Almost everything is sold out and some people have already gone over to Mc'donals. My recommendation is not to go there, it's really not nice

There wasn't much going on, but we still waited forever at MC Drive... plus there was a drink when we ordered and one more thing was missing... the burger fell apart when we took it out and there was only a tiny bit of a lettuce leaf on it, if you can call it that... there really wasn't much going on either inside or outside. I know it's just McDonald's but still.

The store is way too crowded, even a queue to pay. Afterwards, after pointing out that we should check out the cash register, we got our turn after waiting forever. Then our order, half forgotten. Big Mac is missing and a glass too. But since we threw away the receipt, we didn't get anything and were stuck with the costs after asking friendly questions at the order counter. Unfortunately I can't recommend eating anywhere else. Unfortunately not a good shop! Oh well, if you wanted a free sauna then it is very warm there.

The kind of McDonald's you only visit if you're passing through... The restaurant was very clean, and the food was of the usual high quality, and was quickly brought to the counter for pickup. The service is subpar. 70 cents for the restroom, and the money can't be credited at the terminal! No table service! Monitors for pickup were turned off!

There seem to be a lot of people who have something to complain about here. We cannot confirm this. We ordered at the terminal and had our food after about 6-8 minutes. And that was really hot too. In our opinion, this was better than other fast food chains that offer similar things. The staff wasn't super communicative, but not rude either.

We got ice cream there and it was so bad that we threw it in the nearest bin. It was already half melted when we got it. The Smarties in the ice cream were almost dissolved and the color in the ice cream was smeared, which worsened the external appearance of the ice cream. There were bubbles in the ice cream because it was so swollen. Never again 🤮🤢

A snack bar near the Uhu Castle, simply cool surroundings. Price, performance and food are ok. The service is very friendly and attentive.

Always check when ordering. There's usually something missing. You can't really complain. Better than in gmhütte.

The food was McDonald's... We went there because my daughter had been wanting to for weeks. Nuggets, slides outside and the gaming table inside lured them. When we arrived the gaming table was out and the slide was closed. Another small game screen was also off. When I asked the staff, I got a somewhat friendly response: Yes, everything is broken. Wow. Toilets were dirty, no soap in the dispenser. The entire store was far too cold.

Are you serious? A car in the drive-thru and a 20-minute wait for three burgers?!

One star is too many. The staff are extremely unfriendly, and all the burgers and fries we ordered were cold! The Coke is half ice. The portions are getting smaller and smaller, but that doesn't matter... We'll never see McDonald's in Papenburg again. Maybe they should close the place if it's not profitable, but don't cut costs at the expense of the customers!

Terrible set up. Wanted to buy just a Wrap with carbonated water. It didn't work. Had to buy a menu. Wrap, salad, regular bottled water. I gave up. If you returned the plastic bottle you got your deposit back! Was at Burger King yesterday. No problem. The staff was nice but couldn't offer any other solution. Is it supposed to be this square!?

No toys with the Happy Meal, still-carbonated Coke, but after a complaint, warm Coke from a bottle, fries only half-filled, undercooked, and not salted... not the first time the quality hasn't met McDonald's usual standards. Generally, the place only runs when quality control is present! Truly admirable how things like this keep slipping through. 👌🏼
