I ordered a mc plant because I still had a long way home. I got a normal citizen with 2 pettis in a mc plant pack. Unfortunately it was too far away to turn around. I find it absolutely unacceptable.

The food was cold, the fries were undercooked, the burgers we ordered were no longer available and the service was hopelessly overwhelmed with vouchers. Too bad

Rating: 2/5 We ordered two fish macs and an apple turnover. The food was excellent - the fish macs were crispy, with enough sauce and overall very well prepared. Absolutely satisfactory in taste. Unfortunately, the experience was less than pleasant in terms of service and cleanliness. Despite the high number of visitors and the arrival of a coach with numerous guests, only one ticket office was open. The four employees present did not respond to the polite request to open a second cash register. Instead, they chatted among themselves as the line lengthened. The hygiene in the restaurant also left a lot to be desired. The toilets were dirty and the smell was unpleasant, which significantly spoiled the positive impression of the food.

Discrimination against cycling - no service at the drive-in counter 🤬

I was there on Sunday around 5 p.m. and asked for a straw with my Coke at McDrive. The cashier with the blonde hair and squinty eyes said they weren't there anymore. Everything okay. Then wanted to buy a shake because she said that a shake came with a straw. There were no cars behind me, but the blonde cashier with the squinty eyes still demanded that I drive completely in circles. Very rude and pure harassment. Then, when I was already gone, I noticed that the McChicken had been forgotten. Never again!

We wanted to eat something there with 2 small children and since the weather was nice we thought we could let them play a little bit there. Unfortunately I thought wrong. The playground outside was closed again like almost every time we were there. Ordering via the Terminas is always a pain because they don't react well and you have to press 3-4-5 until they accept something. Luckily, the food didn't take too long to arrive. Except for the fact that you had to go there twice because things were missing. But at least the staff was friendly and apologized and handed over the missing items immediately. I still don't understand why the play area is constantly closed, especially on weekends, even though there are lots of children running around and wanting to slide on it. Strangely enough, if I go there during my working hours during the week, it's open again. It almost looks like the staff doesn't feel like cleaning there in the evening or they want to get rid of the people with children as quickly as possible. Neither would be very family friendly.

Wanted to take a short break here. The meal took 25 minutes, with over 20 customers still having to wait. The cleanliness of the premises leaves a lot to be desired. Dirty outdoor areas, rubbish under the tables inside.

I ordered vegetarian nuggets and got some made from meat. They were definitely real ones as we had a second vegetarian pack to compare. I don't eat meat and I've lost all appetite. Thanks for the breach of trust.

My worst visit so far. Long waiting times, the employees gave you the feeling they didn't know what to do next. The tray trolley was completely overfilled and there was no response at all, the other tray trolley wasn't even in its place. Fries unsalted. I hope things get better again.

Unfortunately the service is no longer what it used to be... The area looks more like a construction site...

There are a lot of wasps here on hot days. I recommend sitting inside.

Classic Mcces, food as expected. The employee at McDrive was friendly and not a talahon.

Ordering at the terminal is so-so. I like it less. But the worst thing is the food. The big, expensive burgers are quite good, and I also like the ice cream. The rest (especially the fries) is really bad. I only go there for the kids.

The staff is rude, the customer is not king here, but is ignored at the counter 😪, not recommended.

So I'm satisfied. After reading the reviews we were skeptical, but were pleasantly surprised. The meal is complete and at the table in tip top condition after just 4 minutes. The coffee we ordered came even before the meal. Friendly and clean. Thank you very much 👍🏼

Wir haben uns beschwert das auf unseren Cheeseburger keine Zwiebeln sind. Darauf hin gab es einen neuen. Problem jedoch, da waren wieder keine Zwiebeln drauf. Normalerweise ignorieren wir sowas, jedoch gehen wir 2 mal im Monat da essen und bekommen fast nie Zwiebeln. Also sind wir nochmal zur Kasse und die haben uns erzählen wollen, das wäre normal und haben uns fast rausgeschmissen. Frechheit

We stop there when we drive towards Berlin. It's always pleasant and the children can stretch their legs for a moment in the small playground. However, the prices there are pretty steep. In particular, normal water shouldn't cost 5 euros...

We sit outside and order with table service. The first part of the food is brought then 5 minutes later an employee comes to the door and shouts on terrace number 25 to get food from inside. What kind of service is this? Do you have to shout through what feels like half a McDonald's? Then I ask myself he's coming out, but if he's coming out then you could have brought the Talett with you? You don't have to understand it and then you pick it up and something is missing again. So service is different. At least the food was delicious.

The branch in Lehrte is closest to where we live and is therefore our regular branch when we need something quick. Unfortunately, this branch is going downhill. In addition to incorrect orders and seemingly chaotic processes, today was by far the worst day. At the ordering counter the employee asked “To eat here?” When I replied that the order was takeout, she typed furiously on the screen, huffing and puffing. After placing the order, I went to the pickup counter. The order did not appear on the screen. When the staff was asked after 20 minutes what was wrong with my order and that the order that had been on the counter for 10 minutes looked like mine, I was asked to wait with the words "Wait se". This employee then disappeared to the back and when he became visible again, he was preparing another order. Another colleague grabbed the tray that corresponded to my order and brought it to a table. The guests sitting there who were already eating were visibly surprised why there was another tray. The employee, confused, walked back to the counter without the tray, looked at me, turned around, grabbed the tray and asked for my receipt. After he saw my order number he wanted to give me the tray. After I pointed out to him that I had ordered to take away from home, he looked at me questioningly. I made my statement more specific with the words “Please in a bag”. The employee then went to the counter with the tray, handed it to the employee who I told her I wanted to order out of the house and she squeezed everything from the tray into two bags. The McRib looked more like a McMassacre at home. Of the three employees we spoke to, none of them really spoke German. They didn't even bother to get another colleague who might speak German to help. The organization in this store really needs to be worked on. Especially since the bacon is never really crispy. It's almost raw...

I really hate going to this McDonald's because they always forget something with every order and there are usually quite a few people in the restaurant who bring their own music and play it loudly or shout throughout the entire store. It's really no fun to eat there anymore.

Very efficient service, clean and tasty

Oh well. The castle is cool. The staff goes like this. We ordered a Vivio Medium with various burgers and a cola to extend the cola for the child. When I realized their mistake after extending the cola with it, I brought back half the bottle of still water. First an employee barked at me: “You drank half of the water” and then the shift management made the same statement and only reluctantly handed over a bottle of Vivio Medium - so 2 stars. Mistakes happen, but such a reaction to your own obvious mistakes? Thanks McLehrete, I'll just continue driving with my 30 euros soon. ;)

Actually like any McDonald's, but this one has a large play castle with several slides for children. So very child friendly.

So far the nicest McDonald's I've ever seen, the food is standard but both the service and cleanliness were top.

Nice and clean place. Good service, food came fast. Really good playground for the kids. Good food, except for the donut we ordered, dry as a dry cookie. We went back and got a new one that was only slightly better, but still too dry to eat. We didn't care to go back with that one.

The guy with the beard, who is usually at the drive window, is unusually rude and stroppy and acts like he owns the place. You ask a normal question and get a snarky answer. Plus, you wait half an eternity. The employees smoke all over the premises, which no one can take seriously.

Kansi's servants are not worth visiting

It felt like there weren't enough staff present, but the service was a bit chaotic and very friendly and pretty quick. At one terminal the paper roll was empty, so you didn't get a receipt, but the staff solved it in an unconventional way 👍 The restaurant and toilet were clean and there were even paper towels.

Never had such scary coffee before. We were in transit and at 9:30 p.m. dishwashing water was filled into our coffee cups. Complaints on site were not possible because we had to move on. Everything would have taken too long.

Typical McD, food came quickly, there was a play structure outside, great for lunch for us as a small family.

Do burgers eaten on-site really need to be wrapped in plastic or paper? It ends up in the trash anyway... Eating in a restaurant should be offered 10-20% cheaper!!! The streets are full of garbage...

Oh, ONE cucumber 😱🤔 on the Big Mac This is supposed to be a quality burger? It's a shame for so little lovelessness. And if you criticize that, you get a stupid saying: Actually, there should be 2 cucumber slices on it...😕. If things get better, you can go there again, but NOT like this!

The first time I have to complain about the hygiene at Mc Donalds in Lehrte. Yesterday I ordered something for dinner with two drinks. When I took the cap off my Coke I noticed that the Becker had a dirty edge. When I took a closer look, I found white dirt particles in my drink. There was also a little red hair in my drink, I was served by a red-haired lady on the drive. I immediately lost my appetite for my food. Thank you for spoiling my appetite with this negative experience. By the way, the lady at the drive whose hair was in my drink, she could have at least said goodbye properly with a “nice evening” or “bye”. I stood in front of the window after receiving the order because she didn't give me a clear signal that the order was completed. She wished me “good hunger” in a quiet mumble, while her attention was somewhere completely different. I didn't understand that at first, which is why I stood at the window for a few seconds. Such behavior is rude and disrespectful. Now I also have to check my Becker after every order, embarrassing and unpleasant!

What a shame I ordered 2 ice creams for the children. One only had half of it in it. When I mentioned it, all I said was that it was normal and there was actually too much in the other one. We've never had that!! That was barely 1 spoon full and paid full price. Really sad.

Fries limp, nuggets (plant) old & totally dry, patties on all burgers gray and totally dry (also tasted quite old). Chickenburger looked like the kitchen had played football with it. Thank you - never again.

When ordering a burger without bacon, there was a strip of bacon on the burger. The shop is very dirty, the tables are always full of crumbs and dirt and sticky. The soil isn't any better either. The trolleys for the tablets are so full that nothing fits in anymore.

Very bad service, one hand didn't know what the other hand was doing. In addition, there were some difficulties with the German language. Mc Rib (hamburger) was almost drowning in the western sauce and you couldn't put the burger in your mouth without messing everything up. Since we are pensioners, it would have been nice if we hadn't been called "the old ones". This is also discrimination against people. Maybe McDonald will learn that. Would just train the employees accordingly.

Food is OK. What you imagine and know about a McDonald's. The team that was currently working had good dynamics and communication. On weekends, McDonald's is crowded and the employees are very stressed. This reduces the quality of the food. (The grill and the work instructions are designed for 8 patties not 16.). A big disadvantage is that the store is not 100% barrier-free. If you want to reach the sales area from the street on foot, with a stroller or a wheelchair without a car, you are forced to use a gravel path and cross the parking lot without lowering, or you walk a little bit on the street. I would take the road with a wheelchair.

Completely overwhelmed? You can't touch the vending machine, and no one can go to the checkout/order.

Just don't buy a milkshake. I don't even want to know when they last cleaned the machines properly. I bought a strawberry milk shake after the second sip it tasted extremely sour and I took the lid off only to find gray spots in my milkshake and had a stomach ache for 4 days

Service is very bad: they really want you to place your order at the machine. I'm only going there with and because of my nephew. Food for my nephew is not good for me.

Went here for breakfast, fast service, everything we ordered was brought.

Ordered several times, each time something is missing. Ordered a salad and the salad didn't come with any dressing or cutlery. Happymeal came without toys and apple bag. Food always arrives cold. Ordered today I've been waiting for 90 minutes for two ice cream n muffin and cake. When I called and asked, the guy became unfriendly and said he had to drive away and it would take 30 minutes. 20 minutes later he called again and said it would take another 30 minutes... There is a nice outdoor playground, which was closed due to the rain, which is a shame because the playhouses and slides are covered. Inside there is a mini play corner in a closed space. It was nice and quiet and the kids enjoyed it!

We ate on site and there wasn't a single clean table to sit at. All tables dirty and smeared. We kindly asked if someone could clean the tables, no response. When the waitress brought the food to the table, we asked again for the tables to be wiped down. No reaction and simple ignorance. There were at least 10 people walking around there and the occupancy wasn't very high.

You don't get what you're insulted. Cappuccino in a paper cup on site is a disgrace. And the TS citizen has shrunk to the size of a normal citizen. I have more of my chilicheese.

A completely normal MC here is a bit smaller because it gets crowded quickly, but coffee at a low price is always possible

The food was much better and for the money you could go to a normal restaurant. Very dirty and messy too. For me, that was it with McDonald. The rating is actually far too good for that.

Waited 10 minutes at McDrive. OK. Then at the order terminal. No card payment. Good thing I paid in the app. Then wait. System would have to be restarted. Wait another 10 minutes. Then no app ordering possible. Inside, yes. Then I go in. Not inside either. Thank you McDonalds for this great experience. I feel slightly ripped off. Even though things have gotten better with this McD in the recent past and not so much has been forgotten, it is these experiences that remain. I will steer clear of this and other branches in the future.

We just got a Hamburger Royal TS and a BigMac as well as fries and nuggets for the car ride. You can’t let the “burger roaster” go anymore. They were the best McDonald's burgers we've ever eaten. Super fresh, very warm, the sauces were somehow the perfect amount perfectly distributed, perfect amount of salad on top. (In some branches you can only find 3 small papers). We are excited!

Kleiner McDonald's hatte Hunger obwohl McDonald's nicht meins ist war der Service super, es war auch Recht voll, die Essensbestellung am Automaten find ich Recht umständlich am Thesen sah man auch die Ware. Für Draußen war es zu kalt-6 Grad.

5 Sterne für die blonde Dame mit Brille, die heute gegen 18.15 Uhr ohne Aufforderung und Bitte den Tisch vor und nach unserem Essen super sauber gemacht hat. Sie machen einen super Job, das sollen auch ihre Chefs wissen! :)

Es war schon ziemlich dreckig und das Essen war auch nicht so toll...

Leider wurden des Öfteren jetzt Burger vergessen einzupacken schade das Man tatsächlich immer kontrollieren muss

Für mich ist dieser Mc Donalds einer wie jeder andere. Das Ambiente ist wie immer im Mc Donalds Stil, Essen ist so, wie man es erwartet und der Service eben auch. Jedes dritte Mal, wenn man dem Laden einen Besuch abstattet fehlt mal eine Sauce oder ähnliches, aber nichts signifikantes.

Bewertung verbessert! Einige Schwächen der Vergangenheit sind nicht mehr existent. Ein guter MC Donalds. Aufenthaltsdauer 45 Minuten. Speisen werden gut zubereitet. Leider nachgelassen. Die Außenanlage ist auch gut gepflegt und stylisch Gestaltet.

Essen war heiss und hat gut geschmeckt. Komme öfters mal her.
