There were two of us, and the evening after our last meal there, we both had diarrhea and stomachaches. The restaurant's interior is very small, making it very loud and uncomfortable.

The employee booked the voucher incorrectly. The manager blamed us. The result: We had to pay too much and were treated rudely. A rip-off!

Unfortunately, we didn't receive two items from a takeout order. The food was served by two employees on a Monday, when the restaurant was anything but busy. Stopped off here to get some breakfast for the family. We love the muffins and wraps here… McDonald’s has a very good and underrated breakfast menu! I also love the coffee and croissants in the cafe. Very friendly service here too!! Unfortunately overall the items are getting more and more expensive, what a shame.

Unfortunately, I have to go here more often due to the proximity. In 30 years, I haven't experienced a McDonald's that's consistently this slow. The minimum wait time is > 20-30 minutes. ALWAYS. It's about time management took action.

The outside area is totally dirty, the full mill wagons stand outside for almost an hour, and the seating options are also dirty.

I ordered a McFlurry with Smarties and caramel sauce, and I received a McFlurry with three Smarties and caramel sauce from the bottom. The person after me received a McFlurry with Smarties all the way to the top. Personal issues are a big deal here! But there were some pretty customers, so the ambiance was rated 3/5 stars.

You ask the same questions as everywhere else, only the fries were absolutely terrible, and there are no signs indicating exactly where the shop is in the middle of nowhere! As a stranger like me, I got lost twice.

On top of that there were 4-5 women standing at the counter doing other things. One of them at least looked at her fresh cut and poked around in it a bit and did everything else other than dressing the wound. I'm actually pretty sure that in the food industry you work with your hair tied back and not loose. Otherwise the food was just the usual McDonald's quality, we thought, no, quite the opposite. My fries were apparently "freshly" prepared and tasted as if a truck had driven over them. I've never had such bad fries at McDonald's. Unfortunately, it was very dirty there. Today, when we stopped for a break due to a traffic jam, we stopped there. I've never seen such a dirty McDonald's. We stood in our car at the McDrive counter for 10 minutes and weren't served. Then we drove up, and there was a very rude woman who asked us why we hadn't ordered at the counter. We told them we had stood there in our car for 10 minutes and were ignored! Then we were asked to go back to the back of the line and drive around the building again... we've never experienced anything so bad at a branch! We just drove somewhere else.

Absolutely crap place. First you order at the screen, then you wait 30 minutes. When you ask, they say it's ready right away. After another 15 minutes, they say, "Oh, maybe they pushed it away." The worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. First, they didn't give me a number or receipt at the order terminal, which I immediately reported to the staff behind the counter. Dirty, the cart was overfull and we still didn't have our McFlurry 1 hour after placing our order. After complaining about it, we still didn't get any ice cream, money back, etc.

The branch in Lehrte is closest to where we live and therefore our regular when we need something quick. Unfortunately, this branch is going from bad to worse. Besides incorrect orders and seemingly chaotic processes, today was by far the worst day. At the ordering counter, the employee asked, "Want to eat here?" When I replied that it was for takeout, she snorted and typed furiously on the screen. After placing my order, I went to the pickup counter. The order didn't appear on the screen. Afterward, this employee disappeared to the back and, when he reappeared, was preparing another order. Another colleague grabbed the tray that corresponded to my order and brought it to a table. McDonalds run by Lamp are great. You never have stale food, there is always enough sauce on it. Unfortunately, some employees are not that friendly but others are quite friendly. I stood at the checkout for 25 minutes until I could pay, people who ordered after me got their food before me (for me it was 1 Happy Meal and 1 20 nuggets). Of course the child was disappointed that there were no more Pokémon cards available, but instead of pointing this out at the checkout (it was stated when ordering at the checkout and not at the terminal) they simply put something else in the bag. The same checkout employee also packed up my order. I can't recommend eating on site, not particularly inviting in terms of hygiene...
