with you. I hope you finally improve your employee training! I hope the regional managers at McDonald's take this comment seriously. Look at it: This branch has a rating of 3.3! Such lazy employees and poorly managed branches are gradually destroying McDonald's billions of dollars in investments and decades of work!

No. There were plenty of employees there, but overall it wasn't clean. The atmosphere was tense, with beeping everywhere. Prices have risen dramatically, despite customers entering their own orders at the terminal.

I ordered a fish mac with extra sides for €7 today and was extremely disappointed. The burger was dry and hard, which completely ruined the experience. On top of that, the fries were served cold for €4.29!! – simply unacceptable! I had to wait 10 minutes for my number to be called. When I finally got there, they were just starting to prepare my order. A complete disaster! The entire experience was totally disappointing and didn't live up to my expectations. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can't recommend this place.

We're disappointed. We've been there three times this year, and each time something was missing from our order. The toys were missing from the happy meal, so you can imagine the drama for the children. The chicken burgers were missing twice out of three orders. The food is always lukewarm to cold, and the service isn't that great. Unfortunately, you can tell they're not really motivated. It's a shame because it's gotten really expensive there.

I'd rather not give any stars at all. In this store, even pregnant customers won't be allowed to use the restroom at midnight, even though they're open until 1 a.m.

If it were possible, I would give it zero stars. Everything is wrong with this store. From the dirty atmosphere, to unfriendly and incompetent employees, to completely wrong orders. There's always some of that. It started 2-3 years ago when this branch went downhill. At the time, I witnessed a small child throwing up in front of the door. Which can happen. The mother told the counter, but nothing happened. When I wanted to leave about 20 minutes later, nothing had happened. So I went to the counter to let them know again. Because it could have been forgotten in the stress. Only I had to endure the yelling. And the vomit wasn't even remotely cleaned up. I tried there a few more times and still found the restrooms completely filthy or had the counter refer me to the self-pay machines. This evening, my partner and I tried the McDrive again. There, we were reprimanded for our best-selling behavior and then given a Sprite that was just a seltzer drink. The keg is full. Starting today, I'm boycotting the place. And I'll advise everyone not to order anything there.

No, very dirty, tablet shelves overflowing, floor not clean. Tables don't seem to be cleaned regularly. The fries taste like old grease, the burger was okay.

It's just a McDonald's. It can get a bit crowded and chaotic on weekend evenings. But that might also be due to the time of year.

Burger buns are cold, something's always missing from my order, only three of the four order kiosks work, and when I ask for the table to be cleaned, they do, but without an "okay" or "I'll do it" or "yes, please"... When I wanted to get a replacement for my soggy straw, I was told "that's only for shakes"... What do they think I use it for??? So, all in all, it's the lowest of the low, even for McDonald's. And ultimately, the price of almost €50 for four people isn't exactly a bargain!

I'm really disappointed. I ordered four chicken burgers – a product I usually eat regularly and am familiar with. But this time everything was different: – The bun was dry, old, and smelled strongly of baker's yeast – really unpleasant. – The meat had a strange, almost sour taste, as if it had been old or improperly stored. – The entire combination was unappetizing, as if it had been made in a hurry and without quality. After the first bite, I felt sick – I couldn't finish the burger. I didn't even touch the other three. For a brand like McDonald's, this is truly unacceptable. I hope this restaurant urgently improves its quality control.

The last hit rate for a complete order (out of 7 orders) was 1/7. Only once was nothing missing. Phew! This is something that should be pointed out and raised awareness.

I was in McDrive today and at the window serving I wanted to check my order straight away. Hello! Why is only cold latte macchiato served on weekends and public holidays? Already had it in Stade last week, this time in Buxtehude. And I mean really cold, below room temperature. In this branch, something is forgotten or packed incorrectly in roughly every second order we place (evaluation horizon 1-1.5 years). General criticism of company policy: As a customer, you become an employee and have to put together your order yourself using touchscreens in the entrance area and pay for it in advance. This savings plan is now also evident in other companies. This is clearly at the expense of the perception of service.

We were at the branch in Buxtehude shortly before midnight on February 14, 2025. There were three women behind the wefts. The employee with very long hair freed her long hair from its braid and shook her head back and forth, while she touched her hair smoothly with her hands and also served and packed the goods! Disgusting!!! The same employee locked the front door at midnight, which is okay, but how can you be so unfriendly to the customers who were still sitting in the restaurant! Can be reached quickly thanks to the connection to the B73. The McDonald's is medium sized and busy. You can easily order your own food using the self-service computers. Processing to completion only took a few minutes. A good place if you're hungry quickly, but otherwise I rarely go to restaurants like this.

Well the eater doesn't take place. It is brought cold. Then the nuggets with a coupon for 20 pieces for 7.99 euros. I find it cheeky. The milkshake was too warm, much too liquid. Nothing like before. And the prices. All you can eat is cheaper, tastes better and fills you up. I don't want to offer my children food anymore, not even in between meals. Unfortunately, we had an extremely disappointing experience during our visit to McDonald's Buxtehude. We wanted to redeem the coupons we won from the Monopoly campaign and were happy to combine some winnings with each other. The lady at the McDrive initially took the orders correctly, but at the first counter we were informed that it was not possible to use the winnings together. Even an employee who was called over couldn't help us and explained that we had to order each item individually - which didn't make any sense to us. When we decided to just have an ice cream, we were refused that too. Why is this so complicated? After all, it is a customer campaign that is supposed to be enjoyable. In the end we left without getting anything. Very disappointing - we were expecting a little more service orientation and flexibility. Hopefully there will be better training here in the future, because that's how you lose loyal customers!

Just because there was a bunch of completely drunk people in front of me who couldn't manage to redeem their coupons, it meant that coupons would no longer be accepted. They were so drunk that they wouldn't have noticed that I was still redeeming coupons, and no one around me talks like I'm built. What's still quite annoying is that there is no longer any nutritional information on the packaging. This is particularly helpful for athletes or people who don't just want to stuff themselves.

This is the worst service you get at the MC Drive counter there, they ruined my food 5 times in a row! Last week the Cesar salad dressing was so bad on the tongue that I threw the whole salad away and had to spit the salad out. Today they forgot to put the chocolate sauce in the MC flurry for the 4th time. Of course I should come over at 11 p.m. after my late shift because something is forgotten with every order! Of course that's what people want after the late shift. A year ago I had plastic foil on my cheeseburger that appeared to be slabs of cheese. Bad German at the counter. I'm tired of it, I'm going to avoid buying anything from you.

The excellent shop here in Buxtehude on the run-down B73 visibly improves the surrounding area in a positive sense👍👍 the staff (Felix Witt) greeted us straight away with a smile which sweetened our day. The food was complete. Especially the ice cream machine worked and we were able to enjoy our Oreo ice cream!
