Rating fast food chains is largely unfair. If you want, you can find something to complain about in every corner. But anyone who eats in these restaurants knows what they are getting into. So if you want something great, I recommend a restaurant on the Alster. If you want it quickly, go to Mc. Donald's.

Just because there was a bunch of completely drunk people in front of me who couldn't manage to redeem their coupons, it meant that coupons would no longer be accepted. They were so drunk that they wouldn't have noticed that I was still redeeming coupons, and no one around me talks like I'm built. What's still quite annoying is that there is no longer any nutritional information on the packaging. This is particularly helpful for athletes or people who don't just want to stuff themselves.

Very clean shop, great service, food is brought to the table. Was also delicious. Only the milkshakes are extremely sweet... They are better than the competition. But the food was great and as I said, I've rarely seen a chain store where you didn't have to look for a clean table to order and where you could just sit down anywhere. The employees behind the counter worked hand in hand. Everything was great!!!

I just ordered coffee with an extra shot of espresso but it tastes like water and I told the checkout, who said it's like that and can't do anything, great

We bought 2 happy meals for our children, my daughter ordered a chocolate milkshake and when we got home it turned out that it was an ice cream parlor...

The tables were very dirty, the burgers were cold. When we complained, the employee was annoyed. Never again...we're still feeling sick after 4 hours.

Food tastes like Mac Donald's, but unfortunately the tables and benches are always very dirty.

Absolutely bad… Unfortunately it's the only McDonald's far and wide and therefore an alternative. Always dirty, sometimes not a clean table, not to mention the floor or the toilets. The food is getting worse and worse, but that's a general McDonald's problem. The worst thing is that something is always missing from your order, especially when you order take-away or from McDrive. The toy was recently missing from the Happy Meals. Was a less pleasant surprise at home...

Well located, great parking space. With fast charging station. Clean and pleasant inside.

The employees at Mc Drive never understand the online order code. Terrible and just plain annoying. McDonald's atmosphere. Often dirty or not tidy. Food is usually only lukewarm

The old ordering machine only reacts to firm pressure. The tables are very greasy and smeared. Once again there are no lattice potatoes in stock, the burgers we ordered are only slightly warm, wobbly and look dismal. Fries cold. They probably don't feel like working. Won't be there again so quickly!!! .... and so far I've been able to resist doing that!!!

If you want to eat something quickly you can go to the drive in and if you have time you can place your order at the machine. You will be given a number and then you will be called and I will check my order because it has already happened to me that something was missing

I've been here many times and it's always been good, but unfortunately not today. The tomato and cheese were forgotten in my Royal TS. I couldn't exchange it either because my menu was to take away and I only noticed it when I got home.

Everything okay as usual at MCD... I'll stop by again if I want a quick burger...

Food is great, unfortunately the zebra crossing should urgently have signs because the cars are always parked there and it almost got run over today

The excellent shop here in Buxtehude on the run-down B73 visibly improves the surrounding area in a positive sense👍👍 the staff (Felix Witt) greeted us straight away with a smile which sweetened our day. The food was complete. Especially the ice cream machine worked and we were able to enjoy our Oreo ice cream!

What do you expect from McDonald's? Get in, eat something quickly and get out. Here the food was even brought to the table and the burgers were hot, something I had never experienced before. Recommended!

When I complained about my cold burger, the shift manager pointed out to me in an extremely rude manner whether I hadn't noticed that the burger was cold when I took the first bite! She rolled her eyes and shook her head, insinuating that I wanted to "grab" another burger for free. I told her in a friendly way that I would be happy to pay for a hot Burge, but not for a cold one. The lady raised her eyes and shook her head again... I'm really not demanding, especially not at MC Doof in Buxtehude. But today was actually incredible. My friend's burger and fries were cold and hard. The tables were sticky and the toilets were disgustingly dirty. The terrace outside was covered up, coffee and sticky drink residue on the tables. I have never seen such a disaster at McDonald's as here in Buxtehude. Incomprehensible. It's best to give it a wide berth. NEVER AGAIN MC DONALDS IN BUXTEHUDE.

McDonald's is just McDonald's. The food is standardized and average. If you go there, you know that in advance. The branch is also average. At the time of my visit, fast service, no wiped tables, working technology.

Small and nice with charging station

So you have to give this branch one thing. The food is really warm. Not like most, just lukewarm. However, always check the bag when using McDrive. Unfortunately, they forgot to pack burgers for us twice, which we only noticed when we were driving. Unfortunately, some employees are also very unmotivated and therefore not so friendly.

I only ordered extra cheese and fish and got twice the sauce. I will never forget this picture... The intern was probably at work again. Let's see if the next update is better! Update: The citizen now looks somewhat okay again.

Sharif is simply an exceptional manager. Rarely seen such a well organized McDonalds.

Nice shop, easily accessible on the B73. I have nothing to complain about except that there were no more shakes at 5 p.m.! Therefore 1 star deducted! In these sunny temperatures, I think you should have them on hand.

If you come by shortly before the end you sometimes get extra nuggets ;)

Unfortunately, food is always cold. The burgers look like they've been stepped on again and a Mc Flurry is generally more liquid than a milkshake.

Unfortunately, even if you ask kindly, you won't receive paper straws. Unfortunately, you are also lied to (they have been abolished by Mc Donalds). We received these in another restaurant without any problems.

Food would be served cold. This is not least due to the fact that the food sat at the counter for about 3 minutes before it was brought to us. UPDATE: I dared to use the Drive Inn. Yes, I know I should have checked my order, but honestly why? But when I got home and noticed that the Mac Rip was missing. I was a little pissed off then. I was disappointed that there weren't any different coffee options that day, and the plain coffee didn't taste particularly good. Otherwise everything was ok as always.

We had registered here for a children's birthday party. We were given the children's table, which was reserved for us with handwritten notes. That's it. No gift, no congratulations - just the information that we can order at the machines or at the counter. I am of the opinion that there is another way.

The service quality of this branch has deteriorated significantly. The week before last I ordered two burgers at the Drive Inn and one of them was wrong. Ordered Sprite, got Coke. Ordered mayo and ketchup with the menu at the Drive Inn this week, but later there was neither in the bag.

Rude staff who blatantly lie to your face! Asked for a straw. The employee at the counter told me that they no longer had straws for environmental reasons. When I objected that I had gotten straws made of recyclable material in other branches, she reached under the counter and without a word slammed two straws onto the counter for me!!!! It's a shame that you can't give a negative rating!!!

Nothing vegan anymore (apart from fries with ketchup). You can't even eat ice cream there now and then.

The food was brought to the table very quickly but as we were leaving the building we saw rats running across the parking lot. 🤮 Terrible!!! We won't come again.

Sorry, but not much to see of a family testamentary anymore. The projector has been switched off since Corona, the TV for the children has been unscrewed and the playhouse has been dismantled. The only thing missing is the playground outside😉We are now going to other locations where you have the feeling that children are welcome. In addition, something is missing from our order every time. You always get it when you ask about it, but that's annoying.

Apparently new team with new boss. McDonald's suddenly shines in a completely different way than usual. Very accommodating and friendly service, as if everything had been renewed. Even the toilets are accessible and clean again. Top!

Eat warm 😡 McDonald's in Rade is a thousand times better

Me and my friend were there yesterday on February 2nd, 2024 and were completely disappointed. We had 1 mc smart menu, 1 Royale ts with extra bacon and no cucumber and 1 wrap. The two cheeseburgers were plain (that means only meat and cheese) but they were completely normal cheeseburgers then I went to the front and asked nicely for 2 new cheeseburgers then showed the receipt and emphasized the PLAIN again. 3 minutes later I got new ones and they came with everything on them. We then complained and were insulted stupidly that we shouldn't act like that and they should just eat. Then me and my friend left and we will never enter this McDonald's again. It's a shame.

Employees are unfriendly. After I got my food and finished eating it, I had a strange feeling in my stomach. The next morning I woke up and probably threw up because of this food. Never again McDonald's Buxtehude.

Food like everywhere else. Often the order is not packed correctly, whether there is a lot or little customer traffic. Delivery service has not been possible for months. Lots of children and terminal at least 1 defect. Otherwise just like any other MC.

Burger lukewarm and hardly any sauce on it..totally dry..cheese cold and not melting..then the floor in the toilets is first mopped and then the guest room is mopped with the same mop without dipping into the water again..how unhygienic

Ab und zu braucht man wohl einfach so nen Burger... Aber fast 8 Euro für nen RöstiBurger ist schon viel Geld...

Auf der Damentoilette läuft beim Hände waschen das Waschbecken über. Einen sauberen Tisch zu finden war auch nicht so einfach. Was früher Mal war das man bei MC Donalds vom Boden essen konnte darf man heute wohl nicht mehr erwarten.

Fastfood halt, komme vielleicht in 5 Jahren wieder.

Essen wird leicht angewärmt serviert. Für die kleinen Kinder wird drinnen nichts angeboten. krappeln lassen nicht möglich! Fussboden schmutzig, der Gesamteindruck ist [ runter gekommener Laden] .

Der MC Rösti war trocken und die Cranberrys nicht zu entdecken und im Restaurant war es doch sehr frisch.

Mc Donalds halt. Personal sehr gestresst, trotzdem freundlich. Auch untereinander, was man vorne so mitbekommt. Ich vermisse die alten kunterbunten Filialen

Ein Mitarbeiter kannte sich an der Kasse wohl nicht aus. Auf Nachfrage von meiner Frau, ob man den Mitarbeiter nicht unterstützten könnte, da sich schon eine Schlange gebildet hat ,hat dieser meine Frau dermaßen angemacht das ich Einschreiten musste. Unmöglich. Nicht nur das zur Mittagszeit kein kompetenter Mitarbeiter an der Kasse steht, sondern auch noch dumm angemacht wird

Ich habe heute mal meine 5 Jahre alte Bewertung überarbeitet. Dabei ist mir wichtig zu sagen, dass die Bewertung früher bei 1 Stern lag. Die Filiale hat sich deutlich gebessert im Vergleich zu 2018. Trotzdem gibt es noch ein paar kleinere Schwachpunkte im Vergleich zu anderen McDonald's Filialen gibt es nur geringfügige Abweichungen zu dem, was ich mir wirklich wünschen würde. Temperatur der Speisen, Sauberkeit der Tische und so weiter.

Ich war bisher immer ganz zufrieden, wenn meine Familie und Freunde etwas von Mc Donalds wollten, jedoch hat sich das seit ca. einem Jahr immer mehr geändert. Immer wieder werden Burger, Saucen oder Beilagen "vergessen" und man ist mittlerweile gezwungen, jede Bestellung nachzukontrollieren weil es in 3/5 Fällen inzwischen vorkommt. Selbst beim McFlurry zahlt man zusätzlich und bekommt oft reines Eis ohne die Zusätze und muss nochmal daran erinnern. Das passiert zu jeder Uhrzeit! Freitag Abends könnt ich es verstehen wenn es eine Ausnahme ist, Mittwoch morgens im leeren Restaurant fehlt mir dann aber durchaus das Verständnis für eine 3-Personen-Bestellung. Auch werden die Burger immer liebloser verpackt und fallen bereits schief ausseinander sobald man sie aufs Tablett gelegt bekommt (am besten sehbar beim Filet-o-Fish).

Essen ist sowie immer, aber die Sauberkeit vor allem in den Toiletten lässt mehr als zu wünschen übrig. Überall Urin und Stuhlgang Reste 😮‍💨

Nur mehr als 1 Stern weils der einzige in der Nähe ist,ansonsten bodenlos. Haben mal chicken Nuggets statt veggie Nuggets aber in ner veggie Verpackung bekommen.

Klima war aus . Bei 30ig Grad. Schlecht.

Es ist ein übliches McDonald's Restaurant, aber mir gefällt es die familienfreundliche Atmosphere. Ein Platz, wo man mit seinen Kleinen gute Zeit verbringen kann, und neben dem Essen noch spielen 🙂

Leider ist es so das die Tische oftmals dreckig sind. Letztens wischte eine Kundin dann mal eben selber den Tisch ab. Ich denke das muss echt nicht sein

Nice McDonald's, but the DriveIn is almost always full.

Seit Tagen gibt es nur Vanille Milchshakes. Erdbeer und Schoko sind dauerhaft nicht verfügbar. Die Bestellungen müssen immer überprüft werden, weil sie grundsätzlich fehlerhaft oder nicht vollständig sind.

Der Hunger und der Drang zur Toilette haben gewonnen, ansonsten ist das nicht unsere Location.... Viele übergewichtige Stammkunden gibt es dort...

Ist halt ein MC Donalds. Mehrere Sitzplätze drinnen und ebenfalls ein Außenbereich mit Kinderrutsche.

Kein Personal um das Essen an den Tisch zu bringen. Bekam am Bestellautomaten keine Quittung für die Bezahlung. Kein guter Service

Als wir Am Wochenende essen wollten hatten uns viele sachen gefehlt wie Z.B Servietten und strohälme zu dem wurden 5 sachen zur unserer Bestellung vergessen. Und ich hatte einen Coupon für 1 Regenbogenglas (es gibt nur 1Coupon pro person) als ich meinen Coupon einlöste stand das es noch verfügbar sei aber bekommen hab ich ein Grünes😐.Auf nach frage wurde mir gesagt das es keine Regenbogengläser mehr gab obwohl sie als "verfügbar" angezeigt werden.Zudem ist das Personal sehr überfordert und Inkompetent.
